12-O-Tetradecanoylphorbol-13-Acetate에 의한 HL-60 세포 분화유도중 Vimentin 유전자 전사조절에 대한 AP-1의 역할

Purpose: To gain insight on the role of AP-1 in transcriptional regulation of vimentin gene during differentiation of HL-60 cells by 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA), the levels of vimentin mRNA and AP-1 have been investigated with Northern blot hybridization and DNA mobility shift assay. Materials and Methods: HL-60 cells were grown in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal calf serum and antibiotics in a humidified 5% CO_2 at 37℃. Total RNA was prepared by a modification of the method of Karlinsey et al. Northern blot hybridization was performed by the method of Virca et al. EcoRI fragment of pVIM-GEM was used as probe for vimentin mRNA. DNA mobility shift assay was performed by the method of Lim et al. End labeled DNA probe(Upper strand, 5'-CGCTTGATGAGTCAGCCG- 3') for AP-1 binding activity was mixed with nuclear extracts in a 20 μl reaction volume containing 300 mM KCI, 60 mM HEPES, pH 7.9, 25 mM MgCI_2, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 60% glycerol, and 2 ㎍ of poly[dI-dC]. Results: TPA increased vimentin mRNA levels, with maximal stimulation reached at 24 hr. The level of vimentin mRNA was induced in proportion to the concentration of TPA. TPA-induced vimentin mRNA was almost reduced by actinomycin-D pretreatment. TPA-induced stimulation of vimentin gene was completely reduced by staurosporin pretreatment. In DNA mobility shift assay, AP-1 newly appeared at 24 hr during TPA-induced differentiation and was almost not detected after the pretreatment of staurosporin. Conclusions: These results suggest that the induction of vimentin mRNA during TPA-dependent differentiation in HL-60 cells may be mediated by protein kinases C signal transduction and AP-1 is important to transcriptional regulation.

포인터 변수를 이용한 동적 자료구조의 구현에 관한 연구

This study is purposed to investigate that whether it is best to use a pointer-based or array-based implementation of lists in a given circumstance. Table 1 shows the comparison of methods. The principal issues to consider are the following. 1. The array-based implementation requires us to specity the maxium size of a list at complie time. If we cannot put a bound on the length to which the list will grow, we should probably choose a pointer-based implementation. 2. The array-based implementation may waste space, since it uses the maximum amount of space independent of the number of elements actually on the list at any time. The pointer-based implementation uses only asmuch space as is needed for the elements currently on the list, but requires space for the pointer in each node. Thus, either method could wind up using more space than the other in differing circumstances.

Vapor-liquid equilibrium data for the binary systems of ethylacctate acetic acid, u-propyiacctate acetic acid, acetic acid nbutylacetate and acetic acid-iso amylacetate were investigated. It was shown that the logarithmic value of relative volatility (iogcr) exhibited a linear function of the liquid composition(x) icr systems. And these linear relationships for each of four systems indicate a strong tendency falling into a single point, when each line is extended. The present study proposed the empirical equations by which x-y data for. each binary system of acetic acid aPaylacetate can be estimated. And the x-y data estimated by the proposed equations are compared with the experimented data, and proved to be in a pied coincidence with them.
TMS320F240을 이용한 PWM 인버터 유도전동기 구동 시스템의 전도노이즈 저감을 위한 스위칭 기법

PWM 인버터에 의해 구동되는 유도전동기에 발생되는 고주파 커먼 모드 전압은 전도성 EMI, 전동기 접지전류, 베어링 전류 및 다른 원치 않는 결과의 주원인이 된다. 인버터 제어의 무효벡터 스위칭 상태는 나머지 유효벡터 스위칭 상태에 비교하여 큰 커먼 모드 전압을 일으킨다. 그러므로 이 논문은 커먼 모드 전압을 완화하는 스위칭기법을 다룬다. 즉 정현파 PWM기법을 기본으로 한 커먼 모드 전압 제거방법을 제안하였다. PWM 신호는 각각의 정현파 기준신호와 120˚위상차가 나는 3개의 캐리어 파형과 비교하여 발생된다. 시뮬레이션과 실험적결과는 제안된 PWM 기법에서 커먼 모드 전압이 종래의 PWM 기법보다 약 66% 더 저감됨을 보였다. High frequency common mode voltage produced by PWM inverter fed induction motor is a major cause of conducted EMI. creation motor ground currents, bearing currents and other hamful products. The zero switching states of inverter control invoke large in comparison with the non-zero switching state of inverter control. We proposed a common mode voltage reduction method based on sinusoidal PWM technique. PWM signal are generated by comparing respective sinusoidal reference signal with three triangular carrier wave displaced of 120˚. Simulation and experimental result show that common mode voltages in the propsed PWM technique are reduced by approximate 66% more than conventional PWM technique.
