국가기술자격증 취득을 위한 효과적인 강의 지도를 실시하고, 이와 병행하여 기업체의 구인정보와 취업 대상자의 진로 의사 정보를 정확하게 파악하여 데이터베이스화하고 기업체에 본 대학을 상세히 홍보함으로써 취업증진을 도모한다. We make effective lectures for obtaining a national technical qualification and construct the database of job information that contain the information about companies and students respectively. Also We propagate Youngdong University to the companies for promoting the employment of students.

본 연구는 STC 를 진행하기 위한 기초 연구로서 반복 학습을 통한 교육 방법이 학습 능력이 떨어지는 학생들에게 얼마나 효과적인가를 통계학적인 분석 방법을 사용하여 조사하였다. 이 결과 현재 2 학년 학생들은 반복 학습의 효과가 뚜렷하나, 1 학년 중 대학 수학 능력 시험 성적이 92 점대인 학생들은 효과가 미미하다는 사실을 발견하였다. 또한 학습 능력이 떨어지는 학생들을 위하여 새로운 학습 방법인 「Mind-Map」 학습법을 제안하였다. This study examines the effectiveness of repetitive educational method for low grade students using statistical analysis, which is basic study for Special Topics Course. We find that the sophomore have an effect, but the freshmen of 92 points in College Scholastic Abilities Test have no effect on the fulfillment of learning, through this study. We proposed a new learning method of 「Mind-Map」for the purpose of a low grade students in a learning ability.

본 연구는 전자분야의 여러 기사 자격증 취득에 효과적인 학습을 도모하기 위하여 멀티미디어 툴북을 기반으로 하는 CD 타이틀을 제작하고, 나아가 실용화하는데 있어 효율적인 문제 선택과 학습 능력을 배양하기 위한 모의시험의 문제선택 알고 리듬을 랜덤함수를 사용하여 개발한 것이다. For a effective study to acquire a national technical qualification 1, 2 of a field of electronic engineering, this work developes a CD title based on the multimedia toolbook, and for practical use, we design an algorithm for the setting questions for the trial examination using a random function which gives a effective choice of problems and offers students ability of heuristic study.

This study empirically investigated cultural differences in the amount of information provided by managerial accounting information systems as well as the differences in organizational performance according to variations in the amount of information, Through cluster analysis, I classified sample firms into five organizational cultural types: Semi-innovative, innovative, bureaucratic, semibureaucratic and supportive. it is concluded that there are cultural differences in the amount of information provided and theses differences affect organizational performance

The principal objective of this study was to screen and select acid-tolerant Lactobacillus strains from chicken feces, feeds, and other sources. Fourty six strains evidencing acid tolerance (pH 3.5) were isolated in this study. Among them, nine strains exhibited marked immunostimulatory effects. Therefore, nine candidate strains were characterized for probiotic use. In order to evaluate macrophage activation, NO production was measured using RAW 264.7 cells. In particular, three strains (FC812, FC222, and FC113) evidenced the highest levels of NO production measured at 38.39±20.01, 35.06±27.73, and 33.88±15.99 ?M, respectively, at a concentration of 108 CFU/mL. The majority of strains, with the exception of strain FC322, evidenced marked resistance to artificial gastric juice (pH 2.5 with 1%(w/v) pepsin). Additionally, strains FC222, FC421, FC511, and FC721 were highly resistant to artificial bile acid (0.1%(w/v) oxgall), whereas strains FC113, FC322, FC422, FC621, and FC812 were the least resistant to bile. All nine strains exerted antimicrobial effects against chickenrelated pathogens. Additionally, all nine strains were found to be resistant to several antibiotics. The isolated strains, except for strain FC322, were tentatively identified as Lactobacillus salivarius, using an API 50 CHL kit. These results demonstrate that some probiotic organisms may potentially probiotic properties, and thus may serve as an effective alternative to antibiotics in animal applications.

This study empirically investigated cultural differences in the amount of information provided by managerial accounting information systems as well as the differences in organizational performance according to variations in the amount of information. Through cluster analysis, I classified sample firms into five organizational cultural types: Semi-innovative, innovative, bureaucratic, semi-bureaucratic and supportive. The results showed that in the semi-innovative firms, a greater amount of the traditional and advanced types of information is produced, while in bureaucratic firms, traditional information is much more provided than in the innovative, semi-bureaucratic and supportive firms. These results confirmed cultural differences in the amount of information produced. According to the results of this study, it was found that in organizational performance, the rankings of semi-innovative firms, which have the highest scores in the amount of information, are also the highest, and the performance scores in innovative firms are generally next to those of semi-innovative firms. Hence it is concluded that there are cultural differences in the amount of information provided and theses differences affect organizational performance
