      • Predicament, Opportunity and Path: Reflections on the Development of Tai Chi in the New Era

        The new era has entrusted the era mission of high-quality development of Tai Chi. Standing in a new historical position, this thesis uses the method of literature and logical analysis to explore the realistic difficulties, opportunities of the times and breakthrough paths in the development of Tai Chi, which is a reflection on the breakthrough of the development of it. The research believes that the development of Tai Chi in the new era has the predicament of slow domestic and international development, the gradual dissipation of martial arts functions, and the gradual weakening of cultural attributes. However, the new era has also brought a new opportunity for the Tai Chi movement to have a clearer development blueprint, a more stable social foundation, and a healthy concept deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The development of Tai Chi in the new era should be guided by a new pattern of domestic development and international promotion. The development of Tai Chi in the new era should be guided by the construction of a new dual-cycle pattern of domestic development and international promotion, the strategy of coordinating the balance of Tai Chi sports competition and fitness functions, and the means of the integration of school education and cultural exchange, so as to realize the high-quality development of Tai Chi.

        Asymptotics for least product relative error estimation and empirical likelihood with longitudinal data

        A multiplicative regression model with longitudinal data is introduced, and a least product relative errors estimate is constructed based on relative errors. Generally, the least squares criterion and least absolute deviation criterion based on absolute errors are the most widely used criteria in the regression analysis. However, when response variables have different measurement scales, relative errors may be superior to absolute errors. Thence, we develop a least product relative errors estimator of parameter based on relative errors, and obtain their asymptotic properties where some nuisance parameters such as correlation structure of error terms are included. In addition, block empirical likelihood technique is employed to construct the confidence regions of the corresponding unknown regression parameter, avoiding density estimation. Simulation results confirm that the proposed methods perform well.

        Long Pulse Discharges on the HT-7 Superconducting Tokamak

        The exploration of high-performance plasma operation under steady-state conditions and relevant physics is the main purpose of the medium-sized superconducting tokamak device HT-7. The key issues in pursuing such a study are wall recycling, high impurity radiation, and MHD instability. Since the last APFA conference in 2003, several important technical modifications have been made on HT-7 for longer sustained plasma operation with high-integrated performance. Except for two poloidal limiters and one inner toroidal belt limiter, new toroidal double-ring graphite limiters located at the top and bottom of the inner wall were adopted in 2004 for steady-state plasma operation; these were actively water-cooled and made of special doped graphite coated with SiC film. Based on the understanding of plasma surface interaction and combing with good wall boronization and conditioning by means of RF-produced plasmas, nearly full non-inductive current driven plasma (Ip = 120 . 180 kA, Bt = 1.5 . 2.0 T, Te(0) = 2 . 4 keV, and ne(0) = (1.0 . 2.5) × 1019 m.3) was achieved by LHCD with a duration of up to 10 s. For lower-performance operation (Ip = 55 kA, Te(0) 1.0 keV, and central ne(0) = (0.7 . 1.0) × 1019 m.3), reproducible long-pulse discharges with operational duration of up to 240 s were sustained by the LHCD (<200 kW), in almost steady-state condition.

        Interference Aware Channel Assignment Algorithm for D2D Multicast Underlying Cellular Networks

        Device-to-device (D2D) multicast has become a promising technology to provide specific services within a small geographical region with a high data rate, low delay and low energy consumption. However, D2D multicast communications are allowed to reuse the same channels with cellular uplinks and result in mutual interference in a cell. In this paper, an intelligent channel assignment algorithm is designed in D2D underlaid cellular networks with the target of maximizing network throughput. We first model the channel assignment problem to be a throughput maximizing problem which is NP-hard. To solve the problem in a feasible way, a novel channel assignment algorithm is proposed. The key idea is to find the appropriate cellular communications and D2D multicast groups to share a channel without causing critical interference, i.e., finding a channel for a D2D multicast group which generates the least interference to network based on current channel assignment status. In order to show the efficacy and effectiveness of our proposed algorithm, a novel search algorithm is proposed to find the near-optimal solution as the baseline for comparisons. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm improves the network throughput.

        Statistics and probability analysis of vehicle overloads on a rigid frame bridge from long-term monitored strains

        It is well known that overloaded vehicles may cause severe damages to bridges, and how to estimate and evaluate the status of the overloaded vehicles passing through bridges become a challenging problem. Therefore, based on the monitored strain data from a structural health monitoring system (SHM) installed on a bridge, a method is recommended to identify and analyze the probability of overloaded vehicles. Overloaded vehicle loads can cause abnormity in the monitored strains, though the abnormal strains may be small in a concrete continuous rigid frame bridge. Firstly, the abnormal strains are identified from the abundant strains in time sequence by taking the advantage of wavelet transform in abnormal signal identification;secondly, the abnormal strains induced by heavy vehicles are picked up by the comparison between the identified abnormal strains and the strain threshold gotten by finite element analysis of the normal heavy vehicle; finally, according to the determined abnormal strains induced by overloaded vehicles, the statistics of the overloaded vehicles passing through the bridge are summarized and the whole probability of the overloaded vehicles is analyzed. The research shows the feasibility of using the monitored strains from a longterm SHM to identify the information of overloaded vehicles passing through a bridge, which can help the traffic department to master the heavy truck information and do the damage analysis of bridges further.

        Interference-Aware Channel Assignment Algorithm in D2D overlaying Cellular Networks

        Device-to-Device (D2D) communications can provide proximity based services in the future 5G cellular networks. It allows short range communication in a limited area with the advantages of power saving, high data rate and traffic offloading. However, D2D communications may reuse the licensed channels with cellular communications and potentially result in critical interferences to nearby devices. To control the interference and improve network throughput in overlaid D2D cellular networks, a novel channel assignment approach is proposed in this paper. First, we characterize the performance of devices by using Poisson point process model. Then, we convert the throughput maximization problem into an optimal spectrum allocation problem with signal to interference plus noise ratio constraints and solve it, i.e., assigning appropriate fractions of channels to cellular communications and D2D communications. In order to mitigate the interferences between D2D devices, a cluster-based multi-channel assignment algorithm is proposed. The algorithm first cluster D2D communications into clusters to reduce the problem scale. After that, a multi-channel assignment algorithm is proposed to mitigate critical interferences among nearby devices for each D2D cluster individually. The simulation analysis conforms that the proposed algorithm can greatly increase system throughput.

        Exploration of Trade-Off Between Elastic Modulus and Strength of Mg–Gd–Y–Nd–Zr Alloy by Regulating Intermetallic Phases Through Si Addition

        In this study, low-cost Si was added to an Mg–8Gd–4Y–1Nd–0.5Zr alloy to regulate the intermetallic phases. The mechanicalproperties of 0, 0.5, and 1.0 wt% Si-added alloys were studied to explore the trade-off between the elastic modulus andstrength. The microstructures were characterized through metallographic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy applyingenergy dispersive spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The microstructures demonstrated that Y5Si3and GdSi phases formed and consumed the solid soluble Gd and Y elements, thus reducing the amount of precipitation andincreasing the size of the β′ phase. Correlations between the elastic modulus and the intermetallic phase indicated that theY5Si3and GdSi phases formed by the addition of Si were the mainly responsible for the improvement in the elastic modulus. The change in strength through the addition of Si was calculated, and the results revealed that such an addition could increasethe elastic modulus but with a reduction in the alloy strength. The addition of 0.5 wt% Si alloy resulted in a relatively highcomprehensive performance, with an elastic modulus of 46 GPa, a tensile strength of 278 MPa, a yield strength of 226 MPa,and an elongation of 4.9% under a cast-T6 state.

        An Empirical Study on the Internal Determinants of Electronic Commerce Success - Focus on SMEs in Liaoning Province, China -

        정보통신기술의 발달로 인해 전자상거래시장은 기하급수적으로 확대되어 왔으며, 많은 기업들이 인터넷을 마케팅의 전략적 도구로 활용하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 따라서 전자상거래의 성공을 좌우하는 디지털 경제 및 요인의 특성을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 그 결과 국내외에서 전자상거래에 대한 많은 연구가 발표되었고 현재에도 진행되고 있다. 이 연구는 중국의 국민경제에서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 중국 현지의 중소기업들을 대상으로 전자상거래 이용실태와 성공요인을 실증적인 방법을 이용하여 분석함으로써 전자상거래의 발전적 모델을 제시하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 연구목표를 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 다음의 연구방법을 이용하였다. 첫째, 중국 전자상거래의 발전을 위한 전제조건 및 장애요인을 분석하였다. 둘째, 전자상거래 관련 기존연구들의 문헌연구를 통해 중국 전자상거래 산업의 성공을 위한 내부적 요인과 외부적 요인을 분석하여 가설과 연구모형을 설정하였다. 셋째, 본 연구의 가설에 대한 실증적 검증을 위하여 중국 요녕성에 소재한 중소기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 통계적인 분석방법을 이용하여 수집한 데이터를 분석하여 가설을 검증하였다. 검증결과는, 첫째, 내부적 성공요인은 기술복잡성(technology complexity), 구조적 통제 메커니즘(structural mechanism for control), 관리자 태도(attitude of management), 경영층의 몰입도(management commitment), 조직의 통합(organizational coordination), 그리고 자원의 이용(resources utilization) 등이 성공적인 전자상거래 운용에 궁극적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 이 다섯 가지 요인 중에서 관리자 태도가 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인되었으며 이러한 결과는 정성분석의 결과와도 일치한다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 중국 중소기업에게 필요한 전략적, 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다.
