        식품부패 및 식중독성 미생물에 대한 쇠비름(Portulace oleracea) 메탄올 추출물의 항균활성과 성분분석

        Soibirhym(Portulace oleracea) was extracted by methanol and its antimicrobial activities against food spoilage or foodborne disease microorganisms were investigated by the paper disc method. The microorganisms used in this experiment included 5 species of bacteria(Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhimurium, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus) and 3 species of fungi(Fusarium solani, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium citreonigrum). Soibirhym showed high antimicrobial activities against P. citreonigrum, P. aeruginosa and K. pneumoniae. Minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) on S. aureus, P. citreonigrum and K. pneumoniae were 200, 200 and 250 ㎎/mL, respectively. In the methanol extracts from Soibirhym, 147 kinds of compound were separated by GC/MS. The extraction yields of phenolics, furans, alcohols, acids and esters, ketones, aldehydes, and miscellaneous compounds were 7.43%, 6.13%, 2.20%, 41.06% 9.21%, 0.15% and 1.08%, respectively. Some antimicrobial compounds such as 2,3-dihydro-benzofuran, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoic acid, 4-hydroxy benzeneethanol were detected in the methanol extract.

      • 병원간호사의 노동조합에 대한 태도와 간호전문직관에 관한 연구

        In studies on the hospital labor-management relations, research about the attitudes of workers and management toward unions was relatively untouched in Korea. This study was investigated to identify the relation between attitudes toward unions and views on nursing profession among unrses. Data was obtained from a convenience sample of 285 nurses in different positions, education, career, status of union member. The results of this study were as follows: 1. There were significant differences between nurses' position and status of union member and attitudes toward unions(p<.05) 2. Nurses with master's degree had significantly lower views on nursing profession(p<.05). 3. There were significant differences between nurses' employed hospital and attitudes toward union(p<.05). 4. There were correlation between attitudes toward unions and views on nursing profession(r=.16). The findings of this study suggest that antecedents and moderating variables of attitudes toward unions and views on nursing profession need to be explored for further theoretical specification and empirical evaluation. As the results, it is important that lablr and management make a reciprocal relations. And labor-management relations will be stabilized and more cooperative.

        교수방법의 효율화를 위한 웹 기반 진단평가 시스템 설계 및 구현

        효과적인 교수활동을 위해서는 교수자가 학습자의 현 수준을 정확히 파악해야 한다. 학습자의 수준 파악을 위해서는 일반적으로 진단평가를 활용한다. 그러나 시간상의 제약으로 인해 교수자가 필요로 하는 모든 경우에 학습자의 수준 파악을 위한 진단평가를 실시하기는 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 교수자 교수방법의 효율화를 위한 웹 기반 진단평가시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템에서는 교수자가 웹을 통해 원하는 평가문제를 수시로 입력하는 것이 가능하며 학습자는 자신의 수강과목의 일정에 따라 시공간 제약 없이 개별적으로 온라인 진단평가를 수행할 수 있다. 또한 제안하는 시스템에서는 각 학습자의 평가결과를 자동으로 처리하여 교수자가 학습자의 현재 수준을 분석하고 교육 수준을 결정할 수 있는 다양한 통계 자료를 제시해준다. For efficient teaching method a teacher should understand the current level of learners. Diagnostic evaluation is generally used to grasp a knowledge level of learners. However, it is not easy to take a diagnostic examination in every class because of time limitation. Accordingly, we propose a web based diagnostic evaluation system for efficient teaching method. In the proposed system, it is possible for teachers to feed diagnostic evaluation questions on the web at any time and for learners to take an online diagnostic examination without space and time limitation. In addition, the proposed system automatically grades the diagnostic evaluation and provides a teacher with various statistical data that can be a criterion to decide a proper teaching level.

        식품위해성 미생물에 대한 대황(Rheum tanguticum) 메탄올 추출물의 항균활성 및 성분분석

        Daehwang (Rheum tauguticum) was extracted by methanol, and the antimicrobial activities of the extract, against some food hazardous microorganisms, were investigated by the paper disc method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the extract against the microorganisms was determined, and the extract components were analyzed by GC/MS. The Daehwang extract showed the strongest antimicrobial effect against P. aeruginosa. The MICs on S. aureus, P. aeruginosa and S. typhimurium were 250, 300 and 300mg/㎖, respectively. In the methanol extracts from Daehwang, 120 different compounds were separated, with the extraction yield of the phenolic compounds being relatively high (29.85%). Substances with antimicrobial activity, such as 2-methoxy-phenol and 4-vinyl-2-methoxy-phenol were detected in the study.

        미니 임플란트 직경에 따른 피로파절강도의 비교 연구

        Purpose: This study was conducted to obtain difference in fracture strength according to the diameter of one-body O-ring-type of mini implant fixture, to determine the resistance of mini implant to masticatory pressure, and to examine whether overdenture using O-ring type mini implant is clinically usable to maxillary and mandibular edentulous patients. Materials and methods: For this study, 13 mm long one body O-ring-type mini implants of different diameters (2.0 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm) (Dentis, Daegu, Korea) were prepared, 5 for each diameter. The sample was placed at 30 from the horizontal surface on the universal testing machine, and off-axis loading was applied until permanent deformation occurred and the load was taken as maximum compressive strength. The mean value of the 5 samples was calculated, and the compressive strength of implant fixture was compared according to diameter. In addition, we prepared 3 samples for each diameter, and applied loading equal to 80%, 60% and 40% of the compressive strength until fracture occurred. Then, we measured the cycle number on fracture and analyzed fatigue fracture for each diameter. Additionally, we measured the cycle number on fracture that occurred when a load of 43 N, which is the average masticatory force of complete denture, was applied. The difference on compressive strength between each group was tested statistically using one-way ANOVA test. Results: Compressive strength according to the diameter of mini implant was 101.5 ± 14.6 N, 149 ± 6.1 N and 276.0 ± 13.4 N, respectively, for diameters 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. In the results of fatigue fracture test at 43 N, fracture did not occur until 2×106 cycles at diameter 2.0 mm, and until 5×106 cycles at 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. Conclusion: Compressive strength increased significantly with increasing diameter of mini implant. In the results of fatigue fracture test conducted under the average masticatory force of complete denture, fracture did not occur at any of the three diameters. All of the three diameters are usable for supporting overdenture in maxillary and mandibular edentulous patients, but considering that the highest masticatory force of complete denture is 157 N, caution should be used in case diameter 2.0 mm or 2.5 mm is used. 연구 목적: 일체형의 o-ring type 미니 임플란트 고정체의 직경에 따른 파절강도의 차이를 비교하고자 한다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 길이 13 mm의 one body o-ring type의 미니 임플란트(Dentis, Daegu, Korea)를 직경2.0, 2.5, 3.0 mm 각각 5개씩 준비하였다. Instron universal testing machine 에 수직면에서 30도 각도로 샘플을 위치시키고 off-axis loading을 가하여 영구변형이 일어난 하중 값을 파절강도로 하고 5개의 시편의 평균을 구하여 각 직경에 따른 임플란트의 고정체의 파절강도를 비교하였다. 또한, 각 직경마다 3개의 시편을 준비하고 동적하중 피로 시험기를 이용하여, 파절이 발생할 때까지 파절강도의 80%, 60%, 40%의 loading 을 가하여 파절되는 cycle수를 측정하여 각 직경의 피로 파절을 분석하였다. 추가적으로 총의치의 평균 저작력인 43 N의 하중을 가하여 파절되는 cycle 수를 측정하였다. 각 군간의 차이를 검증하기 위해서 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA test)을 시행하였고, 통계처리는 SPSS ver.12 (SPSS Inc. Chicago, IL, USA) 을 이용하여 실시하였다. 결과: 직경 3.0 mm 의 미니 임플란트는 평균 276.0 ± 13.4 N의 압축력을 받았을 때 영구 변형이 일어났고 직경 2.5 mm 미니 임플란트가 149.0 ± 6.1 N, 2.0 mm 미니 임플란트가 101.5 ± 14.6 N일 때 영구 변형이 일어났다. 각 군간의 파절강도에는 유의한 차이가 있었다(P<.001). 총의치의 평균 저작력 하중에서 실시한 피로 파절 실험 결과, 세직경 모두 5×106 cycle까지 파절이 일어나지 않았다. 결론: 미니 임플란트의 정적 하중 하에서 최대 압축강도는 직경이 증가할수록 유의적으로 증가하였다. 최대 압축강도는 세 직경 모두 총의치의 평균 저작력 보다는 크나 최대 교합력보다는 직경 3.0 mm에서만 크게 나타났다. 총의치의 평균 저작력 하중에서 실시한 피로 파절 실험 결과, 세 직경 모두 파절이 일어나지 않았다.

        UV-Curable acryl monomer containing quaternary ammonium salt has been synthesised and Introduced into the orintal lacquer by dual curing method. Electrical and thermal mechanical properties were studied in view of the interpenetrating polymer network theory. Although modification of oriental lacquer could not introduce antistatic properties into coating network, tremendous improvement in the properties of breaking voltage was observed.

      • 임상실습을 경험한 간호학생들이 인식한 간호사의 역할개념 양상

        The purpose of this study was to analyze nurses' role conception perceived by nursing student experienced the clinical practice. The subject of this study were consisted of 109 nursing students, 62 university students and 47 college students. The data was collected form January 16th to February 11th, 1997. Subscale of Nursing Role Conceptions(Pieta, 1976) were used to measure bureaucratic, professional, and service role conceptions. Data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows program. The result of this study were summarized as follows ; 1. There was statistically significant differences between ideal and actual role conceptions(p<.001). 2. In the ideal role conception and role discrepancy, three role conception score is high in sequence of professional, service, bureaucratic role conceptions(p<.001). In the actual role conception , three role conception score is high in sequence of bureaucratic, professional, service role conceptions(p<.001). 3. There was no relationship between ideal role conceptions and educational level. In actual role conceptions, college students had significantly higher bureaucratic, professional, and service role conception scores than that of university students(p<.05). In the role discrepancy, university students had significantly higher bureaucratic, professional, and service role conception scores than that of college student(p<.05).

      • 에폭시/TETA계의 경화 및 물성 연구

        The curing of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) with triethyl-enetetramine (TETA) under controlled thermal conditions was discussed. A real-time FT-IR ATR was employed to determine crosslinking reactions and degree of cure. Infrared 914cm^(-1) band was used to monitor the conversion of the reactions. To measure the thermal mechanical properties of the various systems, DMTA was employed. Results of ATR and DMTA data show that optimum TETA/DGEBA ratio was about 0.1. When the ratio was higer than 0.1. a phase separation was occurred with short pot life. It is demonstrated that real-time FT-IR ATR is powerful technique to better understand the formulation-process-property relationship of the Epoxy ITETA system.
