      • 예비유아교사들이 인식한 좋은 유아교사의 특성

        The purpose of this study was to understand the characteristics of good early childhood teacher that preservice teachers thought. The subjects of this study were 232 preservice teachers. We used open questionnaire, and analyzed qualitatively the meanings. In this research, the participants thought the good early childhood teacher as a mother who cares for with love, a true friend of children, an intellectual teacher who has practical knowledge, a person who can control emotion and have good personality model, and a person with faith and passion. Preceding researches have had fixed images of early childhood teacher as a person who has good personality and professional knowledge and skill. But this study pointed out more various characteristics of good early childhood teacher.

        Food coordinator is coordination what the food is many kind of subject and people are satisfied, with their mind that food space is offered by coordinator. Food coordinator base spirit is understanded the other party position and new creation for mind by mind harmony. It exist independent center of specialist for the food that they are lots of kind abundant experience and status table coordinator, food designer, product menu developer, restaurant producer and dietary adviser. It is related with many kind of specialist, food adviser, catering service, menu development, product development and food merchandising. This monograph was considered general food coordinator and Japan food coordinator of the present condition, development direction. Afterwards, food world is getting to develop for food coordinator to bright future. Therefore, food coordinator is the exact meaning by this monograph and it is an opportunity for concerned and understanded many people.

      • 대학급식의 미생물적 품질보증을 위한 HACCP의 적용 : 참치샐러드 Tuna Salad

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microbiological quality, and to assure the safety of the food production process in the university foodservice facilities in accordance with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) concepts. The kitchen layout and time-temperature relationship, miciobiological quality(total plate count, coliform) were assessed to identify the critical point during each of the production phases. The results were as follows: 1) The kitchen layout had to be improved because contamination area was not separated from non-contamination area, and work table was in contact with washing sink. 2) Some employee did not follow personal hygiene standards(hand washing), and did not wear proper working uniforms(hair restraints). 3) The production time of tuna salad was 120 min, and environment temperature was 20.1~26.0℃. Improper receiving temperature, inproper holding practices(without cover at room temperature) were observed. 4) In the purchasing phase of the raw materials, the microbiological quality of green pepper was not at acceptable level based on the TPC(2.3×10^6CFU/g)and coliform(>14,000 MPN/g). During washing phase TPC was decreased about 3 log cycle. After cutting and holding phase the level of TPC and coliform were increased rapidly. At serving phase the microbiological quality of tuna salad were not at acceptable level(TPC 3.3×10^6 CFU/g, coliform 11,000 MPN/g) according to the standard set(TPC <10^5 CFU/g, coliform <100 MPN/g) by Sorberg et al. 5) For tuna salad, critical control points were purchasing and receiving of fresh vegetables, washing, cutting, holding, mixing and serving phase.

      • 대학생의 식행동과 음식 기호도

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the eating behaviors and food preferences of university students. The survey was carried out through questionnaire and the subjects were 250 students in Chungbuk National University. Results showed that eating behaviors and food preferences of university students were concerned with general status. And most of the lodgers and the cooking food for themselves showed that their eating behaviors were irregular. As the result, It is necessary that university students were taught eating behaviors and food preferences right.

        침적 모형에 의한 습성침적 플럭스 수치모의

        The purpose of this study is to estimate wet deposition flux and to investigate wet deposition characteristics by using the ADOM model. Wet deposition flux of high reactive SO_2 is estimated by applying observed meteorological parameters and concentrations of chemical species to the ADOM model. Wet deposition is largely dependent on large scale precipitation and cloud thickness. Wet deposition flux of sulfate increases, but wet deposition flux of SO_2 is small. On the whole, the pattern of sulfate flux agrees with the typical pattern of sulfate wet deposition that is high in the summer(July) and low in the winter(January)

      • 정상과 만성염증성 활막배양세포에서 Corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)이 cyclooxygenaase-1(COX-1)과 cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) mRNA발현에 미치는 영향

        Corticotropin-releasing hormone(CRH) is a major regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitaryadrenal axis(HPA). In inflammatory stress, the cytokines TNF-, IL-6 stimulate the production of CRH, a 41 amino acids neuropeptide, in the hypothalamus. The release of CRH leads to pituitary production of adrenocorticotropic hormone, followed by glucocorticoid secretion by the adrenal cortex. Glucocorticoids suppress namy components of the inflammatory process. Recently, CRH and CRH receptor were reported to be located in the periphery such as Immune system and chronic inflammatory sites as rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Cyclooxygenase consisted of two isoforms, COX-1 and COX-2, converts arachdonate to prostaglandins(PGs) which are important mediators of inflammation. insymoviocyte in RA, it was described that COX-2 mRNA was markedly increased by inflammatory agents, PMA or IL-1 and COX-1 transcripts were not modulated. We examined the modulation of COX by immune CRH in cultured normal and rheumatoid synoviocytes. Our results were shown that COX-1 mRNA expression decreased with the each stimulation of PMA and IL-1 in normal synoviocyte. In RA synoviocyte, PMA and IL-1 were increased mRNA expression of COX-1. In simultaneous treatment with CRH, PMA group was decreased, but IL-1 group was increased mRNA expression of COX-1. COX-2 mRNA expression was slightly increased by the treatment with PMA and highly increased by IL-1. After CRH treatment, PMA and IL-1 addictively increased COX-2 mRNA expression. We think that these results are contributed to the influence of increased cANP by CRH on the promoter of COX-2 in normal and synoviocytes. Because many cytokines, neuropeptides, and signal transduction pathways are involved in chronic inflammation, the exact role of CRH on inflammation is not fully elucidated. To achieve this goal, further experiments are needed.

      • 도재표면 처리제가 복합레진과 도재와의 결합에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the effect of porcelain primer on bonding of composite resin to porcelain surface. In order to test the bond strength between porcelain and composite resin, porcelain cylinders were embedded in acrylic resin, and polished with 240grit silicone carbide paper. The specimens were divided into twelve groups. All specimens were treated with three porcelain primers and bonded with five composite resins. All test groups were stored in 37℃ distilled water for 48hours. Shear bond strengths were measured with Instron(Model 4201) at a cross-head speed of 1㎜/min. The obtained results were as follows : 1. Scotchprime/SiluxⅡ group and BISCO Porcelain Primer/Bisfill group showed significant higher bond strengths than Clearfil Porcelain Primer/Photo clearfil Bright group(p<0.05). And there was no significant differences in bond strengths between Scotchprime/SiluxⅡ group and BISCO Primer/Bisfill group(p>0.05). 2. When composite resins were used with Scotchprime, the bond strengths were decresed SiluxⅡ(16.68±3.35 MPa), Bisfil(16.23±4.54 MPa), Poly-Fill(14.74±4.08 MPa), Photo Clearfil Bright(13.75±2.89 MPa) and Pekalux(14.74±4.08 MPa) in order, but there was no statistical significance(p>0.05). 3. When composite resins were used with BISCO Porcelain Primer, the bond strength were decreased Bisfil(16.17±1.60 MPa), SiluxⅡ(12.13±2.37 MPa), Poly-Fill(10.78±1.99 MPa), Photo Clearfil Bright(9.91±4.59 MPa) and Pekalux(7.36±2.16 MPa) in order, but there was no statistical significance(p>0.05). 4. SiluxⅡ, Photo Clearfil Bright and Poly-Fill used with Scotchprime showed significant higher bond strengths than BISCO Porcelain Primer(p<0.05).

        EFFECT OF EUGENOL AND CAPSAICIN ON THE VOLTAGE-DEPENDENT ION CHANNELS OF TRIGEMINAL AFFERENTS

        삼차신경절의 뉴런이 구강악안면영역에서의 촉각, 압각,온도각 및 통각 등 다양한 감각을 중추신경계로 전달하는 역할을 하는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 신경전달에 있어서 이온통로는 감각정보를 전달하는데 핵심적인 역할을 수행하며 특히 소디움 통로는 활동전위의 발생에 중요하다. 소디움 통로는 tetrodotoxin-sensitive(TTX-5) 및 tetrodotox-in-resistant(TTX-r) 통로로 나누어지는 데 이 중 TTX-r 통로에 발생되는 tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium cur-rent(TTX-r INa.)는 capsaicin에 민감한 일차구심신경세포에서 유해자극에 의해 통각신호를 발생시키고 전달하는데 중요하다. 또한 칼슘 통로는 시냅스 전토에 있어서 필수적인 역할을 수행하고 있다. 한편 치과영역에서 치수의 진정 목적으로 eugenol이 흔히 사용되고 있다. 그러나eugenol의 그 작용 기전에 대해서 현재까지 이온통로에 대한 상세한 결과가 없는 실정이며 최근의 보고에 의하면 eugenol이 capsaicin수용기를 통하여 감각신경에 대한 억제작용을 나타낸다고 한다. 따라서 본 실험은 eugenol과 capsaicin이 흰쥐의 삼차신경절의 TTX-r INa와 칼슘통로에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고 eugenol이 capsaicin 수용기를 통하여 작용하는지를 검증하고자 시행되었다 삼차신경절 뉴런은 100-150g의 흰쥐의 삼차신경절로부터 외과적으로 절제하여 통법의 화학적 및 기계적 처리를 통해 단일세포로 분리하였고 이를 Whole-cell patch clamp 방법을 이용하여 시행한 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.1mM의 dugenol은 흰쥐 삼차신경절 뉴런의 TTX-r INa.와 HVA INa.를 억제하였다. 2.1㎛의 capsaicin은 흰쥐 삼차신경절 뉴런의 TTX-r INa 와 HVA INa 를 억제하였다 3.Capsazepine은 capsaicin의 HVA ICa 에 대한 억제작용을 차단하였다. 4.Capsazepine은 capsaicin의 HVA ICa .에 대한 억제작용을 차단하지 못하였다. 결론적 으로 eugenol과 capsaicin은 tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium current(TTX-r INa )와 high voltage-activated calcium current(HVA ICa )를 모두 억제하는 것으로 나타났으며 , 이러한 작용이 통각의 발생과 시냅스 전달과정을 차단하여 치수 진정 목적으로 많이 사용하는 eugenol의 작용기전으로 판단된다. 한편 capsaicin의 길항제인 capsazepine을 전처치하였을 때에도 eugenol의 HVA ICa 에 대한 억제효과는 변화가 없었다. 이와같은 결과로 보아 HVA ICa 에 관한한 eugenol은 capsaicin 수용기를 통하여 나타나지 않는 것으로 사료된다.

        Heian Dynasty era was the palmy days of women's literature. Murasakisikibu wrote "Genzimonogatari". She served at court under the queen Syoushi. I studied "Murasakisikibu's Diary". That was especially about Murasakisikibu's talent as an author of "Genzimonogatari". I found Murasakisikibu's critical thought. That was the basis of "Genzimonogatari".
