무용전공학생의 호흡순환기능 및 혈중젖산농도에 관한 비교연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cardiovascular function and blood lactate in female by part of dance major in university. For this purpose a total of 32 female students, attending university K in Seoul participated in the study. The subjects were selected randomly 24 female students majored in dance in university(Korean dance: 8, Modern dance: 8, Ballet: 8), and 8 regular female students, who did not have any dance experience. The results of the study were as follows; 1.Cardiovascular function 1)In factors of rest HR showed in Control group 76.50±3.74 beats/min, Korean dance group 72.13±4.85 beats/min, Modern dance group 71.50±4.93 beats/min, Ballet dance group 68.8±4.19beats/min. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05). 2)In factors of HRmax showed in Korean dance group 200.63土4.78 beats/min, , Ballet dance group 198.00±6.28beats/min, Modern dance group 197.63±6.65beats/min Control group 189.75±10.51beats/min. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05). 3)In factors of VO2/kg showed in Ballet dance group 44.46±4.09㎖/min, Korean dance group 43.95±2.95㎖/min, Modern dance group 40.73±3.26㎖/min, Control group 34.33±2.28㎖/min. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.001). 4)In factors of VCO2 showed in Korean dance group 84.31ℓ/min, Modern dance group 2.60±0.44ℓ/min, Ballet dance group 2.52±0.23ℓ/min, Control group 2.23±0.34ℓ/min. Among these group there was not significantly. 5)In factors of art-out time showed in Korean dance group 931±52.92sec, Modern dance group 916.75±40.96sec, Ballet dance group 908.88±28.44sec, Control group 809.38±70.02sec. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.001). 2.Blood lactate 1)In factors of rest time blood lactate showed in Ballet dance group 1.17±0.26.mM/ℓ, Control group 1.11±0.21mM/ℓ , Korean dance group 1.09±0.28mM/ℓ , Modern dance group 1.06±0.33mM/ℓ Among these group there was not significantly. 2)In factors of all-out time blood lactate showed in Control group 9.14±0.92mM/ℓ, Ballet dance Broup 7.79±1.14mM/ℓ, Korean dance group 7.67±1.51mM/ℓ, Modern dance group 7.42±1.18mM/ℓ, Among these group there was not significantly. 3)In factors of recovery 3 minute blood lactate showed in Control group 9.52±0.94mM/ℓ, Ballet dance group 7.68±1.73mM/ℓ, Modern dance group 7,61±0.89mM/ℓ, Korean dance group 7.52±1.78mM/ℓ. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05). 4) In factors of recovery 5 minute blood lactate showed in Control group 9.91±1.22mM/ℓ, Korean dance group 7.97±2.38mM/ℓ, Ballet dance group 7.86±1.86mM/ℓ, Modern dance group 7.51±1.10mM/ℓ, Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05). 5)In factors of recovery 10 minute Control group 8.99±0.97mM/ℓ, Ballet dance group 6.98±1.65mM/ℓ, Korean dance group 6.96±2.08mM/ℓ, Modern dance group 6.78±1.38mM/ℓ, Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05).

고구려(高句麗) 유민(遺民) 이타인(李他仁)의 족원(族源)과 책성(柵城) 욕살(褥薩) 수여(授與) 배경에 대한 고찰

李他仁은 高句麗 말기 柵城 褥薩이었다. 그동안 그의 族源에 대해서는 다양한 견해들이 제시되었다. 본고에서는 이타인의 족원을 고찰하고자, 고구려의 李氏姓 존재여부에 대해 검토하였다. 그 과정에서 600년 ?陽王의 명령으로 『新集』을 편찬한 李文眞의 존재와 渤海의 李氏들에 주목하여 고구려에 이씨성이 존재하였음을 입증하였다. 그리고 唐의 `賜姓李氏` 사례와 唐에서 활동한 李氏姓 고구려 遺民들의 특징을 비교한 결과 고구려에서 독자적인 `賜姓李氏`가 있던 것으로 파악하였다. 이를 기반으로 「李他仁墓誌銘」에 기재된 문구 및 고구려와 말갈의 관계를 분석하여 이타인은 고구려로부터 `사성이씨` 된 고구려인임을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이타인이 책성 욕살에 수여된 배경에 대해 642년에 발발했던 淵蓋蘇文의 정변에 주목하였다. 여기에 高質 一家와의 비교를 통해 이타인 일가가 연개소문의 정변에 공적을 세운 까닭에 柵城 褥薩이 될 수 있던 것으로 추론하였다. Lee Ta-in was the Chaek Castle castellan at the end of the Goguryeo. In the meantime, various opinions have been raised about his ethnic origin. In this article I examine the existence of the Lee family in the Goguryeo to investigate the ethnic origin of the Lee Ta-in. In the process, I prove that there existed last name Lee in Goguryeo by paying attention to the existence of Lee Moon-jin who made a 『Sinjip』 by the King Yeongyang order in the 600th year and last name Lee in Balhae. And a comparison of the characteristics of Tang`s "give last name Lee" and displaced people of Goguryeo of last name Lee who were active in the Tang proved that there existed a unique "give last name Lee" in Goguryeo. Based on this analysis, I analyzed the phrases written in 「Lee Ta-in`s Epitaph」 and analyzed the relationship between Goguryeo and Malgal, and confirmed that Lee Ta-inwas an Goguryeon who was "give last name Lee" from Goguryeo Finally it paid attention to revolution of Yeon Gaesomun which originated in 642 about the Background awarded to Chaek Castle castellan of Lee Ta-in. In comparison with the Go Jil family, I could deduce that Lee Ta-in family was able to receive the last name Lee because the Lee Ta-in family established considerable achievements in the revolution of the Yeon Gaesomun. 태연혈(太淵穴)의 유침 시간에 따른 체온 변화 -적외선체열촬영(赤外線體熱撮影)을 중심으로-

Objectives: This study was performed to find the desirable remaining time of needle in the acupuncture treatment. Methods: The 21 volunteers were given acupuncture at LU9 vertically and needles were remained for 2 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min, respectively. The thermographic change induced by acupuncture was measured with Digital Infrared Thermographic Image at the following acupoints: LU11, LU10, LU9, LU8, LU5, LU1, and PC7. The statistical significance of thermographi change was evaluated using paired t-test and post hoc Wilcoxon test. Results: The most significant changes after acupuncture were produced when needles were remained for 10 min or 15 min. LU11, LU5, LU1, and PC7 were the point at which all of the remaining time produced significant change commonly. At LU11, the biggest change was produced when needle was remained for 15 min, while at LU5, LU1, and PC7, the biggest change was produced when needle was remained for 30 min, and the smallest change was produced when needle was remained for 10 min at all of acupoints of LU11, LU5, LU1, and PC7. The unbalance between left side and right was decreased the most largely in 15 min group. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that the desirable remaining time of acupuncture needle might be 15 min.

Ultrasonic Degradation of Endocrine Disrupting Compounds in Seawater and Brackish Water

In this study, a series of experiments was conducted on the relative degradation of commonly known endocrine-disrupting compounds such as bisphenol A (BPA) and 17α-ethinyl estradiol (Ee₂) in a single-component aqueous solution using 28 and 580 kHz ultrasonic reactors. The experiments were conducted with three different types of model water: deionized water (DI), synthetic brackish water (SBW), and synthetic seawater (SSW) at pH 4, 7.5, and 11 in the presence of inert glass beads and humic acids. Significantly higher sonochemical degradation (93-97% for BPA) occurred at 580 kHz than at 28 kHz (43-61% for BPA), regardless of water type. A slightly higher degradation was observed for Ee₂ compared to that of BPA. The degradation rate of BPA and Ee₂ in DI water, SBW, and SSW after 30 min of ultrasound irradiation at 580 kHz increased slightly with the increase in pH from 4 (0.073-0.091 min-1 for BPA and 0.081-0.094 min-1 for Ee₂) to 7.5 (0.087-0.114 min-1 for BPA and 0.092?0.124 min-1 for Ee₂). In contrast, significant degradation was observed at pH 11 (0.149-0.221 min-1 for BPA and 0.147-0.228 min-1 for Ee₂). For the given frequencies of 28 and 580 kHz, the degradation rate increased in the presence of glass beads (0.1 mm and 25 g) for both BPA and Ee₂: 0.018-0.107 min-1 without beads and 0.052-0.142 min-1 with beads for BPA; 0.021-0.111 min-1 without beads and 0.054-0.136 min-1 with beads for Ee₂. A slight increase in degradation of both BPA and Ee₂ was found as the concentration of dissolved organic carbon (DOC, humic acids) increased in both SBW and SSW: 0.107-0.115 min-1 in SBW and 0.087-0.101 min-1 in SSW for BPA; 0.111-0.111 min-1 in SWB and 0.092-0.105 min-1 in SSW for Ee₂. After 30 min of sonicating the humic acid solution, DOC removal varied depending on the water type: 27% (3 mg L-1) and 7% (10 mg L-1) in SBW and 7% (3 mg L-1) and 4% (10 mg L-1) in SSW.

Reduction of Bacillus cereus Contamination in Biofilms on Stainless Steel Surfaces by Application of Sanitizers and Commercial Detergent

We established the effectiveness of a washing, detergent and sanitizer treatments for reducing Bacillus cereus (B. cereus) contamination in biofilms on stainless steel surfaces. A water treatment did not affect biofilms and chlorine treatments at 200 ppm for 10 min and 300 ppm for 5 min, iodophor at 200 ppm for 10 min, and QAC at 400 ppm for 10 min were used to eliminate all B. cereus cells. B. cereus cells after detergent treatment were eliminated by chlorine at 100 ppm for 10 min, 200 ppm for 5 min, and 300 ppm for 3 min, and with iodophor at 100 ppm for 10 min and 200 ppm for 10 min, and QAC at 400 ppm for 10 min.

This paper proposed two Multi-statge Interconnection Network(MIN) that had multiple outlet to improve throughput. These proposed MINS were made of Clos MIN, well known Non-blocking MIN. These proposed MINs were called ECFS(Expanded Clos Switch Fabric) adn TCSF(Tandem Clos Switch Fabric). ECFS was consist of expanded number of switchs for multiple oulet. TCSF was consist of serial Clos MIN for multiple outlet. Performance evaluation of these proposed MINs was calculated arrival probability of packet through the MIN. In teh result, these proposed MINs with multiple outlet had higher throughput than existed MIN with single outlet. We know the fact that as the outlet of MIN increase, throughput of MIN increase.

N/A The MAG3 is a tubular excreting radiopharmaceutical for renal image. We synthe-sized benzoyl MAG3 (Bz-MAG3) and made a kit for labeling with Tc-99m. We checked the labeling effeciency of Tc-99m labeled MAG3 and biodistribution. Labeling efficiency was checked by TLC- SG (acetonitrile/H2O=2/1). After injecting of 1 mCi of Tc-99M-MAG3 to ICR-mice, Tmax(min), T1/2(min) were obtained in the renogram. Sequencial images (30sec, 2min, 5min, 10min, 15min, 20min) of TC-99m-MAG3 were compared with those of commercial Tc-99m-DTPA (Du Pont Merck Pharmaceutical Co.) kit. 1) The Rf value of synthesized Tc-99m-MAG3 was 0.78 and labeling efficiency was 97.5±1.9% (n=10). 2) The dynamic images of the Tc-99m-MAG3 were better than those of the Tc-99m-DTPA. 3) The Tmax(min.) and T1/2(min.) of Tc-99m-MAG3 (n=10) were 1.5±0.5 (left), 1.4±0.4(right), and 4.3±1.4 (left), 4.8±2.0 (right), respectivel. The Tmax(min.) and T1/2(min.) of Tc-99m-DTPA (n=7) were 2.7±1.6 (left), 2.7±1.6 right), and 3.8±1.7 (left), 4.5±2.7 (right), respectively. The quaility of image and labeling efficiency of the synthesized Bz-MAG3 kit were excellent, that it was supposed to be used in routine clinical work.

Corrosion Behavior of Inconel X-750 for Carbon Anode Oxide Reduction Application

The corrosion behavior of the Inconel X-750 alloy was investigated for its potential application under a Cl₂-O₂ mixed gas flow in an Ar atmosphere. The corrosion rate was found to be negligible at temperatures up to 400℃ under a flow rate of 30 mL·min^-1 Cl₂ + 170 mL·min^-1 Ar, whereas an exponential increase was observed in the corrosion rate at temperatures greater than 500℃. The suppression of the corrosion reaction due to the presence of O₂ was verified experimentally at flow rates of 30 mL·min^-1 Cl₂ (4.96 g·m^-2·h^-1), 20 mL·min^-1 Cl₂ + 10 mL·min^-1 O₂ (2.02 g·m^-2 ·h^-1), and 10 mL·min^-1 Cl₂ + 20 mL·min^-1 O₂ (1.34 g·m^-2·h^-1) under a constant Ar flow rate of 170 mL·min^-1 at 600℃ for 8 h. The surface morphology analysis results revealed that porous surfaces with tunnel-type holes were produced under the Cl₂-O₂ mixed-gas condition. Furthermore, the effects of the Cl₂ flow rate on the corrosion rate were investigated, indicating that its impact was negligible within the range of 5-30 mL·min^-1 Cl₂ at 600℃.

『파친코』는 현재 세계에서 베스트셀러 열풍을 일으키고 있는 작품이다. 애플TV+에서 『파친코』를 드라마로 제작하면서 더욱 주목받기 시작했다. 『파친코』는 4대에 걸친 재일교포 가족소설이다. 그러나 역사소설이기도 하다. 1900년대 초부터 1989년까지 한국과 일본의 역사를 누구보다 객관적으로, 담담하고 정직하게 서술하고 있다. ‘선자’라는 한국 여인의 4대에 걸친 가족, 사랑, 이별, 운명, 극복이 담긴 서사. 이러한 한국적 정서와 한국의 역사가 세계인의 공감을 불러일으킨다는 것에 깜짝 놀라지 않을 수 없다. 작가 이민진은 ‘한’으로 점철된 한국인의 정서를 담백한 문체로 서술하고, 한국 이민자의 역사를 간결하게 담아냈다. 작가는 2권의 장편소설이라 자칫 지루하고 늘어질 수 있는 작품을 여러 장으로 구분하고 있다. 그리고 장마다 새로운 에피소드를 담아내고 있다. ‘소설은 재미있어야 한다’는 작가의 신념에 맞게 책을 손에서 놓을 수 없게 하는 흡입력을 갖추고 있는 작품이다. 이민진 작가는 역사를 재미있는 소설 속에 담아내고 있다. 『파친코』는 인간의 본성과 정직한 역사에 대한 담백한 서술이고, 현 시대의 다문화를 애달프게 반영하고 있는 소설이다. 그래서 많은 세계인들이 그의 작품에 공감하고 호응할 수 있는 듯하다. 『파친코』는, 이제는 차별과 혐오의 역사를 끝내고 정직한 역사를 이끌어가야 한다는 메시지를 보내고 있다. 그리고 다문화 시대에 소수자로 살고 있는 이민자들이 차별이라는 수수께끼를 어떻게 풀어내고 극복해야 하는지, 그 방향을 제시하고 있는 소설이라 할 수 있겠다. 『Pachinko』 is a work that is currently creating a craze for bestsellers in the world. It began to attract more attention when it was made into a drama on Apple TV+. 『Pachinko』 is a novel of a Korean-Japanese family spanning four generations. But it is also a historical novel. It describes the history of Korea and Japan from the early 1900s to 1989 more objectively, calmly and honestly than anyone else. A narrative of a Korean woman named ‘Sunja’ that spans four generations of family, love, parting, fate, and overcoming. I can t help but be surprised that these Korean sentiments and Korean history arouse sympathy from people around the world. Writer Lee Min-jin describes the sentiments of Koreans dotted with ‘Han’ in a plain style and concisely captures the history of Korean immigrants. Since the author is a two-volume novel, he divides the work that can be boring and lengthy into several chapters. And each chapter contains a new episode. In line with the author s belief that ‘novels should be interesting’, this work has a suction power that makes it impossible to let go of the book. Writer Lee Min-jin puts history into an interesting novel. 『Pachinko』 is a simple narrative about human nature and honest history, and it is a novel that sadly reflects the multiculturalism of the present age. Therefore, it seems that many people around the world can sympathize and respond to his work. 『Pachinko』 is sending a message that we must now end the history of discrimination and hate and lead an honest history. And it can be said that it is a novel that suggests how immigrants living as minorities in the multicultural era must solve and overcome the riddle of discrimination.
