      • Benzoate, m-Toluate, Phenol의 Pseudomonas putida에 의한 생분해

        김장규,김석형,김태환,이대광,김남기 成均館大學校 科學技術硏究所 1993 論文集 Vol.44 No.1

It this study, basic data were obtained for the treatment of industrial waste water which includes aromatic compounds. Substrate concentrations used were 100ppm, 500ppm, and 1,000pprn and initial pH's were pH6, pH7, and pH8 in order to obtain the optimum conditions for treating benzoate, m-toluate, and phenol by Pseudomonas putida(KCTC 1644). Durations were 20hrs for 100ppm, 40hrs for 500ppm, and 60hrs for 1,000ppm before the static growth of Pseudomonas putida. 100% of 100ppm benzoate(0.31g cell/1) was biodegraded at pH6, pH7, and pH8 before 20hrs, 52.8% of 500ppm at pH8 in 40hrs, and 27.9% of 1,000ppm at pH8 in 60hrs. The best initial pH was pH8 for the biodegradation and the growth of Pseudomonas putida in benzoate medium. For m-toluate, the best initial pH was also pH8. At this pH, 40.6% of 10Dppm(0.31 cell/1), 21.9% of 500ppm, and 14.1% of 1,000ppm m-toluate were biodegraded respectively in limited time. But for phenol, the best initial pH was pH7. At this point, 9.8% of 100ppm(0.218 cell/1), 7.1% of 500ppm, and 4.7% of 1,000ppm phenol were biodegraded respectively. Therefore, the best carbon source in this experiment was benzoate. Pseudomonas putida was also able to biodegrade m-cresol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, and benzaldehyde.

Original Articles : Clinical significance of occult hepatitis B virus infection in chronic hepatitis C patients

( Jae Young Jang ),( Soung Won Jeong ),( Sung Ran Cheon1 ),( Sae Hwan Lee1 ),( Sang Gyune Kim ),( Young Koog Cheon ),( Young Seok Kim1 ),( Young Deok Cho1 ),( Hong Soo Kim ),( So Young Jin ),( Yun Soo 대한간학회 2011 Clinical and Molecular Hepatology(대한간학회지) Vol.17 No.3

Background/Aims: We investigated the frequency of occult hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in anti-hepatitis C virus (HCV)-positive individuals and the effects of occult HBV infection on the severity of liver disease. Methods: Seventy-one hepatitis B virus surface-antigen (HBsAg)-negative patients were divided according to their HBV serological status into groups A (anti-HBc positive, anti-HBs negative; n=18), B (anti-HBc positive, anti-HBs positive; n=34), and C (anti-HBc negative, anti-HBs positive/negative; n=19), and by anti-HCV positivity (anti-HCV positive; n=32 vs. anti-HCV negative; n=39). Liver biopsy samples were taken, and HBV DNA was quantified by real-time PCR. Results: Intrahepatic HBV DNA was detected in 32.4% (23/71) of the entire cohort, and HBV DNA levels were invariably low in the different groups. Occult HBV infection was detected more frequently in the anti-HBc-positive patients. Intrahepatic HBV DNA was detected in 28.1% (9/32) of the anti-HCV-positive and 35.9% (14/39) of the anti-HCV-negative subjects. The HCV genotype did not affect the detection rate of intrahepatic HBV DNA. In anti-HCV-positive cases, occult HBV infection did not affect liver disease severity. Conclusions: Low levels of intrahepatic HBV DNA were detected frequently in both HBsAg-negative and anti-HCV-positive cases. However, the frequency of occult HBV infection was not affected by the presence of hepatitis C, and occult HBV infection did not have a significant effect on the disease severity of hepatitis C. 김장환,이성노,김민지,박진기 한국스포츠리서치 2004 한국 스포츠 리서치 Vol.15 No.6

This Study has examined the influences of the images of the pro soccer teams on the images of the businesses by the method of covariance structure analysis. That is, the structural model of the influences of the images of the pro soccer teams and then the causal relationship of each variable has been analyzed quantitatively. For this purpose, the general people seeing the soccer games in the soccer grounds have been the population, and 280 sampling objects have been selected out of them by simple random sampling. Out of the 250(89.3%) collected questionnaires, 213(76.1%) questionnaires, excluding those questionnaires are those whose answers are insincere or some parts of which are missing, are as valid samples. As the measuring instrument for this study, the measures of Aaker (1997) are used, and the questionnaires used by Yu, Taeyong(1990) are revised and restructured to be fit for the purpose of the study. The method of the statistical analysis used to find out the influences of the pro soccer teams on the images of businesses are the covariance structure analysis. The findings concerning the structural models obtained on the basis of the methods of the study and the analysis of the data are as follows: The analysis of the images of the pro soccer teams on the images of businesses show that the factor of credibility influences the intellect, vividness, inhumanity and solidity, the factor of certainty influences vividness, solidity, the factor of advancedness influences inhumanity, wildness. On the other hand, the factor of interestingness doesn't influences the intellect, vividness, inhumanity, wildness, and solidity.

The present study analyzed change in golf players' performance and their immersion in sports according to golf rounding environment and change in golf players' performance according to their immersion in sports, with the object of providing basic materials for improving the quality of golf participants' golf activities. The subjects of this study were golfers who had just finished their golf rounding, A total of 250 golfers were selected through random sampling. Data were analyzed statistically through factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression. First, the condition of golf course and fairway and the manner of companions affect the player's psychological expectation in the golf rounding, preference for golf, desire to play golf, and perception on golf. Second, weather, the condition of golf course and fairway, the difficulty of golf course and the manner of companions affect the player's psychologcal expectation in the golf rounding, preference for golf, desire to play golf, perception on golf, information about golf, and interest in golf related imaginary acts. Third, immersion in acts according to the type of golf rounding was higher in competition than in leisure, This suggests that golf players who play golf for competition is more interested in golf acts than those who play for leisure. Fourth, golfers' performance is expected to be higher ft they have a good sleep on the previous night, if the condition of golf course and tee ground is satisfactory, and if they play with well-mannered companions. Fourth, golfers' performance is expected to be higher ft they have a good sleep on the previous night, if the condition of golf course and tee ground is satisfactory, and if they play with well-mannered companions. Fifth, golfers' performance is expected to be higher if they have high psychological expectation in the golf rounding, strong preference for golf, strong desire to play golf, and high immersion in golf competition.

      • 수영장의 서비스 품질, 고객만족, 전환장벽이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        김장환,박진기,예종현 한국스포츠리서치 2004 한국 스포츠 리서치 Vol.15 No.3

This Study, Effects of Quality Services, Customer Satisfaction, and the Switching Barrier on Customer Loyalty of Swimming Pools, aims to determine the relationships between (1) services rendered, (2) customer satisfaction, and (3) the switching barrier of public swimming pools in Daegu, Korea with resultant (4) customer loyalty using the regression analysis. To achieve this goal, the Study establishes a hypothetical model based on prior related research, The Systematic Stratified Cluster Random Sampling Method was used in evaluating the sampling data The results of the research conducted using the above-mentioned study methods and data analysis are as following: 1. The more a customer was aware of the services provided by swimming pools, the closer the reciprocal personal relationship and the higher switching costs. Both the reciprocal personal relationship and switching costs are sub-variables of the switching barrier, However, when customers were well-aware of the services being provided, the attractiveness of alternatives seemed to decrease, 2. The more customers were aware of the services provided by swimming pools, the more they felt satisfied with a pools services. 3. As the reciprocal personal relationship developed and the switching costs increased, the switching barrier appeared to increase, However, the attractiveness of alternatives turned out to have minimal or no influence on the switching barrier, 4. The more customers felt satisfied with the pool they were using, the greater the switching barrier became and thus less likely that the customer would change pools, 5. As the switching barrier increased, the customer loyalty to a pool also improved, 6. The service quality, sub-variables of the switching barrier, customer satisfaction, and the switching barrier had significant impacts on customer loyalty to the swimming pool he or she was using at the time, In summary, a customers awareness of exemplary user services of a swimming pool helps him or her to better understand the sub-variables of the switching barrier (except the attractiveness of alternatives) and results in greater customer satisfaction and loyalty of a truly quality-conscious, health facility, In turn, a better understanding by a customer of a pool facilities, services and customer-conscious ness contributes significantly to building the switching barrier and results In higher customer loyalty by the client, Therefore, owners and operators of swimming pools in Dae gu, Korea should focus on three key elements to customer satisfaction: (1) quality of user-services, (2) customer satisfaction, and (3) the switching barrier, Prioritizing pool operations around these three fundamentals will enable pools in the area to gain market share and improve customer loyalty, long term.
