        사무엘 베케트의 존재의식: 『타다 남은 것들』에 나타난 예술적 승화의 실패

        Jung, Kab-ChulBeckett seems to contend that man attempts to create arts to avoid his consciousness of the painful conditions of existence such as chaos, frustration, anxiety, meaninglessness, and alienation. But, in the absurd world, even the artist, who is supposed to possess the keen consciousness of the depth of being, can not but fail in transforming his vision of the painful realities into a sulimate artistic creation. Embers(1959) dramatizes the protagonist Henry's dilemma in sublimating the painful past of his existence into a story. In the play, Henry persistently attempts to create a fictional story to avoid the sound of sea symbolizing his consciousness of the painful past in his existence. But his vision on the realities of his existence is too fragmented to create a sublimate art. In the play, Beckett suggests that the painful consciousness of existence can not be overcome by man's attempts to sublimate it into an artistic creation. After all, Embers, one of the Beckett's best radio plays, emphasizes again the author's pessimistic view of existence.

        Gastric angiodysplasia is vascular ectasia in mucosa and submucosa of the gastric wall. It is an uncommon cause of upper gastrointesinal hemorrhage that may occur in the stomach or duodenum. There are many kinds of endoscopic treatments, such as argon plasma coagulation, electrocoagulation, heat probe, and submucosal injection of hypertonic saline mixed with epinephrine for gastric angiodysplasia. However, these treatment methods are associated with high rate of rebleeding. In order to avoid the recurrence, endoscopic band ligation has recently been used as an alternative method for endoscopic treatment of gastric angiodysplasia. We encountered a case of gastric angiodysplasia that presented with overt bleeding and anemia, and was successfully treated with endoscopic band ligation.

        중금속 오염지 및 건전지역에서 수집된 담자균류의 분포

        미생물을 이용한 중금속 오염지의 생물적 개량연구를 위하여 구리, 납 등 중금속 오염지인 은성 폐광과 도곡 폐광 지역에서 야생버섯을 수집·동정하고 중금속 함량을 분석한 결과 Laccaria Jaccata가 가장 높게 나타났으며 토양내 중금속함량이 높을수록 버섯 내 중금속 농도도 높았다. 그러나, 전이계수를 이용하여 버섯 자실체의 중금속 이행률을 알아본 결과, Amanita volvata 가 카드뮴과 비소의 이행률이 가장 높았으며, 구리의 이행률은 Agaricus praesquamosus가 다른 버섯에 비해 월등히 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 납은 Mycena pura, 아연은 Marasmius pulcherripes, 니켈은 Laccaria laccata, 크롬은 Collybia confluens로 나타났다. 중금속 오염지와 비오염지인 치악산 지역에서의 담자균의 발생 분포를 비교한 결과, Russula 와 Collybia 속은 비오염지와 오염 지역 모두에서 발생되었으며 Leucocoprinus, Coprinus, Suillus, Lepiost, Gyroporus, Lepista, Microstoma, Stropharia, Agrocybe 속은 오염지에서만 발생되었다. 이상의 결과, Laccaria laccata 등 일부 담자균은 중금속 오염지 저감에 이용할 가능성이 있으며 이를 위한 많은 연구가 기대된다. Two hundred seventy-four microorganisms were isolated from the soil of abandoned mines around for selecting the heavy metal-degrading strains and their microbial diversity was analyzed. The specimens of macroftingi were isolated from the soil of abandoned mines around for selecting the heavy metal-degrading strains. Eunseong and Dogok in Gyeongsangbuk-do, for selecting the heavy metal-degrading strains. Soil was also collected from same location. Contents of heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Cr, and As) were determined spectrometically in fruiting bodies of forty eight wild macroftmgi specimens with soils. When the analysed their transfer factor from soil to fruiting body, Amanita volvata have the highest transfer factor of cadmium and arsenic. And Mycena pura showed the highest in mercury, Marasmius pulcherripes in zinc, Laccaria laccata in nickel, and Collybia confluens in chrome. When compare the population of mushrooms between the contaminated mines and Mt. Chiak as the healthy area, Genus Russula and Collybia were collected both area, but Leucocoprinus, Coprinus, Suillus, Lepiost, Gyroporus, Lepista, Microstoma, Stropharia, and Agrocybe were only in the contaminated mine area.

      • 확장된 자바 바이트코드의 최적화

        This paper describes the data structure for program analysis and optimization of bytecode level. First we create an extended CFG(Control Flow Graph). Because of the special properties of bytecode, we must adaptively extend the existing control flow analysis techniques. We build basic blocks to create the CFG and create various data that can be used for optimization. The created CFG can be tested for comprehension and maintenance of Java bytecode, and can also be used for other analyses such as data flow analysis. This paper implements CTOC's CTOCBR(CTOCBytecode tRanslator) for control flow analysis of bytecode level. CTOC(Classes To Optimized Classes) is a Java bytecode framework for optimization and analysis. This paper covers the first part of the CTOC framework. CTOCBR is a tool that converts the bytecode into tree form for easy optimization and analysis of bytecode in CTOC.

        담자균류를 이용한 폐기물연용 밭토양의 건전성 간이평가

        Application of sludge wastes into the field may help soil fertility with physical, chemical and biological properties. Efficient use of sludge waste, however, requires an individual assessment of the waste products. A lot of experiment into the organic waste-treated soils has been done for decade. However, studies have not been carried out on the assessment of agricultural soil by Basidiomycota. This study was assessed the influence of sludge application on soil healthy in agricultural upland soils. The organic wastes selected for long-term application experiment in this study were municipal sewage sludge (MSS), industrial sewage sludge (ISS), leather processing sludge (LS), alcohol fermentation processing sludge (FS), and pig manure compost (PMC). To develop the soil healthy assesment method, soil samples were diluted by 20X with distilled water. After shaking at 200rpm for 30 minutes, the shaked sample was mixed on PDA(Potato Dextrose Agar). And sterilized at 121℃ for 20 minutes. Coriolus hirsutus (MKACC 50560) was inoculated on petri-dish including PDA mixed sample. After the media was incubated at 25℃ for five days, the mycelial growth of C. hirsutus was measured. When the mycelial growth on sample media was compared with growth on media contained PDA only, well grown media contained sample soil was assesed as healthy soil. The results suggest that the simple method by Coriolus hirsutus is a handy way to assess the healthy of waste sludge-applied upland soils. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 평가대상 토양을 증류수로 20배 희석하여 200rpm 으로 30분간 진탕한 후 PDA (감자 추출배지)와 혼합하여 121℃에서 20분간 살균한 후 Coriolus hirsutus (MKACC 50560) 균을 접종한다. 접종 완료 후 25℃에서 5일간 배양한 후 균사 생장을 측정하여 담자균의 균사 생장률 (목적토양에서의 균사생장/PDA 에서의 균사생장×100)을 계산한다. 이 기준에 따라 균사생장률이 60%이상이 되면 대상 토양은 작물 생육에 적합한 토양이라고 추정할 수 있다. 이러한 방법은 토양의 건전성 평가를 위한 신속한 간이검사를 통하여 소량의 시료를 가지고 단기간 내 대량 분석을 가능하게 하여 토양 건정성 평가의 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있다고 사료된다.

        왕송이(Tricholoma giganteum) 신품종 '백련'의 특성

        주로 고온에서 재배되는 왕송이는 온도제어기를 사용하지 않고 재배할 수 있는 잇점이 있다. 여름철 냉방시설없이 재배할 수 있는 품종을 개발하고자 국내외에서 수집된 왕송이균을 교잡하여 새로운 품종 '백련'을 육성하였다. 백련 왕송이의 균배양온도는 25℃~30℃이며 자실체 발생온도와 생육온도 거의 동일하다. 다만 배양완료 후 복토를 해야하기 때문에 2차 균사생장기간이 있어 초발이소요일수가 다소 늦다. 하지만 복토를 하기 때문에 주야간 온도차이에도 버섯발생이 용이하고 습도관리가 쉬워 여름철 재배가 유리하다. 버섯의 모양은 순백색에 전형적인 우산형으로 강한 다발성을 가지며 대가 긴편이다. 특히, 병재배보다는 봉지재배를 할 경우 다발성은 더욱 강해지면 자실체의 크기도 증가한다. 적정배지는 포플라 40%+미송 40%+미강 20%를 혼합한 배지이며 평균수량은 병재배시 101g이나 봉지재배에서는 더욱 증가할 것으로 사료된다. Tricholoma giganteum, belongs to Tricholomataceae of Tricholoma, is also well-known as the medicinal mushroom in Taiwan. " Backryon " was the first variety developed by intra-specific crossing in Korea. It was improved with hybridization between monokaryotic strain derived from MKACC50852 and MKACC 50853. The optimum temperature of mycelial growth and fruiting body development were 25~30℃ and 20~25℃, respectively. The color of fruitingbody was pure white and cap type was umbrella. It suggested that 'Backryon' was new commercial variety for small-sized cultivator during the summer season

      • 고교생의 신체활동정도가 스트레스 요인 및 수준에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find how much influence physical activity level have on high school students' stress factor and level. For this study, I tested 485 students at some academic high schools in Chon-ju, Kun-san and Ik-san. In the experimental design of this study, the independent variable is physical activity level, the dependent variable is stress factors(4) and stress level(1). On sampling for this study, I made 4 groups. Group A is 120 students who have no daily scheduled physical activities. Group B is 130 students who have scheduled physical activities at only physical education class. Group C is 120 students who have scheduled physical activities at physical education class and extra activity class. Group D is 115 students who have scheduled physical activities on only weekends. I collected statistics on the data by one-way ANOVA in SPSS Win 6.1. And the results are like follows. 1. About the stress factors of social role and self-confidencd, Group C is lower than Group C and Group A. (F?? = 5.3652) 2. About the stress factors of melancholia, Group C is lower than Group A. (F(3.481) = 6.2152) 3. About the stress factors of insomnia and anxiety, there is no diffeerence among 4 groups. (F?? = 3.5648) 4. About the stress factors on general health and vital power, Group C and Group D are lower than Group A. (F?? = 6.9757) 5. In the stress level, Group C is lower than Group d and Group A. (F?? = 15.0233) The conclusions based on these results are that high school students have too heavy spiritual, physical stress, but smooth physical activities make the stress declined. So we must develop physical activity programs for prevention of stress and getting rid of stress soon.

      • 酸性溶媒內에서 Diethylitaconate 에 對한 n-Butyl-mercaptan 의 親核性添加反應에 關한 硏究

        The rate constants for the addition reaction of n-butylmercaptan to diethylitaconate have been measured by iodometry and for the proposed reaction mechanism a rate equation which can be applied over wide pH range was derived. From this equation, One may conclude that the reaction is started by addition of n-butylmercaptan molecule below pH 4. However, above pH 6, this addition reaction is proceeded by the n-butylmercaptide ion. At pH 4∼6, the complex addition reaction mechanism can also be revealed by this rate equation.

        Ⅰ. Purpose of the Study As the traditional family system has become unable to do its original functions due to a change of the family system itself to the nuclear family system and other drastic changes including a great industrialization and women' s participation into societies, breeding of children has been an important social problem. In other words, as the social structure has been speedily systemized and complicated, the phenomenon of destructing a family has been deepened due to disease, poverty, medicinal poisoning, divorce, separation, unmarried mother, abscondence, misdeed, etc., and services for children welfare have been required. In Korea, however, the matter of children welfare has not been effectively hand-led as the nation's first priority has been given to the policy of economic development. In addition, the most part of our children welfare has been limited to traditional projects such as facilities for protecting and assisting the Korean War orplans and widows' children. Today' s children welfare matters and their requests can never be solved by such a system due to its complexity. Accordingly, considering that more aggressive policies for children welfare should be enforced, I would like to suggest several methods herein. Ⅱ. Conclusion-measures 1. A Strong lawfal support should be provided by amending cleases of the existing Children Welfare Act from "... may ..." to... shall....". 2. A renewed understanding of children welfare projects is required. The word of children welfare is still undersood to mean accommodation and protection of unfortunate children. Children welfare projects should be understood to mean that the whole nation and society should positively participate into welfare promotion for unfortunate children and the all other children as well. 3. Positive publicities of the government concerned are required for promotion of domestic adoption, and common discussion systems are required to be established between adoption organizations for mutual close cooperation in ma-king household investigations, criteria on sharing adoption expenses, etc. In addition, the administrative procedure of adoption should be unified. 4. Children welfare programs should be developed in the manner appropriate for children' s needs. 5. Governmental assistance should be expanded for children of poor households. Speaking concretely, different from other children, many poor children do not have guaranteed opportunities to receive middle and high school educations. 6. Resources and specialists for children welfare projects are required to be secured. 7. Expasion of family welfare policies and facilities for unmarried parents and sex educations are required. As many of them come from defective and poor households, a family welfare act capable of supporting them is required to be enacted and complete educations of sex and contraception are required at schools and companies. 8. 1) Application of new concepts, systems and functions for children welfare facilities is required. There should be a tendency of stressing meanings of normalization, resurrection, social unification, etc. in thems of facilities accmmodation and protection. 2) Systematic classification, integration and segmentation of facilities are required. (accommodation type, counseling type, commutation type, utilization type, etc.) 3) In terms of functions, they should be progressed from the functions of accommodation and life preservation to strengtheming the functions of specialized prevention, curative treatment, resurrection, education, counseling, etc., and at the same time, specialists in charge of these jobs should be secured. Furthermore, as in foreign countries, the laws capable of providing bases for children welfare services are required to be enacted. In other words, the laws such as family allowance act, children allowance act, children breeding act, etc, are to be urgently enacted.
