The environmental elements which naturally occur can result in structural damages and operating faults of vessels under the navigation and mooring. These primary factors are considered as wind, waves and tide. In order to investigate wind shielding effects with respect to wind load conditions between two ships which face the wind directly or slantingly to the wind direction, this numerical simulation was preferred in terms of the variation of wind loads according to different distances, wind velocities and wind directions between two ships. The results were proved to be quite reasonable, comparing with experimental data from Danish Maritime Institute, and the report, Environmental Conditions And Environmental Loads published by Det Norske Veritas.

한 민족의 역사적 영역에 대하여 인접국과의 귀속 문제가 불거지는 경우, 평화적 타협은 지극히 어려워진다. 이 부분에 팽창주의적 민족주의가 개입되는 경우, 제2차 세계 대전과 같은 참화가 발생하게 됨을 전후 세대는 목도하였다. 독일 Nazi 세력은 국경 이원의 독일계 다수 지역이던 체코슬로바키아 Sudetenland에 대한 무리한 영토적 요구를 뮌헨 늑약을 통하여 성공시킴으로써, 제2차 세계 대전의 단초를 제공하였다. 하지만, 최근 독일 수뇌부 일각에서 주로 옛 피해국 체코에 대하여 독일계 주민에 대한 보복 조치인 Beneš Decrees를 지속적으로 문제 삼는 경향은 역사적 가해국임을 망각한 조치라는 우려를 야기할 만하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 독일에서 제기되는 수정주의적 역사의식의 실체를 파악한 다음, 체코 슬로바키아의 Beneš Decrees가 가지는 함의에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 그리고, 국제법적으로 Beneš Decrees는 어떻게 판단되어야 하는지, 국제법적 판단 향방과는 별도로 이를 제기하는 독일 측 주장에 국제법 상 주지할 사항이 존재하는지 여부에 관하여 논의를 심화시킬 것이다. 또한, 수정주의적 역사의식에 기인하는 선례에 대하여 추가적 정리 작업도 기대된다. 아울러 본 연구를 통하여, 전향적 역사의식을 지닌 국가라는 독일에 대한 긍정적 통념에 대하여 비판적 독해도 이루어져야 함을 환기하고자 한다. 이에 동국의 수정주의적 역사의식을 보여주는 적절한 사례로서 독일-체코 관계에 대한 문제를 제기하는 것이다. When a historical region for an ethnic group comes to the subject of a contentious territorial dispute, it will be extremely hard for the conflicting parties to reach a peaceful settlement thereof. The postwar generation has observed that the ravages of the Second World War occurred, for the Chauvinistic expansionism had permeated the German societies broadly. The Nazi Germany was successful in the reckless territorial demand over Sudetenland, the Czechoslovak marchland with the absolute majority of ethnic German, by means of the Munich Pact, which soon lead to the Second World War. However, there has been a consistent tendency within the leading members of the German Government, which reprehends the Czech Republic for its upholding of the Beneš Decrees, which had been proclaimed in reprisal for the ethnic Germans on postwar joint responsibility as traitor. It causes concern over the possibility that Germany tries to consign its historical fault into oblivion. Therefore, this paper intends to grasp the historical revisionism proposed within Germany for the first, then approach the implication of the Czechoslovak Beneš Decrees. Entirely apart from the international legality of the Beneš Decrees, the recent German revisionist approach will be checked and criticized profoundly be means of international law. Added to that, the precedents influenced by the revisionism will be expected to be arranged through the research. Added to that, the critical reading towards the traditional positive notion of Germany as a forward-looking historical consciousness needs to be carried out. Accordingly, the problem on the Czech-German relation as a contemporary example of the German historical revisionism is worth analyzing,

Mando is developing Hybrid Brake System that uses hydraulic brakes for front wheels and electromechanical brakes(EMB) for rear wheels as an intermediate step toward 4wheel brake by wire system. To make electromechanical brakes which have better performance such as response time than conventional hydraulic brakes with similar level of brake force and reliability, controlling of motor that drives electromechanical brakes is most important. This paper investigates the feasibility of several control methods for an EMB motor to acquire faster braking response in normal braking, quicker response of slip control and bigger braking force in ABS braking, and lower residual drag. This approach would be more useful for an EMB system which doesn’t have any device to measure braking force and could be applied to 4wheel brake by wire system easily. Test results with a test vehicle are presented to verify proposed control methods.
자동차 임베디드 시스템 스프트웨어 품질보증 체계 개발에 관한 연구

Because the use of software in automotive industries is growing constantly as vehicles are rapidly getting more complicated to adopt advanced technologies and supplementary functions, the quality of software has been a critical factor for the quality of automotive parts, and the vehicle also. But owing to the nature of software, the software quality assurance system should be different from that of hardware, and usually based on the quality models like ISO-9001, CMMI, or SPICE, which was developed for software. We have developed the CMM Level2 based standard software process, MSDP consists of planning, requirements management, process tracking, quality assurance and so on and implemented it to development, testing, and maintenance of chassis control systems like ESP, CDC, MOPS and others. We could reduce much more defects in the earlier development phase than before by complying the newly made standard process and auditing the software related activities with quality assurance system. Furthermore, we are continuously revising the standard process to be more effective for quality control and to be CMMI Level3 compliant.
