The purpose of this study, the blood lipid level, body composition and health-related fitness of middle-aged man. who have not participated in regular exercise programs were analyzed by making them carry out of swim and weight exercise program for twelve weeks. Analysis of health-related fitness of After the swim & resistance exercise program was carried out, body composition were significant differences in body weight, % fat, LBM and BMI. There were significant differences in factor was muscular of back strength, flexibility of sit and reach. But there no significant difference in endurance of sit-up and cardiovascular of VC, VO_(2). Analysis of blood lipid that After the combined exercise program was carried out, blood lipid were significant differences in TC, LDL-C and TG. But there was no significant differences in HDL-C.

The purpose of this study is to examine GPS data accuracy on traffic behavior analysis and to investigate GPS measurement in the real road condition. This measurement uses GPS hardware and software for collecting speed and position of two model cars at the same time. Data of Disto meter and GPS data which are bases of GPS data value are compared for judging through t-testing and correlation analysis. GPS data is used for calculating car moving distance and speed change. It is useful to traffic control in a city by analyzing basic traffic behavior appeared on leading car and following car.
β-agarase를 생산하는 해양균의 분리 및 효소 특성연구

An agar degrading bacteria was isolated from the south ocean of Korea and was identified as Aeromonas sp. This strain produced the amount of agarase (1.4U/ml) with agar as a carbon source and casamino acid as a nitrogen source. The optimum concentration of NaCl for both cell growth and enzyme activity was 2.5%. The agarase was purified by DEAE-cellulose and hydroxyapatite column chro-matograpy. The purified agarase showed a single protein band upon sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) and its molecular weight was estimated to be 50 KDa. The optimal temperature and pH for the enzyme activity were 28℃ and 7.2, respectively. The agarase was stable at pH 6.5 - 8 and 22 - 37℃. The agarase activity was notably inhibited by EDTA, Mn2+, Hg2+, Fe2+ and slightly activated by Na+ and Ba2+.
Digital moire 형상측정 시스템의 보정에 관한 연구

Moire topography method isa well-known non-contacting 3-D measurement method as a fast non-contact test for three-dimension shape measuring method. Recently, it's important to study the automatic three-dimension measurement by moire topography because it is frequently applied to the reverse engineering , the medical, the entertainment fields. Three-dimension measurement using projection of moire topography is very attractive because of its high measuring speed and high sensitivity. In this paper, the classical moire method is computerized-so called digital moire. when a virtual grating pattern is projected on a surface, the captured image by the CCD camera has three-dimension information of the objects. The moire image can be obtained through a simple image processing and a reference grating pattern. and it provides similar results without physical grating pattern. digital projection moire topography turns out to be very effective for the three-dimension measurement of objects. Using different N-bucket algorithm method of digital projection moire topography is tested to measuring object with the 2-ambiguity problem. Experimental results prove that the proposed scheme is capable of finding measurement errors that decreased more by using the four-three step algorithm method instead of the same step in the phase shifting of different pitch.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of compound exercise on body composition, physical fitness in middle women. Forty middle aged women were studied : experimental group(10), comparative group(10). Age range is 40-49. The exercise programming for this study consisted of warming up(5-10min), main exercise(40-50min), and cooling down(5-10min). The frequency of exercise was four days per a week with 50-60% intensity which the duration of this exercise programming was for 10 weeks. The conclusion of the study was as follows : 1. The results of %Body fat, fat body weight, lean body weight, body mass index during exercise program pre & post were significantly(p<.05) reduced by each group. but effects of repeated test were not significant between each group. Results %fat response during in after of aerobic exercise program were significant(p<.05). 2. The result of grip strength, back strength, sit-up, sit and reach, vertical jump, VC during exercise program pre & post were significantly(p<.05) increased by compound exercise group and trunk flexion, balance of significantly(p<.05) on after increased exercise program in swim group. but effects of repeated test were not significant between each group. In summary, the effects played an important in resistance, aerobic exercise is to do with body composition and growing up physical fitness. Therefore, the results of present study are more likely to provide the basic information for those who are obese or fat.

Until recently, translation studies has put much effort in defining the term 'equivalence'. As a result, despite the existence of different interpretations, much consensus has been reached. Therefore it will be timely to clarify the term 'equivalence' in translation and come up with measures to achieve such equivalence. Furthermore, although mainstream translation studies places more emphasis on equivalence in terms of meaning, and considers meaning and style as two different things, this paper will also explore ways to achieve stylistic equivalence as well as ways to achieve equivalence in terms of meaning. Despite the general perception that equivalence in meaning is important, no text can be a text without its stylistic features. The reader cannot be sure of the function of stylistic elements, because the differences in meaning they convey are not as conventional as the differences in the meaning of lexical items. But from this it does not follow that stylistic differences in meaning are not relevant for the understanding of the text. As such, stylistic features are important, and should be taken into account in the process of translation. It seems justified to argue that a translation theory should consider stylistic features as devices which help the reader to derive the meaning of a text. This paper will first define the term equivalence and make suggestions on ways to achieve equivalence both in terms of meaning and style.

This paper presents an strategy algorithm of a soccer robot. We simply classified strategy of soccer robot as attack and defense. We use DC-motor in our Soccer Robot. We use the vision system made by MIRO team of Kaist and Soty team for image processing. Host computer is made by Pentium III. The RF module is used for the communication between each robot and the host computer. Fuzzy logic is applied to the path planning of our robot. We improve strategy algorithm of soccer robot. Here we explain improvement of strategy algorithm and fault of the our soccer robot system.
생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.
