      • γ-PGA에 포함된 D-glutamate의 효소화학적 정량분석

        Bacillus subtilis chungkookjang produces a new biofunctional polymer, poly y-glutamic acid (γ-PGA). γ-PGA consists of D and/or L-glutamate and its ratio is different depending microorganisms and culturing environrrents, Here we are reporting the new enzymatic method to determine the stereochemistry of D-glutamic acid composition ratio in γ-PGA D-amino acid aminotransferase (D-AAT) can catalyzes transamination between D-amino acids and a-keto acids. Thus the amount of D-glutamate in γ-PGA can be determined by the assaying the amount of produced D-alanine followed by the reaction of D-AAT in the presence of pyruvic acid. D-glutamate and D-alanine can be separated by thin layer chromatography (TLC) in NH₄0H : ethanol (2:8, v/v) solvent system D-alanine can be visualized by ninhydrin (0.5% in 75% ethanol) spraying and quantitated by the measurement the absorbance of TLC spot followed by the elution with 0.005% copper sulfate in 75% ethanol at EOOnm. Partially purified D-AAT is good enough to carry out this new and very convenient method to determine the amount of D-glutamic acid in γ-PGA.

        This research aims to attract patients of AMA(Against Medical Advice). The patients are neglected because they are a few, but the patients are very important for hospital income. So, this study analysis patients of AMA. The analysis items are 1) a course of hospital, 2) health delivery system, 3) whether or not consultant, operation and transfer, 4) principle diagnosis, 5) specialty fields, 6) length of stay, so on. The results show that AMA of male, old, and emergency case is high. In principle diagnosis, AMA of cerebral infaction and fracture and liver disease is high. Therefore it's meaningful research for hospital management.

        The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion. Reform procedure of Judo's Doechigi-Bon was 1st stage, Questionnaire survey 303 judokas, 2nd stage, Technical seminar by judo experts(12 judo professor) 4 times, 3rd stage, wording report for reform, 4rd stage, Discussion and judgement of Teaching and Judgement commission of Korean judo Association(KJA), 5th stage, Public hearing for reform in KJA, 6th stage, Report and decision of board of directors in KJA, 7th stage, public publication of Judo News(No.53) in KJA.       • 패러글라이딩 전방이륙시 라이즈-업 동작의 키네매틱 분석

        본 연구는 항공스포츠 중 몇 년 사이에 급속도로 발전한 패러글라이딩(paragliding)의 전방이륙(take off)기술 중 라이즈-업(rise-up) 동작에 관한 키네매틱 변인의 기초자료를 얻는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대한패러글라이딩협회에 등록된 Y.대학 남자선수 10명을 대상으로 라이즈-업 동작을 각 5회씩 실시하여 연구자가 그 중에서 가장 잘된 동작 1회를 비디오 테입에 편집하여 국내 패러글라이딩 전문가에게 평가를 의뢰하여 상위 5명을 선정한 후 키네매틱 변인을 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 시간변인에 있어서 제 1국면이 전체 소요시간 중 57.45%(1.53sec)가 걸렸으며 2국면의 소요시간이 길수록 전체시간이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 거리변인에서는 제 2,3국면보다 제 1국면에서의 소요거리(2.25±0.36cm)가 51.49%로 가장 길게 나타났다. 각도변인에 있어서 팔꿈치각은 어깨각과 함꼐 상호 보상작용을 통한 캐노피의 균형을 유지하는 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났으며, 발목각은 피험자 개개인의 신장과 보폭의 차이에서 발생하는 편차가 종목 특성으로 큰 차이를 보였다. 또한, 상체 전경각에 있어서 저항이 큰 Cg이벤트에서 굴곡이 이루어졌다가 Hp이벤트에 와서는 신전 시킨 후 캐노피와의 견제를 위한 굴곡이 다시 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 속도변인으로는 신체중심의 속도변화에서 출발신호와 함께 진행방향의 역방향으로 -0.02m/sec의 탄력적인 신체중심의 준비형태를 보였다. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the basic Data Bases which were based on the rise up motion through kinematic variables analysis of rise up motion among the take off technique of the paragliding. To understand this thesis I made use of three dimensions cinematography through DLT method and also analyzed the kinematic variables through velocity variables, distant variables, angle variables and temporal variables. Therefore the conclusion were as follow The first phase is time required of use 57.46%(1.53sec) the total of the time, and second phase of the time longer than increase of the total time. For the first phase distance required of use 51.49%(2.25±0.36m) longer than second and third phase. In case of the valicity change of center of gravity of each events was showed toward -0.02m/sec.

        The purpose of this study was to examine through 24weeks whether dance education with 6-year old preschool-Kindergarten may increase positive self-concepts. The results of analysis of self-concept's change that the dance education served K kindergarten and not in the S kindergarten in Seoul were as follows. 1. There is a statistically significant relation of the generally satisfactory self-concepts between the two preschool-Kindergarten groups(P<0.05). It means that the development of satisfactory self-concepts are generally influenced by dance education programs. 2. There was no statistically significant relation of the same-aged children's self-concepts between the two preschool-Kindergarten groups (P>0.05). It means that the same-age children's self-concepts are not influenced effectively by dance education programs. 3. There was no statistically significant relation of the children's self-concepts about their teachers and kindergartens between the preschool-Kindergarten groups(P<0.05). It means that their teachers and kindergartens the children's self-concepts are not influenced effectively by dance education programs. 4. There was no statistically significant relation of the children's self-concepts about their classes between the two preschool-Kindergarten groups(P<0.05). It means that the children's self-concepts about their classes are not influenced by dance education programs. 5. There was no statistically significant relation of the children's self-concepts about their physical exercises between the two preschool-Kindergarten groups(P<0.05). It means that the children's self-concepts about their physical exercises are not influenced by dance education programs.

      • 급성 심근경색증에 동반된 승모판 폐쇄부전증의 임상적 특징

        The early detection and proper management of mitral regurgitation(MR) associated with acute myocardial infarction(MI) is very important to improve the clinical course and outcome of disease. The change of left ventricular shape and regional function, papillary muscle rupture are major determinant of the existence and severity of MR. We performed 2D and M mode echocardiography of 28 patients at the early stage of acute MI to evaluate the existance and degree of MR and its pathogenetic factor. Significant MR occured in 12 (42.9%) patients. In the group of MI with MR, the inferior MI was frequent (7 case) than anterior MI (5 case) comparing to the patient group of MI without MR (inferior MI : 6 case, anterior MI : 10 case) (p<0.01).The left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD), end systolic dimension (LVESD) and left atrial dimension (LAD) were significantly increased in MI with MR than MI without MR (LVEDD : 57.3 ±8.6 vs 46.4 ±9.2, p<0.05 ; LVESD : 52.9 ±9.2 vs 38.3 ±7.4, p<0.01 ; LAD : 45.4 ±3.8 vs 37.7 ±3.7, p<0.05).However, the ejection fraction was not different between two group two groups. These datas showed that MR was more frequent in inferior MI and the hemodynamic derangement was more serious in acute MI with MR.

      • 녹농균 외독소에 반응하는 단일클론항체의 생산과 특성

        Exotoxin A from Pseudomonas aeruginosa is known to be the most lethal and the most extensively studied product among its virulence factors. Hybridomas secreting monoclonal antibodies against exotoxin A from Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA 103 were derived from the fusion of myeloma cell with spleen cells from mice immunized with purified exotoxin A. Total of 582 hybridomas were screened and selected by using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Among these 39 clones positive for binding to exotoxin A were obtained and fusion-specific efficiency was turned out to be 6.7%. All antibody isotypes were represented (immunoglobulins G, and M) as determined by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Hybridomas were selected and cloned by limiting dilution and agarose methods, obtaining 1 IgG? and 11IgG? clones. The specificity of the monoclonal andtidodies for exotoxin A was demonstrated by the immunoblotting technique. They bound 66kilodalton (KDa) exotoxin band and 45KDa fragment B portion. The protective ability of anti-exotoxin A monoclonal antibody was demonstrated in vitro by toxin neutralization. Ascitic fluid of monoclonal antibody producing hybridoma was able to neutralize at maximum 100 dilution to CHO cell cytotoxicity by 2ng of Pseudomonas ceruginosa exotoxin A and 60% increase in survival rate has been obtained through passive immunization by using anti-exotoxin A monoclonal antibody (IgG?) in mice injected 300ng of exotoxin A. And its in vivo and in vitro protective activities were appeared to reside in tis selective affinity and specificity to fragment B of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A.

        Methanol과 DMF용매에서의 Phenacyl bromide와 치환피리딘類의 置換基效果에 關한 硏究

        The rates of the reaction of phenacyl bromide with substituted pyridines in MeOH and DMF were measured by electric conductivity method. The rates of reaction were increased with the electron donation power of substituents of pyridiness and the results were more increased in DMF than MeOH The isokintic relationship was seen between Ea and ΔS^≠, it's temperature was 401˚K in MeOH and 202˚K in DMF. Bro¨nsted linear relationship was shown as log k=0.28pka -2.47 (r=0.988) in MeOH at 45℃ log k=0.37pka -1.79 (r=0.981) in DMF at 45℃ The Hammett polt showed a linearity about substituent except for 4-NH_2, 4-CN. This deviations of above 2 groups were considered to be attributed to the localization of π-electrone on pyridine ring induced by the nuclear nitrogen atom, resonauce effects and solvent effects.
