        코로나19가 한일관계 변화에 주는 함의 : 국제정치에 미치는 문명사적 영향에 주목하여

        한일관계가 포스트 코로나의 문명사적 전환이라는 시간의 흐름 속에서 새로운 단계로 진입할 기회를 맞이하고 있다. 그러한 주장의 근거는 다음과 같다. 국제정치의 지도 이념과 현실이 바뀌고 있다. 코로나19가 드러낸 국제정치의 현실은 지구화의 정체, 국가의 귀환, 국경의 강화라는 세 가지로 요약될 수 있다. 나아가 코로나19가 드러낸 세계의 실상은, 미국과 유럽의 실패, 중국의 위신 추락, 유엔과 WHO 등 국제기구의 한계 노정이라는 현실이었다. 이는 유럽적 질서와 부국강병의 신념, 이를 보완 하는 국제기구의 역할이 동시에 실패하고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이는 제1차 세계대전과제2차 세계대전이라는 두 개의 대전 이후 만들어졌던 ‘포스트 세계대전(post-World War)’의 역사가 끝나가고 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 그런 가운데 정치의 내용과 성격이 바뀌고 있다. 먼저, 하나는, 정체정치(identity politics)로부터 신체정치(body politics)로의 변화다. 다른 하나는 지정학=공간정치(geopolitics)로부터 시정학(時政学)=시간정치(chronopolitics)로의 변화다. 즉 현실주의의 정치가 복귀하고 있지만, 그것은 17세기에 유럽에서 발상하여 19세기에 전세계로 퍼진 권력정치가 아니다. 코로나19 팬데믹이 현실주의 국제정치의 핵심인 권력(파워)의 내용에 변화를 주고 있기 때문이다. 그렇다면 한일관계에도 이에 따른 변화가 예상된다. 코로나19의 영향 속에서 국제정치의 내용이 변화하고 있다면, 그래서 ‘포스트 세계대전(Post-World War)’ 체제가 종언을 고하고 있다면, ‘포스트 세계대전’ 체제 속에서 탄생한 1965년 체제도 종언의 경로를 따라 갈 것이라는 전망을 세울 수 있다. Korea-Japan relations are facing an opportunity to enter a new phase in the post-coronavirus era. The rationale for such an argument is as follows. The guiding ideology and the reality of international politics are changing. The reality of international politics as revealed by the Covid-19 pandemic can be summed up in three ways: the stagnation of globalization, the return of nations, and the strengthening of borders. Furthermore, the realities of the world as revealed by Covid-19 are the failure of the United States and Europe, the fall of China's prestige, and the limited role of international organizations such as the United Nations and the WHO. This means that the European order, the faith of “rich state and strong army,” and the role of international organizations are failing at the same time, indicating that post-World War history created after World War I and World War II is coming to an end. Meanwhile, both the content and the character of politics are changing. The one is shifting from identity politics to body politics, while the other is shifting from geopolitics to chrono-politics. The politics of realism is returning, but it is not power politics as conceived in Europe in the 17th century and spread around the world in the 19th century. This is because the Covid-19 pandemic is changing the content of power, which is the core of realist international politics. If so, the relationship between Korea and Japan is expected to change accordingly. If the content of international politics is changing under the influence of Covid-19, and if the Post-World War system is coming to an end, then the 1965 regime born under the Post-World War system can also be expected to follow a path to its end.

      • 킬른더스트를 사용한 콘크리트의 강도 및 내구특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, the properties of fresh and hardened concrete, and durability are discussed when cement kiln dust is replaced for cement and fine aggregate. According to the results, slump and air content of concrete, in which CKD is used, decreases remarkably due to an increase of viscosity and filling of the pores. Compressive strength increases due to filling of the pores and reduction of air content in comparison with plain concrete. In the case of replacement of CKD for fine aggregate, drying shrinkage and neutralizing depth of concrete show the similar tendency to plain concrete, but in the case of replacement of CKD for cement, they increase in comparison with plain concrete. When CKD is used in concrete, relative dynamic elastic modulus diminishes in all case due to reduction of air content.

        농협의 스마트농업 추진현황과 향후 발전방안에 관한 연구

        그동안 농림축산식품부와 농촌진흥청, 농업기술센터가 주축이 되어 스마트농업을 보급하기 위해 힘써왔으며, 최근 농협에서도 스마트농업 확산을 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 농협은 최근 농업인들의 스마트농업 도입을 지원하기 위해 ‘NH OCTO’라는 스마트팜 통합지원 플랫폼을 구축하였다. 그중 보급형 스마트팜의 추진과 농산물산지유통센터의 스마트화는 생산과 판매측면에서 농업인에게 가장 실질적인 도움을 주는 내용이다. 본 연구에서는 스마트농업의 개념과 국내외 추진현황, 농협의 스마트농업 관련 추진현황을 살펴보고, 농협의 스마트농업 추진에 대한 평가와 향후 발전 방향을 알아본다. 이를 통해 향후 농협이 보급형 스마트팜 추진과 농산물산지유통센터의 스마트화를 효율적으로 추진하는 데 필요한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. Until now, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Rural Development Administration, and the Agricultural Technology Center have been working hard to distribute smart farming technology, and recently, Agricultural Cooperatives is also making great efforts to expand smart farming. Agricultural Cooperatives recently established an integrated smart farm support platform called ‘NH OCTO’ to support farmers' introduction to smart farming. Among them, the promotion of the promotion of smart farming to increase popularity and the smartization of APCs (agricultural products processing centers) are the most practical tools for farmers in terms of production and sales. In this study, the concept of smart farming is examined along with the promotional status of domestic and international initiatives. As well, we will evaluate Agricultural Cooperatives’ promotion of smart farming and the direction of future development Through this, the researcher intends to provide the information necessary for Agricultural Cooperatives to efficiently promote entry-level smart farms and implement the smartization of APCs in the future.

      • 소구경코어에 의한 압축강도 추정법 제안

        This study is intended to suggest the estimating method of compressive strength by small size core and present the correcting method of compressive strength of core specimen to compensate for reduction of compressive strength by drilling core specimen. According to the results, compressive strength of φ 50mm core specimen decreases by 6.3% in comparison with standard specimen, and correlativity is favorable, so it is thought that though small size core is used, it is possible to estimate compressive strength exactly. Compressive strength of φ50mm core specimen also increases with a decrease of height diameter ratio. Through regression analysis between height diameter ratio and compressive strength ratio of core specimen, height diameter ratio, at which compressive strength of φ 50mm core specimen and standard specimen is identical, is 1.77. Therefore, if height diameter ratio of φ 50mm core specimen is 1.8 in consideration of safety ratio, compressive strength of φ 50mm core specimen can be used as compressive strength of structure without correction.

        Protein Structure Prediction Using an Associated Memory Hamiltonian and All-Atom Molecular Dynamics Simulations

        We tried to predict the tertiary structure of the 63-residue-long alpha-helical protein, 1r69, from the amino acid sequence with the assumption that the locations of α-helical residues are known. We applied two approaches. One approach is to implement all-atom molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of segments of the target protein and use the snapshot structures of these simulations as memory sets in the associated memory Hamiltonian, which uses coarse-grained model of protein structure and describes the effect of solvent by a water-mediated long range interaction potential. The other approach is to implement all-atom MD simulations with implicit water model applying additional biasing potential functions to reduce the radius of gyration and induce the formation of secondary structures for the helical residues. In the coarse grained model of the associated memory Hamiltonian we tried two different sets of memory to see the effect of the local structural signals in the memory set. We found that the predicted results strongly depend on the structures used in the memory set. The predicted results from the associated memory Hamiltonian give a structure with RMSD value of 1.977 Å with respect to the native structure. The predicted results from the biased all atom MD simulation method give a structure with RMSD value of 2.971 Å.

        건강보험 청구자료를 이용한 한국인 염증성 관절염 환자의 뇌졸중 발생 분석

        Background: Inflammation is an important mechanism in stroke. To a considerable extent, the pathophysiology of inflammatory arthritis is influenced by inflammatory cells and cytokines. We compared the risk of stroke between patients with inflammatory arthritis and matched controls, using data from the National Health Insurance Service. Methods: Using a combination of primary diagnosis and V codes for rare incurable diseases, we defined the patients with ankylosing spondylitis, seropositive rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriatic arthritis and enteropathic spondyloarthropathy. The control group was defined by 1:5 propensity score-matching for each disease. Newly developed stroke was identified in the patients with the primary diagnosis of (I60-64) and 1) brain imaging or 2) a prescription of stroke medication or related intervention. Results: The occurrence of stroke was more frequently associated with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis in both the patient population and the seropositive rheumatoid arthritis control group (hazard ratio 1:11, 95% CI 1.02-1.20, P=0.012). In this study, the frequency of stroke occurrence was not associated with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis nor psoriatic arthritis or enteropathic spondyloarthropathy. Furthermore, the use of biologic agents was not associated with the occurrence of stroke, using multivariable analyses in the three different types of inflammatory arthritis and their respective control groups. Conclusion: Seropositive rheumatoid arthritis was a predictor of frequent stroke occurrences. The patients with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis must be cautious with regard to the occurrence of a comorbid stroke. Further studies with long-term follow-ups of clinical outcomes are warranted to explain the underlying correlation between inflammatory arthritis and the risk of stroke.
