      • 7075 알루미늄 합금재의 피로균열 진전에 관한 연구

        Fatigue crack growth tests were conducted on 26 CT specimens of 7075 Aluminum alloy under identical loading conditions of constant amplitude loads. Fatigue crack propagation law, da/dN=C(△K)m was applied to each specimen and the statical characteristics of C and m among specimen were studied. As results, m follows a normal distribution and C follows a log-normal distribution approximately and strong negative linear correlation on the semi-log axes exists between m and log C, so it can be expressed as C=A*Bm . The average of m is 2.729, the standard deviation is 0.27 and the coefficient of variation is 0.099. The average of log C is -14.93. the standard deviation is 0.618, and the coefficient of variation is 0.041. The Fatigue crack propagation life N from certain crack length a1 to a2 follows a log-normal distribution approximately. And the coefficient of variation of N was about 0.15

        Vertical deformation and lateral flow can occur as a result of the construction of nearby embankments on a soft ground. This paper considered the behavior from a model test that situated pressure berms on the soft ground by trapezodial load., as varied the height and width of the pressure berm and height(H) of the load. But width(B) of the load is equal to all tests. The test results are as follows : 1. Maximum settlement occur at the center of the embankment and ending settlement is to the depth about 1.8B from the ground surface. 2. Maximum uplift location is about 0.3B ∼ 0.4B from the toe of the pressure berm and maximum uplift deformation occur with its height at H/2 without any influence from its width. 3. The width and height of the pressure berm for mimimum uplift deformation is 2H and H/3. 4. Maximum lateral flow occur to the depth at D/3 from the ground surface without any influence from its height and width.

      • 체육수업에서 아동의 집단적·협력적 활동평가를 위한 형성적 평가표 작성방법에 관한 연구

        A new formative evaluation instrument focusing on students' interactive and cooperative behaviors in physical education class was developed, Three hundred and sixty-four Japanese elementary students in the sixth grade participating in 12 PE classes answered to questionnaire consisting of 3D items with 3-point intensity scale. Item analysis canceled 9 items and factor analysis of 21 items based on promax rotation revealed 5 factors, which were named Cooperative achievement, Cooperative thinking, Positive interaction with teammates, Human relations hip in the group, and Motive for cooperative activities. This scale was condensed into 10 items typical of each factor by an applicable selection and had similar factorial simple with consistent reliability (alpha=.75). We could confirm that the average score of this scale had increased through out a "Karada-Hogushi no Undo" unit including six sessions in the sixth grade's PE class (Repeated Measures ANOVA; p<.05) and agreed with "task appropriateness" for students. This scale may be viewed as an useful instrument for assessment and improvement of PE class intending students to interact with one another.

        A method is given for deriving a Lyapunov function for a two-machine power system with nonzero transfer conductances. The assumption required is only mildly restrictive and is likely to be satisfied for practical values of machine parameters. The method shows promise for extension to systems more than two machines.

      • 7075 알루미늄 합금재의 피로균열 진전수명에 대한 확률적 해석 및 시뮬레이션

        For reliability analysis, fatigue crack growth tests were conducted on 26 CT specimens of 7075 Al alloy under identical conditions of constant amplitude loads. Fatigue crack propagation law, da/dN=C(ΔK)? was applied to each specimen and statistical charateristics and correlation of m and C were studied. The variable statistical model for fatigue crack propagation life prediction and the best suitable one of them were examined by computer simulation. In the fatigue crack propagation law, m follows a normal distribution and C follows a log-normal distribution approximately. A strong negative linear correlation on the semi-log coordinates exists between m and log C, and it is C=A*B?. In regard to fatigue crack propagation life prediction model by computer simulation, the model that m and C? are taken to each independent random variable was good agreement with the experimental result.

        In this paper, supposed to solve these problem to PID parameters controller algorithm using ANN. In the proposed algorithm, the parameters of the controller were adjusted to reduce by on-line system the error of the speed of IM. In this process, EBPA NN was constituted to an output error value of an IM and conspired an input and output. The performance of the self-tuning controller is compared with that of the PH) controller tuned by conventional method (Ziehler-Nichols). The effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified thought the Matlab Simulink and experimental results.

      • 마우스에서 전기자극 스트레스의 면역조절 효과

        전기자극 스트레스가 마우스의 면역계에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 체액성과 세포성 면역반응을 조사하고, 이 면역반응 결과에 대한 면역조절 기전을 이해하기 위해 전기자극 스트레스가 사이토카인의 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 생체내 면역반응을 평가하기 위하여 흰쥐 적혈구에 대한 특이항체생성반응은 스트레스군에서 대조군보다 항체생성반응이 감소하였다. DNFB에 대한 접촉성 과민반응 실험에서 T24는 스트레스군과 대조군 간에 차이가 없었으나 T48는 T24에 비해 스트레스군에서 증가를 보였다. Phytohemagglutinin으로 자극된 비장 단핵구의 증식에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 ³H-thymidine incorporation 검사를 실시한 결과 스트레스군에서 대조군보다 세포증식반응이 증가되었다. 전기자극 스트레스에 의한 면역조절 기전을 이해하기 위하여 사이토카인의 유전자 발현을 조사한 결과 스트레스군에서 대조군에 비해 IL-2, IL-6의 유전자 발현이 억제되고 IL-1, IL-12,GM-CSF,MIF등의 유전자 발현에는 대조군과 차이가 없음을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때 전기자극 스트레스에 의해 체액성 면역반응이 저하된 현상은 면역반응 활성화와 항체 생성에 중요한 IL-2및 IL-6 유전자 발현의 억제와 연관이 있을 것으로 생각되며, 스트레스군에서 IL-2 유전자 발현의 억제에도 불구하고 mitogen에 의한 세포증식반응이 증가한 현상을 해명하기 위해서는 보다 다양한 실험조건의 적용이 필요하며 더 나아가 스트레스에 의한 동물의 행동반응 또는 신경내분비계에서 나타날 수 있는 변화들과의 연관성에 대한 계속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. To explore the molecular mechanisms by which electric footshock has immunomodulatory effects, the effects of electric footshock, on the humoral and cell-mediated immune responses of ICR mice and then the gene expression of cytokines in splenocytes, including interleukin-1(IL-1), IL-2, IL-6, IL-12, the migration inhibitory factor(MIF), and the granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF), were investigated. Mice were subjected to electric footshock for 3 days(two sessions a day, 11 footshocks a 31-min session). The humoral response was measured using ICR mice immunized with rat RBC. The cell-mediated immune response was evaluated by contact. hypersensitivity to 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB) and by phytohemagglutin(PHA)-stimulated splenocytes proliferation assay. In the stressed group, electric footshock suppressed significantly the anti-rat RBC antibody(P<0.05), but enhanced significantly T48 relative to T24 in contact hypersensitivity(P<0.01) and T-cell proliferation response(P<0.05) by PHA stimulation relative to the control group. The gene expression of IL-2 and IL-6 were suppressed significantly in PHA-stimulated splenocytes, but that of IL-1, IL-12, GM-CSF and MIF were not. In conclusion, suppressed IL-6 gene expression seems to account for suppressed humoral immune response. In spite of enhanced cell-mediated immune response, the result is that IL-2 gene expression was suppressed, which suggests the two putative mechanisms. Firstly, while in the stressed group production of IL-2 occurs rapidly and thereafter declines abruptly, in the control group that of IL-2 occurs slowly and thereafter declines gradually. Secondly, there may be certain detouring circuits extending the signal conduction system by IL-2 except the usual signal conduction system.

        Digital image compression is needed more and more in data communication for various purpose. A new image compression method, based on morphological transformation, is presented in this paper, The object in an image can be compressed without any loss information by an iterative erosion operation. The original image is restored by the iterative dilation operation with the same structure element. God result is obtained in binary image data compression. The important characteristic of this method is that the compressed data may be used directly to analysis an image.

        항균성 펩타이드인 Mastoparan B의 살조효과

        Mastoparan B (MPB)는 벌독으로부터 정제된 양친매성α-helical 구조를 취하면서 14개의 아미노산 잔기로 구성된 염기성 항균성 펩타이드로서 여러 가지 생물막과 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 연안의 적조 (HABs, harmful algal blooms)를 일으키는 4종의 적조생물 (Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella catenatum)에 대한 MPB의 살조효과를 조사하였다. MPB의 4종의 적조생물에 대한 살조효과는 31.3㎍/㎖에서 세포의 lysis또는 ecdysis와 같은 형태로 현미경으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 MPB는 C. marina 및 C. polykridorides에 대해서 A. tamarense와 G. catenatum보다 더욱 강한 살조효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 MPB의 HABs에 대한 살조효과연구는 새로운 살조물질을 개발하기 위한 자료가 될 것으로 생각된다. Mastoparan B (MPB), an antimicrobial cationic peptide isolated from the venom of the hornet Vespa basalis, is a basic amphipathic a-helical peptide composed of fourteen amino acid residues. In this study, we have investigated the algicidal effect of MPB against hatmful algae blooms (HABs) casative Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella marina, Cochlodinium polykrikoides and Gymnodinium catenatum. The algicidal effect of MPB showed in the concentration of 31.3 ㎍/㎖ to 500 ㎍/㎖ against 4 HAB species and observed cell lysis or cell ecdysis by microscopy. MPB reacted more sensitive to C. marina and C.polykrikoides than A. tamarense and G. catenatum. The algicidal study of MPB against HABs will provides much insight into development of new algicidal substances.
