        초음파특성 분석에 의한 원자로 재료의 중성자 조사량 예측

        운전중인 원자로 재료의 건전성 평가를 위한 기계적 시험의 하나인 샤르피 충격 시험편에 대하여 초음파 신호분석이 이루어졌다. 시험편으로는 모재와 용접재를 사용하였는데 이들 재료는 고온, 고압의 냉각수 및 지속적인 고속 중성자가 방출되고 있는 가동중인 발전소에서 감시시험을 통한 원자로재료의 건전성평가를 목적으로 정지기간동안 인출된 것이다. 분석결과 속도 및 감쇠와 같은 초음파 특성들이 재질이 비교적 균일한 모재에 있어서는 중성자 조사량과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 보였으며 이를 활용하여 비파괴적인 방법으로 재료에 대한 중성자 조사량이 어느 정도인지를 예측할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다. Ultrasonic signals from Charpy impact test specimen have been analyzed in order to evaluate the integrity of reactor pressure vessel. Base and weld metal that were extracted from reactor vessel during plant outages according to the schedule of the surveillance test required by the related regulations have been used and the ultrasonic test parameters including velocity, attenuation, etc. showed a close correlations with the amount of neutron irradiation for base metal, relatively homogeneous materials. This result showed certain possibility where a nondestructive method could be used to predict the fluence of the irradiation due to neutron in nuclear reactor vessel materials.

      • 이동로봇에 장착된 Stereo Vision을 이용한 이동인식에 관한 연구

        Among the several sensors used in mobile robots, the computer vision is most useful in modeling for the cognition in 3-D real world. Because the computer vision requires much complex computation, it is hard to use for controlling a system in real time mode. In this paper, the movement of robot for cognition is divided into 8 categories. The proposed algorithm for cognition of position of objects and movement of robot by the real time image processing is studied. Also, the vertical line extraction method using parallel coordinates is proposed. And the algorithm for cognizing movements classifies the movement of objects into 4 directions; set right-left and forward-backward. The aim of this algorithm is to show the real time processing and low cost implementation for low level capacity systems. The Lab experiments were performed to show that the algorithm yields faster and more simple than ready-made algorithm in normal lights and other DT system like GPS.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among the factors causing job transferring intent of employees in sports center, In addition, I have examined how job stresses which is caused by the role conflict among sports center employees affect job accomplishment, work and non-work conflict, job satisfaction and life satisfaction, how these factors affect job quitting intent, and what are the reasons for job quitting through investigative and demonstrative analysis. As the result by correlation, public or private job conflict by job stress and job transferring intent show meaningful (+) correlation, and job accomplishment shows meaningful (+) correlation with public or private job conflict and job satisfaction. On the other hand, public or private job conflict with job accomplishment and job transferring intent, and job satisfaction with job transferring intent have shown (-) correlation, Finally, job transferring intent have shown the correlation with satisfaction with life.

        This research has purpose to examine closely leisure activities and leisure restriction that they include as working women work 5-days in a week and they do not work 5-days in a weep We could get conclusion like this result after analysis. First, working women, who work 5-days in a week and they who don't work 5-days, have similar difference with the actual condition on leisure application, preferring items of sports, limited surroundings elements, At the same time, non-operation group recognize with negative than operation group, Moreover in their leisure application, related to limited surroundings elements, they have similar difference from 5-day working women to no 5-day working women with as they marry or not. Second, it shows that 5-days working women have similar difference in no 5-days working women with physical activity, social activity and time away with their family, Collectively, it show that working women who they are under 30 age take pert in various leisure activity. Third, it shows that the 5-days working women graduated from university participate in most active outdoor action, besides, single women take pert in various leisure activity in leisure activity type, if I look into each income group, less than 2,000,000 won, the group scored high score with the actual condition on leisure application.

        기업 내 관련 업무 및 조직의 유기적 연결을 통한 원활한 정보의 흐름은 생산성의 중대에 많은 영향을 주며 기업의 경쟁력과도 밀접한 관계가 있다.이러한 이유로 연구개발에서부터 설계, 제조, 판매에 이르기까지 컴퓨터와 통신기술을 활용하여 기업의 업무 흐름을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 컴퓨팅 시스템이 필요하다.그러나 기업 내 업무의 성격 및 규모, 어플리케이션 튜닝 등의 충분한 검토가 수행되지 않은 컴퓨팅 시스템은 개발비용의 부담과 더불어 시스템의 성능을 오히려 저하시킬 수 있다.본 논문은 생산 제조 업체의 업무의 성격과 환경에 적합하고 업무의 흐름을 유기적으로 통합 관리할 수 있는 클라이언트/서버 기반 생산 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

      • Al-Mg합금(Al-5wt%Mg-3wt%Zn-1wt%Mn)의 T6 열처리에 따른 미세조직 및 기계적 특성변화

        Al-Mg base alloys are attractive for aircraft. automobile and leisure applications because of their properties of low density, high intensity and wear resistance. The effect of Zn and Mn on the properties was studied in an Al-Mg base alloy. After T6 heat-treatment, the change of the microstructure and mechanical property was examined. Our investigations show that after T6 heat-treatment, the elongation was improved. The microstructures are investigated by TEM, which shows that the size of Al6Mn, Al57Mn12 phase is 100~500nm, and it also appears presence of the very small size MgZn₂ phase about 30nm.

      • 9-12%Cr강의 첨가원소 및 열처리에 따른 미세조직거동과 경도변화

        9-12%Cr steel are getting increasing attention for expanded application as high temperature materials applicable for gas turbine compressors, steam turbine rotors, blade and casing. For efficient and extensive application of 9-12%Cr steel, the data in addition to the improvement of mechanical properties on the correlation of microstructural evolution and mechanical properties are inevitable and thus the investigation in this study is performed for the determination for the specimens heat-treated at 600, 650 and 700℃ for 1000, 3000 and 5000hrs. The microstructure of as-received specimen was tempered martensite, with a high dislocation density and secondary phases. Upon high temperature heat-treatment, the martensite lath got larger and dislocation density decreased resulting the reduction of the strength. In addition, sharp growth of secondary phases was observed in the specimen heat-treated at 700℃ for 5000hrs. A specimen aged at 600℃ and 650℃ Laves phase was observed. The hardness showed close relationship with the secondary phase particle and dislocation density.

        Evolution of microstructure and its relation with hardness in the modified 9%Cr-1%Mo steel which was isothermally heat-treated has been investigated in various heat-treatment temperatures and time of duration. For microstructural and crystallographic analyses, optical microscope, scanning and transmission electron microscopes, energy dispersive spectrometer, and X-ray diffractometer were used. Vickers microhardness tester were used for the measurement of hardness. Precipitates of the complex M23C6, M(C,N) formed at grain boundaries and interiors of grains had led to the secondary hardening. Normalized specimen and all of the isothermally heat-treated ones showed no evidence of retained austenite.

      • 원격지정을 위한 RTP 페이로드 형식

        CSCW 시스템은 효율적인 공동작업의 인지를 위해 원격지정(telepointing), 스냅샷(snap shot), 문서/프로젝트의 작업상황파악 풍과 같은 기능들을 제공한다. 이 중 원격지정은 지역 시스템의 공유윈도우에서 원격지정자(telepointer)를 통해 발생한 이벤트를 원격지 시스템의 공유윈도우에 동기적으로 표현하는 기법이다. 이 기법에 대한 응용사례는 여러 문헌에서 찾아볼 수 있으나 이에 대한 기능요구사항이나 프로토콜에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 RTP(Real-Time Transport Protocol) 기반의 원격지정을 위한 기능요구사항과 페이로드 형식을 정의한다. 제안된 RTP 기반 텔리포인팅의 성능평가를 위해 화이트 보드를 구현하고 이를 Microsoft Netmeeting의 화이트 보드와 비교하였다. 성능평가 결과, CPU 사용량과 네트워크 사용량에서 제안된 원격지정방식이 더 높은 성능을 보였다. For the efficient collaboration awareness, the CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) systems provide functions such as telepointing, snap-shot, and document/project tracking. Among these, telepointing allows an event occurrence on the shared window of a local computing system to be presented in remote computing systems. Although telepointing has been mentioned in the literature, few research papers deal with the functional requirements and protocols for telepointing. This paper describes the functional requirements and payload format for RTP (Real-Time Transport Protocol)-based telepointing. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed RTP-based telepointing, we have implemented a whiteboard and compared it with that of the Microsoft Netmeeting. The evaluation results show that the proposed telepointing performs better in terms of CPU usage and the amount of network traffic.
