Objects : We had experiment with Chekamhanghyuluiiin plus Zeae Stigma in order to find effects on cure and prevention of the obesity. Methods : We fed control group rats high fat diet(Harlan, U.S.A.) and administered normal saline during 8 weeks, and experimental group rats high fat diet(Harlan, USA) and administered Chekamhanghyuluiiin plus Zeae Stigma extract during 8 weeks. Results : 1. The body weight of all experimental group decreased than control group. 2. The average size of the epididymal fat cells in all experimental group decreased than control group but only 7CH5 group showed statistically significant difference with control group. 3. The fat drops area of hepatic lobule in all experimental group decreased than control group but 4CH10, 7CH5 and 7CH10 group showed statistically significant difference with control group. 4. The area % of the insulin granules in Langerhans islet of 7CH5 and 7CH10 group showed difference with control group. Conclusion : Chekamhanghyuluiiin plus Zeae Stigma could be effective for the obesity.

We had experiment with five herb in order to find cure and prevention effects on the obesity. We fed control group rats high fat diet(Harlan, USA) and administered normal saline during 8 weeks, and experimental group rats high fat diet(Harlan, USA) and administered five herbal extract during 8 weeks. The results were as follows; 1. The body weight of all experimental group decreased than control group. 2. The fat drops area of hepatic lobule in all experimental group decreased than control group but Plantaginis Semen, Zeae Stigma and Crataegi Fructus group showed statistically significant difference with control group. 4. The area % of the insulin granules in Langerhans islet of all experimental group showed no difference with control group.
인공지능기법을 이용한 맞대기용접부의 잔류응력 예측시스템 개발

In this study, it is developed that the system for effective prediction of residual stresses by the backpropagation algohthm using the neural network. To achieve this goal, the series experiment were carried out and measured the residual stresses using the sectional method. Using the experimental results, the optional control algorithms using a neural network should be developed in order to reduce the effect of the extemal disturbances duhng GMA welding processes. Then the results obtained from this study were compared between the measured and calculated results, weld guality might be controlled by the neural network based on backpropagation algorithm.. This system can not only help to understand the interaction between the process parameters and residual stress, but also improve the quantity control for welded structures.

This experiment was performed into investigate the effect of Angelicae sinensis Radix on thrombosis. Experimental thrombosis was induced by O.lmg/kg of endotoxin injection into tail vein at one hour after oral administration Angelicae sinensis Radix 28.5M200g and we collected blood by cardiac puncture after 4 hours and observed number of platelet, prothrombin time, volume of fibrinogen and concentration of FDP The results obtained are as follows : 1. Number of the platelet in Angelicae sinensis Radix raised but did nat show the statiscally significant difference with the control group. 2. Prothrombin time in Angelicae sinensis Radix decreased and showed the statiscally significant difference with the control group. 3. Volume of the fibrinogen in Angelicae sinensis Radix raised but didn't show the statiscaily significant difference with the control group. 4. Concentration of the FDP in Angelicae sinensis Radix decreased and showed the statiscally significant difference with the control group. To conclude, it can be inferred that Angelicae sinensis Radix have a control effect on thrombosis.

We had experiment with several prescriptions in order to find cure and prevention effects for an obesity. We fed control gmup rats high fat diet and administered normal saline for Bweeb. And we fed experimental gmup ram high fat diet and administered exmct of four prescriptions for Bweek. The result were as follows: 1. The size of the epididymal fat cell of rats in Bikam-whan, Chekamhanghyuluiyiin-rang and Chekambohyulansin-tang groups showed a significant decrease in comparison with control group. 2. The fat drops area in hepatic lobule of rats in Bikam-whan, Cheknmhanghyuluiyiin-rang, Chekambohyulonrin-tang, and Chekambangpungrongseong-san groups showed a significant decrease in comparison with control group. 3. The area of the insulin granuls in islet of rats in Bikam-who4 Chekamhnnghyuluiyiin-tang and Chekambohyulonrin-tong group showed a significant decrease in comparison with control group. According to above these results, Bikam-whan. Cheknmhonghyuluiviin-tnng and Chekambohyulonrin-tang have shown to be capable of cure and prevent for an obesty.

Currently knowledge of strain in welds has mainly been obtained from strain gaging method; that is directly attaching most of the material to the gage. The very few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is by the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused throughout the many fields. The dissertation is on the measurement of the strain caused by the characteristics and the temperature changes of the TIG welded zone which is used with 3D ESPI system that is functionally modified through the laser ESPI system. This system employed the aluminum sheet-metal which are mainly used for the steel plate such as for the electronics, chemistry, food instrument and electronic appliances.
정밀주조 다이캐스팅을 이용한 자동차 레귤레이터 하우징 성형해석에 관한 연구

The casting defects that are caused by molten metal were cold shut formation, entrapment of air, gas, and inclusion. But the control of casting defects has been based on the experience of the foundry engineers. In this thesis, the computer simulation analyzed the flow of molten metal. The quantitative analyses which proposed the effective mold design was executed Flow patterns of 0.1-0.16m/s molten metal in 15mm thin plate casting were investigated in order to optimize die-casting process. As increasing ingate velocity in thin plate casting, cold shot was decreased. The parameters of runner shape that affected on the optimized conditions that was calculated with simple equation were investigated. These die casting process control techniques of automobile regulator housing parts have achieved good agreement with the experimental data of tensile strength, hardness test, and material structure photographies satisfactory results.
압력용기 구조물 용접부에서 잔류응력이 피로균열진전거동에 미치는 영향

This paper is to investigated the influence of welding residual stresses on the fatigue crack growth behaviors in the vertical direction to the weld bead. So, Co₂Automatic welding was performed on the ASTM A5l6 grade 60 Steel. For skip and continuous fillet welding, the specimens of fatigue cracks are initiated at toe end and beginning of welded specimen. The fatigue life of continue fillet welding is greater then that of skip fillet welding. The fatigue lief of as welded specimen is longer than that of PWHT specimen because the compression residual stress are greater than the other zone, which are near the welding toe notch of welded specimen. For skip and continuous fillet welding, da/dN-ΔK relations show retardation at HAZ and increase linearly at the stable growth region.
ESPI法을 利用한 點 熔接部의 面內變位 測定에 關한 硏究

Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry(ESPI) using the Model 95 Ar laser, a video system and an Image processor was applied to the in-plane displacement measurements. Unlike traditional strain gauges or Moire method, ESPI method requires no special surface preparation or attachments and can be measured in-plane displacement with no contact and real time. In this experiment specimen was loaded in parallel with a loadcell. The specimen was the cold rolled steel sheet of 2mm thickness. which was attached strain gauges. The study provides an example of how ESPI have been used to measure strain displacement in this specimen. The results measured by ESPI compare with the data which was measured by strain gauge method in tensile testing.
신경회로망을 이용한 용접잔류응력 예측 및 최적의 용접조건 선정에 관한 연구

The objective of the study is the development of the system for effective prediction of residual stresses using the back propagation algorithm from the neural network. The achieve of this goal, the series experiment were carried out and measured the residual stresses using sectional method. Using the experimental results, the optional control algorithms using a neural network should be developed in order to reduce than the effect of the external distribution during GMA welding processes. Also, comparison with the measured and the calculated results from the FEM(finite element method) and verification of the developed system was carried out. This system can not only help to understand the interaction between the process parameters and residual stress, but also, improve the quantity control for welded structures. Then the results obtained from this study are as follows. Through comparison between the measured and calculated results, the neural network based on back propagation algorithm is the best techniques to predict the process parameter. A new techniques which predict the process parameter such as welding voltage, arc current, welding speed using the training the raw dates, will be proposed.
