이온주입이 금속의 일함수에 미치는 영향(Ⅰ)

이온 주입이 일함수 차이에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위하여 낮은 에너지 이온 가속기, 전자총과 기타 일함수 차이를 측정하기 위한 장치를 설계, 제작하였다. 제작된 이온 가속기의 집속 특성은 이론적인 값과 일치하였다. 즉, 집속 렌즈의 확대율이 이론값은 2.0인데 비하여 1.2로 상당히 작은 값이었다. 또한 집속 렌즈의 전압 V_L과 추출 전압 V_e에 의한 집속 특성 역시 이론값과 매우 잘 일치하였다 . 제작된 장치를 사용하여 다결정 Cu와 Ni의 일함수 차이를 측정한 결과 0.45eV임을 알았다. 그리고 전자선을 이용하여 억제 전위차로 일함수를 측정할때 입사 전자의 반사율을 고려해야 함을 알았다. Low energy ion accelerator, electron gun, and apparatus for measuring work function difference are designed and constructed in order to study the effect of ion implantation on the work function. The focusing properties of accelerator is coincided with theoretical results; the magnification of Einzel lens is found to be 1.2, while theoretical value is 2.0, and the focal properties as a function of V_L/V_e are in good agreement with theory. Using these systems, the work function difference between polycrystalline Cu and Ni is found to be 0.45eV, and the experimental retarding potential plots indicate close agreement with the theoretical values modified by electron reflection.

컴퓨터 교육 프로그램 활동이 유아의 사회, 정서 발달에 미치는 효과

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 교육 활동 프로그램이 유아의 사회 ·정서적 발달에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 알아보았다. 본 연구의 문제를 검증하기 위하여 K시 소재 2개 유치원의 6, 7세의 원아 모두 105명을 원아를 대상으로 하였다. 실험집단인 J 유치원 6, 7세51명과 통제집단인 L 유치원 6, 7세 54명 이었다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 10.0 통계 패키지를 사용하였다. 유아의 컴퓨터 학습이 사회 ·정서적 발달 수준증진에 미치는 효과를 살펴보기 위해 유아의 사회 ·정서적 발달 수준의 하위 척도 및 전체 척도의 사전-사후 검사를 분류해서 채점한 후 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전검사를 공 변인으로 한 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였고, 통계적 유의수준은 0.05로 선정하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 유아교육기관에서 컴퓨터교육 활동 프로그램을 실시할 경우 전반적으로 유아의 사회 정서 발달에 도움을 준다. 둘째, 컴퓨터교육 활동 프로그램은 하위영역, 특히 사회성 발달 부분에서 내적통제, 또래와의 상호작용 발달에 효과가 있으며, 정서발달에서는 호기심, 유치원에서의 안정감, 성취동기, 에 대한 모든 수준을 긍정적으로 변화 시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. The aim of this study was to research the effects of the program of computer education on young children's social and emotional development. Computer education is more and more important to young children's everyday education. To verify this project, we selected 105children(age 6 to 7)consist of 51 children of J kindergarten(the experimental group) and 54 children of L kindergarten(the comparison group) in Chil-Gok County. The data were collected by social and emotional development questionnaire. and analysis of sampling data was based on spssl0. 0 statistics package. The experimental group and the comparison group were provided daily lessons based on kindergarten curriculum the experimental group was provided a program of computer education. Activity times were provided for the various activities of each characters. The conclusions of this survey which is carried out in the field of the effects of the program of computer education on young children's social and emotional development can be summarized as follows. First, The program of computer education generally improved young children's social and emotional development. Second, The program of computer education is very helpful for the improvement of young children's social and emotional development, especially in the parts of reciprocal activity development, curiosity in the development of emotion and stability in the kindergarten.

정신분열증과 기질성 뇌증후군 환자간의 비교연구 : 반응시간과 소인식기능 검사에 관하여 With Special Reference to Reaction Time and Mini Mental State

In order to differentiate the deficits of attention and cognitive function between schizophrenia and organic brain syndrome, the author tested simple visual reaction time and mini-mental state for 30 schizophrenics, 30 patients with organic brain syndrome and 30 controls who were matched for age and sex with the schizophrenic group. These patients hand been admitted to Neuropsychiatric ward of Chungnam National University Hospital and were selected by research criteria of Feighner et al. The data were statistically analysed and the results were obtained as follows. 1. Reaction time of the patients with organic brain syndrome was slower than that of the schizophrenics. And reaction time of the schizophrenics was slower than that of the controls. 2. The score of mini-mental state of the patients with organic brain syndrome was lower than that of the schizophrenics. And the score of mini-mental state of the schizophrenics was lower than that of the controls. 3. Both the organic brain syndrome and the control groups showed significant negative correlation between reaction time and score of mini-mental state but schizophrenic group didn't show the correlation.

가정관리쳬계의 요구와 자원요소가 관리과정에 미치는 영향 : -Based on the managerial behaviors of wives living in Seoul- -서울시 주부의 가사노동 관리행동을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between input and throughput components in managerial subsystems. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire distributed to a stratified sample of 560 housewives living in Seoul. The questionnaire developed by the researchers contained of 105 items. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentile, mean, and stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that some of the demands components such as employment status of wives, goal orientation index, size of household, age of the last child predicted some of throughput components in managerial subsystems. The some of the elements of resoarces sach as number of persons per room, total time spent on doing household tasks, number of years of marriage, health and educational level of respondents, income, the amount of assets, and namber of capital goods also influenced the some of components of throughput process.

주재무제표화에 따른 연결재무제표 비교분석

One of the main accounting system reforms by the government in December 2002 was the conversion of consolidated financial statements into main financial ones. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze separate and consolidated financial statements and determine the usefulness of conversion into main financial statements, considering the fact that public disclosure system orienting separate financial statements are being conversed into that orienting consolidated ones. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. In 2003, business sales and operating income which were assessed based on consolidated financial statements were higher that that which were done so based on separate financial ones. Income before provision for income taxes was also higher in association with the former financial statements than with the latter. This suggests that consolidated financial statements are partially useful in comparison to separate financial ones.! Major business groups under the control of the equity investment limitation recorded 27.3 trillion and 280.1 billion won in turnover after consolidating financial statements and 1.3 trillion and 22.1 billion in net profit after the consolidation, respectively down 1.79 and up 6.18% from the year of 2002. This also indicates that consolidated financial statements are more useful that separate financial ones. As one of accounting system reforms by the government, in conclusion, the conversion of consolidated financial statements into main ones are also useful in that it can allow providing financial information to users.

Norepinephrine과 AngiotensinⅡ의 혈압 상승작용에 대한 Diltiazem의 영향

This study was performed in order to investigated the effects of diltiazem, Ca^-2 channel blocker of benzothiazepine derivates, on the pressor actions of norepinephrine and angiotensinⅡ in rabbit Diltiazem inhibited the pressor actions of norepinephrine and angiotensinⅡ, but inhibition time by diltiazem was not continuous. In some other way, potentiated appearance of the pressor action of norepinephrine was exhibited 30∼40min after administration of diltiazem. Diltiazem inhibited both the pressor action of angiotensinⅡ and the potentiated pressor action of norepinephrine in rabbit pretreated with bethanidine, adrenergic neuronal blocking agent, and diltiazem diminished both the potentiated pressor action of norepinephrine and angiotensinⅡ in rabbit pretreated with chlorisondamine, ganglionic blocking agent.

중학교 영어 교과서 Readability 측정

The main purpose of this study is to find out whether current English textbooks for middle school students in Korea are properly leveled or graded. The researchers utilized Fry Readability Graph, Flesch Readability Formula, and Dale-Chall Readability Formula for the analysis of eight English textbooks which are being used for second graders. The results of the analysis are as follows. 1. The texts are at least one or two levels higher than the formula suggest. 2. Most of the English textbooks are not properly graded in the light of readability. 3. Dale-Chall's readability formula has more precise prediction about readability analysis among them.

공구형상이 칩유동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A new methodology is presented to evaluate material properties at high strain rates and high temperatures based on orthogonal metal cutting experiments and FEM simulations. Average strain rate and average temperature found in the deformation zone are computed and flow stress data at these conditions are modified until cutting forces calculated in simulations match those determined in experiments. Material properties obtained from this method were verified by additional metal cutting simulations. Derivation from cutting forces measured in experiments was less than 10%. The feasibility of tool design using FEM simulations is also demonstrated.

Besides, the advancement of science gave infinite impetus to human intellect, which in turn manifested the impulse to reach the mysteries of the universe and the very source of the creation by God. The age, which was naive in intelligence, came to have magier, magician, and Doctor Faust is one of the magicians. (2) The Legend of Faust and Goethe Goethe leas attracted to the gigantic character of Faust, and through it he attempted to create the representative character by employing Faust as chosen out of all humanity. The idea is that a man who strives to make infinite efforts and improve himself will never be ruined and will be eventually saved. (3) Lessing's Faust and Goethe's Faust The discovery was alreday made by Lessing that Faust should be saved. Yet, the stage Lessing was capable to reach was mere quantitative increase in intellect, whereas the starting point of Goethe's Faust is the moment when he rushes out of the world of intellect into that of behavior. In other words, the former, was the world of intellect; the latter was the world of experiement. II. The idea of salvation as appeares in Prolog im Himmel Attempts were made to analyze the idea of salvation. I find the conclusion that a real man blindly worship God, let God will finally save the man who makes continuous efforts toward Him. Mephisto is created as a stimulus to a man who is apt to neglect God out of his desire for comfort. III. The Tragedy of Gretchen The researcher made a study of social material and Goethe's material out of his own experience, and tried to compare the tragedy of Gretchen and that of the heroin. Further studies were made by analysing each scene in order to determine the essence of love, faith appearing both in Faust and Gretchen.
