      • Research on the Resource Scheduling of the Improved SFLA in Cloud Computing

        It has always been a key topic in the current research how to make rational resource scheduling in the cloud computing environment. In this paper, the status of cloud computing resources is first analyzed, to point out the existing problems, and then combined with the characteristics of resource scheduling in cloud computing, the Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm is introduced. First, in its stage of subgroups classification, the chaos strategy is introduced and in the internal search the positive learning strategy is introduced, which makes the improved frog leaping algorithm gain good convergence, reduces the time of global search and optimization. Through the CloudSim platform, it shows that this algorithm can improve the efficiency of task processing and make the resource scheduling in cloud computing rational and effective.

      • Analysis of Port Hopping for Proactive Cyber Defense

        Port hopping is a typical proactive cyber defense technology, which hides the service identity and confuses attackers during reconnaissance by constantly altering service ports. Although several kinds of port hopping mechanisms have been proposed and implemented, but it is still unknown how effective port hopping is and under what circumstances it is a viable moving target defense because the existed works are limited and they usually discuss only a few parameters. Besides, in many cases the defense effectiveness has been studied empirically. In order to have an insight into the effectiveness of port hopping, this paper introduces a quantitative analysis based on the urn model, which quantifies the probability of attacker success in terms of port pool size, number of probes, number of vulnerable services, and hopping frequency. Theoretical analysis shows that port hopping is an effective and promising proactive defense technology in thwarting cyber attacks.

        Effects of Green Tea on Blood Pressure and Hypertension-induced Cardiovascular Damage in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat

        Three groups of spontaneously hypertensive rats were administered by gavage with distilled water (control group), low-dose green tea (LGT, 0.2 g/kg BW·day) and high-dose green tea (HGT, 1.0 g/kg BW·day) for 4 weeks,during which systolic blood pressure (SBP) was measured weekly by non-invasive tail-cuff method. At the end of experiment, left ventricular hypertrophy index (LHVI) and plasma biochemical indicators were determined, and ultrastructures of myocardium and aortic vascular smooth muscle cells were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that green tea gavage suppressed the increase in SBP, along with decline in levels of plasma nitric oxide, aldosterone, malondialdehyde, and LHVI, but increased levels of plasma creatinine, calcitonin gene-related peptide, and glutathione peroxidase in a dose dependant manner. Green tea had no effect on plasma total cholesterol. TEM shows that green tea gavage protected mitochondria of left ventricular myocardium and aortic vascular smooth muscle cells from damage.

        The infection frequencies and dynamics of three secondary endosymbionts in the laboratory environments on Sitobion avenae (Fabricius) as determined by long PCR

        Stable infections of maternally transmitted secondary endosymbionts in aphids are frequently found in field populations; however,whether this phenomenon changes in artificial lab conditions has not been clear. To investigate, (1): we collected Sitobion avenae (Fabricius) fromsix different regions and detected the three common secondary endosymbionts (Regiella insecticola, Hamiltonella defensa and Serratia symbiotica); (2): we raised Sitobion avenae fromChuzhou, Anhui for 14 months in the laboratory, and analyzed these aphids' DNA using the long PCR protocol after the 1stmonth, 3rdmonth, 5th month, 7thmonth, 9thmonth, 11thmonth, 12thmonth, 13thmonth and 14th month. The results showed that S. symbiotica and R. insecticola could be detected in all aphid populations,while H. defense were detected in three locations. After reared in the lab, the infection frequencies of Serratia symbiotica did not change across the 14 study months, but the infection frequencies of Regiella insecticola after the 9th month and of Hamiltonella defensa after the 11th month decreased significantly. Additionally, the results show that facultative endosymbiont infections may decline in artificial lab conditions, suggesting that temporal changes of endosymbionts may occur within the host under different environmental pressures. This result may partially explain why different geographic populations harbor a diverse variety of endosymbionts. The results of this study can be helpful in understanding the stability of secondary endosymbionts in Sitobion avenae under long-termreproduction in controlled laboratory conditions.

        Synthesis and properties of ultrafine YAG powder via low-temperature microwave hydrothermal method

        Yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) has good optical properties and has been widely used in engineering. The preparation ofconventional YAG powder is costly due to its high synthesis temperature, so lowering the synthesis temperature is the mosteffective way to save cost. The ultrafine oxide composite powder was rapidly synthesized using the microwave hydrothermalmethod at a low temperature. The effect of temperature and its performance. Differential thermal analysis and XRD phaseanalysis showed the mixed solution of Al(NO3)3 and Y(NO3)3 at pH=9 and C(Al3+)=0.42 mol·L−1. SEM, zeta potential, andparticle size analysis revealed that the microwave hydrothermal reaction temperature was 170 oC, and the high-purityultrafine YAG powder was calcined at 928 oC, which was lower than conventional calcination temperature. The synthesizedultrafine spherical YAG powder had a small particle size and a uniform distribution.

        Critical effects of long non-coding RNA on fibrosis diseases

        The expression or dysfunction of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) is closely related to various hereditary diseases, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases and tumors. LncRNAs were also recently recognized as functional regulators of fibrosis, which is a secondary process in many of these diseases and a primary pathology in fibrosis diseases. We review the latest findings on lncRNAs in fibrosis diseases of the liver, myocardium, kidney, lung and peritoneum. We also discuss the potential of diseaserelated lncRNAs as therapeutic targets for the clinical treatment of human fibrosis diseases.

        Efficient adsorption on Cr(VI) and electrochemical application of N, P co-doped carbon spheres

        A nitrogen and phosphorus co-doped carbon sphere was synthesized and prepared by a two-step hydrothermal activation pyrolysis method using agricultural materials, in which forestry waste walnut shells, urea, and phosphoric acid were used as carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus sources, respectively, for the efficient treatment of heavy metals Cr(VI) in wastewater. On this basis, a supercapacitor with high capacitive performance was investigated. The adsorption capacity of the N, P co-doped carbon sphere (N2PC) was optimal for Cr(VI), and the abundant functional groups on the surface of the carbon spheres significantly promoted the adsorption and reduction of Cr(VI). The adsorption capacity of the carbon material was up to 100.55 mg/g at 318 K, and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model were used to describe the adsorption process. Before and after adsorption, the material was applied to the electrode material of the supercapacitor, and the capacitive performance of the adsorbed material was satisfactory as well as with excellent cycling stability which 93% capacity retention even after 5000 cycles.

        A Brief Research on the Ten Years of China Fashion Week

        China became the largest costume industry and export country since 1994. The fashion market in China has been changed from seller's market to buyer's market. During this period, brand has taken an important part. The fashion industry in China is developing on outlook, function, materials and categories. I want to do this brief research on the ten years of China Fashion Week to review the development of China Fashion Week, which is the symbol of China fashion industry. I hope it can be reference for being comprehended by Chinese and other foreign countries. In 1997, China Fashion Week was called Fashion Design exhibition. The title was modified to be China Fashion Week in 2000. In 2003. the title was developed to China Fashion Week (Spring/Summer Collection) and China Fashion Week (Autumn/Winter Collection). In the past ten years, there have been 300 fashion collections, with 600 fashion designers who joined in the competitions, and thousands of models, reporters and photographers, who took part in China Fashion Week. Recently 200 login fashion brands, 300 fashion designers, more than 500 reporters and 50 model management companies have made a relationship with China Fashion Week. The first moment of China Fashion Week- "famous designer project": paying attention to the relationship between the level of fashion designers and the style of brands. Quite a good deal of fashion design became more practical. The second moment of China Fashion Week- "improving Chinese fashion brands ": fashion show was not a kind of stage art but the business dealing for brand during that period. The situation of China Fashion Week now: Chinese Haute Couture is showed wonderfully during China Fashion Week. Fashion contest became the character of China Fashion Week. The contests were for adult fashion designers, new designers, models, and photographers. According to the development between different countries on fashion, the international communication of China Fashion Week became more and more popular and wide. Fashion designers from France, Italy, New York, Korea and Japan had fashion shows in China Fashion Week. The Chinese top fashion designers were showing their work during Paris, Milan and New York fashion shows.
