      • 道路情報獲得을 위한 人工衛星 測量資料利用에 관한 硏究

        Geo-Spatial Information is divided into positional information and attribute information. Up to now, positioning has been fixed by triangulation, traverse surveying and astronomy surveying. Also, satellites are used in position fixing. Road information can be obtained consecutively along the roads. Digitizing from existing maps has been used in obtaining road information. But the roads in existing maps cannot be updated rapidly. Therefore, it is difficult to get informations about new construction roads. This study concentrates on the method of how to use GPS data in the obtaining of road information. There were some errors in comparing the real roads in scale 1:5,000. The errors are caused by the narrow sight angle of satellites.

        Fluoxetine is a nontricyclic antidepressant which blocks serotonin reuptake selectively. Its N-demethyl metabolite, norfluoxetine is also selective inhibitor of serotonin uptake. This study was carried out to compare the bioavailability of Myung-in fluoxetine (20 ㎎/cap with that of Prozac?. The bioavailability was conducted on 24 healthy volunteers who received a single dose (80 ㎎) of each drug in the fasting state, in a randomized balanced 2-way crossover design. After dosing, serial blood samples were collected for a period of 48 hours. plasma was analyzed for fluoxetine and norfluoxetine by a sensitive and validated HPLC assay. The major pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC_0-48hr, Cmax, Tmax. AUC_inf.. MRT. T_1/2. Vd and Cl) were clculated from the plasma fluoxetine concentration-time data of each volunteer. The microcomputer program. "WinNonlin' was used for compartmental analysis. A two-compartment model with first-order inpot, first-order output and no lag time was chosen as the most appropriate phamacokinetic model. The data were best described by using a weighting factor of 1/y^2. Though the plasma fluoxetine concentrations of Myung-in fluoxetine were higher than those of Prozac® at all observed time from 7.9% to 16.9% (P<0.05 at 6, 7 and 10 hr), the bioavailability of Myung-in fluoxetine appeared to be bioequivalent with that of Prozac®. There were no statistical significant differences between the two drugs in al pharmacokinetic parameters including AUC_0-48hr of norfluoxetine.

        현행 지구과학 Ⅰ 교과서의 내용분석 : 천문분야를 중심으로

        We have analysed astronomical contents described in 4 kinds of Earth Science-Ⅰ textbooks currently used in high schools of Korea. Astronomical terminologies which have two or more Korean synonyms are investigated. We suggest to improve or correct synonyms used in different kind of Earth Science textbooks to avoid confusion and/or misconception. Appropriate sets of astronomical expriments and inquiry activities are chosen by considering laboratory circumstances in high schools.

      • 차량의 GPS 동적 측량에 의한 데이터 정확도 비교

        GPS developed for the strategic equipment by U.S. Deparment of Defence is a navigation satellite system alternative of Navy Navigation Satellite System. So it is not introduced to public. Otherwise, it is used variously in many fields as well as high accuracy surveying network and acquirment of geo-spatial data. The GPS system has been used in static surveying and specialist used its equipment. It is very difficult for unspecialist to use. The GPS system is used to the Car Navigation system and being changed easy equipment for everyone. The GPS system of dynamic surveying is known about 100m accuracy. In this study, it is compared to three GPS system (Pathfinder, Garmin, Svee six) navigated along the road from Pusan Univ. to Haeundae. According to the study, expensive equipment was surveyed to DGPS principle and was very good to acquracy. But, it is able to be processed to real time DGPS. It is difficult to survey by using expensive equipment in the Car Navigation System. Thus, accuracy of the GPS equipment is not higher than it can process datum to real time, the development of software is suitable to make Car Navigation System GPS는 종래의 위성항법체계였던 NNSS와 교체된 새로운 항법시스템으로써 미국방성의 전략장비로 개발되었다. 일반인들에게는 공개되지 않았으나, 현재는 전세계적으로 고정밀 측지망 구성 및 지형정보의 취득에 필수적 장비인 동시에 다양한 분야에서 범용적으로 사용하고 있다. 또한 GPS장비는 정적의 측량에 사용되어져왔기 때문에 일반인이 이용하기에는 상당히 어려웠다. 그러나, 현재에는 GPS장비가 Car Navigation System의 소개로 일반인이 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 장비로 바뀌고 있다. 일반적으로 동적 측량에 의한 GPS장비는 약 100m의 정확도를 가지고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산대학교를 출발하여 해운대까지의 도로를 따라 주행한 세 개의 GPS장비인 pathfinder와 garmin 그리고 SVee Six의 정확도를 서로 비교 고찰하였다. 연구에 따르면, 값비싼 장비는 DGPS를 원리로 측량이 되고 그 정확도도 상당히 좋았다. 그러나, 상당히 고가의 장비는 실시간으로 DGPS가 가능하다. 차량주행을 위한 시스템은 값비싼 장비로는 불가능하다. 따라서, 정확도는 조금 떨어지지만, 값싸고 실시간으로 자료를 처리할 수 있는 GPS장비와 소프트웨어의 개발이 차량주행 시스템 구성에 적당하였다.

      • 부산 지하철 공사에 있어서 지하매설물조사의 문제점 고찰

        지하매설관 조사는 구조물을 설계하고 시공할 때 매우 중요하기 때문에 정확하게 조사하여야 한다. 지하매설관 조사는 도면획득, 현장확인 및 수정, 수치지도작성의 순으로 이루어진다. 도면획득은 지하매설관을 관리하고 있는 각각의 관공서에서 담당하고 있어 각각의 관공서를 방문하여 도면을 획득하여야 한다. 현장확인 및 수정은 현장에서 각각의 관공서에서 획득한 도면과 실제 현장에 있는 지하매설관의 위치를 비교하는 것이다. 수치지도작성은 기존도면과 현장 조사를 통해서 지하매설관들의 정확한 위치 및 선형을 수치지도상에 중첩하는 작업이다. 부산 지하철 3호선 공사는 3구간로 나누어져서 수행되고 있다. 1구간은 대저동에서 미남교차로까지의 구간이다. 2구간은 미남교차로에서 수영교차로까지의 구간이다. 3구간은 미남교차로에서 기장까지의 구간으로 되어 있다. 본 논문은 부산 지하철 3호선 공사를 위한 지하매설관조사의 작업중 생긴 여러 가지 문제점을 고찰하고, 앞으로의 대안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. Underground facilities must be investigated in the importance of construction safety. The investigation of underground facilities consists of acquisitting map, convicting field and correcting map, and inputting underground facilities to digital map. Maps of underground facilities must be acquired from public offices managing maps. Convicting field and correcting map is to compare map acquired by public officials to positions of field underground facilities. Input of underground facilities to digital map is to overlay accurate position and line acquired by field work on digital map. Third Subway Construction in Pusan is divided 3 sections. First section is from DAEJEDONG to MINAM rotary, second section is from MINAM rotary to SUYOUNG rotary, and third section is from MINAM rotary to JIJANG. The purpose of this study is to investigate problems of underground facilities for Pusan third subway construction. As the results this paper propose a substitute proposal in future.

      • Comparative AFLP Profiles among Strains of Korean Races of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae.

        We used an amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis, a novel PCR-based technique, to differentiate Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) of Korean races. The 6 strains of Xoo K1, K2, K3 races were tested with 81 AFLP primer combinations to identify the best selective primers. The primer combinations were selected according to their reproducibility, number of polymorphic bands and polymorphism detected among Xoo strains. 18 strains of Xoo K1, K2 and K3 races were analyzed with the selected combinations of primer set. Some primer combinations (Eco R I +1 / Mse I+1) could differentiate Xoo of Korean races that were not distinguished by other fingerprinting analysis. Thus AFLP fingerprinting permitted very fine discrimination among different races.

      • 인공신경망의 B.P알고리즘을 이용한 위성영상분류

        최근 신경망 이론을 이용한 연구가 각분야에서 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 위성영상분류에서의 신경망 분류는 GIS의 기초 자료의 정확도 향상을 위하여 많은 연구가 진행중이다. 본 연구에서는 Landsat TM 영상을 이용하여 인공신경망과 최대우도법을 비교하여 인공신경망의 위성영상분류정확도의 평가에 대하여 연구하고자한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 위성영상은 Landsat TM영상으로 부산광역시에 있는 가덕도를 대상으로 하였으며, UTM좌표는 동 187.206.00 m, 서 180,996.00 m, 남 164,427.00m, 북 175,065.00m로 나타났다. Landsat TM 데이터에서는 6번 데이터를 제외한 나머지를 이용하였다. 위의 연구결과를 보면 신경망 분류기법은 토지 피복분류에서 적용이 가능함을 알 수가 있다. Recently, a study used neural network architecture has been took place in various branches of studies. Particularly, the application of neural network in the satellite image classification has been studied for the improvement of accuracy of basis data for GIS(Geo-spatial Information System). This paper presents the accuracy of B.P algorithm in the artificial neural network classification, after a comparison between neural network classification and MLC(Maximum Likelihood Classification) using LandsatTM image. The study area is Gaduc Island in Pusan that lies within the Universal Transverse Mercator(UTM) Zone 52, and ranges in UTM coordinates from 180,996.00 meters west to 187,206.00 meter east and from175,065.00 meters north to 165,427.00 meters south. For the classification, authors used the 6 band except 6th band in the Landsat TM. The BP of neural network provided the classification accuracy as good as MLC.

        한국판 Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale의 임상적 적용

        Objectives : The EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale) is a lO-items self-report scale designed as a specific instmment to detect postnatal depression by Cox et al. (1987). This study was to determine the optimal cut-offpoint ofthe K-EPDS for postpartum depression in Korea. Methods : The 239 pregnant women assessed their own psychiatric features with the Korean version of the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (K.-EPDS), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Marital Satisfaction Scale (MSS) at 6 months ofpregnancy, 1 week after delivery, and 6 weeks after delivery. Subjects above 9 points of K-EPDS at 6 week after delivery were interviewed with Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV Axis I Disorders (SCID-I) to confirm postpartum depression. Results : The prevalence of postpartum depression was 12.6% (30/239 pregnant women) in our study. The total scores of K-EPDS at 6 weeks after delivery were higher significantly than those of nonnal group. The score gap of K-EPDS between the depressed pregnant group and the normal pregnant group was increased after the delivery. However, there were no differences in the epidemiological characteristics and the BDI scores at 6 weeks after delivery between groups. Using the AUC (area under the curve), the optimal point to assess the postpartum depression was revealed as 6 weeks after delivery (AUC=85.8%) or 24 weeks of pregnancy (83.7%). The cut-offpoint of K-EPDS to detect postpartum depression among pregnant women was 9/10score of K-EPDS (AUC= 81.8%). Conclusion : In the K-EPDS, cut-off score of 9/10 was optimal to assess the postpartum depression, and K-EPDS at 6 weeks of delivery was more useful than any other point of time. K-EPDS administrated during pregnancy may be a useful tool to find the vulnerability on the postpartum depression.

To solve this problem, in the Nation is setting to Land Information System part of NGIS, but it is spending many expense and many Setting time because of not delicately divide that affair. Now, Setting of Land Information System part of NGIS is required Many time and Expense in the Nation. But Cadastral affair from ward office is open to people, Works is being much than the past. Therefore, It is need to set of Cadastral Information System that could related Land Information System and used Cadastral affair. The purpose of this study is to have related Land Information System and develope the Cadastral Map Control System which is saved vector method in this map and to process correctly and speedily Land Utilization Conformation Documents by computers.
