        정성일의 <오아시스> 비판에 투영된 관점의 가능성과 한계 - 정성일 영화비평에 대한 일고찰 -

        본 연구는 영화비평가 정성일이 <오아시스>(이창동, 2002)에 대해서 쓴 비평문「판타지, 기만적인 환영술」을 비판적으로 분석한다. 그간 한국영화계에서 영화비평은 독립적인 분과로 논의되지 못했다. 산적하는 영화들 안에서 영화적 가치를 발굴해 정리하고 새로운 영화 언어를 대중 언어로 번역하는 것이 영화비평의 역할이라 했을 때 이는 문제가 있다. 영화비평에 대한 그간의 접근은 한국영화사의 맥락에서 특정 영화비평집단을 세대론적으로 조망하거나 특정 개인의 비평 세계를 전기적 관점에서 서술한 것에 머문 한계가 있다. 정성일은 1990년대 한국영화비평의 전성기를 주도했던 한국의 대표적인 영화비평가이다. 호불호가 갈리지만 그의 글은 대중들 사이에서 영화비평이라는 개념이 성립되는 과정에 주요한 이미지를 제공했다. 특히 본 연구가 다루는 정성일의<오아시스> 비판은 논쟁 참여를 전제해 작성된 덕분에 비평담론 자체가 중심에 서있고 무엇보다 정성일의 영화에 대한 태도가 여타의 글에 비해 명확하게 드러나는 특징이 있다. 더구나 그 논쟁은 영화의 윤리, 완성도, 자의식 등을 두고 벌어진 영화비평계 내부의 마지막 논쟁이라는 영화비평사적 의의도 있다. 나아가 영화 한편에 대한 긴 글이기 때문에 한국의 대표적 비평가가 영화를 비평하는 구체적 실천 양상이 현장감 있게 녹아 있기도 하다. 영화를 종교처럼 대한다는 비판이 존재하지만 정성일 영화비평의 경쟁력은 숏의 배치, 장르 문법, 카메라 시선과 같은 영화의 자의식을 정밀하게 분석하는 것에서 나온다. 영화란 무엇인가와 같은 근본적인 질문에 기반을 둔 이런 태도는 영화를 여타의 학문에 종속시킨 종래의 비평 태도와 차별되며 영화를 진지하게 바라보는 태도를 대중화시킨 의의가 있다. 하지만 그것만큼의 오류도 발견된다. <오아시스>를 비판할 때 투영되는 정성일의 관점의 가능성과 한계를 구체적으로 밝힘으로써 한국영화비평의 전성기를 주도했던 한 영화비평가의 개성적 세계관을 비판적으로 조망하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 독립적인 분과로 인식되기는커녕 죽음까지 운운되는 영화비평의 위기 시대에 한국의 대표적 영화비평가의 세계관이 상징적으로 녹아 있는 글을 정밀하게 분석하는 것은 그것 자체로 의미 있다. This study analyzes the critique “Fantasy, deceptive hallucination” which sung-il jung wrote about < Oasis >(Changdong Lee 2002). Film critique has not been recognized and discussed as an independent field in the Korean film industry so far. It can be problematic if the role of film criticism is to get the cinematic values arranged among the pile of films and to translate new cinematographic language into the public language. The approach to the film critique to this point has limitation that in the context of Korean film industry, it viewed certain group of film critics in the perspective of theory of generation and it described certain person`s world of criticism in a biographical way. sung-il Jung is one of the representative film critics in Korea who lead the golden age of Korean film criticism in the 1990s. His writings provided important image in the process of establishing the concept of film critique among the public, even though they are controversial. The Jung`s criticisms this study exclusively deals with are based on the premise of argumentative participation, so the discourse is central and fundamental, and it brings out the cinematic view of Jung precisely compared to the other writings and articles, which is the advantages of this study. Moreover, the argument has significance in the field of film criticism for being the last dispute inside the field of film critique over the morals, degree of completion, and the consciousness of identity. Above and beyond, because this paper is a long writing about a movie, it contains detailed and vivid practical aspect which the representative critic of Korea criticizes the movie. Although there are criticisms of discussing movies like a form of religion, sung-il Jung`s film critique is competitive for detailed and precise analyze of films` sense of identity such as plot of shots, code of genre, and the eyes of cameras. This attitude based on the fundamental questions such as what is film is considered significant for popularizing and promoting earnest attitude toward movies, and is differentiated with the traditional attitudes of criticism which are to subordinate films in the other fields of study. However, due to being so, some errors are discovered. The purpose of this study is to critically outlook a distinctive world view of a film critic who enjoyed the film critique`s prime by concretely describing its possibilities and limitations through revealing Jung`s point of view which is his prerequisite for watching movies. The work of precise analyzing of one of the Korean representative film critics` writings which contains symbolic world view is significant and meaningful by itself in the time of the film criticisms` crisis when the idea of the demise of film criticism is being mentioned, let alone its separation as the independent field.

        論文(론문) : 大腸正格證(대장정격증)과 장누수증후군(Leaky Gut Syndrome)과의 관계 考察(고찰)

They cause a sort of anti-toxic response or confusion of the immune system, and ultimately bring various types of diseases. This syndrome is related "Poison in Excrement" or "Internal Damage(內傷發□)" and Leaky Gut Syndrome, so I will study on the relationship between them. Method: Study on the relationship between Dae-Jang-Jung-gyeok and Leaky Gut Syndrome. Result: Korean doctors in ancient times called this syndrome "Poison in Excrement" or "Internal Damage(內傷發□)" and treated it with "Dae-Jang-Jung-Gyeok(大腸正格)". Leaky Gut Syndrome is a sort of clinical lesion, which allows foreign and harmful toxins in and results in a disorder of the immune system due to the leaking intestinal mucosa. Conclusion: Based upon the analyses, Dae-Jang-Jung-Gyeok and Leaky Gut Syndrome are closely related. Therefore diseases caused by the Leaky Gut Syndrome might be expected to be cured by Dae-Jang-Jung-Gyeok. Particularly the use of treatments for self-immune diseases and allergic diseases such as atopyic dermatitis and articular rheumatism should be expected to reveal a new path of treatment for other disorders such as Leaky Gut Syndrome.         효율적인 일정계획에 의한 제조실행 제어

        In this paper, we develop scheduling system under MTO (Make-To-Order) Production and implement it to real application. Generally, scheduling system is regarded as company specific problem such that the required business logic might be different within a same industry. The differences are caused by different constraints of each company requirements. Company specific algorithms are commonly employed using rule-base or heuristic procedure. Based on these characteristics, heuristic procedure are developed and implemented for developing MES (manufacturing execution system). The proposed approach are applied to real industry and proved as an efficient approach in terms of practical views.

        During the sheet metal forming, it is often necessary to control the rate of metal flow into the die cavity. The control of metal flow can be achieved through the blankholder, lubricant, draw-bead, or a combination. In this study among the conditions, examines the draw-bead. The role of control or restraining beads is to provide enough tension to deform the material plastically over the punch face, and to ensure proper shape fixing of the part. In this study, an elasto-plastic/static-implicit FE program is used for the analysis. It was assumed the result of numerical analysis is applicable to the practical industrial process by analyzing the draw-bead forming and traction process with erection.

      • 2-O-α-D-Glucopyranosyl L-Ascorbic acid 생산을 위한 Cyclodextrin glucanotransferase의 고정화

        AA를 AA-2G로 전환하는 CGTase를 고정화하여 AA-2G 대량 생산의 가능성을 고찰한 결과, CNBr-sepharose 4B가 가장 효과적인 담체로 판명되었고, CGTase의 고정화 최적 조건과 고정화 CGTase에 의한 AA-2G 생산의 최적조건 및 재사용성을 검토하였다. 최적 고정화 조건은 효소량 24,000 units/g resin으로 9시간 반응하여 약 18,000 units/g resin의 최고 고정화율을 얻을 수 있으며, pH 5.0(50 mM sodium citrate buffer)용액에 12% AA-Na와 8% soluble starch를 기질로 하여 800 units/ml의 고정화 CGTase를 첨가한 후 37℃에서 100 rpm으로 교반하면서 25시간 반응하여 약 18 mM의 AA-2G 최고량을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 0.015 mM의 CaCl₂를 첨가하여 고정화 CGTase의 재사용성을 관찰한 결과, 5회까지 50% 이상의 AA-2G 생산율로서 그 가능성을 입증할 수 있었다. 그리고 효소의 재사용성이란 측면에서, 본 고정화의 다른 한 방법인 ultrafiltration(한외 여과)에 의해서는 Millipore사의 YM10 membrane을 이용하여 먼저 단백질량과 효소 활성 변화를 측정하여 그 가능성을 확보할 수 있었으며, 기질 20 ml을 사용하여 AA-2G를 생성시킨 후, 한외여과에 의해 효소만을 회수하여 연속 반응해 본 결과 8회까지 50% 의 생성률을 유지하였다. 따라서 한외 여과는 CNBr-sepharose 4B와 함께 효율적인 고정화의 한 방법으로 판명되었으며, 앞으로 이들 고정화 효소를 이용한 연속 반응 시스템의 구축이 뒤따라야 할 것이다. Cyclodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase) from Paenibacillus sp. JB-13 was immobilized on various carriers by several immobilization methods such as ionic binding, covalent linkage and ultrafiltration to improve the process performance. The ultrafiltration and covalent linkage with CNBr-activated sepharose 4B were found as the best method for immobilization of CGTase. The ability of was as follows: contact time 6 hrs at 37℃, pH6.0, 100rpm and enzyme loading 24,000 units/g resin. The optimum conditions for production of 2-O-α-D-Glucopyranosyl L-Ascorbic acid by immobilized CGTase turned out to be: pH 5.0, temperature 37℃. 20% substrate solution containing 8%(w/v) of soluble starch and 12%(w/v) of L-ascorbic acid sodium salt, 100 rpm, for 25 hrs and with 800 units of immobilized CGTase/ml substrate solution. More over the CGTase activity could be stably maintained for 8 times of repetitive reactions after removing products by ultrafiltration through YM 10 membrane.

        Collagenase와 esterase가 상아질 접착강도와 nanoleakage에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 상아질 접착계면에서 collagenase와 esterase가 접착강도와 극미세누출에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 시행하였다. 발치된 치아의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2(SB)와 Clearfil SE bond(SE)를 사용하여 상아질-레진 접착시편을 제작하고,시편을 인산완충용액(PBS)에 24시간(I),또는 PBS(II),collagenase 용액(III),esterase 용액(IV)에 4주간 보관 한 후 질산은 용액으로 염색하였다. 시편의 미세인장접착강도(μTBS)와 질산은 침투 면적을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. SB군의 접착강도가 II∼IV군에서 SE군에 비해 낮은 값을 나타내었다(p<O.05). SB군은 II∼IV군의 접착강도가 I군에 비해 낮은 값을 보였으나(p<O.05),SE군의 접착강도는 I∼IV군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>O.05). 2. SB군의 질산은 침투 면적이 SE군에 비해 높았으며(p<O.05),SB군과 SE군에서 질산은 침투 면적은 I ∼ IV군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>O.05). 3. 접착강도와 질산은 침투 면적은 SE군의 I, II,III군에서 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<O.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of collagenase and esterase on dentin bond strength and nanoleakage. Resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin of premolars with Single Bond 2(SB) and Clearfil SE Bond(SE). After the microtensile specimens were prepared and stored in PBS for 24 hours(I) or, PBS(II), collagenase(III), esterase(IV) solution for 4 weeks, the specimens were stained with silver nitrate solution. Microtensile bond strength(μTBS) and silver penetration area were measured and, the results were as follows: 1. For group II, III, and IV, the bond strengths of SB were lower than those of SB(p<0.05). The bond strengths of SB II, III, and IV were lower than that of SB I(p<0.05). There was no difference among the bond strengths of SE I ∼ IV groups(p>0.05). 2. Silver penetration areas of SB were higher than those of SE for all storage groups(p<0.05). In SB and SE groups, there was no significant difference of silver penetration area among I ∼ IV groups(p>0.05). 3. SE I, II, and III showed inverse relationship between the bond strengths and the silver penetration areas(p<0.05).

      • 하시모토 갑상선염과 동반된 갑상선 유두암에서 BRAFV600E의 발현과 임상적 특징

        Background: An association between Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) and papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is still controversial. Studies to date established the coexistence of HT in 11% to 36% of PTC patients. BRAFV600E mutation was presented 90% with no HT, 64% with HT in PTC patients. Therefore, BRAFV600E mutation is associated with the pathogenesis of PTC arising in HT. The purpose of this study was to identify predictive factors for the coexistence of PTC and HT and to evaluate the association of the BRAFV600E mutation with the clinicopathological features of coexistence of PTC and HT. Methods: A total of 247 patients underwent surgery for thyroid disorders between January 2007 and April 2009. In all, 212 patients was diagnosed as thyroid papillary carcinoma only (PTC group), 33 had coexistence of PTC and HT (PTC+HT group), and 2 had been diagnosed with HT. DNA was extracted from paraffin embedded thyroid tumor specimens taken from 99 patients with PTC, 13 coexistence of PTC and HT, and 2 was HT. The presence of the BRAFV600E mutation was determined by polymerase chain reaction amplification of exon 15 followed by direct sequencing. Results: Among clinicopathological features sex, age, tumor size and capsule invasion was not significant between PTC group and PTC+HT group. Lymph node metastasis and stage was significantly lower in PTC+HT group than PTC group (p=0.044). BRAFV600E mutation was found in 34 of the 99 PTC group (34.3%), 1 of the 13 PTC+HT group and 2 HT show no BRAFV600E mutation. Conclusion: These data demonstrated that the coexistence of PTC and HT was less aggressive than PTC only.

        This study focuses on the building evaluation for the architectural planning of highrise office building through the analysis of workers satisfaction. In order to do this, we have made an investigation into the following elements. First, the selected buildings are investigated into the actual extraction of design considerations. Second, a prototype of workers satisfaction model is established to measure and determine the workers' satisfaction level of the selected buildings. And third, design improvement factors based on the analysis of workers satisfaction are established. The design considerations are extracted from the workers' satisfaction level with employing statistical analysis as well as developing systematic methods of the investigation.

      • 실험동물에서의 내분비계 교란물질인 DEHP, DBP의 생체내 영향

        The major protocol features of the rodent uterotrophic assay have been evaluated using a range of reference chemicals. The protocol variables considered include the selection of the test species and route of chemical administration, the age of the test animals, the maintenance diet used, and the specificity of the assay for estrogens. The rodents were ovariectomized under general anesthesia via bilateral flank incisions and randomly assigned to groups of 5 animals. This study investigated the estrogenic effects of phthalates, which are DEHP and DBP, suspected as endocrine disruptors. It is concluded that three daily subcutaneous administration of test chemicals, which are di-ethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP) and di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP), to 9 week-old rodents. The results revealed that DEHP & DBP show similar uterotrophic activity in the rat and the mouse, using subcutaneous administration. DEHP and DBP failed to affect any of these parameters, which are body weight, mammary gland, vaginal and uterus histopathology. but, DBP increased uterus weight to only one rat of 1.0 g/kg group. The results conform the need for rigorous attention to experimental design and criteria for assessing estrogenic activity.

        재생굵은골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 동결융해 특성

        이 연구는 플라이 애시를 결합재 중량의 20%, 재생굵은골재를 천연쇄석굵은 골재의 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%를 치환하여 압축강도와 동결융해 특성을 구명하였으며, 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 재령 28일의 압축강도는 모든 배합비와 W/B 35%에서 400㎏f/㎠이상으로 나타나 고강도콘크리트에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 2. 중량감소율은 동결융해 300사이클에서 1%미만으로 나타났고, 표면박리와 같은 현상은 나타나지 않았으며, 재생골재의 대체율이 증가할수록 감소율은 증가하였다. 3. 초음파진동속도는 동결융해 300사이클에서 19~24%정도의 감소율을 나타내었으며, 재생골재의 대체율이 증가할수록 감소율은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 4. 상대동탄성계슈는 재생골재의 대체율에 따라 60~72%의 범위로 나타내었으며, 재생골재 대체율이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 5. 내구성지수는 모든 배합에서 60이상을 나타내었으나, 재생골재 대체율이 100%일때는 급격히 떨어지는 경향을 나타내었다. 6. 재생굵은골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도, 중량감소율, 초음파진동속도, 상대동탄성계수, 내구성지수 시험결과를 볼 때, 시험에 사용한 재생굵은 골재는 고강도콘크리트에 사용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. This study was performed to examine the freezing and thawing properties of the high strength concrete using recycled coarse aggregate. The recycled coarse aggregate was replaced by 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of natural crushed aggregate. The compressive strength of the concrete used recycled coarse aggregate was shown in more than 400kgf/㎤ at the curing age 28 days. The weight loss ratio by freezing and thawing was shown in less than 1% at all mix type. The pulse velocity and relative dynamic modulus were decreased with increasing the freezing and thawing cycles. Also, durability factor for the freezing and thawing were decreased with increasing the content of recycled coarse aggregate. But, recycled concrete replaced with recycled coarse aggregate 100% was shown in more than 60 by durability factor in freezing and thawing of 300cycles Accordingly, these recycled coarse aggregate can be used for high strength concrete.
