The writer has chosen 9 rivulets of MIHO stream basin and computed the theoretical profile morphology of a rivulets by correlation some morphological characteristic factors which is calculated by Horton's Law to the expression of theoretical profile (Zm=e (c+E) ??-(D+F)u, Xm=e?? ?? e-DU) and to the expression of equilibrium profile (Zm=ne(C+E)). After that the writer compared the theoretical profile morphology with the actual profile morphology of a rivulet. The result was as follows: In the same stream system BAEG-COG rivulet and CHEON-SU rivulet revealed close to 1 of e D+F value, and Mu-shim rivulet and BO-GANG rivulet revealed over 1 of eD+F value, which means the formers are in the state of adolescence and the latters are in the state of Senescence. Here, we could see that the geological developing process in the same stream system differs from each rivulet.
시아나이드 이온이 폐수의 생물학적 처리시 처리효율과 반응속도에 미치는 영향

시아나이드 이온을 포함한 폐수를 미생물학적으로 처리할 때 유기물의 제거효율과 관련된 반응속도의 속도 상수를 결정하였다. 시아나이드의 제거율은 LVSS농도가 각각 219, 465, 717mg/ㅣ이고 시아나이드의 부하량 0.095, 0.048 그리고 0.029mg??/mgMLVSS일 때 73, 82 그리고 83%로 나타났으며 유기물 제거율은 68, 74 그리고 78%를 보였다. 시아나이드 이온을 포함하지 않는 경우에 유기물 제거율은 MLVSS가 각각 259, 460 그리고 691mg/ㅣ일 때 67, 86 그리고 90%가 되었다. 미생물 수율계수, Y는 시아나이드 이온이 포함되면 포함되지 않는 경우보다 크나 미생물의 내생호흡을 ??는 1/2 정도로 작으며 ??와 k는 커지는 것을 알았다. Biological treatment of cyanide ion-containing waste water have been studied in connection with the removal efficiency of both organics and cyanide ion including reaction kinetics. The experimental results show that removal efficiency of cyanide ion are 73, 82, 83% and of organics are 68.5, 75, 78% respectively, when the concentration of mixed liquor volatile suspended solids(MLVSS) are 219, 465, 717mg/l and cyanide ion loading are 0.095, 0.048, 0.029mg CN/mg MLVSS respectively. Removal efficiencies of organics under the absence of cyanide ion show 67, 86, 90% in the concentration of MLVSS of 259, 460, 691mg/l respectively. Yield coefficienct of microbes of cyanide ion-containing waste water Y, shows lager value than the case of cyanide ion absence. Kinetic parameters, ?? and k are also determined. Endogenous decay coefficient of cyanide ion-containing waste water ??, shows smaller value approximately half than the absence of cyanide ion.

The colourimetric determination of benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride in the topical preparations were investigated. The results are as follows: 1) The wave length of maximum absorbence of benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride were 617 mμ. 2) The limits of measurement of benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride were 10~60r/ml. 3) Benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride were precisely determined even in the presence of various components except of coloured matters, dyes and iodine, etc. .
An Efficient Blind Detection Algorithm of Median Filtered Image

Due to the significant advances of digital photography and the availability of many powerful photo editing tools, it becomes easier to create forgery images by non-professional users. Median filtering that is usually applied to erase the forensically significant fingerprints has recently received increased attention. In this paper, we present an effective blind forensic algorithm to detect the median filtering manipulation. First, the median filtered residual (MFR) is generated by computing the difference between a testing image and a median filtered version of itself. Then, three feature sets including histogram, autocorrelation and gradient are extracted from the median filter residual. Last, those features are fetched into support vector machine (SVM) for training and classification. Our experimental results demonstrate that our proposed forensic method achieves not only better detection rate but also lower computational complexity compared with other existing median filtering detection methods. Our proposed forensic method also can locate local median filtering of image effectively.

Background: This study was performed to analyze the prognostic implications of pretreatment or preoperative thrombocytosis in women with gynecologic malignancies. Material and Methods: We surveyed 2 medical databases, PubMed and EMBASE, to identified all relevant studies. A total of 14 (n=3,490) that evaluated the link between thrombocytosis and 5-year survival were included. REVMAN version 5.1 was used for our analysis and publication bias was evaluated using the Begg's funnel plot and tested by STATA 11.0. Risk ratios (RRs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) generated by the random effect model were used to assess the strength of any association. Results: 709(20.3%) of the 3,490 patients exhibited thrombocytosis (platelet counts > $400{\times}10^9/L$) at primary diagnosis, and their mortality was 1.62-fold higher compared with the others (RR=1.62, 95%CI=[1.28-2.05], p<0.0001). Thrombocytosis failed to have a stronger effect on the survival of advanced patients of stages III to IV in our study (n=478, RR=1.29, 95% CI=[1.13-1.48], p=0.0003), nor in women with cervical cancer in stage IB (n=1371, RR=1.73, 95% CI=[1.71-2.58], p=0.007). In addition, when adjusted for different carcinoma, it was associated with worse prognosis for all except the ones with vulvar cancer (n=201, RR=0.43, 95% CI=[0.14-1.29], p=0.13). Conclusions: This meta-analysis indicated that thrombocytosis might be associated with a worse prognosis for patients with gynecologic malignancies but without specificity or sensitivity for the ones in advanced stage. When adjusted for different gynecologic malignancies, it showed a significant effect on survival of all except vulvar cancers.
