오이속의 조효소액에 존재하는 Superoxide dismutase(SOD)활성의 pH 안정성은 pH 8.0에서 가장 안정하였고 pH5.0~9.0 사이의 범위에서는 비교적 안정하였다. 최적 온도는 25℃였고 열 안정성은 60℃까지는 안정하였다. 100℃에서 5분간 보관하였을 경우에는 12%만이 남아있었다. 오이에 존재하는 SOD 활성이 섭취 후에도 안정한가를 확인하기 위한 실험에서는 위속의 pH와 동일하도록 오이속의 조효소액의 pH를 2.0으로 변형시킨 후 36.7℃에서 3시간 동안 보관 후에 잔존활성이 10%였고, 장내의 환경인 pH 7.0으로 바꾸어 6시간 동안 둔 후 잔존하는 SOD의 활성은 25%로 활성이 증가되었다. 다양한 열처리 후에 잔존하는 오이의 SOD활성은 오이속은 데치기에서(끓는 물에서 2분) 25%, 껍질은 찌는 동안에(3분) 53%, 그리고 속과 껍질로 분리하지 않은 오이는 데치기에서 27%의 활성잔존률을 보였다. 4℃에서는 20일간 보관한 후에 오이속의 조효소액은 81%활성이 있었고, 30℃에서는 17%의 활성이 남아 있었다. 투석한 결과 SOD의 활성은 변화가 없었으므로 오이속에 존재하는 SOD는 적어도 분자량이 12,000 이상의 물질로 추정된다. The superoxide dismutase(SOD) in peeled pericarp of cucumber was most stable at pH 8.0 and relatively stabe between pH 5.0 and 9.0. The enzyme was stable up to 60℃ and retained 12% by heat treatment at 100℃ for 5 min. At pH 2.0, the peeled pericarp enzyme activity was decreased to 10% by incubation for 3 hrs. However, the enzyme activity was increased above 25% after incubating the enzyme at pH 7.0 for 6 hrs. Retention of SOD activity in cucumber by various heating methods was also measured. The residual SOD activities of peeled pericarp and whole cucumber was estimated to be 25% and 27% after blanching (2 min), respectively. The skin enzyme retained 53% of its activity after steaming (3 min). When the peeled peri carp enzyme was incubated at 4℃ for 20 days, the enzyme activity remained about 81%. However, when the enzyme incubated at 30℃ for 20 days, the peeled pericarp enzyme activity decreased to 17% of its original activity. The enzyme activity of peeled pericarp cucumber was not changed after exhaustive dialysis for 3 days, which indicated that the SOD activity in cucumber seems to have molecular weight above 12,000.

In einem ersten Kapital werden haftungsrechtliche Grund-sftze im modernen Produkthaftungsgesetz(und Produkthaftungsgesetz - Entwurf) und deren Tendenz der Ent-wicklung unter Beru‥cksichtigung der letzten internationalen Geseftgebung dargestellt. Das zweite Kapital derUntersuchung ist der Produkthaftung in den USA gewidmet. Die Produkthaftung in der EG wird im drittenKapital behandeit. Das vierte Kapitel wird sich mit der Produkthaftung in Japan beschliftigen.Aus der Untersuchung lassen sich im wesentlichen folgende herausstellen 1. Als wesentliche Tendenz unterstellt das moderne Produkthaftungsgesetz(und produkthaftungsgesetz -Ent- wurf) der yerschuldensunaba‥ngigen Gefa‥hrdungshaftung. Mit der Gefa‥hrdungsprodukthaftung sind fu‥rinternationale Industrie ku‥nftig erhebliche Belastungen verbunden. 2. Eine weitere Tendenz gegenu‥ber dem bisherigen Recht besteht darin, daβ jede Person, die sich alsHersteller ausgibt, sowie der Importeur, der aus Ausla‥nder einfu‥hrt, und auch der Lieferant der Haftungunterworfen werden. 3. Der Hersteller muβ fu‥r Entwicklungsrisiken nicht haften, wenn der Hersteller daru‥ber beweisen kann,daβ es sich im konkreten Fall um ein Entwicklungsrisiko handelt. 4. Von der Haftung ausgenommen werden landwirtschaftliche Naturprodukte, z. B. Tuberculous peritonitis is discovered from sixty to ninty percent of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Clinical symptoms are nonspecific such as mild fever, weakness and malaise but show tenderness in right lower abdomen and abdominal distension. Diagnosis is confirmed by laparoscopic and pathologic findings. We report a case of tuberculous peritonitis in an 11-year-old boy who was hospitalized because of abdominal distension with pain on right lower abdomen which had developed one day before he came to hospital. Chest X-ray showed pleural effusion on both sides. We did laparoscopic examination and observed diffuse nodular infiltration. In biopsy specimen we observed osseous granuloma and acid-fast bacilli in AFB stain.
In this paper reports on the design and performance of microstrip single balanced diode mixer, using GaAs Schottky diode, at X-band. A single balanced diode mixer is designed and implemented using Harmonic balance simulation(MW-office). The diode model parameters are extracted by SPICE model of diode. The diode impedances for the LO, RF, and IF frequencies and Powers are calculated for diode matching network design. The mixer consists of branch line coupler, Low pass filter and RF&LO choke for bias circuit. The Passive circuits are simulated for accuracy by EM-simulation of MW-office. The Mixer requires 10dBm local oscillator(LO) power without dc bias and achieves a conversion loss of about 7.5dB, 17dB LO-to-RF isolation, 40dB LO-to-IF isolation, 30dB RF-to-IF isolation, and 1.16 LO VSWR.
This study has been carried out for evaluation of VOCs treatment let out at the industrial field using a silent discharge process through process approvement and TiO₂ photocatalytic oxidation. And it was presented experimental results on the silent discharge plasma and TiO₂ photocatalytic oxidation processes at atmospheric pressure gas streams containing diluted concentrations of benzene, toluene, and xylene out of VOCs. It has shown that each concentration, background gas, flowrate, and applied power have effected on three materials decomposition and byproduct distribution. Analyses of benzene, toluene, xylene and byproduct concentration was carried out by GC-FID.
In this report we developed a high voltage alarm for the safety of workers who check and repair the 154kV power line. This high voltage alarm we developed is attached on workers' helmet and alarms automatically in order to let workers know when workers work over the safety distance near 154kV power line. Until now the exact safety distance hasn't been regulated and high voltage alarm we've been using was for the range of 6∼22.9kV power line. We fabricated this high voltage alarm on the basis of electric density and actual measurement of power line. The experimental result was that high voltage alarm at 66kV power line alarmed near 90cm, at 154kV power line alarmed near 160cm from the line. Accordingly, we developed the new high voltage alarm which is operated in the range of 66∼154kV power line.
This study has carried out for evaluation of Trichloroethylene treatment let out at the working place using a silent discharge, one out of methods to control Volatile Organic Compounds. 1. Comparative test for Ozone creation as a function of whether Trichloroethylene included or not, both of them were increased by 270ppm when the electric field intensity goes up(~30kV/cm) and dry air condition included Trichloroethylene were high more or less. It is expected that Trichloroethylene has an influence on Ozone creation as Ozone presecution substance. 2. Input Trichloroethylene concentration and flow rate related to electric field intensity had effect on decomposition efficiency. Trichloroethylene decomposition efficiency increased with rising of applied voltage. But, Treatment efficiency were lower than N₂ condition, in case of using dry air as diluted gas, due to dissipation of electron energy by triplet oxygen molecules. 3. The more increased concentration(100, 200 and 300ppm1, the lower decreased removal efficiency(96, 93.6, 90.3% at N₂ and 86, 84, 90% at dry air) and these tendencies were released at the flow rate(1, 2 and 3 ℓ / min) similarly. 4. Byproducts generated by oxidation of Trichloroethylene-Carbon monooxide, Ozone, Methyl Chloride, Chlorofom, l,l,l-Trichloroethane and Tetrachloroethylene were found out.
