Compression glass molding is a promising technique for mass production of near net-shaped, high-precision, and low-cost optical glass elements. However, the glass molding process causes the damage of glass and the mold during demolding because of the chemical or physical adhesion of the glass to the mold. To overcome this limitation, graphite molds are used owing to their good lubrication and easy machining. However, graphite materials show rapid oxidation at high temperatures in the presence of oxygen. Therefore, in this study, a thin SiC coating layer was deposited on the graphite mold using the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method to utilize the lubrication properties of graphite and the anti-oxidation properties of SiC. The specimen obtained using the low-temperature CVD method showed high carbon content and good lubrication properties than that obtained using the high-temperature CVD method.
내압 및 수직하중 작용시 Radial Tire Sidewall부 변형의 시간에 따른 변화 연구

본 연구에서는 타이어 sidewall부에 대한 내압 및 수직하중 그리고 시간에 따른 변형율 변화를 strain gage를 사용하여 측정하였다. 결과적으로 타이어에 최초 내압 작용 후 24시간이 지나면서 타이어의 strain 값이 안정되는 것을 확인하였으며 수직하중에 대한 실험 수행 시 1시간 이상 지난 후에 측정해야 하중작용 실험의 영향이 나타나지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 이로서 Strain gage를 이용한 실험 및 해석의 기반을 마련하였다. In this paper, variation of the strain on the radial tire sidewall with inflation pressure and vertical loading has been measured with respect to the time by experiment of method. As a result, the strain was stable after 24 hours, and vertical loading test must be done after I hour later from the prior loading test. The experiment was conducted to verify the deformation behavior experiment analyze method using strain gage. So the basis for the experiment and analysis of sidewall strain was established.
추기복수형 열병합발전 사이클의 부하변동에 따른 엑서지 해석

This paper reports a suitable operating mode and condition through the economic and exergy analysis to a cogeneration power plant cycle with computer simulation. The exergy analysis that permits to predict the exergy losses in each component furnishes information to the quantity and the place of exergy loss. The simulation condition is to generate constant electricity in spite of the load change of process steam when the supply of process steam and pressure of condenser is changed, devided with sixteen kinds of operating modes according to the ratio of process steam by the auxiliary boiler to steam extracted from the high pressure turbine. Performing the computer simulation for the economic and exergy analysis with above condition, the results show that a cogeneration efficiency is increased as process steam supply is increased and the ratio of process steam by auxiliary boiler is decreased. Oherwise, a economics rate and a cogeneration efficiency are decreased as the pressure of the condenser is increased. And the boiler and the condenser have about 96 to 98 percent of the total exergy losses in a cogeneration power plant cycle.

Lutembacher's syndrome is rare combination of mitral stenosis (MS) and atrial septal defect (ASD). The hemodynamic interplay between the MS and ASD leads to wide variation of clinical presentation. Here we describe a 43-year-old female with Lutembacher's syndrome and tricuspid regurgitation with pulmonary hypertension, who underwent direct closure of ASD and tricuspid valvuloplasty successfully. We also reviewed other literatures in an effort to increase awareness of this condition.
飮食物 堆肥 施用 따른 벼의 生育 및 土壤 化學的 特性의 變化

This study was carried out to investigate of rice plant growth reaction and sodium action in compost by using food -waste compost in pot. From this test we on get basic data using food-waste compost in real paddy soil. Wilting by application rate food-wast compost 4ton/10a, next NaCl 90kg/10a, food-waste compost 2ton/10a. Heading stage is not different from application NaCl 60kg/10a to control pot of applicates showed from N-P-K, but applicating NaCl 90kg/10a was decreased 17%. Voltile organic acid control content was increased by applicating food-waste compost 37 days after planting from the first stage of rice growth, and applicating food-waste compost was showed more increased volitle organic acid content. Bubble was showed from food-easte compost 4t/10a application long term, is considered poison by H₂S gas at reduction environment. It is very important fact volatile organic acid was occured at food-waste compost application field 37 days after planting. So it was needed to conder4ing production process, application duration, application rates and of food-waste compost concentration, poison material and volatile organic acid.
Headed Reinforcement를 사용한 철근콘크리트 깊은 보의 전단거동

Generally, headed reinforcement offers several advantages over straight bar or hooked bar anchorages to develop reinforcement in concrete members. The purpose of this study is to investigate the shear behaviors of reinforced concrete deep beam with headed reinforcement. Five deep beam specimens are designed to study the anchorage capacity of headed reinforcement as well as the contribution of H-bar and V-bar to the shear. Two anchorage types, standard 90-degree anchorage and headed reinforcement, are considered in design. From the tests, it is shown that In the test results, headed reinforcement is able to replace standard 90-degree anchorage as the anchorage method. The evaluation on the contribution of H-bar and V-bar in current design code for deep beam shows that the former is overestimated 75% and the latter is overestimated 17%.

Mixture of expressed & solvent extracted crude corn oil obtained from corn germ was carried out partial andlor total cooling process through heat exchange. Crude oil mixture at 40℃, 60℃ and 80℃ was storaged in storage tank under direct sunlight irradiation. Final deodorized(RBD) oil obtained through refining process used for storaged crude oil, it was determine color change of this RBD oil. RBD oils obtained were storaged in market and dark place as 0.9 ℓPET packaging bottle. Cause investigation of color reversion was attempted from Lovibond color change during storage period. At the result, color reversion wasn't appeared the linear correlation with refining process like to residual phosphorus con-tent, free fatty acids content and removal degree of pigments. As a result, cause of color reversion in corn oil was color fixation according to storage of crude oil at high temperature. Color fixed crude oil was not able to control at refining process. Prevention method of color reversion in corn oil was low temperature storage of crude oil at less than 40℃.
가성부갑상선 기능저하증 환아의 구강 증상 : CASE REPORT

부갑상선 호르몬은 혈중 인농도를 낮추고, 칼슘농도를 증가시키는 호르몬으로 부갑상선기능저하증은 부갑상선이 존재하지 않거나 비정상적으로 기능하여 이 호르몬의 분비가 감소되는 질환이며, 가성부갑상선기능저하증은 부갑상선 호르몬 분비는 정상이나, 이 호르몬에 대한 괄과 신장의 반응이상으로 혈중 칼슘 농도가 감소되고 인농도가 증가되는 질환이다. 가성부갑상선기능저하증은 임상적으로 성장 및 발육부전, 둥근 얼굴, 조기 골단폐쇄로 인한 단지증, 이소성 연조직 석회화, 비만, 두개관의 비후, 정신지체, 백내장 등이 나타난다. 구강내 소견으로는 치아의 맹출지연, 법랑질형성부전이 가장 큰 특징이며, 그 외에 결손지, 부정교합, 높은 구개궁, 확장된 치근관과 짧은 치근, 치수강 내 석회화, 높은 우식 이환율, 치근막의 비후 등이 관찰된다. 본 증례에서 환아의 구강내 소견은 맹출한 하악 4전치와 상악 좌우측 영구 중절치, 상악 우측 영구 측절치, 상, 하악 제 1대 구치에서 법랑질형성부전을 보였고, 다수의 유치에서 심한 동요도를 보였다. 방사선 소견으로는 대부분의 미맹출된 영구치들도 법랑질형성부전이 관찰되었으며, 특히 영구 견치의 경우 심한 치관의 형태이상을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 유치의 비정상적인 치근흡수가 나타났고, 하악 전치의 경우 치근형태가 짧고, 치근단이 둥근 형태로 나타났다. 이에 저자는 가성부갑상선기능저하증인 환아의 구강내 소견에 대해 보고하고자 한다. The parathyroid hormone plays a major role in the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus. In hypoparathyroidism the parathyroid glands are atrophied or absent associated with autoantibodies against parathyroid tissue. Pseudohypoparathyroidism is a metabolic disease caused by the disturbance in peripheral action of parathormone, but parathormone level is normal. In general, patients with pseudohypoparathyroidism have short stature, round face, brachydactylia, obesity, mental retardation, cataracts & ectopic calcifications on soft tissues. Dental manifestations are enamel hypoplasia, delayed eruption, blunting of root apex, hypodontia, pulp calcification, thickened lamina dura, excessive caries & malocclusion. In this case, intraoral examination showed enamel hypoplasia on the erupted permanent teeth & hypermobility on the remaining deciduous teeth. From the radiographic view, severe dental anomalies were observed on canines and shortening and blunting of root apex was observed on mandibular incisors. Pathologic root resorption was also observed on deciduous teeth.

A 7-month old. castrated male Shih-tzu dog was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University with history of depression. dyspnea. mild scale. tachypnea. exercise intolerance and severe leanness. On physical examination. cardiac arrhythmias was heard and heart worm ELISA test was positive. Microfilaria was found on the direct blood smear. Survey radiographs showed loss of diaphragmatic line and cardiac silhouette. displacement of lung fields and presence of gas filled intestines in the thoracic cavity. Rib fracture and pelvic fracture with callus formation were found incidentally. On the basis of physical examination and radiographic findings. it was diagnosed as traumatic diaphragmatic hernia and heart worm disease. Herniorrhaphy was performed. Postoperatively. it was treated for heart worm disease and scale. There is no evidence of recurrence of diaphragmatic hernia and heart worm disease over 1 year.
