      • CaSO₄:Tb TLD의 제작과 특성

        In this study, the highly sensitive CaSO₄:Tb glass capsule type TLDs are fabricated and their trap parameters are determined. The optimum conditions of fabricating of CaSO₄:Tb phosphor was obtained to be in impurity concentration of Tb 1.0 mol% and sintering of 600 ℃, 2 hr. The glow curve of CaSO₄:Tb consists of three glow peaks and these peaks are isolated by thermal bleaching method. Activation energy of the three glow peaks measured by the initial rise, the peak shape and the heating rate method are 0.70, 0.87, and 1.03 eV. The frequency factors are 1.76 × 10^(9) , l.74×10^(9), and 9.77×10^(8) s^(-1), and the kinetic orders are 1.12. 1.46. and 1.34. respectively. The isolated glow peaks are fitted by least square method and optimum temperature range of the main peak for radiation dosimetry is 230~295 ℃.

        Highly sensitive CaSO₄:Tm TLD are fabricated and their trap parameters are determined. The glow curve of CaSO₄:Tm consists of three glow peaks and these peaks are isolated by the thermal bleaching method. The isolated glow peaks are fitted by a least squares method. The activation energies are 0.68, 0.82 and 1.03 eV. The frequency factors are 8.09×10^(6), 9.14×10^(8) and 1.03×10^(9)/s, and the kinetic orders are 1.37, 1.54 and 1.68, respectively. The optimun temperature range of the main peak for radiation dosimetry is 220~290℃.

        The characteristics of photostimulation in sulfide phosphors and alkalihalide phosphors are reviewed briefly. then, the mechanism and the characteristics of photostimulated luminescence in BaFX:Eu^(2+) are summarized. The computed radiography(CR) system is mainly used for the diagnostic X-ray imaging, it has potential for applying to the other fields of ionizing radiation imaging. It was found out that the imaging plate detector is useful as a new type wide range personal dosimeter.

      • TLD의 제작과 전자선의 흡수선량 분포 측정

        In this study, the highly sensitive CaSO₄:Tm-PTFE TLDs has been fabricated for the purpose of measurement of high energy electron. CaSO₄:Tm phosphor powder was mixed with polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) powder and moulded in a disk type(diameter 8.5㎜, thickness 90㎎/㎠) by cold pressing. The batch uniformities were average deviation 3.1%. The TLDs were determined to be R_(100)=14.5㎜, R_(50)=24.1㎜ and R_(p)=31.8㎜, respectively. The beam flatness were 4.5% as the variation of dose relative to the central axis over the central 80% of the field size at a maximum dose depth in a plane perpendicular to the central axis.

        혈소판 농축 혈장이 임플란트 주변 골형성에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구

        Various methods have been used to fill in the defects around the implants. Recently, researchs of developing and purifying various growth factors, and efforts to apply these growth factors in clinical situations have been carried out. Among those tries, platelet-rich plasma(PRP) containing abundant PDGF and TGF-β obtained by the sequestration and concentration of platelets by the gradient density centrifugation became one of the popular and preferred methods becuase of relatively simple procedure and abundant growth factor components. Bone morphogenic protein(BMP), platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF), and transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β) are growth factors in the PRP that promote the bone formation. To elucidate the effects of PRP on the bone formation in peri-implant bone defects, twenty-seven Steri-Oss implants were inserted in the mandibular premolar areas of 8 adult dogs and artificial bone defects(3×4×4㎜) were prepared at the buccal side of the implants in 1st premolar, at the distal side of the implants in 3rd premolar. The control groups were filled with bovine bone grafts without PRP, and the experimental groups were filled with bovine bone grafts with PRP. Animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after the operation and speimens were observed by light and electron microscope. The results were as follows. first, the bone formation was observed at 1st week in the experimental groups, but at 2nd week in the control groups. second, the mature bone was observed at 4th week in the experimental groups. but 8th week in the control groups. the bone growth rate of experimental groups was more rapid than that of control groups. third, at 12th week, bone density ratio was higher in the experimental groups(71.65%) than that of the control groups(48.49%). fourth, Grafted bovine bone were almost completely absorbed at 1st week in experimental groups, but it was still present at 8th week in control groups. From the above results, PRP may accelerate the formation of new bone by promoting absorption of the graft material and increasing the growth rate of bone.

      • Sparganum 에서 생성된 성장호르몬 유사물질에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Spirometra erinacei의 전이숙주인 흰쥐가 제 3기유충 Plerocercoid (Sparganum)에 감염되었을때 숙주의 성정에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 흰쥐에 Sparganum을 감염시켜 숙주의 성장을 조절하는 뇌하수체 조직중 성장호르몬(GH) 분비세포와 Sparganum에서 성장호르몬 유사물질 분비조직과의 관련성이 있는가를 면역조직화학적으로 추구하였으며 또한 Sparganum의 감염에 따라 숙주의 혈중 성장호르몬의 농동변화등을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 실험결과를 얻었다. 1. 뇌하수체에서 성장호르몬 양성분비 세포는 정상대조군보다 감염 45일, 60일, 75일째 가장 감소하였으며, 감염 90일째는 정상대조군과 같은 수준으로 회복되었다. 2. Sparganum에서 전체적으로 tegument와 epidermal musculature에 성장호르몬 유사물질을 분비하는 세포들이 많이 분포하였고, 감염일이 경과될수록 tegement와 epidermal musculature층이 두껍게 염색반응이 나타났으며, parenchymal musculature내에서도 일부 염색되었다. 특히, epidermal musculature 층에서 성장호르몬 양성세포들이 많이 나타났다. 3. SPARGANUM에 감염된 쥐의 혈중 성장호르몬 농도는 정상대조군과 유의차가 없었다. In the studies, we carried out to localize the growth hormone(GH) analogue in Sparganum and to investigate the influence of GH like substance on the rats during infection period, by immunohistochemistry and dot-ELISA. For immunohistochemistry, pituitaries of adult male rats infected with Sparganum and Sparganum itself were disseced out after perfusion with 4% neutral buffered paraformaldehyde. Tissues were embedded and sectioned at a thickness of 5 ㎛. Rabbit anti-rat GH was used as a first antibody avidin-biotin peroxidase complex(ABC) method was applied. The concentration of GH in rat blood was estimated by dot-ELISA with anti-rat GH and ABC complex. The results obtained were as follows: 1. In the pituitary glands of the infected rats, the GH secreting cells decreased in number at 45, 60, 75 days after first infection. But at 90 days after infection, the number of GH secreting cells retain the control level. 2. The Sparganum had many GH like substance secreting cells in its tegument and epidermal musculature. As the infections are longer, the tegument and epidermal musculature were stained more intensely. And also parenchymal musculature was stained pratially. 3. The concentration of GH in the blood of infected rats had no significant difference between infected groups and normal groups.

      • ‘국어교육론’에 대한 비판적 고찰 : 수입학을 중심으로

        1945년 이후의 국어교육론은 수입학에 의존해 왔다. 특히 글쓰기와 언어 영재교육론은 외국 이론의 영향을 크게 받았다. 그래서 보고 읽고 쓰는 데도 정확하지 못하여 사태가 심각한 지경에 이르렀다. 그 실태가 어떠한지 ‘그림’ 보기, 용어 사용, 문장 기술, 영재교육론 관점에서 비판하고, 대안을 찾았다. 수입학을 극복하려면 자주적인 탐구로 창조적인 결과를 내놓아야 한다. 그 기초가 국어교육론 토착화, 문장 기술의 정교화, 영재교육론의 자주화임을 밝혔다. Korean language pedagogy has been highly relying on imported studies since 1945, especially, writing and education for the gifted in language. Therefore independent and creative studies could have been yet started. The purpose of this thesis is to find out the possibility for independent and creative studies by accurate writing skill and education for the gifted in language with criticism on heavy dominant on imported studies

      • 大邱附近의 土壤調査와 그 主要成分의 分析

        In this country, the farming population makes up two thirds of the whole nation. We can realize the intensive farming through studying soil and applying its results to the practical use. In this discourse the writer tried to study the changes between the two experimentations and to fidn any proper measures to improve the soil conditions. (1) The first experiment was made on soil which was taken at 120 places of Taegu area (1957), and the second one was made at 101 places at the same area (1964). (2) The experiment was made over soil, P.H., exchange acidity, hydrolytical acidity, carbon of humus, nitrogen etc. (3) P.h. was diminished at the rate of 0.43 compared with the average of kyungpook Province before 1945, and at the rate of 0.21 compared with the first experiment. Acidity was increased and the present P.H. is 5.47. (4) The average of the present hydrolytical acidity is 23.8 and that of exchange acidity is 1.67, and the former was increasing at the rate of 5.7 and the latter at the rate of 0.47. It shows increasing tendency and P.H. is likely to increase, too. (5) Carbon of human is 1.2% and it will not be enough for the growth of plants. This is diminished 0.2% and it shows diminishing tendency from now on. (6) Nitrogen is 0.22% and it will be enough. It was increasing 0.04% Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are required for fertilization.

      • 診斷用 X線 發生裝置의 整流方式에 따른 性能 比較

        Inverter generators are now on the way for further development to eliminate single phase generators and three phase generators. We compared inverter type X-ray apparatus with conventional single phase 2 peak and three phase 12 peak apparatus in the following aspects X-ray output to tube voltage, linearity of X-ray output to mA and exposure time, transmission dose in various thickness of aluminium absorber with different kVp. The output, linearity of inverter type and three phase 12 peak showed increase as compared against of single phase 2 peak X-ray generator. The transmitted doses of inverter type and three phase 12 peak X-ray generators were more increased than single phase 2 peak X-ray generator.

      • BaFBr:Eu^(2+) 형광체의 열형광매개변수 결정

        BaFBr:Eu^(2+) phosphors were fabricated and trap parameters of thermoluminescence were determined by heating rate method. The glow curve of BaFBr:Eu^(2+) consists of three peaks when the heating rate is 4 ℃/s. The temperatures of peaks are 79 ℃, 175 ℃ and 292 ℃. To determine the trap parameters, the heating rate changed from 2 ℃/s to 10 ℃/s when we measured the glow curve. As a result of heating rate method, the activation energy are 0.98, 1.38 and 1.91 eV, the kinetic order are 1.20, 2.54 and 1.46, the frequency factor are 6.7×10¹³, 2.4×10^(15) and 7.9×10^(16) s^(-1), for each peaks.
