This work investigates the guaranteed cost leader-following consensus of a class of uncertain fractionalorder (FO) multi-agent systems (FOMASs) affected by state time delay. The leader and following group are exposed to norm-bounded time-varying parametric uncertainty and time-delay. A delay- and order-dependent consensus protocol is developed which guarantees robust stability of the controlled system and ensures that the effect of uncertainty on the system performance is below some prescribed index. The FO Razumikhin theorem and the linear matrix inequality approach are adopted to derive the method that can be applied to FOMASs with deterministic parameters. The analysis can be extended to distinct consensus problems for different types of FOMASs. Three numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the approach.
Effects of annealing temperature on Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) films formed by electrospray technique
Liping Chen,박진호 한국화학공학회 2017 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.34 No.4
Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) films were formed by an electrospray method, and the effects of annealing temperature on the properties of CZTS films were investigated. All CZTS films exhibited a kesterite structure with a preferred orientation of (112), (220) and (312), and did not show non-CZTS phases according to the annealing temperature. The grain size of CZTS films increased substantially in the temperature range of 300-450 oC, and the optical band-gap (Eg) of the films with increasing temperature decreased from 1.71 eV to 1.42 eV. Consequently, single-phased CZTS films were acquired without annealing process by electrospray method, and the annealing process improved the optical and structural properties of CZTS films. These results demonstrated that the CZTS films developed in this study has promising potential for the formation of high quality CZTS thin films in thin-film solar cells.

Liping Chen,Yigang He,Ranchao Wu,Yi Chai,Lisheng Yin 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2014 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.12 No.3
This letter is concerned with robust stability of fractional-order linear delayed system with nonlinear perturbations over finite time interval. By using inequality technique, two new sufficient conditions for the finite time stability for such systems with order and are presented, respectively. A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the obtained results.
Design and Implementation of Heating Saving Energy System based on CANBus
Haihong Chen,Liping Wang 보안공학연구지원센터 2014 International Journal of Smart Home Vol.8 No.6
Heating saving energy plays a very significant role in the energy saving industry. CANbus is a modern system in reliability improvement design concept which shows the transmission distance is longer than ordinary methods, and it can hang node on the optional position in availability distance. The nodes are linked in parallel, and not interfere with each other. By using the CANbus technology, the relay output module with a radiator, thermocouple acquisition module is linkedto the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor collects information from the outside system. Relay output module controls heating valve based on the temperature information, and make temperature of the room controlled automatically. Four energy-saving modes are developed in this project. Testing result reflects that the system designed under the new methodology offers outstanding results in energy-saving.

The clustered regulatory interspaced short palindromic repeat/CRISPR-associated protein 9 (CRISPR/Cas9) system has been applied to edit the genomes of quite a few plant species, including perennial woody poplar trees. However, chimeras often exist in primary transgenic plants. For perennial woody trees such as poplar trees, it is difcult to obtain homozygous mutants by self-pollination for due to their long vegetative life and low-seed setting rates. In this study, we report an efective approach to reduce the frequency of chimeric mutants of poplar trees by CRISPR/Cas9 with a second round of shoot regeneration using leaves as the explants. PdbPDS1 was used as the target gene, and only one homozygous PdbPDS1 mutant was obtained from 15 primary transgenic plantlets, which was verifed by both the phenotype and the DNA sequence of the PCR product. This indicates that the majority of primary transgenic plantlets in the T0 generation were chimeras. After the second round of shoot regeneration of the chimeric mutants generated by CRISPR/Cas9, approximately 27.0% or 19.1% of the regenerated shoots were homozygous mutants with or without kanamycin selection, respectively. The results showed that a second regeneration could produce homozygous mutant shoots at a high frequency and that kanamycin selection could increase the frequency of homozygous mutant shoots.

Background The Northeast Plain of China, which is an important region for the production of high grain quality rice in China. However, the grain quality of the rice produced varies across this region, even for the same cultivar. Objective In order to explore the meteorological factors that have the greatest infuence on quality and the transcriptional level diferences between diferent cultivars and diferent locations at grain flling stage. Methods We grew eight rice cultivars in three locations in Northeast China during two growing seasons (2017 and 2018). We recorded meteorological conditions, including air temperature, air temperature range, and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) during the grain-flling stage of each cultivar, and analyzed the grain quality of those eight cultivars. Results Across all eight cultivars, meteorological factors had a stronger efect on eating quality than genotype, while genotype had a stronger efect on milling quality. Of the three environmental factors assessed, PAR was signifcantly correlated with the most grain quality traits. Using RNA-sequencing analysis, we identifed 573 environment-specifc DEGs (Diferentially Expressed Genes), and 119 genotype-specifc DEGs; 11 DEGs were responsive to genotype×environment interactions. These DEGs were involved in many key metabolic processes. Conclusion Our results indicated that interactions among environmental factors, especially PAR, afected rice quality in Northeast China. Further analyses of the DEGs identifed herein may provide useful information for future breeding programs aiming to develop high grain quality rice varieties suitable for cultivation across Northeast China.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, endogenous RNAs that play important gene-regulatory roles by binding to the imperfectly complementary sequences at the 3 -UTR of mRNAs and directing their gene expression. Here, we first discovered that miR-576-3p was down-regulated in human bladder cancer cell lines compared with the non-malignant cell line. To better characterize the role of miR-576-3p in bladder cancer cells, we over-expressed or down-regulated miR-576-3p in bladder cancer cells by transfecting with chemically synthesized mimic or inhibitor. The overexpression of miR-576-3p remarkably inhibited cell proliferation via G1-phase arrest, and decreased both mRNA and protein levels of cyclin D1 which played a key role in G1/S phase transition. The knock-down of miR-576-3p significantly promoted the proliferation of bladder cancer cells by accelerating the progression of cell cycle and increased the expression of cyclin D1. Moreover, the dual-luciferase reporter assays indicated that miR-576-3p could directly target cyclin D1 through binding its 3 -UTR. All the results demonstrated that miR-576-3p might be a novel suppressor of bladder cancer cell proliferation through targeting cyclin D1.
EXISTENCE AND MULTIPLICITY OF SOLUTIONS FOR NONLINEAR SCHRÖDINGER-KIRCHHOFF-TYPE EQUATIONS
CHEN, HAIBO,LIU, HONGLIANG,XU, LIPING Korean Mathematical Society 2016 대한수학회지 Vol.53 No.1
In this paper, we consider the following $Schr{\ddot{o}}dinger$-Kirchhoff-type equations $\[a+b\({\int}_{{\mathbb{R}}^N}({\mid}{\nabla}u{\mid}^2+V(x){\mid}u{\mid}^2)dx\)\][-{\Delta}u+V(x)u]=f(x,u)$, in ${\mathbb{R}}^N$. Under certain assumptions on V and f, some new criteria on the existence and multiplicity of nontrivial solutions are established by the Morse theory with local linking and the genus properties in critical point theory. Some results from the previously literature are significantly extended and complemented.
