      • 뇌경색 환자에서 조직 플라스미노겐 활성제 사용 후 나타난 급성 통풍성 관절염 1예

        The risk factors of gout are hyperuricemia, purine-rich diet, alcohol consumption, metabolic syndrome, use of diuretics, low-dose aspirin, and renal insufficiency. There is no report for acute gouty arthritis after using the tissue plasminogen activator (tPA). A 78-year-old woman visited emergency room due to sudden onset of dysarthria and left hemiparesis. The patient was treated with intravenous thrombolysis with tPA. After 2 days, she complained pain on both feet. In physical examination, the feet observed reddish swelling and tenderness with local heating sense of the right medial side of first metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint area. The X-ray of both feet showed multiple small radiodense lesions of the first MTP joint. After administration of oral colchicine and analgesics, her symptoms were subsided. We report a case of acute gouty arthritis after tPA therapy for acute cerebral infarction.

        A human being, born in the unstable condition, is getting an adult through a man's socialization consequently. The group with which he, first of all, comes into contact is a family. Therefore, it is generally theorized that the family makes a great infulence on a man's socialization. But we must give great attention to the fact that the educational function of the family is getting weeker in the phenomenon of family's modernization. It mist be thought that this is a great problem in a man's desirable socialization. This problem is very meaningful in the study. Therefore, in the fllowing fields: Firstly; the method of socializing according to the ways of the contact between parents and children. Secondly; the method of socializing the chilrden of their parents' having both jobs. Thirdly; the influence of parents' conflicts on their children. Fourthly; children's identification with their parents. The results are as follows: 1) the contact of parents and children must be made under the conditions of character's equality, responsible freedom, encouragement of spontaneity, and affairmative attitude, 2) The parents having both jobs must be considerate of seven standards for choosing a desirable protector and of eleven idems as mother's role, 3) the family disoganization owing to parents' conflicts makes juveniles delinquent increase more in number. 4) the influence of children's identification with parents is getting different according to the degree of familiarity.

      • 새마을 교실을 통한 社會敎育 實態의 分析的 硏究

        Today our society requires the life-long education because of rapid progress and prosperity. The range of the present study is Saemaul Class, which plays a central role in the social education. The method is the written opinion and the interview with 36 primary school teachers in Busan area. The purpose is to analyze the s\actual condition of social education, to find the problems which it faces, and to propose a better direction. The result of the study is as follows : 1. Saemaul Class should be composed of the Community and its leaders, and utilized toward the efficiency of social education. 2. The Curriculum social education should be made on the base of a scientific investigation rather than a formal one. 3. The contents of social education should be organized under the heading of the purpose and the need of society, The vocaiton-technique education should have continuity. 4. A desirable teacher-role in the real class situation requires the techniiques of organizing theme-centeredclass rather than group-centered-Class. 5. The evalution of social educationhas not been introduced, but is should be done by all means.

      • 초음파Pulse법에 의한 유기액체에서의 음속 및 흡수측정

        Pulse-echo-overlap method equipped with an attenuator was contructed for the measurements of ultrasonic velocity and absorption at 3MHz in liquids. The diffraction loss and instrumental loss in the ultrasonic cell was determined theoretically and experimentally, respectively. Some experiments were made in benzene, chloroform, dichloromethane, dibromomethane, 1. 2-dibromoethane, methylacetate, methylcyclohexane, 1, 2-dichloroethane. The results showed the usefulness of this apparatus for measuring velocity and absorption at once at 3MHz

      • 초음파 Pulse법에 의한 Egg white의 gel화 연구

        Ultrasonic measurement was made at 3MHz in the egg white gel to study the properties of natural protein. The gelation process caused by heat was studied by the change in the velocity and absorption. An increase in absorption and a decrease in velocity were observed with a time lapse at several aging temperature as a parameter. This phenomenon is associated with the memorizing effect of the network structure of protein in the gel. I t was demonstrated that the ultrasonic technique was useful for monitoring the gelation process.

        This study is to research the educational object to cope with the moral critical situation of the modern society through Durkheim's educational theory that he tried to conquer the moral crisis facing the capitalistic situation in the western society in the later nineteen century. The result is as follows 1. School is the subjective organ to preserve the communal value of the social chronicle and then to give a high degree of efficiency on such a thing, a subjective teacher is compelled to have a higher degree of authority. 2. The educational subject is to foster a natural personal being into a moral and social being. 3. The educational idea is compelled to be set up in actuality on the base of the social theory.

      • Egg White 단백질들의 열변성에 따른 Gel화 연구

        Ultrasonic velocity and absorption mesurement were made at 3MHz in ovalbumin, conalbumin and ovomucoid which were protein constituent of egg white, over temperature range 10∼95℃ using pluse echo overlap method. The gelation process caused by heat was studied by the change in the velocity and absorption The gelation temperatures of the ovalbumin and conalbumin proteins were 70℃ and 50℃, respectiverly. However the gelation of the ovomucoid protein did not occur in gelation under experimental temperature condition. The change in the absorption and velocity due to gelation was obserbed as function of time at aging temperatures ranging from 50∼95℃ for conalbumin. 70∼95℃ for ovalbumin. The experimental results showed that the change were prominent at 55t in conalbumin, 75℃ in ovalbumin. Hysteresis phenomenon was also obserbed by varying the aging tempertures as parameter. This phenomenon is assosiated with memorizing effect of the network structure of protein in gel. It was demonstarated that the ultrasonic technique was useful for monitoring the gelation process.

      • 母·女間의 性社會化 變因에 관한 態度 分析

        In modern society which is characterized by changes, the sexual attitudes of juveniles in 1960s are not followed traditionally by the social norm but by the selfcenterness. Owing to this trends, the increase of the unmarried mother and sex offenses raises a new social problem nowdays. In connection with these, the research on the sexual behvior of juveniles began to unfold 10 years ago. In Korea, this kind of study became active in the latter half of 1970s but we can rarely find the paper concerning mothers who have an effect on daughter's sexual socialization in spite of the diversification of the attitude in sex society according to sociastratification. Therefore, in order to see the differences between mother's and daughter's attitudes be the level of mothers' education in sexual socialization, I have compared and analyzed the sexual socialization and attitude between mother and daughter by the level of mothers' education about formal and informal sex deucation. To accomplish this object, I have chosen 567 pairs as a research group consisted of second year students of girl's high school and their mothers. As the result, I could draw these conclusions A. Formal Sex Education 1. The higher level of mothers' education is, the more mothers want their daughter's sexual education. 2. In the level of sexual progroms, the higher level of mothers' education is, the more mother want that their daughters have a program for pregnancy in their sexual education in the middle school, also have a program for menstruation in the elementary school. B. Informal sex education 1. In their talking about sex, the higher level of mothers' education is, the more mothers talk openly with their daughters about sex. While the lower level of mothers' education is, the less mothers talk openly with their daughters about sex. 2. In their daughter's social attitudies, the higher level of mothers' education is, the more mother permit their daughter's date, demand their return hour on time, and also pay attention to their daughter's boy friends. While the lower level of mothers' education is, the less daughters invite their boy friend. C. The table Ⅲ indicates that there are significant differences by the level of mothers' education between mother'and daughter's group in the sexual socialization.

        國民學校 新任敎師 社會化의 理論的 考察

        The necessity of education revolution in 1960 is more enthusiastic in every nations for the purpose of the development of the ability in the international society. The main problem of teachers appears in the education revolution because it is impossible that education quality surpasses teacher quality. In this thesis, the preceded thesis are surveyed and then in order to suggest some theories that are necessary to the anticipatory socialization, the following methods are studied : 1) surveying the theory as to teacher socialization. 2) Socialization of beginning teacher. The results are as the follows : 1. The teacher socialization theory. 1) The teacher socialization is the under dimension concept next to the secondary and the occupational socialization. 2) student teachers meet the others and themselves activity. 3) Teachers possess latent identity and survival strategy as latent teaching methods before being members of school organized society. 4) Teachers develop as social strategy from strategic compliance to international adjustment and to strategic redefinition step by step, and then the process of occupational development is achieved gradually from ideal stage, to abandonment stage, to encouragement stage, actuality stage, and finally to adaptation stage. 5) In studying the school technique culture as order, the orders are certain/nonroutine → certain/routine → uncertain/nonroutine → uncertain/routine. 2. Socialization of beginning teacher 1) The serious problems of beginning teachers are classroom discipline and class teaching. 2) It is not enough to train them. 3) The form of school culture gives the most influence on beginning teachers. 4) The result which beginning teachers experienced in the first year. Change from idealism to realism, but doesn't lose the former. 5) Beginning teachers select other strategy in the first experience, and attempt to be adapted again. 6) In being adapted for school organized society, the interaction of situational essences gives great influence on the change of idealism and realism. 7) In development of beginning teachers' concerns and survival concerns, teacher skill, and pupil's areas. 8) In the high level they are developed, the better do they evaluate, the more do they search an alternative plan as to the solution of problems, and the better do they react the demands of other teachers. 3. Suggestion. 1) After the appointment beginning teachers the step and step research must be made. 2) The crossing social study of teaching method, teaching contend, class management, etc. has to be performed. 3) It is necessary to study the deterrence of sex distinction. 4) It must be activated to study the way of quality, quantity, crossing, and vertical. 5) The educational contend of anticipatory socialization is obliged to be based on reality.

      • 現代社會 靑少年期의 性敎育에 關한 理論的 考察

        One of the more prominent aspects of the youth culture of the 1960s and cleary one of the more enduring- was the development of a new sexual morality involving both a greater openness and honesty about appreciate sexual behavior more on personal values and judgement and less on arbitrary conformity to institutionalized social codes This phenomenon rapidly caused the social problems of teen-age unwell mothers It is necessary to study the sex problem of youth theoretically in the educational social and Functional aspects this research study puts emphasis on the following items: 1. Sexual norms 2. Social class differences in sexual socialization 3. Acquisition of sexual knowledge 4. Sexual sttitudes and values 5. Parent-youth conflict in sexual values As a result, the following conclusions can be made 1. In the modern society a plurability of sexual standards have been resulted in 2. Most parents approve of school based sex education including contraceptive information, but they are not receiving their sex education in school. 3. There appears to be an inverse relationship between social class and the number of topics. 4. The effects of formal sex education programs on sexual behavior has not ben adequately studied 5. Parents have got the in part on lowered sexual involvement of their adolescent daughters markedly 6. Persistent tensions between parental and Adolescent attitudes toward premarital sexuality are not likely to be eliminated. 7. The persons in change of sex education at home have an absolute effect on their daughters.
