Numerical methods that are known as Monte as Monte Carlo methods can be loosely described as statistical simulation methods, where statistical simulation is defined in quite general terms to be any method that utilizes sequences of random numbers to perform the simulation. Monte Carlo methods are now used routinely in many problems, the simulation of the esoteric subnuclear processes in high energy physics experiments, cellular automata, self-organized critical phenomena, the Ising spin glass, the simulation of a Bingo game, etc. The physical processes are simulated directly, and there are no needs to even write down the differential equations that describe the behaviors of the systems. The only requirement is that the physical systems be described by probability density functions. We consider with the Monte Carlo variational method and the Monte Carlo path integral method(MCPI). These methods are used to calculate the energy of the ground states of H2 molecule by the formal similarity between the Schroedinger equation and the multi-dimensional diffusion equation.

The one-electron theory of atoms, molecules, and crystals have enjoyed a wide success in many branches of physics. This theory provides a physically appealing description of the electronic structure of many-electron systems. In addition, this theory gives a convenient basis for performing the detailed calculation on specific many-electron systems. In such calculations, it is usually necessary to introduce many simplified assumptions in order to make a progress. Since the principal computational difficulty supposed by the Hartree-Fock equations is the treatment of the exchange term, it would be very desirable to simplify the treatment of these terms by using Slater's average of the exchange potential. The first order correction of energy in the lowest excited states of He atom is calculated by using the unperturbed wave function obtained with the Hartree-Fock-Slater approximation and compared with the result obtained by the simple analytical method. The numerical results agrees with an experimental results for the lowest excited states of He atom with tolerance 3.22%, 2.16%, 2.94% and 3.41%. These results show that the numerical analysis can be applied to other multielectron atoms with the personal computer.

Because of continuous change of traffic patterns and increase in traffic volume, effective signal traffic systems should require signal system. Which can flexibly manage road situations that have been changed every hours. In this paper, we study system that can control the intersection signal autonomously with the analysis of situations related to intervals of inter-section signal and traffic volume. We propose the method that fuzzy logic controller(FLC) which is applied to fuzzy logic control traffic signal. In order to prove higher performance of the FLC presented in this paper, We have compared the regular signal systems with fuzzy signal systems.

The scattering cross section in model atom is the physical quantity which is susceptible of a reasonably direct experimental measurement and which at the same time lends itself readily to calculation, and which establish contact between scattering theory and scattering experiment to assist each other. We have calculated the differential cross section and total cross sections of electrons by targets which are Cu, S, He, Ne, Ar on the ground state without the targets distortion with the Born approximation and the Eikonal approximation. the electron energies are in the range up to about 1.3 ev∼10 kev. The potential used to represent the interaction between atom and electron in our calculation is the same as that is used by Lens-Jensen in the evaluation of the cross-sections. We used the Gauss Legndre quadrature for our numerical integration in our differential equations.
동시회전 정식화를 이용한 트러스 구조의 비선형 거동 해석

In the present study, it is considered both geometrical and material nonlinearity for the analysis of the structures, and compared with the singular point position of the elastic and elasto-plastic behavior. The formulation methods use Total Lagrangian formulation. Updated Lagrangian formulation, corotational formulation. The elasto-plastic analysis apply the incremental stress-strain method, radial return algorithm, and piecewise linear method with the experimental data. The method applied go find the singular points combines the arc-length continuation method and the extended system. In the geometrical nonlinear analysis, corotational formulation is tested with the benchmark problems which include the large strain. The elasto-plastic analysis to solve the approximate solution without iteration process introduce the strain function which compared with the effective strain and the experimental data. It is compared with the singular points location of the elastic behavior and that of the elasto-plastic behavior. In the present study, it find the basically information that the difference among the formulation methods, the effect of the elastic and elasto-plastic behavior, and the position of the singular points have a affect the buckling behavior of structures.
DEA모형을 이용한 유망 정보통신산업 선정에 관한 연구

이 논문은 정부에서 중점 육성하고자 하는 30대 정보통신핵심분야에 대한 기술 및 시장전망을 토대로 기술개발 핵심분야와 경쟁력 확보분야로 나누어서 유망 수출품목을 선정하고, 각 품목에 대한 유망시장 탐색 및 진출전략을 살펴보려는 것을 주요 내용으로 삼는다. The confluence of information and telecommunications technologies is creating explosive changes in the various of industries. Since some major industries in information and telecommunication areas have boosted up the national economic growth, it is needed to identify such industries being supported for improving competitiveness. In this paper, we consider an evaluation model to identify some major industries in information and telecommunication areas by using DEA. Applying the model, we can obtain the relative efficiency, we can select several major industries among alternative ones for improving their competitiveness by some effective strategies. Recent advances in information technologies have paved the way for an explosive growth in the area of information and telecommunication industries. Since some major industries in information and telecommunication areas have boosted up the national economic growth, it is needed to identify such industries being supported for improving competitiveness. In this paper, we consider an evaluation model to identify some major industries in information and telecommunication areas by using DEA. Applying the model, we can obtain the relative efficiency of each one among alternative from the relative efficiency, we can select several major industries among alternative ones for improving their competitiveness by some effective strategies.

Ogchugyeong is a bible of taoim. Hwaogchugyeong in Korea is a book to be flowed into China at 17 century. Hwaogchugyeong have content with byeonsang(pictures) and sayings. The Book(Hwaogchugyeong) printing as the first edition in Choseon Dynasty contain omissional pages. The second edition by Song Mongsam and Seo Duchu added two pages with a picture and a saying. But untill 2003, the revision omits to do the source book. A beginning for this study make me fulfill the part of omissional pages. As the result, I discovered 480 syllables in the revision. Moreover, Hwaogchugyeong is not the book of taoism bibles in China, by my research for 5 years.

본 연구는 광덕산 일대의 서식지에 따른 조류분포에 관한 연구로서 1997년 4월부터 10월까지 모두 7회 조사하였다. 광덕산 일대에서 관찰된 조류는 총 47종 677개체이며, 우점종은 박새 Parus major (14.18%), 붉은머리오목눈이 Paradoxornis webbiana(13.15%), 까치 Pica pica(9.16%), 직박구리 Hypsipetes amaurotis(5.47%) 순이었다. 농경지 및 개활임지에서 관찰된 조류는 29종 249개체이며, 이중 우점종은 붉은머리오목눈이(24.90%), 박새(15.26%), 오목눈이 Aegithalos caudatus(13.25%)였다. 계곡지역에서 관찰된 조류는 41종 428개체로서 박새(13.55%), 까치(8.41%), 직박구리(8.41%) 등이 우점종들이었다. This survey was conducted during April-October 1997 at the Mt. Kwangduk in Kyanggi-do, Korea. The total of 47 species and 677 individuals were recorded. The dominant species was Parus major (14.18%), Paradoxornis webbianus (13.15%), Pica pica (9.16%). On the cultivated area or open field, a total of 29 species and 249 individuals were sighted among which dominant species were Paradoxornis webbianus (24.90%), Parus major (15.26%), Aegithalos caudatus (13.25%). In the valley area, a total of 41 species and 428 individuals were sighted, among which dominant species were Parus major (13.55%), Pica pica and Hypsipetes amaurotis (8.41%).

Low concentration (??10.16cm??) for boron diffusion was obtained by the diffusion into Si through poly·Si-SiO₂from CBD-BN (Chemical Vapor-Deposited Boron Nitride). Boron concentration distribution was defined by the two boundary diffusion model and any change of oxide layer originating this diffusion are not seen.
교원의 노동조합 설립 및 운영 등에 관한 법률과 교원노조 활동에 대한 교원의 인식 연구

이 연구는 교원의 노동조합 설립 및 운영 등에 관한 법률과 교원노조 활동에 대한 교원의 인식 연구이다. 본 연구에 따르면, 다수의 교사들은 다음과 같이 인식하고 있다. 교원들의 쟁의행위 허용 주장은 「정상적인 업무를 저해하지 않는」 집단행동 허용을 원하고 있기 때문에 법리적으로는 노조법상 쟁의행위가 아닌 국가공무원법 또는 교육공무원법상 단체행동 허용을 의미한다. 교원노조법에 단체 교섭의 대상에 대한 명문의 규정이 없으므로 인사제도, 교육정책·교육과정에 관한 사항이라고 하더라도 교원의 고용과 밀접불가분의 관계가 있는 사항은 단체교섭의 대상이 되어야 한다. 교원노조의 단체협약은 조합원에게만 적용되는 것이 협약의 본래의 성격이나 사용자가 형평성의 원리에 입각하여 임의로 비조합원에게도 적용하기 때문에 교원노조는 단체협약 체결에서 전체교사의 의견을 반드시 수렴하여야 한다. 그리고 교원노조의 가장 중요한 과제는 이념투쟁이 아니라 단체교섭을 통한 현장교육문제의 해결이라는 의견이 지배적이었다. This study has analysed the teacher's understanding of the 'Law for the Teacher's Union, activities and collective bargaining and showed their claims for the desirable activities from Korean Teachers and Educational Workers' Union. This study proposed studying assignments to achieve this kind of studying purpose as follows. First, how do the teachers think of 'Law for the Teacher's Union' and what's its problem? Second, how do the teachers think of teachers' union system and what's its improvement? The sample of this study was 342 teachers who work at an elementary, middle and high schools in Tae-baek City, Kang-won Province. Of 342 questionnaires distributed, 308 were returned (response rate was 90.1%), but of 308 questionnaires unreliable 18 were exempt from the application of these samples. This questionnaire data were composed of 32 questions. This statistical methods for data processing were frequencies analysis and Chi-sqare tests by SPSS to find a correlation between individual variation and each questions. This study was analysed as p<.05 within a significant level The conclusion that resulted from the data analysis were as follow. First, the admission of teachers' union of school unit should be decided through full discussion and profound debate, but in reality, the establishment of school unit is impossible because of conflict problems among the teachers' position Second, the permission of both a collective action and political activities of Korean Teachers and Educational Workers' Union also has to be profoundly discussed because it can be different from teachers' position, their career, or a member of union whether or not. If it is permissible, its permission should only be approved within its limit without a bad influence on study right and teaching-learning, therefore such results are undesirable. Third, according to the law now in force, agenda of collective bargaining is subjected to restriction in elevation of economical and social position of teacher. In spite of being an educational policy now, however, it is necessary for the teachers to expand that as the agenda of collective bargaining as to employment. The dual collective bargaining system of KTEU(Korean Teachers and Educational Workers' Union) and KFTA(Korean Federation of Teachers' Associations) can have an effect of checks and balances. Fourth, a member of union has to act within the limit of the law and manager should reciprocally endeavor to form democratical administration because a conflict between manager and a member of union in school causes a schism between two parts. Finally, collective agreement between the superintendent of education and teachers' union should be entered into an agreement through procedures of collecting sufficient public opinion. the problem which confronts teachers' union should try to find a solution to the problem without being split in teachers' profession. Moreover teachers' union should be in search of a better solution. It is necessary for pressure group, and to act through playing careful attention to the tends of public opinion and policy-making.
