Because micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometric pressure sensor itself play a signal processing role, it has electrical safty and is immune to EMI(electro-magnetic interference). And it also has high sensitivity in the measured range and low sensitivity dependence on the thickness of diaphragm. Therefore it has many advantages, so it will be applicable to accelerate sensor, flow sensor, and microphone, etc.. In this paper, using silicon anisotropic etching technique and fiber optic sensing technique, micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer was formed and a highly sensitive pressure sensor was fabricated. The fabricated micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry -Perot interferometric pressure sensor showed repeatedly good output characteristics.

Land-mobile-radio signals are affected severely by multipath phenomena. Multipath fading may be classified into envelope fading, FM noise, and delay spread. For a bit rate of 16 kbps or higher, the effects of delay spread cannot be neglected. In this paper, BER performances of QDPSK, MSK, GMSK, and TCM-8PSK are analyzed by computer simulation under the time-selective and/or frequency-selective fading environments.

A Michelson interferometric AC voltage/current sensor has been fabricated by using a single mode optical fiber and a cylindrical PZT of which a radial displacement varies according to applied voltage. A sensor head was fabricated by winding the sensing alai around a cylindrical PZT. An AC voltage, applied to the PZT, could be measured by number of interference fringe variation during one period of AC signal. A primary AC current also could be measured by pick-up coil. The pick-up coil produced a corresponding low level current which was transduced to voltage and applied to the PZT. The measured fringe variation was linearly dependent on the amplitude of the applied voltage but had no relation with frequency. Linear response was obtained in the voltage range of 0~100V.
Rhizopus japonicus IAM 6029의 Glucoamylase에 관한 硏究 第1報 Glucoamylase의 精製와 性質

These experiments were conducted to investigate the purification and the properties of glucoamylase produced by Rhizopus japonicus IAM 6029. The results obtained were as follows : 1.The optimum culture time, the optimum culture temperature and the optimum amount of added water in the wheat bran medium were about 3 to 5 days, about 30℃ and about 100%, respectively. 2.The crude enzyme was purified by ammonium sulfate fractionation and CM-cellulose columm chromatography. The specific activity of glucoamylase was 220. 2U/mgㆍprotein and the yield was 9.1%. 3.The purified enzyme showed a single band on polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis. 4.The optimum temperature, optimum pH, the stable pH range and the stable temperature of the glucoamylase were about 50℃, about pH 4.0, pH 4.0~8.0 and below 40℃, respectively, and it was rapidly inactivated above 55℃.
IMPATT 다이오드를 이용한 밀리미터波 發振器의 安定化에 관한 硏究

A Ka-band oscillator is realized by use of a packaged Si DDR IMPATT diode and a waveguide mounting structure. The diode is positioned in a radial disk cavity that is housed in a Ka-band waveguide. The equivalent circuit for radial transmission lines is studied following Khan's approach. The circuit can be used to obtain theoretically oscillating frequencies of the realized oscillator together with the antenna analysis at the disk edge which is not included in this work. The oscillation frequency of the realized oscillator lies between 31GHz and 42GHz. The maximum output power is observed to be 305mW at 35.5 GHz, where the power efficiency is 4.3%. The shift of the oscillation frequency is in the range of 3MHz per hour.

In the present study, we aimed. to consider the name of twelve main Meridian in order to understand the concept of the Meridian system and to applicate acupuncture theory in the clinical field properly and fundamentally. We referred to several literatures on the matter and we found out that the name of present twelve Meridian was not settled until the period of Yellow Emperor's Classic. In the time of Yellow Emperor's Classic, the two theory of Internal Organ and Meridian system were combined and added new theory of 'WoonGi'. The general rule of combination is that the component of name of Meridian consist of 'Hand' or 'Foot', 'three Eum and Yang' and internal organ. The internal organ coupled with the root ki or middle ki of 'three Eum and Yang' and the 'Hand' or 'Foot' depend on the location of internal organ that belongs to meridian. The name of Twelve Meridian is a kind of system formed to analyze the two concepts organically and dynamically. One is material internal organ and the other is immaterial meridian system.

본 연구는 치주질환과 관련된 병원성 세균 중 그람 음성 협기성 세균 종인 Prevorella intermedia (P. intermedia)와 Prevotella nigrescens (P. nigrescens)를 동시에 동정 및 검출할 수 있는 중합효소연쇄반응 프라이머를 개발하기 위하여 시행하였다. 모든 세균 종에 있어서 165 라이보송 RNA의 염기서 열에는 잘 보존된 부위와 종에 따라 다양한 부위가 있다. 이러한 특성을 이용하여 P. nigrescens와 P. intermedia의 알려진 165라이보솜 RNA의 염기서 열을 분석하여 두 세균 종에 공동으로 존재하는 하나의 프라이머와 각각의 세균 종에 특이하게 존재하는 다른 프라이머를 설계 및 제작하였으며, 이때 설계된 프라이머의 이름을 각각 Pin-F, Pi-R 및 Pn-R이라고 명명하였다. 이들의 종 특이성을 조사하기 위해 두 균주의 P. intermedia와 P. nigrescens지놈 DNA를 추출하여, 종 특이성을 중합효소연쇄반응법으로 관찰하였다. 이때 구강 내 6가지 다른 세균 종에서 같은 방법으로 중합효소연쇄반응을 실시한 결과 P. nigrescens와 P. intermedia 두 종만을 특이하게 검출함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 민감도를 조사하기 위해 두 세균 종에서 추출한 지놈 DNA를 4 ng에서 4 fg까지 희석하여 중합효소연쇄반응을 실시한 결과 400 fg의 지놈 DNA까지도 검출할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 종합할 때 이들 Pin-F, Pi-R 및 Pn-R프라이머 쌍은 P. inermedia와 P. nigrescens를 동시에 종특이적이며, 민감도 높게 검출 및 동정할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Background/Aims: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and colorectal neoplasms (CRNs) share risk factors. We aimed to investigate whether the CRN risk is increased in ESCC patients. Methods: ESCC patients who underwent a colonoscopy within 1 year of diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were matched 1:3 by age, gender, and body mass index to asymptomatic controls. CRN was defined as the histological confirmation of adenoma or adenocarcinoma. Advanced CRN was defined as any of the following: ≥3 adenomas, high-grade dysplasia, villous features, tumor ≥1 cm, or adenocarcinoma. The risk factors for both CRN and advanced CRN were evaluated by univariate and multivariate analyses. Results: Sixty ESCC patients were compared with 180 controls. The ESCC group had significantly higher numbers of CRNs (odds ratio [OR], 2.311; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.265 to 4.220; p=0.006) and advanced CRNs (OR, 2.317; 95% CI, 1.185 to 4.530; p=0.013). Significant risk factors for both CRN and advanced CRN by multivariate analysis included ESCC (OR, 2.157, 95% CI, 1.106 to 4.070, p=0.024; and OR, 2.157, 95% CI, 1.045 to 4.454, p=0.038, respectively) and older age (OR, 1.068, 95% CI, 1.032 to 1.106, p<0.001; and OR, 1.065, 95% CI, 1.024 to 1.109, p=0.002, respectively). Conclusions: The rates of CRN and advanced CRN are significantly increased in ESCC. Colonoscopy should be considered at ESCC diagnosis. (Gut Liver 2016;10:76-82)
Hyaline Vascular-Type Castleman Disease Presenting as an Esophageal Submucosal Tumor: Case Report

Castleman disease is a relatively rare disorder of lymphoid tissue that involves the gastrointestinal tract in a variety of clinical and pathologic manifestations. A submucosal location has never been described in the medical literature. We report a case of esophageal Castleman disease involving thesubmucosal layer in a 62-year-old man, which was confirmed on pathology. Esophagography and CT demonstrated an intramural tumor, and a leiomyoma or leiomyosarcoma was suspected based on the known incidence of such tumors.
