In this work, we examined the electrical and mechanical characteristics of TFD devices for various top electrode materials by measuring barrier height and performing ASE depth profile. It was found that the shift of current-voltage(Ⅰ-Ⅴ) characteristics of TFD device depends on the top electrode material. The main reason of the asymmetry in Ⅰ-Ⅴ curve was the differences in barrier height of top and bottom electrodes, and chemical composition at the interface region between top electrode and insulator layer also was important reason. The barrier heights(φ_B) evaluated from temperature dependence of the Ⅰ-Ⅴ relation are 0.7795(Al) 1.0287(Ti) and 1.2928(Ta) eV.

유비쿼터스(ubiquitous) 환경에서의 개인용 디지털 시스템 디자인 연구

디지털 세상은 이제 또 다른 중요한 변화의 동력을 맞고 있다. 언제 어디서나 때와 장소를 가리지 않고 온라인 네트워크에 연결되어 서비스를 받을 수 있으며, 산업뿐만 아니라 살의 방식, 문화, 정치까지도 변화시킬 수 있는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 환경이 중요한 변화의 주역이 되고 있다. 또한 빠르게 발달하는 이동통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 제품들은 소형화를 이루고 옷에 부착된 단추만한 무선컴퓨터가 길거리, 버스안, 극장 등 언제, 어디에서나 자신이 원하는 곳에서 정보를 보내고 얻을 수 있게 되고, 디지털세상은 이제 또 다른 중요한 변화의 동력인 디지털 융복합화, 즉 디지털(Digital) 컨버전스(Convenience) 트렌드가 전 세계의 산업계의 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 급속도로 발달하는 모바일 제품과 정보가전제품의 지능화 등 유비쿼터스는 과거에는 상상하지도 못했던 편리함과 효율성으로 우리 생활에 활력을 가져다주고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 39회 대한민국 산업디자인전에서 수상한 작품으로 "유비쿼터스 환경에서의 개인용 디지털 컨버전스 제품디자인" 에 대해 제안해 보았다. Digital world is facing another significant power of change. Ubiquitous environment in which we can use services through entire networks anytime and anywhere, and lifestyles, culture and politics as well as industry can be changed is appearing as a leader of the change. Thanks to rapidly-developing mobile communication, production of small-sized products is possible, and information can be transmitted irregardless of the places such as streets, buses and theaters and time through wireless computers attached to buttons of clothes. The Digital World centering on digital fusion, that is, digital convenience trend, is appearing as a topic of conversation in industry. Ubiquitous such as mobile products which have rapid development and digital electric home appliances has brought energy to our life thanks to its convenience and efficiency. Therefore, this study speculates "Personal Digital System in Ubiquitous Environment" which was awarded in the 39th Korea Industrial Design Competition.

명품브랜드의 제품에서 보여지는 상징색채(象徵色彩)에 관한 연구 : 명품브랜드의 핸드백 중심으로

The contemporary product has to be one that has the product with certain image. Such an image is an important element to form the additional emotional value on the functional value of the product. Looking into the luxury brands in fashion, including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, Etro, Fendi and others, they all have their own symbolic colors and texture with tradition, and consumers remember the image of symbolic color as the color image, one of the elements to form the logo and product of the visual brand before recognizing audibly for the brand. The identity as the color image that represents the brand forms the pure color and texture to have the color differentiation of its own (brand name) to maintain the identity of the symbolic color in applying the concept on the product continuously. In such a point of view, this study analyzes and studies the relativity of color and element to realize the symbolic identity of the luxury brand of fashion to develop the sensitivity and color of consumers in a way of discovering the luxury brand of Korea.

COMS 기준 전압 발생기의 설계에 관한 연구

CMOS Reference Voltage Generator(RVG) is designed to possible CMOS process without additional process steps. It is possible to compensate the temperature of RVG by using PTAT(proportional to the absolute temperature). Temperature compensation is profitable because ??(electron mobility) is used. When VDD sweeps from 3V to 7V, variation ratio of ?? is 0.3125mV/V. Also temperature variation ratio of ?? is -47.1ppm/˚C during sweeping from 0˚C to 100˚C The total current is 15.24μA, and the Power Consumption is 50.3μW.

친환경 통합교육으로서의 청소년 디자인교육에 관한 연구

청소년 디자인교육은 인류의 미래를 위한 친환경 교육이 되어야 한다. 청소년은 잠재적인 소비자이며 미래의 기업가이자 미래를 디자인할 디자이너이기 때문이다. 그리나 현재의 청소년 디자인 교육은 단편적인 디자인 지식과 기능 교육차원에 머물러 있을 뿐 디자인의 가치와 의무에 대한 교육은 미비한 상태이다. 왜냐하면 경제패러다임에서의 디자인교육의 역할은 국가경제의 수익창출을 위한 디자이너 양성에 맞추어져있고 디자인은 기업의 이익을 위한 전략적 수단이 되고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 현재 중등학교 디자인 교육은 미술교과를 통해 단지 및 페이지 분량으로 짜여 져 있으면서도 전문적이고 단편적인 기능교육 위주의 내용으로 구성되어져 있다. 디자인을 가르치는 교수자의 주체도 불분명할 뿐더러 디자인교육과 미술교육의 개념이 심미성이라는 틀 안에 혼재 되어있어 청소년 디자인 교육의 분명한 방향을 제시하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 현재 디자인 교육이 지향(志向)하는 관점을 기업의 '경제논리'나 미술교육 차원의 '조형성과 심미성'에 맞추기보다는 '인간과 환경'에 맞추어 통합적이며 기초적인 것으로 재편하여야 한다. 이것이 새로운 세기, 환경 패러다임의 디자인교육인 것이다 그러기 위해서는 친환경 디자인교육에 관한 정책지원과 함께 디자인과 환경간의 연계 시스템이 마련되어야한다. 환경규제에 의한 국가 간 무역장벽에 적극적으로 대응해 나가고, 청소년 디자인교육을 통하여 환경에 대한 가치교육과 함께 환경과 인간의 공존공생을 위한 방법을 찾고 실천하도록 하는 것에 궁극적인 이유가 있다. 이러한 교육은 디자인학습을 통하여 지속 가능한 생활방식과 가치관을 체계적이고 효과적으로 정립해 나갈 것으로 기대한다.

脫物質化 시대에 있어서 디자인 스타일 接近方法 硏究 : 바시미 美學의 기초적 접근

아날로그 시대에는 그 시대를 대변하는 디자인 스타일과 트렌드는 분명히 존재해 왔다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 정보통신 기술의 발달과 더불어 디지털 세대에는 사회적, 문화적, 경제적인 변수들이 혼재하며 주도적인 트렌드나 스타일을 가지고 있지 못하다. 멀티 Function, 텔레매틱스, 초 표피적인 수많은 제품들의 혼재와 다양한 소비층 확대 및 욕구의 증대, 짧은 Life style 등과 함께 脫物質化 시대로 사회의 패러다임이 변화되고 진화하고 있다. 이에 디자인이 문화와 경제가 하나 되는 지식산업의 중요한 키워드로 우리 앞에 등장하면서 디자인 스타일 창출은 대단히 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구 논문은 음향오행사상에 기초한 「바시미 구조」를 한국의 미학사상을 바탕으로 기초적 접근을 통해서 디지털 사회의 脫物質化 요구에 부합하면서 세계적이며 보편적인 디자인 스타일을 찾는데 목적이 있다. The design become an important keyword of knowledge industry and the creation of new design style has a significant meaning. The purpose of this study is to find a general worldwide design style with regarding that korean aesthetics is based on Basimi construct -it comes from a philosophy of the Yin & Yand and Five Elements- , which correspond immaterial demand of digital period.

한국문화의 사상기반과 그 미래학적 가능성분석을 통한 제품디자인 개발요소 연구

Recently, design needs the social foundation for the cultural identity along with national interest in them. However, the core subjects of study and development have not had access to radical design renovation because they are just tied up to morphological approaches to the traditional culture rather than proceed to essential contents of the identity. Because the creation of design is not given from the outside, but reveals itself from within, it could not be considered without approaching the culture that endlessly creates novelty. If we do not narrow down the distance of the identity, tied up to the appearance of the culture that has been produced for centuries, we cannot be guaranteed the vitality and values of design however strongly we put stress on the culture in our design. Thus, we inevitably need the study of the contents of the cultural identity and a procedure of social agreement to it in order to derive developmental elements of product design differently from the methodological studies so far. In addition to this, we try to present abstract notions required in product design through interpreting the issue of identity in the perspective of thoughts and cultural assimilation.

효과적인 학습 환경 개선을 위한 연구 : 감성적·환경적 접근을 적용한 색채계획을 중심으로

학교 시설은 교육이념에 기초한 학교교육 목적을 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 필요한 공간과 이를 둘러싸고 있는 물리적인 환경이라고 할 수 있다. 교사의 지도 능력이 우수하더라도 학교시설이 교육을 받기에 적당하지 않다면 학교교육의 실질적인 목적을 달성하기는 어렵기 때문에 학교시설이 교육활동에서 큰 비중을 차지한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 학교는 학생들이 미래를 준비하는 생활 그 자체이기 때문에 학생들의 학습 동기나 의욕을 북돋아 주고 학습 능력을 최대한 발휘시킬 수 있는 환경으로 구성되어야 한다. 물리적인 개선책 중 교실환경의 계획적인 색채의 변화는 학생들과 교사들에게 심리적, 정서적으로 안정되고, 쾌적한 환경을 제공하는데 가장 효과적인 개선책이라 생각되며, 학생들의 학습동기나 의욕을 북돋아 주고 능률적인 학승이 되기 위해 학교시설에 대한 색채계획을 효과적으로 실시하여 최적의 분위기와 환경을 형성하도록 노력해야 한다. 이러한 인식과 함께 본 연구는 인간과 환경이라는 관계 속에서 교실 환경 색채를 다룸으로써 청소년들에게 쾌적하고 안정감 있는 교실환경을 제공하여 청소년기예 긍정적인 사고와 행동을 가지게 하고, 효율적으로 학습 능률을 증진시킬 수 있도록 하는 색채디자인을 모색해 보고자 한다. 이에 따라서 본 연구예서 학교의 실내 색채 계획이 학습의 효율성을 높여 주고, 교사(敎師)와 교육프로그램 외에 교실 환경 색채가 교육에 적극적으로 도움을 줄 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 것이다.
