        체간안정화 훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 호흡기능에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of trunk stability training on improving trunk control, respiratory function, and respiratory muscle activation in stroke patients. Methods : The subjects were assigned to two groups: the intervention group (n=15) and the control group (n=15). Both groups participated in a conventional stroke rehabilitation program, but the intervention group also received trunk stability training for 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks. The main trunk stability exercise consisted of the dead bug exercise. Trunk control was assessed using a trunk impairment scale, and respiratory function (pulmonary function and respiratory muscle function) was assessed using spirometry. The data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation, independent t-test, and paired t-test. Results : Trunk control was significantly positively correlated with pulmonary function and respiratory muscle strength. Both groups showed a significant increase in trunk control and respiratory function. Conclusion : This study demonstrated that a conventional stroke rehabilitation program and trunk stability training have positive effects on respiratory function and respiratory muscle activation in stroke patients.

      • 동종 골수이식 후 만성 이식편대숙주질환과 동반되어 신증후군으로 발현된 IgA 신병증 1예

        동종 골수이식 후 발생하는 신기능부전은 원인이 다양하여 감별에 어려움이 있다. 만성 GVHD는 흉선의 기능저하에 따른 면역관용의 실패로 발생되는 자가면역현상에 의해 발생되는 것으로 알려져 있으며 드물게 신장을 침범하여 신증후군을 일으키기도 한다. CaA의 용량을 줄이거나 투약중지 후 발생한 만성 GVHD에 동반된 신증후군의 경우 조기에 신조직검사를 시행하여 감별진단하고 CsA의 용량을 증량하거나 재투약하여 좋은 치료 결과를 보일 것으로 기대된다. 저자들은 문헌고찰을 통해 동종 골수이식 후 발생된 신증후군이 유사한 임상양상을 보이며 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가면역현상이 연관되어 있음을 확인하였으며 동종 골수이식 후 신증후군의 임상양상을 보이는 환자에서 병리조직학적으로 lgA 신병증을 진단하고 이러한 lgA 신병증이 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가 면역현상이 연관되어 있을 가능성을 최초로 확인하였으며 CsA를 이용하여 성공적으로 치료한 경험을 하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Renal insufficiency is occasionally encountered in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation and its cause is difficult to ascertain. Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) related to thymic dysfunction is immune-mediated and involves autoreactivity of T-lymphocytes derived from donor marrow to recipient's major histocompatibility complex(MHC) minor antigens. The clinical mainifestations of chronic GVHD are similar to those of autoimmune disease but kidney involvement is rare. Few cases of nephrotic syndrome with membranous nephropathy or minimal change nephrotic syndrome have been reported to be associated with chronic GVHD in allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipient especially after cyclosporine A(CsA) withdrawal, and these cases have responded well to CsA. Therefore, it is prudent to differentiate the cause of post-transplant renal insufficiency using renal biopsy and to start CsA in a case of nephrotic syndrome associated with chronic GVHD as early as possible. We report a case who had a massive proteinuria during the post-allogeneic marrow transplantation period. The cause of nephrotic syndrome was diagnosed as IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy. The patient was successfully treated with reintroduction of CsA.

      • ICT를 활용한 수학과 교수-학습 방안 연구

        The purpose of thesis is to make the students who are not interested in athematics have interest in mathematics by using information & Communication Technology(ICT), to understand the nathematical principles, to know how close they are to us through data connected with real life and direct manufacturing and experiment of cyberspace, to solve the mathematics for themselves, and to make mathematics teachers develop and make use of ICT teaching-learning manual. Let’s see the following thesis for this purpose. First, it was divided into 8 teaching-learning activity types in connection with characteristics and educational use possibility of Information Technology. It was analyzed into concept, teaching-learning process procedures, and illustration for teaching-learning. Second, gathered and analyzed the scattered internet sites about mathematics, and made use of the intenet sites for teaching and learning mathematics. Third, for effective ICT teaching-learning. I chose the teaching-learning main idea, objectives and teaching-learning activity type. and I checked the aility to use information Technology and then chose the environment and media for information Technology. And then I planned the teaching-learning strategy. Fourth, I developed and applied the teaching-learning model using information Technology, and analyzed the results. This ICT teaching-learning activities brought interests for mathematics, accomplishment motivation, confidence about mathematics, and sense of superiority to the students. In addition to my student became active in mathematics class through this ICT teaching-learning activities.

      • 디젤機關의 低質油 燃燒에 關한 硏究

        Since the oil crises of late about 20 years, the diesel engine fuel tends to be higher in viscosity and lower in quality. It has become of paramount importance to save fuel costs in the medium and large sized diesel engines. Attempts have been made to use cheaper low grade fuel oil as a countermeasure. However, when low grade fuel oil is used for diesel engine, such as the need for the installation of heating devices and combustion problems. Therefore, a study to cope with these problems as required. In these circumstances, the purpose of this study the possibility of practical use of low grade fuel oil in the diesel engine from the viewpoint of the engine performance and harmful exhaust gas emissions using the fuel oil feeding system, which uses ultrasonic vibration. In this study, ultrasonic vibration equipment was made. D/A blend fuels(diesel oil+heavy oil "A") were used for the comparative investigation of combustion performance of low grade fuel oil. Engine tests were carried out using the small sized diesel engine. The results are obtained as follows : 1. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil" A" results in the increase of ignition delay of fuel, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in a reduction in ignition delay. 2. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil "A" results in the increase of maximum rate of pressure rise, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in the decrease of the maximum rate of pressure rise. 3. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil" A" results in the decrease of the brake thermal efficiency, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in the improving the brake thermal efficiency by max. 10.4%. 4. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil "A" results in the increase of fuel consumption rate, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in the decrease in the fuel consumption rate by max. 9.8%. 5. The increase in mixing ratio of heavy oil " A" results in the increase of smoke emissions, but the using the ultrasonic vibration equipment with diesel engine results in the decrease in the smoke emissions by max. 32%.

      • SM20C 旋削時 加工條件 變化에 따른 칩 形狀에 관한 硏究

        This study was to look for cutting conditions which are safe, comfortable and contributable to the increase in productivity at the time in turning. The shape of chips while turning have a strong effect on cutting processing. If chips fail to be well controlled, systematic cutting is not possible by revolution of chips entangled with workpiece or damage of tool edges, and this causes problems threatening the safety of the operator. This study is designed to identify conditions which chips effectively controlled and able to treat properly, and the results are as follows: 1. Feed rate, which determined the shape of chips, was found to have a stronger impact on the shape of resulting chips than any other cutting condition. 2. When feed rate was 0.25mm or over, controlled chips(coil spring type) were produced under whatever cutting conditions. 3. When feed rate was 0.25mm or over and depth of cut was 1.0mm, well-controlled shorter coil type chips were produced at every spindle speed, which implied they were the most suitable cutting conditions. 4. Feed rate 0.2mm was found to be an unstable section where coil spring and linear mixed type chips were produced together, and as feed rate decreased, more linear chips beyond control were produced. 5. At the same spindle speed, as the diameter of the material became bigger, controlled chips were produced only when the depth of cut was reduced, and vice versa under feed rate 0.2mm. 6. At the same feed rate, the lower spindle speed was, the more stable chips were produced.

      • 배관용 신축이음관의 응력해석에 관한 연구

        The U-shaped expansion joint which widely used as a safety equipment against the deformation and destruction of a piping system, has been analyzed by the FEM (Finite Element method) and the strain measurement test. A good agreement between the FEM and the test result shows using the numerical analysis before the test better. Under all of the loading case, the max, stress is measured at corrugation crest and corrugation root. The U -shaped expansion joint which has more corrugation is better under the higher acting force.

      • 국민학교 학생들의 과학에 관련된 태도와 과학 불안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between science anxiety and attitude related to the science of elementary students. To investigate the attitude, modified TOSRA and KEDI's attitude scale were used. To survey the science anxiety, modified science anxiety measurement scale was used. As the Cronbach α, the modified attitude instrument indicated 0.8 and modified anxiety instrument was 0.89. The 1,202 subjects were sampled by stratified cluster sampling method. The major findings of this study are as follows. 1. Fifth grade students have significantly higher attitude scores than sixth grade students. 2. Sixth grade students have significantly higher anxiety scores than fifth grade students. 3. There was no significant difference between male and female on science related attitude and science anxiety. 4. The rural area students has significantly higher anxiety scores than large city students. 5. The Pearson's correlation coefficient between anxiety and attitude was 0.57.

      • 초음파 무화에 의한 등유연소에 관한 연구

        The paper describes combustion of kerosene using ultrasonic atomizer. It is important for kerosene stoves to have the formation of a homogeneous mixture and complete combustion, because this kind of stove can be used indoors. In order to develop high performance kerosene stoves, we prepared the combustor of kerosene using ultrasonic atomizer, and investigated the optimun height of kerosene for the maximun atomization rate and the characteristics of blow off and quenching in the combustor.

      • 소음·진동의 측정, 분석에 있어서 퍼스컴의 활용에 관한 연구

        The measurement system of the noise and vibration is consisted of personal computer, AID converter, interfacing sound level and vibration meters. The experiment is performed in a dynamic system by this system, and some information which are necessary for the noise and vibration analysis can be obtained through the processing of the data that are stored in the computer. These are sound pressure level, RMS level, peak value, p-p value, frequencies, displacement, velocity, acceleration. With this experimental system, it will be considered that more easy way of sound and vibration data pick-up and processing is possible.
