        20세기 전기 일본어 학습서의 일본어 한글 표기 연구

        This study aims to classify the Hangul notation of Japanese shown in Japanese Learning Readers in the early 20th century and make a deep analysis of the method of notation closest to the actual Japanese pronunciation. We examined Hangul notation of Japanese vowel columns specifically choosing エ(e) column and ウ(u) column. We noticed the vast difference in Hangul notation of エ(e) column that ‘ㅕ, ㅖ’ were frequently shown before the 20th century while ‘p’ was more frequently noted in the early 20th century. ス, ズ, ツ, ヅin Hangul notation of ウ(u) column was marked as ‘ㅡ’ before the 20th century while marked as ‘ㅜ’ in the early 20th century along with ‘ㅡ’. Hangul notation of consonants is discussed primarily concerning voiceless sounds, voiced sounds and p-sounds. When it comes to voiceless sounds, チ (?i), ツ(ts?) were fully examined. チwas marked as ‘지, 찌’ before the 20th century while marked as ‘지’ or ‘디’ in the early 20th century. ツwas marked ‘즈, 쯔, ?’ in the literature before the 20th century. The difference between prior to the 20th century and the early 20th century is that Japanese Learning Readers in noting ツas ‘쓰’ was marked only in the early 20th century. Hangul notation of voiced sounds in literature were classified into five categories with some differences in detail (the category 1: 가, the category 2: ?, the category 3: ㅇ가, the category 4: 가?, the category 5: ?). The reason for the category 2 above is that consonants which can be differentiated in Korean can not be differentiated in Japanese such as tense sounds, and the opposite is true in case of voice consonants such as Japanese カ[ka], ガ[ga] which cannot be differentiated in Korean since they are noted with the same syllable 가[ka] and 가[ga]. The category 5 varies in different literature 『日話朝雋(Ilhwajojeon)』 and 『日本語學音·語編(Ilboneohak Eumeopyeon)』marked[+nasal] feature and『無先生增補速修國語讀本(Museonsaeng Jeungbo Soksu Kukeodokbon』 noted [+voice] feature. Hangul notation of p-sounds in literature were classified into five categories (the category 1: 바, the category 2: 파, the category 3: ?, the category 4: ㅇ파, the category 5: ?). Most literature uses the category 2 in their notation.『日本語學音·語編』and 『日語大學(Ileodaehak)』 mark the notation of the voiced sound(the category 5) and p-sound(the category 3) very close to the actual pronunciation.

        체간안정화 훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 호흡기능에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of trunk stability training on improving trunk control, respiratory function, and respiratory muscle activation in stroke patients. Methods : The subjects were assigned to two groups: the intervention group (n=15) and the control group (n=15). Both groups participated in a conventional stroke rehabilitation program, but the intervention group also received trunk stability training for 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks. The main trunk stability exercise consisted of the dead bug exercise. Trunk control was assessed using a trunk impairment scale, and respiratory function (pulmonary function and respiratory muscle function) was assessed using spirometry. The data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation, independent t-test, and paired t-test. Results : Trunk control was significantly positively correlated with pulmonary function and respiratory muscle strength. Both groups showed a significant increase in trunk control and respiratory function. Conclusion : This study demonstrated that a conventional stroke rehabilitation program and trunk stability training have positive effects on respiratory function and respiratory muscle activation in stroke patients.

        네트웍 기반 학습시 공학적 사고가 창의적인 학습능력에 미치는 영향과 변화분석

        The purpose of this study is offer the data that supplies the self-regulated learning strategy based on a learner's individual quality through the changes of components in self-regulated learning ability according via network. To achieve that goal, the problem-based model via network based on prior research was developed. The model was divided into five steps :introduction, problem grilling, search, achievement, and evaluation & regulation. The experiment group was composed entirely of 3rd high school student who were studying in polytech school, also, based on the result of this study, the various and more specific teaching-learning programs have to developed, according to the learner's cognitive character and the specific factors of self-regulated learning ability and apply them to student for extension of learner's individual study educational specialists study about utilization method that is reflected the special features of network-based learning and problem-based learning and can be real help to many teachers in schools.

And the achieving customer satisfaction and the various demand of customer made the integration of logistics information system on the consolidated transportation recognized as a core of the business. So in this study, we intend to provide the standard of product development that is valuable on the market through the implementing a framework of consolidated transportation model to the companies, designing a collaborated inventory and also suggest the standard of consolidated transportation model through the data modeling and case study.

      • Pseudomonas putida 378이 생산하는 Lipoprotein lipase의 성질

        Pseudomonas putida 378이 생산하는 LPL을 정제하여 이에 대한 몇 가지의 생물화학적 성질을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 배양액으로부터 ethanol 분획, Ammonium Sulfate 침전, DEAE-Cellulose column chromatography, CM-Sephadex column chromatography, Gel filtration를 거쳐 LPL을 정제하였다. 이때 효소는 122배 정제되었고, 회수율은 11.77%였다. 2. 정제된 효소는 SDS-PAGE에서 단일 band를 보여주어, 순수하게 정제되었음을 나타내었고, 분자량은 Gel filtration법에 의해 약 108,000으로 나타났고, SDS-PAGE에 의하여 약 107,000으로 나타났으므로, 본 효소액은 monomer로 생각된다. 3. 효소의 최적 pH는 7.0이며, 최적온도는 45℃이었으며, pH는 5.0~8.0 범위에서 안정하였고, 온도는 60℃까지 안정하였다. 4. 본 효소는 1mM Ca 에 의해 활성화 되며, 10mM Hg , Ni 에 의해 저해되었다. 5. 본 효소의 각종 지질에 대한 가수 분해율은 대조구인 olive oil에 비해 lecithin에 대해 다소 높았으며, stearic aid와 tributyrin에 대해서는 매우 낮았다. The purification and properties of the lipoprotein lipase from Pseudomonas putida 378 were investigated. It was purified by ethanol, ammonium sulfate fractionation and chromatographies on DEAE- Cellulose, CM-Sephadex and gel filtration of Sephadex G-100. The enzyme was purified about 122 fold with a yield of 11.77%. The purified enzyme showed a single protein band on SDS-PAGE. Its molecular weight was estimated to be about 108,000 and 107,000 by gel filtration and SDS-PAGE, respectively. Lipoprotein lipase had an optimum pH of 7.0, and an optimal temperature of 45℃, and the stable range of pH was 5.0 to 8.0. The enzyme was thermostable at below 60℃. The enzyme was strongly inhibited by Hg (10mM), Ni (10mM) and showed the most activity ohn Ca (1mM). This lipoprotein lipase was capable of hydrolyzing a variety of oils, showing were active on lecithin than on olive oil.

      • 韓國産 在來式 된장의 Aflatoxin有無의 檢索

        大邱를 비롯한 여러 地方에서 在來式으로 家庭에서 製造한 된장 50種을 蒐集하고 A.O.A.C.公定法에 依해 Aflatoxin을 檢索한 結果는 다음과 같다. 된장에서 分離 抽出하여 TLC法에 依하여 確認한 螢光 物質은 標準 Aflatoxin과 比較하였을 때 Rf値가 一致하지 않거나, Rf値가 類似한 것은 UV lamp下에서 螢光色이 標準 Aflatoxin과 一致하지 않았다. 一, 二次 展開에서 Aflatoxin類似 螢光 物質이 나타나 試料에 對해 서로 助成이 다른 展開液으로 二次元 展開를 했을 때, 여러 螢光 物質이 90日 後에 觀察했을 때는 揮發하여서 amine類로 추정하였고 非揮發性 螢光 物質은 標準 Aflatoxin의 Rf値와 比較했을 때 一致하지 않았다. 結局 本 實驗에서 使用한 試料의 範圍 內에서는 Aflatoxin이 檢索되지 않았다. 그러나 分離된 여러 개의 螢光 物質의 毒性 與否는 現在로서는 確認하지 못하였으며 그 物理 化學的 生理的 性質은 더 硏究해 보아야 할 課題로 生覺된다. Studies were carried out to investigate the possible occurrence of aflatoxins in Korean native soybean pastes collected from Taegu etc. Chloroform extracts from 50 samples were subjected to identification with thin layer chromatography by official method of A.O.A.C. The results obtained were summarized as follows: Many of the fluorescence substances were occurred in 50 samples examined. The Rf values of the fluorescence substances from the samples were almost different from those of the standard aflatoxins and the colors of the fluorescence substances which had Rf values of the standard aflatoxin were different from those of the standard aflatoxins. As a result, aflatoxins were not present in some Korean native soybean pastes. The toxicity and physiological activity of many fluorescence substances isolated from the Korean native soybean pastes examined are opened to further investigation.

      • 중력에 관한 고등학생들의 개념 조사 연구

        This study investigates the concept of gravity possessed by high school students. 100 students Moonsung High School in Gwangju were tested for the study. They were encouraged to write explanation about their choice in written multiple-choice questionnaires. The test instrument consists of 8 items, all involving some concepts of gravity. By analysing students' responses and comments, the patterns of thinking were categorized and the proportion of those were calculated. Summerized results are as follows; 1. Higher grade students explained questions with a lot of physical concepts but it was not appropriate to apply those concepts to the given situations. 2. In case of the lower grade students there were more responses of intuitive thinking than of rational one. 3. Because students commonly saw the direction of the force as being necessarily in the same direction as the motion of an object, they had a wrong idea hat gravity acts only on falling motion. 4. Many students had also a wrong idea that the falling speed is closely related with the magnitude of gravity or air resistence in falling motion. 5. Most of students did not estimate the relation between height and gravitational field strength.

      • P3-F계 세제의 살균력 측정

        The microbial activity of P3-luboklar FC,FC-A,FC-A(XT)DX and DXB was compared by DGHM Germ Carrier Test method. The following results were obtained. 1. FC,KB and KC has shown to be effective against all strains within 10 minutes. 2. FC-A was effective against E. coli, immediately, and kill could be achieved against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus within 4 minutes and 16 minutes, respectively. 3. DXB was effective against all strains within 10 minutes with the exeption of B. subtilis. 4. FC-A(XT) was the most effective against B. subtilis.

I want to give a plenty of aid to many health club in korea. I think that many health club need to start to manage that new style aerobics activity business. The key of this problems are this ways. 1. The service of aerobics activity gave to promote in many styles. 2. Diet program is designed by aerobics activity 3. New aerobic dance program of jazz dance or create dance have to dane compositom(choreography).
