        신장기능영상용 방사성의약품 Bz - MAG3 ( Benzoylmercaptoacetylglycylglycylglycine ) 의 키트화 및 체내분포

        N/A The MAG3 is a tubular excreting radiopharmaceutical for renal image. We synthe-sized benzoyl MAG3 (Bz-MAG3) and made a kit for labeling with Tc-99m. We checked the labeling effeciency of Tc-99m labeled MAG3 and biodistribution. Labeling efficiency was checked by TLC- SG (acetonitrile/H2O=2/1). After injecting of 1 mCi of Tc-99M-MAG3 to ICR-mice, Tmax(min), T1/2(min) were obtained in the renogram. Sequencial images (30sec, 2min, 5min, 10min, 15min, 20min) of TC-99m-MAG3 were compared with those of commercial Tc-99m-DTPA (Du Pont Merck Pharmaceutical Co.) kit. 1) The Rf value of synthesized Tc-99m-MAG3 was 0.78 and labeling efficiency was 97.5±1.9% (n=10). 2) The dynamic images of the Tc-99m-MAG3 were better than those of the Tc-99m-DTPA. 3) The Tmax(min.) and T1/2(min.) of Tc-99m-MAG3 (n=10) were 1.5±0.5 (left), 1.4±0.4(right), and 4.3±1.4 (left), 4.8±2.0 (right), respectivel. The Tmax(min.) and T1/2(min.) of Tc-99m-DTPA (n=7) were 2.7±1.6 (left), 2.7±1.6 right), and 3.8±1.7 (left), 4.5±2.7 (right), respectively. The quaility of image and labeling efficiency of the synthesized Bz-MAG3 kit were excellent, that it was supposed to be used in routine clinical work.

        Preparation and characterization of ferroelectric Hf<sub>0.5</sub>Zr<sub>0.5</sub>O<sub>2</sub> thin films grown by reactive sputtering

        <P>HfO<SUB>2</SUB>-ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> solid-solution films were prepared by radio frequency sputtering, and the subsequent annealing process was optimized to render enhanced ferroelectric behavior. The target power, working pressure and O<SUB>2</SUB> partial pressure ratios were varied, along with the annealing gas, time and temperature. Then, the film’s structural and electrical properties were carefully scrutinized. Oxygen-deficient conditions were necessary during the sputter deposition to suppress grain growth, while annealing by O<SUB>2</SUB> gas was critical to avoid defects and leakage problems. It is expected that the grain size difference under various deposition conditions combined with the degree of TiN top and bottom electrode oxidation by O<SUB>2</SUB> gas will result in different ferroelectric behaviors. As a result, Hf<SUB>0.5</SUB>Zr<SUB>0.5</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> prepared by radio frequency sputtering showed optimized ferroelectricity at 0% of O<SUB>2</SUB> reactive gas, with a doubled remnant polarization value of ∼20 <I>μ</I>C cm<SUP>−2</SUP> at a thickness of 11 nm. Film growth conditions with a high growth rate (4–5 nm min<SUP>−1</SUP>) were favorable for achieving the ferroelectric phase film, which feasibly suppressed both the grain growth and accompanying monoclinic phase formation.</P>

      • 선인장 양심실 보조장치의 설계 및 임상적용을 위한 평가

        현재 개발되고 있는 맥동형 이식형 인공심장은 완전이식형 인공심장과 좌심실보조장치 뿐이다. 좌심실보조장치를 장착한 환자의 10~15%가 우심실의 보조를 필요로하고 완전이식형 인공심장의 장착을 위해서는 자연심장을 제거해야하는 상황에서 이식형 양심실보조장치에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구진은 완전이식형 인공심장으로 개발된 한국형 인공심장을 개선하여 양심 실 보조장치를 개발하였다. 양심실보조장치는 이동형 작동기식 미케니즘을 이용하고 있으며 에너지 변환장치와 감속기로 구성된 작동기와 혈액주머니, 그리고 내장형 제어기로 구성되어 있다. 선인장 펌프로 명명된 KAH350은 캐뉼라의 연결을 위한 커넥터를 포함하여 길이 177mm, 폭 164mm, 높이 67 이고 무게 780g이며 최대 심박출량은 5L/min 이다. 양심실보조장치로 개발된 선인장펌프는 좌심실보조장치로도 응용이 가능하다. 이식적합성과 생체적합성을 평가하기 위하여 좌심실보조장치로 5회, 양싱실보조장치로 6회의 동물실험을 수행하였다. 각각 최장 28일간 생존하였으며 11회의 동물실험중 장치의 결함에 의한 것이 3회 있었는데 이들은 모두 전자장치의 결함과 방수처리문제였다. 현재 이식적합성과 일박출량을 향상시킨 KAH400모델이 개발중이다. The types of pulsatile implantable artificial hearts that are on the way of development and have been developed are totally implantable artificial heart and implantable left ventricular assist device (LVAD). Approximately 10% to 15% of all patients Implanted with wearable VADs have required right heart support with another device. And it is reluctant to patient who should remove his or her own heart to be implanted with total artificial heart. These situations drive the development of implantable bi-ventricular assist device (BVAD). The Korean BVAD was develophed by modifying the moving actuator type Korean artificial heart. This electro-mechanical BVAD comprises actuator including energy converter and reduction gear train, blood sacs, and internal motor and energy controllers. The KAH350 which is named as 'Cactus Pump' is 177mm in length, 164mm in width, and 67mm in thickness including connectors and nuts. The weight and maximum cardiac output of Cactus Pump is 780g and 5L/min, respectively. The Cactus Pump that was developed as BVAD could be used as LVAD by attaching compliance caps on the 2 ports of one ventricle. The animal experiments were undergone 5 times for LVAD, and 6 times for BVAD. The best records were 28 days survival in both applications. There were 3 times of device failure and they were all associated with electrical connection and hermetic sealing. The KAH400 that has improved anatomical fitting characterisitcs and stroke volume is on development.

        The average indoor concentration of the library's TSP was 0.03 ng/m³. TAB in library and lounge in college of engineering showed higher concentrations in corridors than indoors. The correlation coefficient between TAB and humidity is 0.985, so it is judged that there is a significant need for humidity control in indoor air quality management to reduce the concentration of total suspended bacteria(p<0.01).

        담체가 Re-188-Hydroxyethylidene Diphosphonate의 표지와 생체내분포에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Re-188-Hydroxyethylidene diphosphonate (HEDP) is a new cost-effective agent for systemic radioisotope therapy of metastatic bone pain. We investigated the influence of carrier for labeling and biodistribution of Re-188-HEDP using HEDP kit with or without carrier (KReO4). Materials and Methods: The kits (HEDP 15 mg, gentisic acid 4 mg and SnCl2.2H2O 4.5 mg) with or without carrier (KReO4 0.1 mg) were labeled with Re-188 solution, made available from an in-house generator by boiling for 15 min. We compared the labeling efficiency and stability of carrier-added and carrier-free preparations of Re-188-HEDP. Biodistribution and imaging studies of each preparation were performed in ICR mice (1.85∼3.7 MBq/0.1 ml) and SD rats (74.1∼85.2 MBq/0.5 ml). Results: The carrier-added preparation showed high labeling efficiency (95% at pH 5) and high stability in serum (88%, 3 hr). However, the carrier-free preparation showed low labeling efficiency (59% at pH 5) and low stability (43%, 3 hr). The carrier-added preration showed high uptake in bone and low uptake in stomach and kidneys. However, the carrier-free preparation showed lower uptake in bone and higher uptake in both stomach and kidneys, which is supposed to be due to released perrhenate. The carrier-added preparation also showed better images with higher skeletal accumulation, lower uptake in other organs and lower soft tissue uptake than the carrier-free preparation. Conclusion: The results of these studies clearly demonstrate that addition of carrier perrhenate is required for high labeling efficiency, stability, bone uptake and good image quality of Re-188-HEDP.         HSS 기반 초고속 LDPC 복호를 위한 구조

        본 논문은 위성방송 전송 규격인 DVB-S2의 기반 채널 부호로 사용되는 LDPC를 고속 복호를 위해 HSS(Horizontal Shuffle Scheduling) 방식을 기반으로 고속 복호기 구조를 연구하였다. 첫째로 HSS방식에서 발생하는 메모리 충돌을 극복하는 방식을 제시한다. 둘째로 고속 복호를 위해 LUT(Look Up Table)을 이용하는 Sum-Product 알로리즘 대신 min값에서 scaling factor를 곱하는 Normalized Min-Sum 알고리즘을 사용하였으며, 성능 향상을 위해 check node에서 bit node로 입력되는 값의 부호를 확인하여 신뢰성 없는 값을 삭제하는 Self-Correct 방식을 제시하여 sum-product 방식에서 발생하는 bottle neck 현상을 하였다. 마지막으로 고속화를 위한 효율적인 메모리 구조를 제안한다. This paper proposes the high speed LDPC decoder structure base on the DVB-S2. Firstly, We study the solution to avoid the memory conflict. For the high speed decoding process the decoder adapts the HSS(Horizontal Shuffle Scheduling) scheme. Secondly, for the high speed decoding algorithm normalized Min-Sum algorithm is adapted instead of Sum-Product algorithm. And the self corrected is a variant of the LDPC decoding that sets the reliability of a Mc→v message to 0 if there is an inconsistency between the signs of the current incoming messages Mv’→c and the sign of the previous incoming messages Moldv’→c This self-corrected algorithm avoids the propagation on unreliable information in the Tanner graph and thus, helps the convergence of the decoder.Start after striking space key 2 times. Lastly, and this paper propose the optimal hardware architecture supporting the high speed throughput.

      • 수정된 강제유도 운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활활동과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 수정된 강제유도 운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활활동 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 뇌졸중 진단을 받은 환자 30명을 대상으로 실험군 15명과 대조군 15명으로 나누어, 치료 중재 전․후 일상생활활동 수행능력과 삶 의 질을 비교하였다. 결과 : 실험군과 대조군의 치료 중재 전․후 뇌졸중 환자의 일상 생활활동 수행능력과 삶의 질은 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 실험군이 대조군에 비해 통계학적으로 유의하게 일상생활활동 수행능력과 삶의 질이 향상되었다. 그리고 일상생활활동 수행능력과 삶의 질은 통계학적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 : 작업치료와 더불어 수정된 강제유도 운동치료를 적용할 때 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활 활동 수행능력과 삶의 질을 향상시키고, 일상생활활동 수행능력이 삶의 질에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of modified constraint induced movement therapy(mCIMT) on activities of daily living(ADL) and quality of life(QOL) for patients with stroke. Methods : Thirty subjects were randomly allocated into two groups: mCIMT, an experimental group(n=15) and traditional occupational therapy group, a control group(n=15). Both groups also received the usual occupational therapy after the first intervention. The ADL performance ability of both groups was assessed using Motor Activity Log(MAL) and QOL was assessed by Stroke Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL). Results : ADL performance ability had a meaningful increase statistically for both groups. QOL also had a meaningful increase statistically for both groups. ADL performance ability showed statistically significant correlations with QOL. Conclusion : It was found that carrying out mCIMT with occupational therapy has an effect on ADL performance ability and QOL of patients with stroke. It was also found that ADL performance ability influences QOL.

      • MMP-2 활성 및 비활성 인체유방암 세포주와 Type I Collagen 과의 상호 작용에 관한 연구

        Thompson has previously shown that the vimentin-positive subset of human breast cancer cell lines, which are more invasive in vitro and in vivo, can activate MMP-2 when cultured on vitrogen gels, whereas the poorly invasive, poorly metastatic vimentin-negative subset cannot. In this study, we compared the interaction with type I collagen(vitrogen). The cell lines capable of responding to vitrogen for MMP-2 activations showed an enhanced ability to attach to vitrogen-coated culture wells. MCF-7(non-MMP-2 activating) and MDA-MB-231(MMP-2-activating) cells were selected for more detailed analysis. MDA-MB-231 cells showed a greater affinity for the 3-dimensional vitrogen than MCF-7 cells. Attachment of both lines to thin coatings of vitrogen was shown to require divalent cations, and to be mediated by β1 integrins. The α5 subunit, however, was shown to be involved in fibronectin attachment, but not vitrogen. The GRGDSP peptide dramatically inhibited fibronectin attachment of both cell lines, but also did not effect the vitrogen attachment of either. In contrast, the KGDEA recognition sequence for α2 integrin inhibited the attachment of MDA-MB-231 cells to vitrogen, but not fibronectin or laminin. These results show that the subset of human breast cancer cell lines which respond to the vitrogen gel with MMP-2 activation may interact more easily with the vitrogen, apparently through integrin-mediated recognition. Preliminary analysis reveals that the α2 β1 integrin, previously implicated in vitrogen interactions may mediated this response.

        상아질 접착제 사용 여부에 따른 근관 밀폐효과의 비교

        이 연구의 목적은 상아질 접착제의 사용 여부에 따른 근관 밀폐효과를 비교 평가하기 위해 40개의 단근치를 근관 성형 후 20개씩 두군으로 나누었다. 1군은 근관 충전시에 상아질 접착제를 사용하지 않았으며 2군은 상아질 접착제를 사용하였다. 근첨에서 1.5 mm (Level 1), 2.0 mm (Level 2), 2.5 mm (Level 3) 떨어진 부위의 평균 누출률을 측정하였다. 1. 두군의 평균 누출률은 치경부로 향하면서 감소하였다. 2. Level 1에서 1군과 2군의 평균 누출률은 차이가 없었다 (p > 0.05) .3. Level 2와 3에서 2군의 평균 누출률은 1군보다 낮았으며, 통계학적으로 유의차를 나타내었다 (p < 0.05) .연구결과 상아질 접착제를 사용하여 근관 충전하는 경우 치근단 누출을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to compare the sealing ability of root canal obturation with or without the use of dentin adhesive system. Forty extracted human teeth with one canal were selected and decoronated. The teeth were divided into two Groups. The obturation procedure of Group 1 was the same as that of Group 2 with the exception of dentin adhesive system. Group 2 were obturated with dentin adhesive system, AH-26, and gutta-percha. After obturation, the teeth were immersed in methylene blue solution for 84 hours. The teeth were sectioned horizontally at 1.5 mm (Level 1), 2.0 mm (Level 2) 2.5 mm (Level 3) from the root apex using a low speed microtome. Distance of dye-penetrated surface and total dentinal surface were measured using SigmaScan Pro 5.0, and the ratio of dye-penetrated distance to the total dentinal distance was analyzed statistically by Mann-Whitney U-test. 1. In both groups, the mean leakage ratio was decreased cervically. 2. At level 1, there was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2 (p > 0.05). 3. At level 2 and 3, group 1 showed significantly higher mean leakage ratio than group 2 (p < 0.05). The results suggest that using dentin adhesive system in root canal obturation procedure reduces the apical microleakage.
