아연도금강판의 방식을 위한 새로운 방청안료인 이온 교환된 제올라이트의 방청 성능

내부식성이 강화된 새로운 방청안료를 개발하기 위한 연구의 일환으로, 본 연구에서는 높은 내부식성을 제공하는 아연 및 세륨 이온 교환된 제올라이트를 도입하였다. 그리고 이온교환 제올라이트를 이용하여 프라이머 도료 제조 및 도장을 수행한 후, 그것의 방식성능을 측정하였다. 도장을 위한 금속 기재는 아연도금(galvanized, GI) 강판이었고, 도장된 강판의 방식성능은 electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)와 scanning vibrating electrode technique(SVET)으로 측정되었다. EIS 및 절단면의 내부식성을 확인하기 위한 SVET 측정으로부터 세륨이온 교환된 제올라이트가 가장 높은 효율을 제시하였고, 아연 및 세륨 이온 교환된 제올라이트의 경우 GI 강판에 대하여 cathodic 부식 방지제로 기 여함을 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, zinc or cerium exchanged zeolite was introduced to develop a novel anti-corrosion pigment. The primer paint was made using them and was coated on galvanized(GI) steel. The anti-corrosion performance was measured using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). And scanning vibrating electrode technique(SVET) was employed to observe the cut-edge corrosion process of the coated GI steel. From EIS and SVET results, it could be confirmed that Ce ion-exchanged zeolite showed the anti-corrosion performance higher than Shieldex C303 and Zn ionexchanged zeolite. Finally, it was found that metal ion-exchanged zeolite may provide new possibility as the smart cathodic corrosion inhibitor delivery systems on galvanized steels.
Synthesis of copper-poly tetrafluoro-ethylene composites by supercritical impregnation process

This study attempted to develop a copper-PTFE composite consisting of copper nano-particles homogeneously distributed into PTFE using scCO_2. The overall synthesis process consisted of impregnation of copper precursor and thermolytic reduction. The impregnation process was performed over a range of temperature from 40 to 160 ℃ and pressure from 120 to 200 bar. The reduction process was performed at 230℃ and 250 bar for 2 hours consecutively after impregnation. The changes in appearance, mass, and morphology of the PTFE composite were examined by precision balance, SEM, TEM, and EDS. The impregnation ratio increased with temperature up to 120 ℃, but decreased above 120℃. The impregnation ratio increased with the pressure. These results could be explained by dehydration reaction of Cu(hfa)_2H_2O and thermodynamical affinity difference of copper precursors for PTFE or scCO_2. Copper nano-particles impregnated into the PTFE were identified from SEM, TEM and EDS analysis.

This study is the new business about physical education. I try to study for physical education business. Fitness is regards to important for modern life. Everybody need some exercise. But many people have no idea how to do good exercise. Aerobics activity couches have to teach special exercise program. I give two ways for many couches about weight aerobics activity and dance program. Diet program is important for them too. Many people want to loose their weight. But they don't know how to eat and what they choose their food. It needs simple ways. simple ways is efficient more than compliant method. This study is degiend for this problem. I want to give a plenty of aid to many health club in korea. I think that many health club need to start to manage that new style aerobics activity business. The key of this problems are this ways. 1. The service of aerobics activity gave to promote in many styles. 2. Diet program is designed by aerobics activity 3. New aerobic dance program of jazz dance or create dance have to dane compositom(choreography).
Micronization and characterization of drug substances by RESS with supercritical CO2

A RESS (rapid expansion of supercritical solution) process for the preparation of ultra-fine drug particles with no organic solvent has been developed with supercritical CO2. Three drug substances with different solubility in supercritical CO2 were used, and orifice disks and capillary tubes were adapted as an expansion device. The solubilities of drug substances in supercritical CO2 and the effects of various operating parameters on the characteristics of the particles prepared by RESS process were experimentally investigated. The solubility of the drug substance in supercritical CO2 had a major effect on the average diameter of the particle prepared by RESS process, and the particle diameter decreased with the solubility for all the drugs and operating conditions. The particle diameter also decreased with preexpansion temperature and increased with the hole diameter of the orifice nozzle and aspect ratio (L/D) of the capillary tube.
