        This study examines and analyzes the cases of theme parks a t home and abroad by referring to the preceding research literatures and the architectural planning and facilities with Everland, a typical theme park in Korea, investigates the satisfaction based on right understanding and examination of using conditions of consumers and then is to provide the basic materials in architectural planning and design of theme park facilities. The items of significant level among 25 items of theme park satisfaction which affect the whole satisfaction of theme park and have a correlation are ten including accessibility, service area, diversification of themes, parking facility, interest of theme, information facility, safety and convenience facilities, spatial formation by themes and confusion of way in and out, of all facilities and these play the important roles of the whole satisfaction, and the suggestions of these results are summarized as follows. 1) Traffic environment evaluation of easy accessibility and parking facilities according to the .increase of vehicles and the effective accessibility and parking facilities related to the uses of bus, subway and private cars should be examined in planning the construction of theme park. 2) It is considered that the service area and convenience facilities to relieve the users' fatigue of the theme park should be secured sufficiently and efficiently. 3) The recognition of all facilities should be enhanced with the installation of clear and effective information facilities at way in and out of each facility and then the architectural planning of theme park should be made after examining the solutions of confusion of each facility with the appropriate layout of popular and unpopular facilities. 4) It is thought that the examination of safety facilities in using all facilities of the theme park is required.

      • 身體柔軟性의 因子分析的 硏究 III

        1. The Purpose of the study This study is to analyse the hierachical structure of the factors in two fields of bodily flexibity-one is the static and the other is the dynamic-to which the attention is enormousely given as one of the motor ability and also one of the fundamental elements in sports activities. 2. The method of the study The subject test was performed to 118 members of the second year-high school students in Korea. The sub-test of this study was 64 items in total-16 items of them includes 4trunk flexions, 4trunk extensions, 4 sideward bends and 4trunk twists, and 48 items include 12trunk flexions, 12trunk extensions, 12 sideward bends and 12trunk twists. The first 16 items are concerned with the static flexibility, and next 48 items, with the dynamic flexbility. Total items were performed in the laboratory room which was set up by a level surface and a vertical wall. In order to supply the measurement system for this study, the writter, Park Kil Joon specially designed his own compass-shaped Goniometer and properly used it. By the method of Principal Component Solution and also by the Normal Varimex Criteria, the factors of the static and the dynamic flexibility were selected and examined. These factors were classified in detail, and then, throught the Multi-Step Analysis to which the Hierarchical Factor Solution was applied, the structure of bodily flexibility was finally clarified. 3. Conclusion 1) Bodily flexibility is divided with 4fields of the static flexibility and 8 fields of the dynamic flexibility. 2) According to the multi-step factor analysis, there appear four kinds of the static flexibility in a hierarchical structure-these are the static forward flexibility, the static backward flexibility, the static sideward bend flexibility and the static trunk twist flexibility. Each of the first two has two sub-factors. The static flexibility in its differenciating structure tends to be divided in accordance with the field and postures. 3) The structure of the factors in the dynamic flexibility is divided into 8 fields:the dynamic forward and sideward bend flexibility, the dynamic trunk twist flexibility, the dynamic sideward bend and power-agility flexibility, the dynamic backward flexibility, the dynamic twist flexibility with position, the dynamic backward bend flexibility with sixty degree-closed standing position the dynamic right sideward bend and power-agility flexibility, and the dynamic right sideward bend endurance. These 8 fields were less by fours than the 12 fields of the structural factors, which were defined as a hypothesis of this study. Such a result came because that some fo the fields include (individually) two or three movements rather than being analysed by the movements in each of the fields. 4) The hierarchical structure of the dynamic flexibility is consisted of 8 fields of the factors by Multi-Step Factor Analysis. As a result, the dividing system of the dynamic flexibility make out the order of the Collection of the fields, Fields, Movements, and posture. 4. Suggestion The flexibility was considered as an element of physical fitness. However, this study left a task for its fulfillment. To develop the ideas achieved by this study, there needs an exploration of the relationship between the motor achievement in human and his (bodily) flexibility. In other words, what is the relationship between the motor achievement and the other elements of physical fitness? How the flexibility changes accoding to a different kind of motor ability? How the difference of age and sex affects one's bodily flexibility? These questions must be solved out on the base of this study as measuring the fields of flexibility synthetically.

      • 西歸浦 앞바다 海水의 化學成分量 分布에 關하여

        1979年 11月 初旬에 西歸浦 앞바다 海水의 營養鹽類 濃度分布를 調査한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 蚊島와 森島를 연결하는 곳을 境界로 沿岸쪽은 各種 營養鹽類의 含量이 높고 鹽分이 낮은 沿岸水가 5m이내의 表層에 한해서 存在하고있다. 2. 沿岸水와 外海水가 만나는 境界域 에서는 강한 鉛直 混合이 이루어지고 있다. 3. 西歸浦 앞 바다의 營養鹽類의 濃度는 他지방 海域에 비하여 별다른 差가 없다. 끝으로 本 硏究調査를 하는데 實驗을 도와 준 硏究室의 黃善建, 康京壽, 李景燦君 기타 여러분께 감사를 드립니다. The concentrations of chemical conostituents of seawater at Seogwipo area were determined in early November 1979. The coastal seawater which has high concentration of nutrients and low salinity were found in the depth between surface and 5 m layer. This water mass were distributed from the coast line to the line connected MunDo and Sam Do. Vigorous vertical mixing of water could be observed in this boundary area that the coastal seawater and open seawater were met.

      • 흰쥐 전립선의 미세구조 분화에 미치는 Di-(2-ethylhexy1) phthalate의 영향

        Di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP) is a plasticizer and is known as one of endocrine disruptors. This study was carried out to investigate the ultrastructural changes of prostate during differentiation in male rat after oral administration of DEHP in dosages of 1g/kg, 2g/kg or 3g/kg in 0.5mℓ of corn oil daily for 15 days. In rats treated with DEHP, the prostate exhibited extensive histological alterations compared to that observed in controls. Many of the glandular lumens in the prostate were collapsed or reduced in width. The alteratrions of epithelial cells in the prostate of DEHP treaten rat were characterized by the increases of the nuclear to cytoplasm ratio and the heterochromatin, the reductions of rough endoplasmic reticulum and secretory vesicle, and the irregularity of nuclear envelope. In conclusion, DEHP altered the structure and function of male rat prostate, dose-dependently. It is suggested that these detrimental effects of DEHP are due to the decreased level of testosterone.

      • 배선용 차단기(MCCB)개폐기구부의 트립시간 민감도에 관한 연구

        배선용 차단기의 개폐기구는 수동 조작력을 가동 접촉자에 전달하여 차단, 개폐의 동작을 행하는 것으로 Spring과 Link를 주체로 구성되어 있으며 기구부가 단락 차단 성능의 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 제품 성능 개선을 위해 기구부를 변경하기 위해서는 많은 시행착오를 거치게 되는데 이 때 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄이기 위해 동특성 해석이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제품의 동적 모델링을 위해 범용 동역학 해석 프로그램인 ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)을 이용하였고 설계 변경시 반복작업으로 인한 실패비용을 최소화하고 링크 지점의 최적값을 구하기 위해 민감도 해석과 최적화 기법을 도입하였다.

      • Anti-Obesity Effect of Auricularia spp.

        The purpose of this study is to find out a food material having anti-obesity effect and suggest the effect of the material to people who are interested in anti-obesity. For this study, Auricularia (wood ear) has been used. It is world widely spread mushroom, especially in east north Asia countries. It is also called as wood ear in western countries because of its shape. The most considerable fact is that Auricularia is being used for popular food materials for cooking because of its good taste. Totally 11 strains of Auricularia were offered by Doctor Kim, Kil-ja in Jeollanam do Agricultural Research & Extension Services. There were 8 strains of Auricula-polytricha, and 3 strains of Auricula-judae. Each Auricularia strains were extracted with 50% Ethanol for 12 hours in 40°C and then 11 strains were prepared for in vitro study. In vitro study focused on the inhibition effect on adipocyte differentiation of Auricularia spp. 3T3-L1 (preadipocyte cell) was used for identifying the inhibition effect on adipocyte differentiation. Before that, MTT assay was used for measurement of cell viability. The result is essential for fixing the treat concentration of the extracts. After adipocyte differentiation, cells were stained with Oil Red O solution to dye differentiated adipocyte cells. Spectrophotometer was used to quantify the adipocyte cells. There are few adipocyte differentiation markers. From the markers, this study selected four markers (PPAR γ, FABP4(ap2), CD36, C/EBPα) and used them to measure mRNA expression using real-time PCR and Western blot experiment. As a result, this study found out that all the extract of strains has inhibition effects on adipocyte differentiation, especially the adipocyte differentiation control probability of Auricula-polytricha strain 21001 was 24.6%. Auricula-judae strain 21002 (19.3%), Auricula-polytricha strain 249 (14.0%) followed. The result concerning the inhibition effect was identified through Western blot experiment as well. As a further study, in vivo study is on progressing. 56 ICR mice (6w, male) are being used for the animal study. It consists of 8 groups. One is control, another is positive control, the other groups are Auricula-polytricha strain 21001 treatment group. Different concentration of powder or extract of Auricularia is treated in each treatment group. We are anticipating that the result of this further study will be correspond to that of in vitro study.

      • 높은 지향성을 갖는 Air Line 결합기 설계

        본 논문에서는, 일반적인 스트립 구조의 결합기가 갖는 문제 즉, 높은 온도에서 나쁜 특성을 보이는 문제점을 극복하고자 Air Line Type의 결합기를 구현하였다. 또한 이 결합기는 24dB이상의 지향성을 가지고 있다. 해석을 위해 짝수 모드와 홀수 모드 해석법을 사용하였고, EM-Simulation으로 확인한 특성과 실제 제작된 20dB, 30dB Cellular 대역(800∼900MHz) Air Line 결합기의 결고 특성은 좋은 일치를 보여주고 있다. 또한 최대 장점인 온도 특성은 온도 데이터를 통하여 온도에 강한 특성을 보임을 알 수 있다.
