        Excretory urography is a type of contrast study used to verify and localize upper urinary tract disease. It is an inexpensive and easy way to visualize of anatomic and functional status of the kidney and has been used as a primary imaging modality for the evaluation of urinary tract abnormalities. We describe urological signs of 7 dogs who examined with excretory urography and ultrasonography. Six cases were referred to veterinary medical teaching hospital. Chungnam national university (VMTH, CNU) to evaluate renal function after the treatment for renal failure and one case was referred showing hematuria. In case 1, 2 and 4, blood test and urinalysis was normal and the results of excretory urography presented that renal function were normal range. In case 3, the results of urinalysis, ultrasonography, and excretory urography except blood test presented abnormal kidney and hydronephrosis was diagnosed. In case 5 and 6, blood test, urinalysis, ultrasonography and excretory urography indicated renal failure. In case 7, blood test, urinalysis and ultrasonography presented partially abnormal signs, however, the results of excretory urography was normal range.

      • 역사적 문화환경의 효율적 보존방안에 관한 건축계획적 연구(Ⅰ)

        There are two common problems that the mordern cities have. One is to how he citizens are effecially interested in the cultural remains in the cities. The other is to how the people who have the architectural treasure in the cities don't convert these into economical property values, but have a preserving awareness It is the tendency that the historical cultural environment is gradually incorporate into the area of the cities according to rapid increase in papulation and the diffuseness of the city. In this process some people think that the valuable historical architectural treasure is an obstacle in devising the city planning. This thesis is to how effecially preserve and applicate thet Taejon,s historical cultural environment. In this thesis it has made up questions to 1,134persons of Taejon citizents to what extent were rocognizing the local historical archtecural treasure. the questionnaires items were divided under five heads as follows. 1) the cognition about Taejon's historcal architectural treasure 2) The satisfaction to the preservation status 3) the opinion about the application plan The population characteristcs of effective answers were devided into sex, age, education level, occupation, occupation of architecture, duration of residence in Taejon, residential district, etc. The content of questionnaires were analyzed in chapter6 in detail. To preserve the historical cultural environment of cities is troublesome and complicated works right now, but it is our's duties and resposibilities to do necessaily. In this thesis (Ⅰ) it will be find the method to high up the recognition about the historical cultural environment on the basis of this recognition reserch and frame the architectural planning about the effective preservation and application plan.

      • 풍력 발전기의 모델링 및 피치제어 시뮬레이션

        Wind turbine system converts wind energy into electric energy. Since the velocity of wind is random in nature. control of the angular velocity of the blade is needed in order to generate high quality electric power. The control of a blade can be divided into a stall regulation type and a pitch control type. The stall regulation type which uses an aerodynamic stall is simple and cheap, but it suffers from fluctuation of the resulting power. On the contrary. pitch control type is based on the fact that the torque of the blade can be changed by varying the pitch angle of the blade. It is mechanically and mathematically complicated. but the control performance is better than that of the stall regulation type. This paper derives a mathematical modeling of the wind turbine system, and suggests a pitch control algorithm. The validity of the algorithm is demonstrated with the results produced through sets of simulation.

      • 도시경관 보존을 위한 건축물 규제방안에 관한 연구

        All the actions in urban planning and architecture can exert an influence on townscape by constructing artificial structures(buildings and facilities for example). So a planner tries to predict and to evaluate his plan by simulation the influences of the construction activities on the townscape before the plan is executed. The popular simulation methods are picture composition, model making, bird's eye view drawing, and Computer Aided Design(CAD). CAD can display realistic image by the digital drawing data which are input by digitizer, scanner, or keyboard, and plot output on paper very fast and repeatedly. CAD system is now becoming a feasible reality in many fields technologically and economically. This paper aims to show some application of CAD System in urban planning and urban design on the scope on Visual simulation of townscape, and to find some reliable and objective methods to control the shape, height and size of building. As a case study we explain the Wolpyung Park Region where many high-storied building(like apartments and office building)have been builted and many parts of the Green space of Park are hidden by these buildings.

        The demand for economically competitive precast building systems has been increasing in Korea at the same time that concerns have grown regarding their seismic resistance capacities. The seismic resistant capacities of one form of precast construction, "Dry Joint System" are described in this study. An investigation consisting of shaking table tests with earthquake motion and subsequent global seismic response are included. A set of conclusions and suggestions for improved performance of dry joint system construction are given along with a discussion of problems in seismic resistant design and behavior of the system.

      • 케일 쥬스에 의한 AFLATOXIN B_1의 유전독성 억제 효과

        The inhibitory effect of the fresh juice of kale on the genotoxicity induced by aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) in Salmonella and Drosophila was investigated. The kale juice had strong inhibitory activity for His^- to His^+ reverse-mutations induced by AFB_1 acting on S. typhimurium TA100. A similar inhibitory effect was detected in somatic cell mutation assaying system of D. melanogaster. Using the wing hairs spot test, we found that the formation of mutant hairs in adult flies as a result of feeding with AFB_1 in their larval stages was efficiently inhibited by coadministration of the fresh juice of kale, which revealed that it can inhibit gene mutation, deletion and mitotic chromosomal recombination. These results seem to suggest that kale juice may exert its inhibitory effect to mutagenic and/or carcinogenic properties of DNA damaging agents.

      • 투명전도막 Cadmium Stannate의 특성에 관한 연구

        CTO(Cadmium Stannate Oxide) thin film were deposited onto borosilicate glass by chemical spray pyrolysis. The structure of the film had been identified as polycrystalline Cd_(2), SnO_(4), having(l30) (310) (321) (041) and (341) planes. The transmittanced of the films was more than 90% in visible range and the films reflect almost all of the infrared spectra beyond 2.8um . The refractive index of this film was 1.8 at 6,000Å and 2.2 at 5,l00Å. And the optical band gap were 2.85eV. Through annealing in Argon ambient the sheet resistance of the CTO films were lowed.

        This experiment was done on 30 fencers that had joined the national competition and had a research on theft heart rates during the fencing bout and got the following results. 1. In average, a male fencer have a height of 178.40㎝, weight of 72.50㎏, the height when sitting of 93.70㎝, the chest perimeter of 94.70㎝, arm length of 56.50㎝, and thigh parameter of 60.20㎝. In average, for a female fencer, had a height of 167.98㎝, weight of 59.00㎏, the height when sitting of 87.00㎝, chest perimeter of 84.50㎝, the thigh perimeter of 58.30㎝, and the arm length of 50.90㎝. From the result of testing a fencer's endurance by general footwork, it was proofed that the evaluation of respiratory function was needed more. 3. When comparing the heart rates of male fencers in the fencing bout of fleuret and epee, we found out that the fleuret fencer had a higher heart rate, in average of 17.06beat/min, than the epee fencer. However, there was not much difference with the heart rates during the bouts of sabre and fleuret Clearly, the bout during epee showed lowest heart rate among these three subjects. 4. The heart rates during female's fencing bout, there was not much difference with the heart rates in the male's fencing bout, and the heart rate during a bout of epee was about 18.59beat/min lower than fleuret.

      • 국내산고령토정제에 관한 연구

        The samples used for this work were low grade clay(Fe?O? : 2.90%, TiO? :1.65%) produced from Youngsan-do district, and for the iron-bearing impurities removal having a bad influence on Kaoline sample was carried out column floatation using Oleic acid, Potassium oleat, Aero 840 promotor, Aero 870 promotor and Keroseneas collectors. For removal of the iron-vearing impurities from the kaoline, investigated first chemical composition size distribution of Kaoline sample, also performanced a basic study on pulp density, collector and pH change on a sort frother. The flotation separation of impurities from kaoline can be achieved by using both oleic acid and Aero 840 promotor as collectors within narrow aoid limits(pH 2-3). Pine oil was more effective frother than MIBC with olelic acid as aa collector.

      • 말쥐치 가공중 향기성분에 관하여

        쥐치의 향기성분을 동정하기 위하여 Likerson형의 연속증류추출 및 탄산가스추출법을 이용하여 휘발성 성분을 동정하였다. 그 결과 중성획분에서 55 성분, pherol성획분에서 4 성분, 염기성획분에서 13 성분 및 ㅅ산성획분에서 10 성분이 분리·동정되었고 중성획분에서는 가열·배소 후 propanol, butanol, octanol, dodecanol등의 alcoholfb 그리고 pentanal, hexanal, 2-methyl-l-propanal, heptenal등의 aldehyde의 함량이 크게 증가하여 flavor 형성에 크게 기여할 것으로 생각되어 진다. 분리·동정된 phenol류는 분자량(m/e) 100~160 정도로 나타났으며, 염기성획분에서는 2-methylpyrazine, 2,5-dimethylpyrazine, 2-ethyl=3,5-dimethylpyrazine 등과 2-methylpyridine등이 동정되었다. 이들과 함께 중성획부에서 동정된 furan류가 가열온도의 증가와 함께 그 함량이 증가하였다. 산성획분에서는 배소시료 구분에서 isoaproic acid 및 caproic acid의 함량이 많았다. Volatile compounds were collected by simultaneous distillation extraction and carbon dioxide method, and analyzed by GC and GC-MS. The neutral fraction obtained from the whole steam volatile concentrate 55 kinds of components, phenolic fraction had 4 kinds of components, basic fraction had 13 kinds of components and 10 kinds of components were in acidic fraction. Alcohols, propanols, butanols, octanols, dodecanols etc. and aldehydes, pentanals, hexanal, 2-methyl-1-propanal, heptenal etc. were highly increased after boiled and roasted. And these compounds were contributed to formation of filefish flavor. The molecular ion peak of phenolic fraction was generally appeared in the range 100 to about 160. From the basic fraction, 2-methylpyrazine, 2,5-dimethylpyrazine, 2-ethyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazine and 2-methylpyridine were identified. The contents of basic compounds and furans obtained from the neutral fraction were increased at the higher heating temperature. The flavor of acidic fraction was influenced by the low molecular as isovaleric and valeric acid.
