흰쥐 중추신경계내 난소로 투사하는 미주신경로에 관한 연구

본 실험은 부교감신경의 하나인 미주신경이 난소를 지배하는 신경으로 관여하고 있는지를 pseudorabies 바이러스를 이용하여 난소신경로와 난소주사후 미주신경절단을 통하여 조사한 연구 보고이다. 이를 위하여 Sprague Dawley계 암흰쥐를 대상으로 pseudorabies 바이러스를 난소에 주사한 무리와 난소 주사후 미주신경을 절단한 무리에서 뇌를 적출하여 pseudorabies 바이러스에 대한 면역조직화학 염색을 시행하여 비교하였다. 본 실험결과 미주신경 중추신경로내의 상위신경핵들이 pseudorabied 바이러스에 대하여 양성반응이 줄어들었거나 관찰되지 않는 차이를 보였다. 즉 적색핵, 종말판혈관기관, 줄무늬체, 침상핵과 이마엽겉질은 부분적으로 난소의 미주신경로에 관여하고 있으며 미주신경등쪽핵, 고립로핵, 최후영역, 청색반점, 팔옆핵, 코리케퓨즈핵, 흑색질 및 시각교차위핵은 양성반응이 관찰되지 않아 미주신경으로 투사하는 부교감신경핵으로 조사되었다. The mammalian ovary has been known as receiving its innervation by sympathetic and sensory neurons of the peripheral nervous system from the brain. Recently, there were several functional reports that the vagus nerves were also regulating the ovarian function, but the vagus nerve had not been identified by clear morphological evidence. A viral transneuronal tracing technique has been used to demonstrate the morphological evidence for the central vagal involvement in ovarian innervation in brain areas. Bartha strain of pseudorabies virus injection was made into the ovary of Sprague Dawley rats. In experimental group, the vagus nerve of the same injection side was removed right after ovarian injection. At five days after initial injection, all the rats were sacrificed and brains were processed for immunohistochemistry. Several central nuclei including hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus showed strong bilateral positive labelings after unilateral injection in control rats, but the positive labelings were disappeared or decreased in several hypothalamic nuclei and nuclei of the vagus nerve. I n conclusion, these results provide the morphological evidence that vagus nerve has neural connection to ovary and by which the central nervous system may maintains the state of ovulation and reproduction as a possible parasympathetic routes in mammals.

수자원분야 색인시스템의 검색효율 비교와 질적분석

수자원 분야의 데이타베이스를 대상으로 한 실험연구에서 검색효율의 차이는 질문특성의 차이에서 기인한다는 것이 밝혀졌기 때문에 특정성, 복잡성, 최신성의 세요소를 가지고 질문에 대한 질적분석이 행해졌다. 그 결과, 특정적인 질문보다 일반적인 질문을 위해서 보다 많은 적합문헌이 주제탐색을 통하여 검색되었으며, 박사학위논문의 연구질문은 특정성을 지닌 질문이었기 때문에 주제탐색보다 인용탐색을 통해 적합문헌이 더욱 많이 검색되었다. 또한 자연과학분야, 공학분야 및 사회과학 분야의 질문에 대한 개별적인 분석이 이루어졌다 The previous study showed a large variation in performance within the queries and suggested that characteristics of queries contribute to retrieval performance. Three attributes, specificity, complexity and recency were used to analyze the different results within queries. The result showed that subject searching retrieve more relevant documents for a query with low specificity than a query with high specificity and that queries from the doctoral students* dissertations were specific queries with high specificity

유아를 위한 실외놀이환경의 환경에 관한 연구

Outdoor play hallmarks of a high quality program for the young children. However play can contribute much to children's development when planned as an integral component of the total learning environment. The purpose of the research was to find out the conditions of outdoor play environment for the young children. The instrument used in this study was the questionnaire that was included the items of the facility condition and teacher's role in outdoor play area. The present analysis was undertaken with a more sophisticated analysis, including SPSS procedures. The sample for the study comprised of 306 kindergarten teachers. Findings from this study support the following conclusions: 1. Most of kindergartens are equipped with playground, but be facilities are not available for improper installation and inadeguate organization of outdoor area. 2. Most of teachers do not take an active role to provide materials, equipment and maintenance of play area. The findings of the study lend this investigator several implications and recommendations for future research. 1. Teachers need to be aware that outdoor area plays a key role of children's development. 2. Teachers need to design and equip outdoor area for reaching the optimum development of children.

산발성 장형 위선암 환자의 Microsatellite Instability와 병리학적 양상

Background : Through many researches, microsatellite is expected to be a good diagnositic and prognostic factor in colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer, gastric cancer, and the others. The prevalence of microsatellite instability (MSI) in gastric carcinoma has reported variously, 13~44%. Purpose : We aimed to determine the prevalence of MSI-high and the relationship between MSI and pathological characteristics of sporadic intestinal type adenocarcinoma of stomach. Material and Methods : We analyzed 106 sporadic intestinal type adenocarcinoma specimens excised from patients who were over thirty-five years old to determine the statue of microsatellite by DNA sequencing. The tissues were formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded. DNA were extracted and amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). MSI was determined using five markers recommended by National Cancer Institute (NCI). Specimens were also studied with five patholical factors-differenciation of tumor cells, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, vessel invasion, and perineural invasion- to determine pathological state. Result : The microsatellite statue was determined as MSI-High in 5 cases (4.7%), no MSI-low, and MSS (microsatellite stable) in 101 cases (95.3%). Within the frequency, there was no large gap in the distinction of gender in MSI cases, but in MSS cases, there was three-times more cases in male. MSI cases had moderate-to-poor differenciation and trend to invade toward serosa. All MSI cases showed no perineural invasion. But we could not find any statistical significance between MSI and pathological characteristics of sporadic intestinal type adenocarcinoma. Conclusion : Results suggest that MSI can not make any certain pathological significance in sporadic intestinal type adenocarcinoma. Even though less than 5% of sporadic intestinal type adenocarcinoma patients showed MSI, it can be used as a influential prediagnostic factor of gastric cancer. Further study with large scale of cases will be followed to verify these results.

박인환 시『아메리카 詩抄』에 대하여

This article explores the characteristics of In-whan Park's America's Selected Poetry represented by 12 poems. These poems deal with poet's experiences of traveling a big city in America, but we can find the effort of searching for Korean's identity more than his mere sightseeing about traveling. When the poet experienced the civilization of the city, he must have felt multiple complex about America as well as criticizing civilization of America. The focus I emphasize in this article is his ambivalent attitude toward American civilization. The discrepancy between the reality he saw in America and his existence made his consciousness suffer the disorder of identity. I can find ambivalent images in his America's Selected Poetry represented by 12 poems, which are disappointment, frustration, a sense of estrangement but some admiration in his mind. The previous study on In-whan Park's America's Selected Poetry has focused on the negative aspects of America civilization and the absence of awareness of reality in his poetry, but this article reveals the unifying images of his conflict reality of two civilization, which make his poetry great, I think.

수자원문헌의 주제탐색과 인용탐색의 검색효율 비교연구

This study measured whether subject descriptor searching and citation searching retrieve different documents for conceptual queries and methodological queries in natural science, engineering and social science. The retrieval effectiveness of two search methods was measured using as criteria, total number of documents retrieved, total number of relevant documents, overlapping and unique documents and precision ratio. The search subject was water resources and the databases used were Selected Water Resources Abstracts (SWRA) and SCISEARCH. Data were collected for 21 doctoral students working on their dissertations in the three fields of water resources. Principal findings included: 1) subject searching and citation searching each retrieved substantially equal number of documents; 2) total number of relevant document for conceptual queries was larger than that for methodological queried, while there was a large variation among the three fields; 3) the average overlap was quite small, while citation searching yielded more unique documents than subject searching; 4) for conceptual queries, citation searching yielded a higher precision ratio than subject searching, while subject searching obtained a slightly higher precision ratio than citation searching for methodological queries; and 5) citation searching was effective for both specific queries and broad queries if seed articles are well chosen, while subject searching only worked well for broad queries. It was further found that: 1) citation searching is not a subsidiary but a substantial retrieval method in water resources; 2) SWRA is effective for queries for engineering and SCISEARCH is appropriate for queries for natural science, while neither SWRA nor SCISEARCH work well for queries for social science; and 3) characteristics of queries affect retrieval results more than the characteristics of documents or the coverage of databases

The expansion of Approach is one of the attributes in modern AAAccounting. Trying Accounting measurement on pollution. I used Corporate Social Accounting theory as the background because pollution Accounting is a part of corporate social Accounting. Corporate Social Accounting, called also social responsibility Accountings or corporate Social Audit, means measurement and reporting of the performance that business's action gives to the society. Many interests are concentrated in measurement of social cost and social beneifit, in order to report pollution information. we must difine the concept of pollution, put the Accounting standards of pollution, create the measuring method and make the reporting model of pollution information. Accounting standards which can be used to measure and report the pollution cost and benefit are as following. 1. relevance. 2. freedom from bias. 3. quantifiabiltiy. 4. usefulness. 5. uniformity. 6. adequate disclosure. 7. contiunity. 8. materiality. 9. conservatism. 1-4 are standards for providig characteristics of information. 5-9 are performing criterias for Accounting practice, As methods for measuring pollution, there can be indicated follows 1. Surrogate valuation 2. Survey techniques 3. Restoration or Avoidance cost 4. outlay cost 5. Analysis ect Some problems on The allocation of pollution cost, Development of reporting MOdel, etc are appeared in the next study, Accounting reports for pollution.

國際物品賣買契約에 관한 UN協約상의 品質基準에 관한 考察

오늘날 국제거래상 매매되는 물품의 품질이 매매에 적합한 품질을 구비하고 있느냐의 여부, 즉 판매적합성 또는 적상성에 대해서는 나라마다 해석상의 차이가 존재하고 있고 또한 다툼이 많이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제물품매매에서의 품질결정기준에 대하여 우리 민법, 영국의 물품매매법, 미국의 통일상법전, 국제물품매매계약에 관한 유엔협약을 중심으로 연구하는 과정을 통해서 품질기준에 관한 제규정을 법리적으로 해석 정리하였으며, 실제 적용가능성을 고려하여 참고 자료가 될 수 있도록 하는 동시에 해석상의 객관성을 기할 수 있도록 하였다.

Accordingly it has required a related study on the management and controlling schems for the bettterment of college operation. This paper is to provide the direction through the rationalization and systematization of the college budget system. Budgeting system is progressed through the Improvement of Managerial According as following systems. 1) Line Item Budgeting System 2) Performance Budgeting System 3) Planning, programming, Budgeting system 4) Zero-Based Budeting System Common features and problems on the College Budget Systems are that have even performed by traditionary line Item Bedgeting System.
