在來山羊의 性週期에 直腸溫과 膣溫變化에 關한 調査

本 調査는 雌在來山羊 30頭를 直腸溫과 腔溫을 아침 9時頃 安靜 상태에서 1968.3. 24∼1968.4.2, 1968. 6. 10∼1969. 1. 10, 1969. 9. 1∼1970. 1. 10,3回에 걸쳐 測定하여 平均한 結果는 다음과 같다. (1) 發精前에는 直腸溫이 腔溫보다 -0.19℃ 낮으며 극히 差가 심했다. (2) 發精前에는 直腸溫이 腔溫보다 -0.17℃ 낮았다. (3) 發精後期에는 直腸溫이 腔溫보다 -0.16℃로 가장 낮았다. The study of the vaginal and rectal temperature changes on the estrus cycle in Korean native 30 goals were conducted to help diagnosis for the exact estruation. It was performed at every 6 o'clock in the morning under quiet situation through 3 times Jan.10,1968, Apr.10,1968, Sep.10,1968-Jan. 1969 and Sep. 10, 1969-May 10, 1970. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The rectal temperature is lower than the vaginal temperature as a -0.19℃ in the preestruation and its variation is very high of the estrus cycles. 2. The rectal temperature is lower than the vaginal temperature as a -0.17℃ in the estruation. 3. The rectal temperature is lower than the vaginal temperature as a -0.16℃ in the postestruation.

The 21st century is referred to as the digital era. Living in such an era, we may lead the era according to how much we understand the direction and the speed of change and how quickly and positively we respond to it. And we should swallow pains for survival. Changes of industrial society brought changes of design as well as economic growth, and influenced much upon the field of education according to the change of industrial manpower policy. And, on the level of lifelong vocational education, the advent of cyber college, activation of cyber lesson and earnest opening of education market are positively demanding changes of professional education. In reality, the concept that the educational purpose of college is the pursuit of truth is falling off from the field of college education. Now, all fields of societies of the world are being diversified, specialized and subdivided because of the advent of information age and knowledge-based economic society. And individual's creativity and competence are being emphasized more than ever. It is an era when creativity and knowledge become fundamentals of competence and motive power of accumulation of wealth. Especially for Korea which is short of national resources, it can be said that it is the motive power of national prosperity to develop and use superior human resources with such creativity and knowledge It seems reasonable, for voluntarily responding to this and rearing professional manpower which is required in industrial society, to change into custom-made educational system of grasping the analysis on job ability of industrial bodies more correctly, understanding the content of knowledge required for professional designer, and reflecting them actively in the course of education. The custom-made education is the institution which was introduced for the purpose of implementing junior college's peculiar educational function of rearing professional manpower, and is taking root as the new educational system of junior college. It can be said that the custom-made education is the institution in which schools carry out education according to the order of industrial bodies, the consumers of education. That is, from abstract viewpoint, it can be said that the custom-made education is the consumer-centered education which overcomes previous supplier-centered unilateral & standardized educational method and implements education according to the demand of industrial bodies, the consumers of education. So it can be defined as the institution in which schools break off unilateral educational method which is centered upon schools & professors, the suppliers of education, receive order for contents of education, necessary manpower, etc. from industrial bodies, the consumers of education, and implement education according to the order or the requirement of such industrial bodies. Namely, the custom-made education can be referred to as the institution to rear superior professionals required by industrial bodies, and consequently remove wasteful factors necessary for re-education and adaptation training in industrial bodies, and strengthen competences of industrial bodies and the state. This study intends to consolidate education and rear professionals of knowledge society by understanding & analyzing, from such a viewpoint, general theory and present condition of management about the custom-made education of each junior college which is now being propelled, grasping the job realities of industrial bodies, examining contents and level of knowledge which industrial bodies are expecting from education of computer graphic design, and including them in curriculum. For this, correct diagnosis of job analysis of industrial bodies and counter-plan are urgently needed. It is necessary to investigate and analyze, and consequently present educational direction of junior college. Therefore, in this study, I intended to help with presenting more realistic and concrete educational direction of the major of computer graphic design by grasping job realities of industrial bodies and investigating industrial bodies demand for education.

全北地域의 工場 새마을 QC分任組活動의 運營方法에 關한 硏究

The intentions of these studies aim at giving useful materials for effectively evolving QC Circle activities of enterprise and in establishing driving organizaiton for QC Circle by the Government and government agencies concerned. This will be accomplished through: surveying improved measured to the extent of manager's cognition and participation of and in QC Circle activities the establishment of a cooperative system, human relations, education and training, the selection of theme, the composition of the circle, and the inconveniences of members. The study method selected here is an experimental analysis method : mainly centered on questionaire method and personal interview method given to 611 "The Factory-Saemaul QC circles" of Jeon buk province which were registered at the end of March, 1978. In order that QC circle activites may operate more efficiently, it is necessary that : Firstly, the true role that QC and QC circle activities will carry out, should be focused on, with lonterm standpoint, spiritual and material rationalizaiton which make it possible to do their best under the precondition of higher knowledge and technology and new investment for structural change. Secondly, we must secure enough presentation and appealing to evolve as a methodology of the Factory-Saemaul movement in its characteristics and contents and then QC circle needs more systematic continuous presentations and full-dress studies pertinent to the industrial situation of korea rather than directly following foreign exampes. Thirdly, we must insure that the QC movement may be developed in a sustained fashion bearing substantial fruit from the long-term plan, The development of a more positive attitude and initialtive leadership of businessmen and top managers are also necessary. If such positive attitudes and leaership should be realized through natural growth, some momentums to be deeply conscious of the actuality and future of businessmen an dtop managers will continuously exist. Fourthly, for the sake of sublimating our enterprise into a suitable movement, more positive studies and development are required. Because the movement cannot become effective in all enterprises and business enviroment, studies which can always supplement it, especially on the problems of dimensional application, must follow up. Fifthly, in order that the movement may be developed continuously without vanishing like a passing vogue, some systematic arrangements should keep abreast with it. For example, the establishment or reorganizaiton of a new system ; enactment of new provision and stadards. Finally, to easily attain the above mentioned tasks, incessant and scientific support of the Government support is expected through more down-to-earth study and reserch programs.
