The index of residential environment is an item that can be an axis of evaluation in evaluating residential environment and the level is a spatial measure indicated with a use of the index. This study is to examine the index of sustainable residential environment evaluation index. Sustainability can be classified into three different concepts: economic, environmental, and social. Economic sustainability indicates consideration of stable development of the city and regional economy in the future, environmental sustain ability indicates consideration of physical environment to prevent deterioration of future residential environments and social sustainability indicates consideration of preservation of culture and history in communities. The common question in these is how the people who live and act in each community contribute to their future community.

A case of leiomyoma in the stomach is reported because its occurrence is rare and there are many confusions to male differential diagnosis between leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma. A 33-year-old man has complaine of melena, epigatralgia, easy fatigability and weight loss in a year. On phsycal and laboratory examinations, there were no remarkable abnoimalities except stool guaiac test. The upper G-I scries shpwed circumscribed ovoid filling defect in the body of the stomach with central ulcer. On gastrofiberscopic examination, a smooth surfaced polypoid tumor with deep central ulcer and a bridging fold from surrounding mucosal rugae were noted on the anterior wall near the greater curvature of the ho3y of the stomach. The histopathological examination of the resected specimen was revealed leiomyoma.

IgG3결핍 천식 환자에서 면역 글로불린 치료로 호전된 1례

반복적인 호흡기 감염으로 천식 악화가 재발되는 환자는 면역 결핍이 그 원인일 수 있다. 저자들은 20년 전부터 기관지 천식으로 진단받고 최근 들어 잦은 호흡기 감염과 천식 악화가 발생한 환자에서 IgG3결핍을 확인하여 면역 글로불린 투여 후 임상적으로 호전된 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Asthma is precipitated into acute episode of airway obstruction by respiratory infection. Also, some immunological abnormalities including deficiencies of IgG subclasses are reported in patients with asthma. A 65 year old woman, who has a 20 years history of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis, has been suffering from recurrent upper and lower respiratory infection for 2 years. She has been admitted frequently by asthma exacerbation. We evaluated her immunoglobulin level. IgG subclass III level was reduced at 14.3 mg/dl (normal range 23.0~196.0 mg/dl) with other IgG subclass profiles in the normal range. So, we administrated IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin) monthly 0.4 g/kg dose for symptomatic IgG3 deficiency. She was much improved in clinical course : without asthma exacerbation, recurrent respiratory infection, and need for antibiotics. So, the symptomatic IgG subclass deficient patients may be candidates for IVIG replacement.

Pascal 프로그램을 위한 Syntax Tree의 설계및 구현

Program transformation in source level is a base for parallel programming environment which helps programmer make good parallel programs. Abstract syntax tree is very good intermediate representation of source program to keep the syntax structure of source program. We design and implement the abstract syntax tree for Pascal program, and show the designed abstract syntax tree is good to use as an intermediate representation of Pascal source program by generating Pascal program with same syntax as source program from abstract syntax tree.

Ortho-Chlorobenzylidene Malononitrile(CS) 이 흰쥐 피부조직에 미치는 조직학적 영향에 관한 연구

This study was undertaken to describe the fine structural changes of cytoplasmic organelles in epidermal cells, and the changes of volume and localization of collagen type Ⅰ in the dermis of rat skin by CS(Ortho-chlorobenzylidene malononitrile) application. The experimental animals, 100∼150gm of body weight rats(Sprague-Dawley strain), were sacrificed at 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 day and 5 day after CS application on the hair-shaved back skin. The specimens were prepared for ultrastructural findings, ultrathin sections were stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate double stain and observed with Hitachi-600 electron microscrope. The others were incubated with rabbit anti rat type Ⅰ collagen antibody as primary antibody, and Goat anti rabbit IgG antibodies as secondary antibody And advidin-biotin-conjugated(ABC) peroxidase procedure was used. All of specimens for immune reactions were observed with light microscope. The results obtained were as follows. 1 Keratinocytes appeared fully necrotized after 3 days of CS application. The epidermis showed degeneration of basal lamina, enlargement of intercellular spaces and necrotic keratinocytes with vacuole and vesicles. And large keratohyalin granules were seen in the shrunken epidermal cells. 2 At 3 or 5 day after CS treatment, the normal cytoplasmic organelles of keratinocytes began to appear on the basal and prickel cells. 3 At 12 hour an 24 hour after CS treatment. The immune reaction of type Ⅰ collagen showed weak reaction in reticular layer of dermis. But at 3 day and 5 day after CS treatment, moderate immune reaction were seen in throughout the dermis. These results suggest that CS application to rak skin may induce changes of keratinocytes and reductive changes of type Ⅰ collagen in the dermis.

반복치료로 호전된 호산구성 폐렴 유사 폐흡충증 1예

우리나라에서 인기 있는 게장등의 섭취로2) 성인뿐만 아니라 소아에서도 지속적으로 보고되고 있는 폐흡충증은 다양한 임상양상을 보일 수 있다. 저자들은 방사선 소견상 만성 호산구성 폐렴과 유사하였고, 반복적인 치료로 호전된 폐흡충증 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Paragonimiasis mostly occurs by ingestion of raw or undercooked freshwater crabs or crayfish. Recently, re-emergence of paragonimiasis is reported because of ingestion of raw food such as freshwater fish and Gejang (marinated raw crabs). As the radiological features as well as the laboratory findings are similar to those of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, the diagnosis of pulmonary paragonimiasis is often difficult and delayed. A 43 year-old female was visited our hospital for migrating and new developing consolidative lung lesions and peripheral blood eosinophilia. The eosinophil profile of leukocyte was 32% (absolute count 2,690 /mm3). Histologic finding was organizing pneumonia pattern with severe infiltration of eosinophils. Parasite specific antibody IgG forParagonimus westermani was positive (titer:0.61, normal range<0.20). After treatment with praziquantel (75mg/Kg once a day for 2days), the chest x-ray was clearly resolved. Follow-up study showed right pleural effusion, newly developed focal infiltration, and several nodules. After retreatment, we couldn't find any recurrent evidence.

A Study on Memory Management Policy

가상기억장치를 사용하는 운영체제에서는 프로그램이 수행될 때 페이지의 치환이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 페이지 치환이 필요할 때 치환되어질 페이지를 선정하기 위해서 페이지 전이행렬을 이용하였다. 여기서 사용되어지는 페이지 전이행렬은 한 페이지가 사용된 후 다른 페이지가 사용되어질 확율을 나타내고 있어서, 가까운 장래의 working set을 예측하는데 이용될 수 있다.

Sharing Resources by Using Semaphores

Denning Dennis 는 busy bit, count, head, tail을 내용으로 가지고 있는 semaphore word를 사용하여, semaphore와 그에 관계된 queue에 행해지는 연산 부담을 최소화 하기위한 방법을 제시하였다. 그리고 Weatherly에 Leathrum은 read/modify/write 기억장치를 사용하여, semaphore에 행해지는 연산중 배타적으로 수행되어야만 하는 중요한 부분을 수행하는데 소요되는 시간을 줄이기 위한 방법을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 후자가 제시한 방법은 계수성 semaphore의 성질을 가지고 있지 않기 때문에, 이제까지 사용해 오던 중요한 개념을 상실하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 계수성 semaphore를 이용 가능하도록 이러한 결점을 보완하였다.
