      • Classical Swine Fever (Hog cholera) Virus 약독순화주 (Suri 주)의 gp55 Gene 염기서열 분석

        An attenuated classical swine fever virus (CSFV), Suri strain, is a variant derived from a vaccine virus, LOM strain. This study was performed to elucidate the molecular biologcal properties of CSFV Suri strain, and to obtain the basic data for molecular epidemiological approaches for the disease. The truncated form of gp55 gene without the C-terminal trasmembrane domain, in size of 1,023bp, was amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced by dye terminator cyclic sequencing method, and inserted into BamHI site of pAcGP67B baculovirus vector, establishing a cloned pAcHEG plasmid. By the nucleotide sequences determined, 341 amino acid sequences were predicted. As compard the nucleotide and amino acid sequences of gp55 of Suri with the various CSFV, Suri strain showed the high homology over 99.1% with ALD and LOM strains, but comparably the lower homology with Alfort and Brescia. In comparison of amino acid sequence in variable domain of gp55 protein, the similar tendency of homology was observed. In hydrophobicity analysis, all of four CSFV strains revealed the analogous patterns of hydrophobicity. The numbers and locations of N-glycosylation site and cysteine residuse in gp55 were analyzed, those of Suri strain being coincident with ALD and LOM strains. The results suggest that gp55 in Suri strain has the high similarity to those in ALD and LOM strains in terms of the nucleotide and amino acid sequences and the functional properties of gp55 protein.

        대량재해시 방사선학적 검사에 의한 개인식별예

        There cases of mass disaster, KAL accident in Tripoli, express bus accident and park cemetry accident in Korea, were referred to the National Institute of Scientific Investigation, Seoul, Korea for individual identification (ID). All the cases were thoroughly investigated to establish the most scientifically sound ID possible. In addition to evidence from fingerprint, dental, anthropological, visual, pathological, blood typing and superimpose according to the case, X-ray studies were attempted. In KAL case, 52 of 59 were identified by comparison radiography. Differential diagnosis was accomplished in 2 misidentified bodies in express bus case by radiography. Radiologic examination also revealed good characteristics in park cemetry case, however, did not satisfactorily contribute to ID because of restricted information.

      • Quality Teacher로 이끄는 예비교사를 위한 집단상담 프로그램

        본 프로그램은 상담이론 중에서 비교적 그 역사가 짧은 현실요법을 국내에서는 최초로 초등학교 예비교사를 위한 집단상담 프로그램에 적용했다는데 그 의미가 있다. 현재 우리의 학교교육이 안고 있는 위기상황을 극복하고, 21세기가 요구하는 좋은 학교(Quality School)를 만들기 위해서 교육현장에서 교사들에게 현실적으로 가장 어려운 부분으로 인식되는 인간관계의 문제들을 William Glasser의 현실요법과 선택이론을 교실관리에 적용하여 성공적으로 해결하도록 도와주는 초등학교 예비교사를 위한 집단상담 프로그램이다. 본 프로그램의 목적은 첫째, 교실상황에서 발생되는 다양한 갈등상황에 대처하는 효과적인 방법을 익히고, 둘째, 교사들의 좋은 세계(Quality World)를 탐색해 보고 교사로서의 자기선택과 책임성을 점검해 보며, 셋째, 인간관계의 가치를 이해하여, 타인의 욕구를 훼손시키지 않으면서 자신의 욕구를 충족시키는 방법을 훈련하고, 넷째, 좋은 학교(Quality School)를 만들기 위한 조건들을 익혀서 현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 연습해보는 것이다. 본 집단상담 프로그램을 통해서 예비교사들은 교실에서 흔히 경험하면서도 효율적으로 대처하기 어려운 상황들을 집단에서 미리 경험해 봄으로서 성공적인 교직생활을 하도록 도움을 받고 있다. 이러한 집단 프로그램을 운영함으로써 기대되는 효과로는 첫째, 현실요법과 선택이론을 배워서 수업에 적용하고 학생들에게 가르침으로서 성취도가 높은학교, 신바람 나는 학교인 '좋은 학교'(Quality School)를 만들어 가게 된다. 둘째, 오늘의 학교상황에서 가장 결핍된 부분인 올바른 인간관계 형성을 도와 주어서 집단 따돌림, 학원폭력, 체벌등이 사라지고, 학생들이 각자 책임감을 가지고 창조적인 삶을 추구하도록 도와 준다. 셋째, 내적인 동기 유발로 학생들의 신념과 가치를 변화시키고 창의적이고 책임감있는 행동 선택을 도와 주므로 낙오자 없는 교실로 만들어 가게 되어서, 교사들은 전문가로서 개혁에 대한 자율성과 책임을 가지고 교육현장에서 적극적으로 교육개혁을 주도하게 된다. Glasser가 주장하는 선택이론에서는 인간은 누구나 자신의 삶을 통제할 수 있을 때 행복을 느낀다고 했다. 즉, 자신의 삶에서 스스로 자신의 중요한 행동을 선택할 수 있고, 선택한 것에 대해서 책임을 질 수 있는 사람이 행복한 사람이라는 것이다. 본 프로그램에서 예비교사들은 현실요법과 선택이론을 이해하고, 효과적으로 교실장면에서 적용하는 방법을 훈련함으로써 지배적인 교사(Boss)가 아닌 민주적인 교사(Leader)가 되어서 교실에서 학생과 질적인 관계를 형성하게 되고, 강요를 제거하고, 서로의 신뢰가 구축되어서 배려하고 수용하고 지지하는 태도로 학생을 지도하면, 분명 보람을 느끼는 Quality Teacher가 될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this program was to introduce a group counseling program for the University of Education's students using Reality Therapy which is based on the Choice Theory developed by William Grasser. The main concepts of Choice Theory are five basic needs, control, responsibility, total behavior and choice. This program was designed and operated according to William Grasser's Quality School concepts including Choice Theory and Reality Therapy. Some effects expected out this program are as follows: First, Quality Teachers using Reality Therapy and Choice Theory in their classroom to build relationships through an atmosphere of empowerment, enthusiasm and respect. Student attitude is central to issues of motivation, achievement and involvement in school, which are frequently the focus of school reform efforts. Second, Quality Teachers perceive that Glasser's Quality School model improved their attitudes toward teacher - student relationships and created an atmosphere in which the student chooses to belong. Third, Quality Teachers eliminate coercion, punishment and student's violence by lead managing instead of boss managing in their classroom. This Quality Teacher's group counseling program clearly showed that teachers perceived the program to have had significant impact on both attitude toward student and other people in school. Teachers attributed the improvement in attitude and performance to the program's focus on helping them meet Glasser's five basic needs. The conclusion of this study is that the group counseling program using Reality Therapy is definitely effective to increase lead managing, warm and supportive classroom environment. The Quality School program has a chance to succeed where other programs have failed. The reason is that it is based on a new theory, Choice Theory. Any school teacher who is willing to make the effort to learn to use this program and to teach who it to their students will succeed. Ultimately the purpose of this program is to offer teachers specific suggestions for putting the ideas into practice in their classrooms.

        Fixed arm rest on present cars causes unstable driving pose and is not proper to support a arm during long time driving. So there could be problems for the safety driving. Thus, considering above defect, it can be reduced fatigue by dispersing body pressure concentrated on a waist and a bottom during driving using the arm rest mechanism. The research herein is for a long way safety driving and perceives the flexible operation suited for the steering motion. The feature in this research is that having operation set for good rest without any difficulty by putting a arm on the arm rest during steering. The arm rest has been designed for the fold type so being easy when get on and off a car and giving very useful effect to driver's long way safety driving.

        Die verliegende Abhandlung beabsichtigt zu untersuchen, woher die beide Diminutivsuffixe -lein und -chen in der deutschen Schriftsprache stammen, und wie sie historisch bis heute ihre morphologischen Formen total oder partiel vera¨ndert bzw. behalten haben. Die Entstehung des zweiten Elemente auβser den anlautenden Konsonanten der Diminutivsuffixe d. h. -ein zu -lein und -en zu -chen liegt in dem urspru¨nglichen germainishen Stoff-, Abstammungs-, oder Zugeho¨rigkeitsadjektivsuffix -in-a, das sich in dem gotishen. Zeitaum allma¨hlich zum norminalen Neutrum als Diminutivem versendet. Das Element dem nhd. -lein entsprechende ahd. -ili^n setzt sich aus dem ahd. -il und dem obengenannten germ. -in-a zusammen. Dann bleibt die Frage, woraus ahd. -il- kommt. Die Herkunft des ahd. -il- wird von der zwei Seiten betrachtet. 1. Das demselben entsprechende idg. Diminutivum -?? -l ist besonders in Lateinisch voll belegt. 2. Die zweisilbige Wurzel auf -il mit dem Diminutivsuffix germ. -in-a zu ahd. -in zum Beispiel ahd. fugil -in "Vo¨gelin," ahd. leffil -in "Lo¨ff(e)lein"usw. wird volksetymologisch fu¨r Wurzel Bindvokal Dim. -ane.       • 大學 會計學敎科課程의 改善에 관한 硏究

        Up to now, accounting has been recognized as an art rather than a science. However, accounting fundamentally contains both technical and theoretical side, and neither of the two can be neglected. Nevertheless the letter should be emphasized in order to systematize accounting as a science. The accounting curriculum at university level should be directed to developing conceptual understanding and application ability. The reason is that the primary objective of accounting education is to cultivate students who equip themselves with the accounting thought and judgement. In the United States, great importance has been traditionally attached to the practice-oriented education with the objective of professional education. On the other hand, universities in Korea and Japan have given the students theory-oriented lectures by professors, and assigned many hours to bookkeeping and financial accounting courses. But they gradually come to recognize the importance of management accounting for decision making and EDP accounting. According to Anthony's suggestion for a tentative accounting curriculum, accounting curriculum can be classified into four categories of financial accounting courses, management accounting courses, information accounting courses and specialized areas. It is desirable that courses above mentioned be followed systematically in conformity to Kinard-Stanley's procedure chart. In order to improve the current accounting curriculum, I suggest as follows; 1. Accounting curriculum should be reformed in the derection of placing more emphasis on conceptual understanding than procedural skills, and of teaching fundamental accounting courses widely. 2. Accounting curriculum should be reformed to hold the balance between each area with priority given to accounting core courses. 3. In particular, intermediate accounting course should focus on generic concepts rather than topic-oriented structure. In fact, the behavioral objective of the course should be to develop the student's understanding of the concept to the point at which he or she could reason out the correct application of the concept to a previously unfamiliar area. 4. In management accounting course, computer-supported instruction should be universalized. It becomes a vehicle by which students can be (1) meaningfully exposed to the use of computer and quantitative techniques in connection with managerial planning and control process and (2) encouraged to explore more fully and creatively certain types of management accounting problems in order to improve their problem-solving and interpretive skills. 5. In auditing course, understanding of EDP system is essential. The reason is that the introduction of EDP system into accounting causes qualitative change in auditing skills and account records in the entire phase of auditing procedure. 6. The entire accounting curriculum should be internationalized. The development of separate course is an acceptable first step. However, the long-term objective should be to integrate fully international and domestic topics.

      • 지방채의 효율적 운영방안

        지방자치가 실시 이후 지역주민의 행정수요에 대한 수요가 급격하게 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있으나 각 지방자치단체는 지방재정의 부족으로 인하여 그 부응에 한계를 느끼고 있으며 또한 주민들의 복지욕구와 지역개발수요릉 지방정부 스스로 원할하게 충족시키기도 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 여건 하에서 단기적으로 실현가능성이 높은 정책수단으로서 지방채에 대한 수요와 관심이 증가하고 있으나 경직적인 현행 지방체제도와 지방채시장의 취약한 하부구조로 인하여 지방채가 지방자치단체의 신축적인 자원조달수단으로서 역할을 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 관리·통제도 효율적으로 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 지방채를 활성화함으로써 지방재정수요의 변화에 신축적으로 대응하기 위해서는 지방채의 관련제도를 정비하고 보다 효율적이고 엄격한 관리 및 감독을 통하여 재정부실을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 장치를 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위한 방안으로는 먼저 제도적 측면에서 기채승인제도의 변화, 지방채 발행계획의 합리화, 지방채관련 전담부서설치와 전문인력의 양성, 지방채 관리능력 및 생산성의 제고, 공모주의를 통한 지방채시장의 확대, 공적기금 또는 금융기구의 설치, 증권발행채의 합리화 등이 이루어져야 하며, 운용적 측면에서 지방채발행규모의 상향조정, 지방채 수요기반 확충, 지방채 유통시장기반의 확충, 해외자본의 활용방안 등이 고려되어야 할 것이다.
