석주스님은 한국불교 근현대사에서 布敎의 화신으로 불릴 정도로 포교 분야에 지대한 업적을 세운 선지식이며 도심 포교의 전형을 보여준 대표적인 어른이다. 이 논문에서는 석주스님의 포교 원력과 정신, 포교 방법과 포교 역정, 그리고 오늘날 석주스님의 포교 원력과 역정이 우리들에게 주는 교훈을 다루었다. 석주스님의 포교 원력과 포교 정신에 대해서 언급한 5가지 사항 중에서 ``전법(傳法)은 나를 비우는 보살행`` 그리고 ``수행과 포교는 하나라는 정신``은 석주스님의 삶에서 일관되고 점철되고 있는 중요한 포교의 중심점이자 지향점이라 생각된다. 석주스님은 유혹의 불길이 난무하고 갈등이 폭주는 도심 속에서 수행자의 본 분을 잃지 않고 수행하면서 포교하고 포교하면서 수행해 나갔다는 점에서, 그리고 포교를 수행의 본분으로 삼았다는 점에서 오늘날 한국불교계에 던져주는 메시지는 참으로 크다고 할 것이다. 그리고 이 논문에서 석주스님의 포교 영역 중 어린이 청소년 포교와 음악포교만을 따로 영역을 나누어서 중점적으로 다루었지만, 그밖에 스님이 이룬 포교 업적에 대한 사안도 내용별로, 시기별로 정리하여 그 성과와 가치를 잘 새겨보아야 할 것이다. 석주스님의 포교 원력과 역정이 오늘날 우리들에게 주는 메시지 중에서 도심 포교와 어린이· 청소년 불교 지도자 육성의 중요성은 무엇보다도 먼저 우리불교가 해결해야 할 시급한 과제라고 본다. 그 밖에 각계각층에서 불교를 이끌 지도자를 육성하기 위해서 우리가 발 빠르게 개선해 나가야 할 점이 무엇인가를 잘 점검하고 계획하여 오늘날 우리불교의 밝은 지평을 열어나가야 할 것이다. 그것이 석주스님의 포교 정신과 원력을 오늘날 다시 살아 움직이게 하는 원동력이 될 것이다. Priest Seok-Ju is an outstanding figure who contributed so greatly to propagation of Buddhism, especially in urban areas, that he is called a paragon of propagation in the modern and contemporary history of Buddhism. This thesis addresses the aspiration, the method and the path of Priest Seok-Ju`spropagation and the lessons learned from them. Of the five aspects mentioned in this paper regarding Priest Seok-Ju`s aspiration for propagation and the path treaded by him, the statements that ``transmission of Buddhism is the practice of bodhisattva emptying myself`` and ``the spirit of practice and propagation being one`` are regarded as the essence of propagation the priest has consistently pursued throughout his life. The Korean Buddhist society these days can learn a great lesson from Priest Seok-Ju in that he practiced and propagated Buddhism without neglecting his duty as an ascetic in the urban areas where temptation and conflict rage, and that he considered propagation the responsibility of an ascetic. This thesis focused on the priest`s promotion of Buddhism among children and teenagers and propagation through music. However, we also need to look into his other propagation achievements by content and by chronical order and remind ourselves of the outcomes and their value. His aspiration for propagation and the path he treaded send us meaningful messages. In particular, it is the Korean Buddhist society`s urgent task to nurture leaders who can take the initiatives in promoting Buddhism in urban areas and among children and teenagers. In addition, we should open up a bright future for Buddhism by carefully considering what we should improve to develop Buddhist leaders at all levels of society. Such efforts will breathe new life into Priest Seok-Ju`s propagation spirit.

ABSTRACT : Recently, construction claims have been increased for protecting the rights of construction participants and obtaining the profit of construction projects.There are a lot of unpredictable and uncertain factors in construction projectand these fators cannot be stipulated clearly in contracts. For this reason, a chance of construction claims and disputes is always latent and construction disputes are occurred frequently while construction project are accomplished. Sound contractual relationship between owners and contractors can be maintained and contract clauses can be modified reasonably through construction claims. Although construction claims have theses good effects, construction claims can induce owners and contractors to an antagonism and lead to vast time and economic damages when construction claims develop disputes such as an arbiration and a litigation.

초음파법을 이용한 콘크리트 역타시공 이음부 공극의 화상검출특성

최근 역타시공법 등에 의한 콘크리트 구조물의 시공이 증가 추세에 있다. 이 경우, 자주 발생되는 신ㆍ구타설 콘크리트 시공이음부의 공극은 향후 구조물의 구조적인 특성과 내구성 등에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 현재 제안되고 있는 비파괴 검사법으로는 효과적으로 이음부 공극을 평가하기에 많은 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 시공이음부의 콘크리트 충전상태를 평가하기 위해 철골철근 콘크리트와 무근 콘크리트 시험체내에 공극을 모의제작한 후, 초음파속도 측정을 실시하고, 화상처리기법을 이용하여 비교적 용이하게 해석 가능한 방법에 대해 검토하였다.
포공령 물추출물이 뱌양 인체 구강유상피암종세포에 미치는 항암효과

In order to develop antitumor agent which indicates weak side effects and strong antitumor activity, antitumor effects of taraxaci herba water soluble extract was evaluated by MTT assay and SRB assay of colorimetric assay methods on the cultured human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells (KB cells). KB cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 media containing 10% fetal bovine serum, antibiotics and fungizone. After incubation for 24 hrs, the cells were treated with taraxaci herba water soluble extracts by dose dependent manner for 48 hrs under the same condition. The MTT and SRB quantity were measured by ELISA reader(Spectra Max 250, USA). The microscopic study was carried out to observed morphological change, Ag-NOR(argyrophylic nucleolar organizer region) number and PAS positive reacton of cultured KB cells. The results were as follows ; 1. The MTT and SRB quantity were significantly decreased in cultured KB cells treated with 10^-2 ㎎/㎖ and 10^-3 ㎎/㎖ concentration compared with control. 2. The number of Ag-NORs was significantly decreased in cultured KB cells treated with 10^-2 ㎎/㎖ concentration of taraxaci herba soluble extracts and the rate of Ag-NORs was shift left side(one Ag-NORs/nucleus was increased and five Ag-NORs/nucleus were decreased) by high concentration. 3. PAS reaction of cultured KB cells treated with 10^-2 ㎎/㎖ and 10^-3 ㎎/㎖ concentration was changed to negative. These results indicate that taraxaci herba soluble extracts may be contain antitumor compounds.

Thin film SOI 소자는 short channel effect 감소, subthreshold slop의 개선, 높은 이동도, 낮은 기생 캐패시터, latch-up현상이 없는 등의 여러가지 장점들을 가지고 있다. 이것이 ULSI에 대해 실현 가능한 기술이 된 것은 최근에 발달된 양질의 thin film SOI 기관 제작기술에 기인한 것이다. 그렇지만 current kink와 early breakdown 같은 floating body effect와 source/drain 저항의 증가라는 두가지의 큰 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 concave 구조를 가지는 SOI MOSFET 형태를 통해 문제를 풀어보고자 하였다. 제안된 concave SOI 구조는 항복전압을 높이고 드레인 영역에서의 전계를 감소시켜 kink 현상의 원인이 되는 impact ionization이 발생할 확률을 줄이는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. Thin-film SOR(Silicon-On-Insulator) devices offer unique advantages such as reduction in short channel effects, improvement of subthreshold slope, higher mobility, low parasitic capacitance, latch-up free natere, and so on. This is available technology for ULSI due to recent advances in high quality thin film SOI process technology. However, Thin film SOI devices have several problems-floating body effects, current kink, early breakdown effects, increase in parasitic source/drain resistances. In this paper, a SOI MOSFET with concave structure is analyzed for a sub-half micron regime to solve the above problems. Proposed concave SOI structure showed the increased breakdown voltage and the decreased impact ionization due to the lower electric field near the drain region.
2.4GHzWLAN용스위치설계를위한GaAspHEMT소자모델링

본 논문에서는 2.4GHz WLAN용 스위치 설계를 위한 GaAs pHEMT 소자 모델링을 수행하였다. 스위치 소자 모델로는 공정 파라미터의 함수로써 스위치 특성의 예측이 가능하고, 순방향과 역방향 특성이 대칭성을 갖는 Curtice2(Curtice-Quadratic GaAsFET)모델을 사용하였다. 스위치 동작 영역과 일반적인 스위치 증폭영역에서 소신호 및 대신호 모델들을 각각 추출하였고, 측정된 결과와 모델링 한 결과들을 비교함으로써 제안된 방법이 스위치 설계에 타당함을 확인하였다. In this paper, we have performed GaAs pHEMT device modeling for the switch design of 2.4GHz WLAN. For the switch device model, we have used Curtice2(Curtice-Quadratic GaAsFET) model, which has symmetrical forward and backward characteristics and possible for the prediction of the switch characteristics as a function of process parameters. We have extracted small signal and large signal models at the switch operating region and the general switch amplified region, respectively. By comparing the measured results with the modeling results, we have verified the proposed method is appropriate for the switch design.

The purpose of network administration is to give clients the high quality services of well-managed stability and efficiency. Contemporary network administration has been managed by the way of controlling network elements through network status monitoring. The larger in scale and the more complex the network is, the more complicated and difficult network administration has become because of the obstacles which are simultaneously occurred. Therefore, the PBNM(Policy-Based Network Management is proposed to ensure the simplicity and automatism in the administration of computer networks. Recently, the DMTF which is a PBNM standards technology adapted to WBEM, DEN, and IETF is leading policy modeling. In the paper, We show a modeling and sharing of secure policy object-oriented and secured network administration by showing PBNM or reinforced LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol). Also, LDAP server is applied iPlanet and suggested the way of how to share network security information and LDAP schema. Tested to manage policy information stored in LDAP server by domain browser using Ponder toolkit that is PMT (Policy Management Tool).

This paper presents a novel defected ground structure (DGS) and its application to a microwave oscillator. The presented oscillator is designed so as to use the suggested defected ground structure as a feedback loop inducing a negative resistance as well as a frequency-selective circuit. Applying the feedback loop between the drain and the gate of a FET device produces precise phase conversion in the feedback loop. The equivalent circuit parameters of the DGS are extracted by using a three-dimensional EM calculations and simple circuit analy sis method. The implemented 8.94GHz oscillator exhibits 9 dBm output power with over 40% dc-to-RF power efficiency and -84.5dBc/Hz phase noise at 100 kHz offset from carrier.

This paper presents the general form of transfer matrix of the digital Walsh sequency filter using the Walsh transform and the diagonal matrix. The useful model is built according with the general form of transfer matrix. And the characteristic of the filter is considered through the simulation. The filtering characteristic which is obtained from the simulation is satisfactory. It is possible that the filter is realized by means of the software or the hardware.
