For the Schlogl model with the second order transition under the influence of the multiplicative noise singular at the unstable steady state, the detailed discussions are presented for various kinds of stochastic phenomena, suchas the effects of parameters on stationary probability distribution, noise-induced phase transitions and escape rate.
Effects of NiO were studied in aspects of dielectric properties and microstructure of 0.96(0.91Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.09PbTiO3)-0.04BaTiO3 (PMN-PT-BT, PBT). The PBT was prepared by a conventional mixed oxide method using (MgCO3)4Mg(OH)2 instead of MgO through Lewis acid-base interaction. NiO was added in the range of 0.5 to 3.0 wt% as thermally decomposable 2NiCO33Ni(OH)2 and it seemed to enhance densification to a large extent below 1000℃. But all the systems gave rise to ceramics with almost same relative sintered density of 96% by sintering at 1000℃ for 2 h. But it turned out that the addition of NiO was detrimental to dielectric constant but beneficial to the loss of dielectric constant.

Recently, a combination of Business Process Management (BPM) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is being recommended as the best approach for developing large business systems. In this paper, we propose a project management system based on the BPM SOA convergence trend. The system becomes more agile with lower modification cost, and it provides increased efficiency. In addition, the system has the functions of monitoring the activities and the performance of the system. Note that most of the conventional approaches require duplicated resources to build individual system and not cope with the frequent changes.
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a SW's architectural style for creating and using business processes. packaged as services, throughout their lifecycle. We apply SOA concept to the conventional bioinformatics SW MPPS for flexibility and agility. A Metabolic Pathway Prediction System (MPPS) predicts the function of the gene sequences and visualizes its metabolic pathway. As MPPS predicts the function of the unknown genes, biologists can highly narrow the scope of the experiments and expenses, and increase the accuracy of the experiments. Since MPPS has tightly coupled architecture, it has limitations in terms of flexibility and agility: it is difficult to add new functions or to provide the functions of each module to other systems. In this paper, we propose a service oriented process management technique to overcome these limitations of existing MPPS.

Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBM-MSCs) represent a potentially valuable cell type for clinical therapeutic applications. The present study was designed to evaluate the effect of long-term culturing (up to 10<sup>th</sup> passages) of hBM-MSCs from eight individual amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) patients, focusing on functional ion channels. All hBM-MSCs contain several MSCs markers with no significant differences, whereas the distribution of functional ion channels was shown to be different between cells. Four types of K<sup>+</sup> currents, including noise-like Ca<sup>+2</sup>-activated K<sup>+</sup> current (IK<sub>Ca</sub>), a transient outward K<sup>+</sup> current (I<sub>to</sub>), a delayed rectifier K<sup>+</sup> current (IK<sub>DR</sub>), and an inward-rectifier K<sup>+</sup> current (K<sub>ir</sub>) were heterogeneously present in these cells, and a TTX-sensitive Na<sup>+</sup> current (I<sub>Na,TTX</sub>) was also recorded. In the RT-PCR analysis, <i>Kv1.1, heag1, Kv4.2, Kir2.1, MaxiK,</i> and <i>hNE-Na</i> were detected. In particular, I<sub>Na,TTX</sub> showed a significant passage-dependent increase. This is the first report showing that functional ion channel profiling depend on the cellular passage of hBM-MSCs
