        일 대학 병원 마취 · 회복실 간호사의 간호활동 분석

        Purpose: This study was aimed to specify roles of nurses from the anesthesia and recovery room by analyzing nursing activities as well as anesthesia nursing during surgery. Method: The objects were 12 RNs working in the recovery room of a university hospital located in Incheon. Self-report was performed by measuring stop-watch for five days from May 17th to May 21st in 2004. Research method was designed to record the time and frequency of the nursing activity from anesthesia and recovery room based on nurses' statement and other references for five days. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and t-test via SPSS Win 10.0 program. Result: Nursing activities in anesthesia recovery room were classified into two different characteristics such as direct and indirect nursing activity. The activities consisted of 11 direct nursing areas and 39 nursing activities in anesthesia preparation room. The indirect nursing was classified into 8 nursing areas and 32 nursing activities. The direct nursing was classified into 12 nursing areas and 55 nursing activity. Also, the indirect nursing was classified into 7 nursing areas and 21 nursing activities in recovery room. In terms of prevalence of nursing activities in the anesthesia preparation room, observation and cooperation of anesthesia was the most prevalent activity, drug and eqipment management the second prevalent, and drug administration the third. On the other hand, in the recovery room, the most prevalent activity was vital sign checking and observation, the second most prevalent activity informative activity, and the third body temperature control. Nursing activity time was recorded according to the nursing characteristics. In the anesthesia preparation room, the direct nursing spent for 8092.20 minutes was larger than the indirect nursing spent for 7198.50 minutes. Also, in the recovery room, the direct nursing spent for 2361.16 minutes was larger than the indirect nursing spent for 1134.13 minutes. 4. Nursing activity time was compared to duty shifts. In the anesthesia preparation room, the direct nursing was more prevalent on day shift and the indirect nursing was prevalent on evening shift. However, in the recovery room, both direct and indirect nursing activities were prevalent on day shift. Conclusion: The role of anesthesia and recovery room nurses was analysed according to the time, frequency, and its characteristics.

      • 부안 유천리 도자기의 과학적 분석

        전북 부안 유천리 청자요지에서 수습된 청자편 11점의 태토 및 유약에 대하여 화학조성을 분석하고, 기 발표되어진 문헌의 청자데이터들을 종합하여, 이와 비교함으로써 본 시료의 도자특성과 및 산지에 대한 정보를 유추하였다. 태토의 주요산화물 분석에는 XRF를 이용하였으며, 유약의 주요산화물분석에는 EPMA를 이용하였다. 태토 중 17개 미량성분의 분석에는 ICP-MS를 이용하였고, 자료의 비교분석에는 Seger식에 의한 방법과 주성분분석법에 의한 통계처리방법을 병행하였다. 태토의 주요산화물에 대한 비교분석결과 유천리 청자는 Seger 식과 주성분분석에서 RO_(2)와 RO+R_(2)O가 6~8 및 0.3~0.38 mole로, 또 높은 SiO_(2)함량과 낮은 Na_(2)O, CaO의 함량으로 전북지역의 데이터 범위에 분포함을 볼 수 있었다. 유약의 주요산화물에 대한 비교분석결과에서는 Seger식과 주성분분석에서 모두 명확한 지역구분이 나타나지 않았으며, 따라서 유천리 청자 역시 명확한 지역적 특성을 구분하기 어려웠다. 태토중 미량성분의 주성분분석에 의한 통계처리결과 광주 충효동 도편들을 제외하고는 뚜렷한 지역간의 구분을 관찰하기 어려웠다. The characterization of chemical properties and analogy of manufactured origin for the eleven celadon sherds collected in Yuchunri, Buan were performed by analyzing their body and glaze compositions and compared with previous data reported. The chemical compositions of the body and glaze were determined by XRF and EPMA, respectively. The trace elements of the body were also determined by ICP-MS. The Seger analysis and PCA were used to compare the major compositions of body and glaze of the potteries we found with previous data. The Celadon sherds from Yuchunri are distributed in a range of Chonnam potteries considering RO_(2) and RO+R_(2)O are 6~ 8 and 0.3 ~O.38mole, respectively and also high in SiO_(2) and low in Na_(2)O and CaO concentrations in the comparison between the potteries for the major compositions of the body. Differences of the chemical characteristics of those potteries between the provinces were not clear in comparison of the glaze compositions and trace element of the body.

      • 제통단이 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : to evaluate the effects of Jetongdan, the newly developed herbal medicine, on the quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis of knee Methods : Placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial on the 80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee was fulfilled. After enrollment, they took medication as they enrolled. And they were asked to answer the questionnaires (Korean Health Assessment Questionnaire (KHAQ), Lequesne's functional index (LF1), visual analogue scale (VAS)) and analysed with the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) at baseline, after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of medication. Results : Total KHAQ score, some categories of KHAQ like hygiene, activities were significantly improved after 8 weeks of medication. And the change of the KHAQ score was significantly correlated with the change of VAS. But LFI, VAS, ESR level was not significantly improved, and it was considered because of the short medication period and small size of study population. Conclusion : In conclusion, Jetongdan could improve the health-related quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis of knee. Further study in the large population, in long period were recommended.

      • 77K와 상온에서 CO(NH₂)₂의 ¹⁴N Pulsed NQR 연구

        77K와 상온에서 CO(NH₂)₂분말 시료의 ??N Pulsed NQR실험을 하여 위와 아래 공명 진동수, 핵 사중극 결합상수, 비대칭 인자, 스핀-스핀 완화시간, 결정 격자 진동에서의 평균 비틀림 진동수, 진동자의 관성 모먼트 등을 구하였다. 공명 진동수의 온도 의존성은 전형적인 Bayer이론의 격자 진동에 의한 주파수 변화를 보였다. Bayer-Kushida이론의 고온근사식을 실험값에 적용하여 OK에서 공명 진동수 ν??와 ν??를 구했으며, 77K와 상온에서의 스핀-스핀 완화시간 T₂를 관측했다. 상온에서 T₂의 감소는 결정 내의 reorientation motion과 관련이 있을 것으로 보인다. Upper and lower resonance frequencies, nuclear quadrupole coupling constants, asymmetry parameters, spin-spin relaxation time, average torsional frequency in the crystal lattice motion and moment of inertia in the oscillator are found for CO(NH₂)₂powder sample by using ??N Pulsed NQR(Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance) technique at 77K and room temperature. Temperature dependence of resonance frequencies showed frequency variation in agreement with the typical Bayer's theory in lattice motion. Resonance frequencies ν?? and ν?? at OK were obtained by fitting the high temperature approximation of Bayer-Kushida theory to the experimental data and spin-spin relaxation time (T₂) was observed at 77K and room temperature. Decrease of T₂at room temperature was explained by the effect of reorientational motion in the crystal lattice.

      • 一般强度 圓形鋼管과 高强度 콘크리트가 合成된 短柱의 擧動特性

        A composite structural system using concrete and steels, which is called "steel reinforced concrete" system has been used for buildings taller than 6-story. In these days Concrete Filled steel Tubular(CFT) members has become very popular and constructions are increasing. The results of axilly loaded circular stub columns is introduced in this paper. Sixteen specimen were tested to investigate the effect on the ultimate strength of inner concrete and diameter to thickness ratio. As a result of this study, we found that the circular hollow section members filled with high strength concrete showed the increasing rate from 1.03 to 1.14. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the characteristics of CFCT stub columns filled with high strength concrete and. suggest the basic data for the design of Concrete Filled Tubular structures.

        The purpose of this study were to find the actual condition of the co-operative group farming in Korea, and to improve the low income Saemaul villages by the adoption of good points in co-operative Group farming. There were so many co-operative farmings in Korea, but all of them were not so successful, Eight co-operative group farmings were chosen to investigate for the above purposes. (Table 1). The tendency of agricultural income was not always true. First of all, Co-op Poultry farm did not follow the order of agricultural income. Because there was an excellent leader who had eliminated the circulation expenses in process of the purchase of feeds and the sale of eggs in common, Second, Seachiodong flower were devived into two parts the cultural flower and the sale flower. The cultural flower meant mainly producing flowers and the sale flower mainly selling flowers to downtown shops in Seoul. The income per householder of the cultual flower was less than that of the sale flower. Consequently, sucessful Co-operative Group farmings had an able leader, and performed production and sale more reasonablly.

        NMOS 소자의 Ta-Ti 게이트 전극 특성

        본 논문에서는 오래 전부터 NMOS의 게이트 전극으로 사용된 폴리실리콘을 대체할 수 있는 Ta-Ti 합금의 특성에 대해 연구하였다. 실리콘 기판 위에 열적으로 성장된 SiO₂위에 Ta과 Ti의 두 타깃을 사용하여 co-sputterring 방법으로 Ta-Ti 합금을 증착하였다. 각각의 타킷의 100W 의 sputtering power 로 증착하여 시편을 제작하였다. 또한 비교 분석을 위하여 Ta를 100W의 sputtering power로 증착한 시편도 제작하였다. 제작된 Ta-Ti 합금 게이트의 열적/화학적 안정성을 검토하기 위하여 600℃에서 급속열처리를 수행한 결과 소자의 성능 저하는 나타나지 않았다. 또한 전기적 특성 분석 결과 Ta-Ti합금은 NMOS 에 적합한 일합수인 4.13eV를 산출해 낼수 있었고, 면저항 역시 폴리실리콘에 비해 낮은 값을 얻을 수 있었다. In this paper, characteristics of Ta-Ti alloy was studied as a gate electrode for NMOS devices to replace the widely used polysilicon. Ta-Ti alloy was deposited directly on SIO_2 by a co-sputtering method using two of Ta and Ti targets. The sputtering power of each metal target was 100W. To compare with Ta-Ti, Ta deposited with a 100W sputtering power was fabricated as well. In order to investigate the thermal/chemical stability of the Ta-Ti alloy gate, the alloy was annealed at 600℃ with rapid thermal annealer. No appreciable degradation of the device was observed. Also the results of electircal analysis showed that the work function of Ta-Ti metal alloy was about 4.1eV which was suitable for NMOS devices and sheet resistance of alloy was lower than that of polysilicon.

      • 한국인의 각막에 관한 연구

        As the results of measurement of the radius of corneal curvature by keratometry for the right eye of 100 subjects, the steep meridian radius is 7.21㎜ to 8.27㎜ and flat meridian is 7.45㎜ to 8.65㎜, for the left eye the steep meridian radius is 7.30㎜ to 8.35㎜, and flat meridian is 7.45㎜ to 8.72㎜. The mean value of radius of corneal curvature is 7.8㎜ for night eye, 7.8㎜ for left eye. The results of measurement of P-value by topography, it is ranged from 0.45 to 0.91 for the night eye, 0.55 to 0.90 for the left eye, mean value is 0.756 for right eye, 0.735 for left eye respectively. That means the corneal shape is ellipses. The corneal thickness is measured 0.69㎜ 10°degree to the nasal, 0.76㎜ 20°degree to the nasal, 0.66㎜ 10°degree to the temporal, 0.72㎜ 20° degree to the temporal from the visual axis and 0.60㎜ at the central position. The horizontal size of corneal is 11.34㎜ for the night eye, 11.373㎜ for left eye. Those data can be used for contact lens design and fitting.

      • 콘크리트 强度變化가 CFT短柱의 軸壓縮擧動에 미치는 影響

        This paper aims to report the experimental study on the axial compressive behavior of tubular stub columns filled with variable concrete strength(f_c=500, 1,000㎏/㎠). The 24 specimen were tested to investigate the relationships between concrete strength and the ultimate strength of stub column. The effects of inner concrete on the failure mode, the ultimate strength, initial stiffiness and deformation capacity was discussed. From this experimental study, we found that the ratio of concrete strength was not proportion to the increasing rate of ultimate strength. This paper presents an experimental study on the strength and deformation of concrete-filled steel stub columns. In Korea, there is not the compressive design standard of CFT columns filled with high strength concrete(500㎏/㎠ and over). Therefore, this results can make a contribution to the development of our own design standard.
