The purpose of this study is to investigate the prime factors that affect to user postoccupancy evaluation of activities and facilities in urban parks, to classify those factors, to find out factors about them, and then to suggest important indicators in the urban park planning, design, and development. The survey research was done using the self-administered questionnaire method by 435 peoples in the Busan City who participated in recreational activities in the Amnam Park. The Analysis of the data primarily consists of two phase: The first analysis was dealt an exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in user postoccupancy evaluation with reacreational activities and facilities in Amnam Park by the SPSS(Ver.6.0) program and the second analysis was used to investigate the factors affected to user postoccupancy evaluation in the urban park by the Regression Analysis. According to the factor analysis, user postoccupancy evaluation of facilities in urban parks concerning the 20 variables, 5 prime factors by the staistical values were considered. The factor analysis showed that user postoccupancy evaluation of activities in urban parks concerning the 11 variables, 3 prime factors by the staistical values were analysed. Postoccupancy evaluation in the urban park by the Regression Analysis suggested that the two varlables as 'the directions of park development' and 'companies with the personal specific characteristics' are significant in addition to the some variables presented in user postoccupancy evaluation with reacreational activities and facilities in Amnam Park by the factor analysis. Furthomore the analysis models were identified as having significant effects on the factor and regression analysis. Overall fits of both models were very good. These significant relationships indicate important factors and variables that should be considered in planning, design, and development of the urban parks. Therefore, development direction of the h a m park has to be analyzed as significant factors concerning user postoccupancy evaluation in a systematic way, recognized as important variables for planning process. The urban park has to be fully designed and established in the planning process not by the decision-maker's subjective evaluation but by user postoccupancy evaluation.
지역사회의 동물복지문화 증진을 위한 도그파크 계획 모형

Korea's pet-related society has been fast growing without the base and preparations of socio-cultural animal welfare. For the most part, Korea's current public parks, in particular, have a space structure in which a lot of friction between the general public who are not fond of dogs and dog owners in public places has been happening unavoidably. A lot of countries that are taking a lead role in animal welfare have built dog parte that the general public and dogs can enjoy together. This research starts with the realization that the concept of 'dog park' needs to be introduced in Korea as more and more Koreans own dogs and other pets. This research aims to provide guidance for dog park planning by drawing a dog park planning model and to promote basics for co-existence of dogs and people in a park and set in place animal welfare early and raise the level of awareness. Total 7 types of dog put 56 planning items including dog zone, dog playground, and agility, and a selective matrix by which it is possible to select essential recommendatory optional items by each type of dog park were drawn in this research. Overall there were the highest needs in separated area for dogs in park. A dog park planning model is designed as follows. 1) To select a dog park type that was introduced. 2) To set up facilities applicable in common and planning items desired in advance by each type. 3) To zone dog park areas by the priority order of planning items that were introduced and to position necessary facilities. 4) To plan program that should be were introduced. A dog park was expected to take some positive roles such as providing opportunities to socialize dogs, activating social communities, more effective park management by participating local community members and so on.
유한준(兪漢雋),박윤원(朴胤源)의 도문분리 논쟁과 유한준(兪漢雋)의 각도기도론(各道其道論)

본고는 18세기의 저명한 도학자인 朴胤源(1734-1799)과 문장으로 이름이 높았던 兪漢雋(1732-1811)간의 서신 논쟁의 맥락과 그 구체적 내용을 검토하고, 그런 가운데 兪漢雋 도문분리론의 성격과 의의를 밝힌 것이다. 두 사람은 절친한 벗으로서 道文分離論爭은 그들의 평소 토론의 연장선상에서 나온 것이었다. 박윤원은 “도학이 훌륭하면 문장도 훌륭해진다”는 도문일치적 관점에서 유한준의 평소 생각인 도문분리의 관점을 비판하는 편지를 보냈고, 유한준은 “도학이 훌륭하지 못해도 문장은 뛰어난” 여러 反例를 제시함으로써 도문일치론의 허구성을 비판하고 있다. 또한 이 과정에서 성리학적 道가 아니더라도 “각자는 모두 자신의 道를 道로 삼아” 그것을 끝까지 추구해 나가면 훌륭한 문학에 이를 수 있다는 ‘各道其道論’이라는 새로운 문학적 관점을 제시하고 있다. 한편, 유한준이 말년에 자신의 道文分離論을 철회하고 載道論으로 회귀하였다는 주장도 있어 왔으나 본고는 논쟁 이후의 자료를 종합적으로 검토하여 유한준이 말년까지도 ‘문학의 독자적 영역’과 ‘道文의 동등한 가치’를 주장하는 ‘道文分離’의 핵심을 그대로 유지하면서 道文一致의 이상을 받아들인 것임을 밝혔다. 또한 이러한 도문일치적 이상도 성리학적 가치만을 인정하는 ‘載道論’이 아니라 모든 개인의 가치를 긍정하는 ‘各道其道論’ 위에 세워짐으로써 유한준의 도문분리론이 각자의 삶에 기반한 ‘모든 개인들의 다양한 사상과 취향’을 적극적으로 긍정하는 새로운 문학적 관점을 제시했다는 점에서 큰 의의를 가짐을 밝혔다. This essay is to review The Argument about Do-Mun-Bun-Ri(the argument on Separate of Morality and Literature; 道文分離論爭) between Park, Yun-won 朴胤源(1734-1799) and Yu, Han-jun 兪漢雋(1732-1811). As a good friend, Yu and Park often disputed with each other about many topics, The Argument about Do-Mun-Bun-Ri 道文分離 also arose from an usual disputation between them by letter. Park, Yun-won 朴胤源 wrote Yu, Han-jun 兪漢雋 a letter, in the letter, he criticized Yu`s idea supported Do-Mun-Bun-Ri on view of Do-Mun-Il-Chi-Ron 道文一致論, the idea that Morality and literature are in consistency. But Yu, Han-jun 兪漢雋 contradicted Park`s view by presentation of a lot of counterexamples, and he made his case that though not in basis of the Confucian morality, all the people can produce the best literary works and other results in that followed out their own moral behavior, idea and talent. The very same idea that he assert was called Gak-Do-Gi-Do-Ron 各道其道論 by him. After the Argument, Yu, Han-jun 兪漢雋 abided by his view to his last moment, but also accecpted the ideal of Do-Mun-Il-Chi 道文一致 in preserving the core of Do-Mun-Bun-Ri 道文分離, that is the idea of Literature`s value is equal to Morality`s and all of two have their own province. As this idea about Do-Mun-Il-Chi 道文一致 of Yu`s is not in the basis of Jae-Do-Ron 載道論, the idea that Literature is a method expressing the Confucian Morality, but in the basis of Gak-Do-Gi-Do-Ron 各道其道論, it had made a significant contribution to bring up it on Literary to a new point that affirm a various morality, idea and taste of each individual person.
Double-Consciousness, Signifying and Trickster Tradition in Suzan-Lori Parks’s Topdog/Underdog

Suzan-Lori Parks’s Topdog/Underdog (2001) was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for drama in 2002, making her the first African-American woman playwright awarded the Pulitzer. This article examines the relevance of African-American history and literary tradition to this play, using some tropes of African-American race theory: W. E. B. Du Bois’s “double-consciousness,” and Henry Louis Gates’s analysis of “signifying monkey” and “tricksterism.” Topdog/Underdog, which has many implicit metaphors and symbols, is a story of tragic homicide involving two black brothers playing a game of 3-Card Monte. As a joke, the brothers, Lincoln and Booth, were ironically named by their father after real historical figures who were enemies in American history. First, I examine the consciousness of the main character, Lincoln, who struggles to escape from the legacies of blackness but fails at last, from the viewpoint of Du Bois’s “double consciousness.” Secondly, I analyze the two brothers’ narrative tactic of “signifying.” It is a theoretical term that refers to a genre of African-American narrative often employing indirect attack against a stronger opponent. Lastly, I point out how prominent the “trickster” theme, a common legacy of African-American literature, is in this play. In Topdog/Underdog, the 3-Card Monte, as a primary metaphor of this play, symbolically alludes to the trickster tradition of African- American history and literature. The tragedy of this play lies in the fact that both the brothers, inevitably, can not avoid their history, their black legacy. Parks once said that her task as a playwright is to show us forgotten African-American history on the stage. She always exhibits an awareness of African- American history in writing plays, wants to show the relevance to it, and does it in this play.

We estimated the potential area roof greening in Gyeonggi-do that will mitigate the heat island effect. The estimation was based on building age, roof shape, and building use which were recorded in the building register from "Sewoomteo, the Building Administration System in the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. The estimated potential roof greening area in Gyeonggi-do was approximately 102.5㎢ assuming that the buildings for residence, public, education(school), office, shopping mall are appropriate for roof greening. The area occupied by apartment buildings over six-story was 76.3% of the potential roof greening area 10.2% for individual houses, 5.9% for under five-story apartment buildings, and 3.7% for school buildings. The result indicated that it is residential buildings that we need to pay attention for roof greening, especially high-rise buildings over six-story. Greening of the whole estimated area, 102.5㎢, in Gyeonggi-do will result in the increase of green space per capita by 8.74㎡. This is 1.65 times greater than the area of current urban parks, and 1.97 times greater than the total area of neighborhood parks, children`s parks, and pocket parks. Greening of the estimated roof area will increase green coverage of urban area by twice, adding to current green coverage of the urban areas, 11.3%, in 10 major cities. In particular, the effect of roof greening would be remarkable in inceasing the green space of Anyang City, Gwangmyeong City, and Guri City where neighborhood park area falls short.
경관형용사 분석법을 활용한 국립공원 마을 유형별 경관 선호도에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 경관형용사 분석법을 활용하여 국립공원 내에 있는 마을의 유형별로 경관 선호도에 영향을 주는 경관 이미지를 규명하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 경관 선호도에 영향을 주는 경관 요인은 마을 유형별로 차이가 있으며, 마을 경관 디자인 가이드라인 수립 시 고려해야할 경관 이미지는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 농촌형 마을의 전원성에만 국한된 형용사는 ‘자연스러운’, ‘풍요로운’, ‘전통적인’, ‘정적인’으로 산촌형 및 어촌형 마을보다는 가장 일반적이고 전통적인 이미지의 고정관념을 지니고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 어촌형 마을의 전원성 중 가장 큰 차이를 보이는 부분은 어촌형 마을에만 도출된 형용사 ‘자유로운’이다. 셋째, 산촌형 마을의 형용사적 차이를 보이는 항목은 일반적으로 산의 특성을 반영하는 ‘울창한’, ‘깊은’ 두 단어이다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 국립공원 내 존치되어 있는 마을의 정주여건 개선과 공원자원으로서 활용성 제고하고, 공원 내 주민의 삶의 질 향상과 공원 내 마을 이미지를 개선하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to identify landscape images that affect landscape preferences by type of village in the national park by using the landscape adjective analysis. As a result of the analysis, the landscape factors that affect landscape preferences vary by village type, and the landscape image to consider when establishing the village landscape design guidelines is as follows. First, adjectives limited to the rural village’s rural originality are ‘natural’, ‘rich’, ‘traditional’ and ‘static’, which have the most common and traditional image stereotypes rather than mountain and seaside villages. Second, the biggest difference among the rural characteristics of seaside villages is the adjective‘free’derived only from this village. Third, the two words that generally reflect the characteristics of the mountain village are ‘dense’ and ‘deep’. Based on the results, it will be able to improve the residential conditions of villages in the national park and improve their utilization as park resources, the quality of life in the park, and the village image in the park.

This paper presents a method for precisely localizing and parking of bimodal trams. In order to gain an automatically driving system for bimodal trams, precise up-to-date localization, velocity recognition, distance to next station and precise parking location estimation functions are required. This paper proposes a system consisting of control device, steering device, sensor input equipment, driving system, tachometer, vehicle-side sensors, magnetic markers and magnetic sensors. The tram recognizes the precise location via magnetic markers containing information. Parking position and precise distance calculation is embodied by a tachometer. The vehicle-side sensors are used to assure safe station approaching and parking magnetic markers provide improvement of precision while tram parking. This paper provides a system realizing localization and precise parking and afterwards the automatic drive test results are reported and analyzed.
국립공원 내 파충류 자원의 효율적인 관리를 위한 PIT(passive integrated transponder) tag과 무선추적방법(radio telemetry)의 적용

본 연구는 PIT tag (passive integrated transponder)과 무선추적법(radio telemetry)을 오대산국립공원과 월악산국립공원에 서식하고 있는 파충류에 적용한 후, 이를 평가하여 효과적으로 국립공원 내 파충류 자원관리 방안을 모색하기 위하여 수행되었다. PIT tag은 현재까지 알려진 파충류 개체표시법 중에서 가장 효과적인 방법으로 2006년 3월부터 2008년 10월까지 오대산국립공원과 월악산국립공원의 조사지역에 출현한 모든 137마리의 뱀류를 대상으로 적용하였다. 무선추적 연구는 월악산국립공원에서 서식하고 있는 황구렁이(Elaphe schrenckii anomala) 2마리를 대상으로 2007년 9월부터 2008년 11월까지 실시하였다. 연구결과, 두 곳의 국립공원 지역에서 연구기간 동안 17마리가 재 포획되어 평균 12.40%의 재포획률을 보였으며, 재 포획된 개체들의 자료를 통하여 누룩뱀(Elaphe dione)과 쇠살모사(Gloydius ussuriensis) 성체의 SVL 증가를 성공적으로 확인하였다. 무선추적을 통하여 확인된 황구렁이 수컷의 행동권 면적은 MCP=389,600 m2, Kernel 95%=471,800 m2, 암컷은 MCP=162,500 m2, Kernel 95%=208,700 m2인 것으로 확인되었다. 국립공원 내에서 보호와 관리가 필요한 종 혹은 멸종위기대상 종인 파충류를 대상으로 PIT tag과 무선추적을 적용한다면 공원 내 파충류의 효율적인 관리 및 보존방안을 마련하는 데 중요한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. To suggest effective ways of the management of reptiles in Korea national parks, we applied PIT (passive integrated transponder) tag and radio telemetry research methods in the monitoring of reptiles in Odaesan and Woraksan national parks. We implanted PIT tags into 137 snakes (six species) captured in both the national parks between March 2006 and October 2008 and also radio-tracked two Korean rat snakes (Elaphe schrenckii anomala) from September 2007 to November 2008 in the Woraksan national park. Of total 137 snakes which we had inserted the PIT tag, 17 snakes (12.40%) were recaptured. Based on the PIT tag data of the recapture, we successfully obtained the annual growth rate of Korean cat snakes (Elaphe dione) and Red-tongue pit-viper (Gloydius ussuriensis). Home range of the Korean rat snakes based on the data of radio-tracking was estimated as 389,600 m2 (MCP: Minimum convex polygon) and 471,800 m2 (Kernel 95%) for males and 162,500m2 and 208,700m2 for females. These results suggest that if we apply PIT tag and radio telemetry research methods to manage reptiles in Korea national parks, it could greatly increase our understanding about their basic ecology and as the result, it could allow us to develop better management and conservation ways of reptiles in Korea national parks.
Park's 벡터 패턴의 왜곡률을 이용한 고정자 권선 고장 자동진단

In this paper, an auto-diagnosis method of the stator winding fault for small induction motor is suggested. 3-phase stator currents are sampled, filtered, and transformed with Park's vector transformation. After then Park's vector patterns are obtained. To detect the stator winding fault automatically, a distortion ratio is newly defined and compared with the one of healthy motor, and the threshold levels of distortion ratio are suggested. The 2-turn, 4-tum, 8-turn winding fault are tested with no load, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% rated load. The distortion ratio of the Park's vector patterns are increased as the increase of the faulted turns. but are same as the increase of the load.

The objective of this study is to analyze the flora and forest vegetation of Amnam urban natural Park. 10 transects of quadrat of 10×10m were selected for the experiment. They were surveyed from January to October 1997. The obtained results were summerized as follows ; 1. The flora of plants distributed in Amnam Park was 88 families, 245 genus, 374 species. Dicotyledom in an angiosperm was 81.3% of total percentage was 73 families, 194 genus, 304 species, Monocotyledonous plant was 13.9% of total percentage was 7 families, 38 genus, 52 species, Gymnospermous plant was 2.1% of total percentage was 4 families, 5 genus, 8 species. Pteridophyta was 2.4% of total percentage was 3 families. 7 genus, 9 species, Shave grass was 0.3% of total percentage was 1 family, 1 genus, 1 species. 2. The representative wood plants of Amnam Park were Pinus thunbergii, Machilus thunbergii, Camellia japonica, Quercus spp., Celtis sinensis, Morus bombysis, Prunus sangentii, Sorbus alnifolia, Albizzia julibrissin, Juniperus rigida, Platycaya strobilacea, Lespedeza spp., Zanthoxylum piperitum, Zanthoxylum schinifolium, Rhus spp., Carpinus coreana, Mallotus japonicus. Ficus erecta, Pittosporum tobira, Eurya japonica. Elaeagnus macrophylla. 3. The area of plant community in Amnam Park was 84.29% in Pinus thunbergii community. 6.7% in Quercus dentata-Celtis sinensis community, 1.5% in Pittosporum tobira-Eurya japonica community, 1.4% in Quercus aliena-Prunus sargentii community, 1.29% in Pinus thunbergii-Pittosporum tobira community, 1.27% in Pinus thunbergii-Eurya japonica community.
