Objectives : The propose of this study was to observe the correlation between Cervical hypolordosis and radiological result. Methods : We randomly selected among the 110 patients with X-ray and C-spine MRI films who have visited Jaseng Hospital of Oriental Medicine with neck pain. Radiographic measures of cervical lordosis and herniated disc were collected, and statistically analyzed. Results : In this study, if the finding of a X-ray showed straightening of cervical lordotic curve, based on MRI finging, the amount of herniation was more severe. Conclusions : There was a significant correlation between Cervical hypolordosis and herniated disc. Hypolordosis group complained a severe herniated disc.

PKI을 기반으로한 하이브리드 메시징 시스템 설계 및 구현

본 논문은 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)를 기반으로 기존의 일반 우편과 전자 메일을 통합한 하이브리드 메시징 시스템 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 사용자는 웹 브라우져 상에서 메일을 작성하여 웹서버로 전송하고, CGI(Common Gateway Interface)프로그램은 웹 서버를 통해 받은 메일을 우체국 전자 메일 서버로 SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)를 이용하여 전송한다. 관내 우체국에 설치된 하이브리드 메시징 시스템의 후처리 프로그램은 자신의 관내 우체국에서 처리해야할 메일을 POP3(Post Office Protocol 3)프로토콜로 가지고 오고 인쇄한 후 배달한다. 또한 사용자는 인증 기관으로부터 받은 서명 비밀키를 이용하여 전송할 메일을 서명할 수 있으며 우체국 웹서버의 공개키를 이용하여 전송한 메일을 암호화한다. The paper is a design and implementation of the Hybrid Messaging System as integrating electronic mail system and common mail system based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure), A user writes mail through Web Browser and sends the mail to Web Server. CGHCommon Gateway Interface) program sends the mail that was received through the Web Sever to Post Office Electronic Mail Server using SMTP(SimpleMail Transfer Protocol), The End Process program of the Hybrid Messaging System in a Post Office fetches the mail from the Post Office Electronic Mail Server using POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3), prints it and deliver it to recipients, Also, the Hybrid Messaging System is able to sign the mail with a sign private key that the Certificate Authority publics for users and encrypts the mail with a public key of the Post Office Web Server.

의치 재이장 재료와 금속의치상간의 결합력에 관한 연구

Relining and rebasing are essential for long-term success and oral health in removable prosthodontics. Major features of failures between metal base and relining resins are adhesive failure due to lack of chemical bonding. The purpose of this study was to find a better metal primer and metal surface treatment method that enhance the bonding strength with relining resin materials. The surfaces of ticonium alloys were treated with $25{\mu}m$ sandblasting (Group A), stone wheel(Group B), stone wheel and EZ oxisor(Group C), $75{\mu}m$ sandblasting(Group D) and EZ oxisor application after $75{\mu}m$ sandblasting(Group E). They were subdivided into no primer application (Group I), MR bond application(Group II) and Metafast bonding liner (Group III). Then specimens were completed though being bonded with relining resins. The specimens were stored in $38^{\circ}C$ water for 48 hours and tensile strength was measured using the universal testing machine. The results were as follows, 1. Primer application groups showed higher bond strength than no primer application group(p<0.05). 2. In comparison with primer application groups, MR bond group showed higher bond strength than Meta fast bonding liner application group(p<0.05). 3. In comparison with surface treatment methods, Bond strengths of group A and B were significantly different with group C, D, and E, and group C were significantly different with group D, and E in no primer application group()(0.05). In primer application groups, group A, B, C were significantly different with group D and E(p<0.05). According to results of this study, Metal primer application and metal surface roughening were considered to be advantageous for relining of metal base dentures.

호메로스 서사시의 구조연구

아킬레우스와 오뒷세우스가 많은 면에서 서로 반대되는 영웅이라 것은 부인할 수 없다. 일리아스와 오뒷세이아 역시 그러하다. 그러나 이 모든 차이점에도 불구하고, 이 두 서사시에는 주인공들을 다른 인물들과 구별 짓는 공통적이고 일관된 영웅성에 대한 개념이 있다는 것을 말하고 싶다. 각각의 영웅들은 시가 진행되면서 배우고 발전하다가, 마침내 새로운 종류의 명예를 얻게 된다. 이 명예는 우리가 알고 있는 어떤 영웅 전통의 것과도 다른 것이다. 이 논의는 몇 개의 소제목으로 구성된다. 즉, 죽음의 경험과 수락, 동정심, 새로운 영웅성으로서의 휴머니티이다. 물론, 인간 삶의 고통 자체는 변치 않고 남아 있다. 아킬레우스도, 오뒷세우스도 복받은 신들의 삶과 대비되는 인간 삶의 피할 수 없는 진실을 잘 알고 있다. 신들은 인간보다 아름답고, 강하다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 이 두 영웅들은 신들을 능가하는 배포가 담긴 자기 결정을 내릴 수 있는 존재들로 성장한다. 호메로스는 양 시의 막바지에서, 이 두 영웅의 휴머니티에 기반한 영웅성을 보여준다. 그렇다면, 가장 위대한 영웅들이 했던 것과 마찬가지로, 우리 독자들 역시 똑같은 인간조건 아래에서 관용과 연민이라는 참된 영웅적 가치를 추구할 수 있게 된다. 시인은 이렇게 영웅들과 독자들 사이에 놓인 간격을 메워낸다. It is undeniable that Achilles and Odysseus are opposites in many ways. So are the Iliad and the Odyssey. Despite all the differences, I argue that there is a common coherent conception of heroism in both epics, which differentiates both heroes from other characters. Each hero undergoes a character evolution in the course of the poem. At the end, Achilles and Odysseus win a new sort of honour which is different from anything we know in the heroic tradition. The discussion will be made under a number of headings: Experience and Acceptance of Death, Pity, New Heroism of Humanity. We are repeatedly told that the heroes were much bigger and stronger than we are. No matter how we try, we cannot hope to have that sort of greatness. However, Homer introduces us a new heroism of Achilles and Odysseus at the end of each poem, based on humanity. Then, we also could pursue a truly heroic value of pity and magnanimity as the greatest heroes themselves did, under the same human condition. In this way, Homer fills the gap between heroes and us.

비용편익분석의 한계, 그리고 사법심사 -환경행정작용을 중심으로-

환경행정분야에는 해당 행정작용(특히 재량행위)의 타당성을 입증하는 핵심적 근거로 비용편익분석결과가 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비용편익분석이 실제 어떻게 수행되는지, 그리고 비용편익분석을 어떻게 수행하는 것이 타당한지, 그리고 비용편익분석이라는 방법론이 어떠한 한계점을 가지고 있는지를 환경행정에 관한 사례를 중심으로 살펴본다. 그 후 이러한 비용편익분석에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 비용편익분석과 관련한 사법심사의 여러 쟁점들을 검토한다. 특히 행정부가 행한 비용편익분석 결과물에 대해 어디까지 사법부의 통제가 미치는 것이 적절한지, 새만금 판결을 중심으로 살펴본다. Cost Benefit analyis has been widely used in order to demonstrate whether agency has exercised its discretion reasonably. This paper reviews the mechanism of cost benefit analyses and what is the proper way of carrying out a reliable cost benefit analysis, especially with regard to environmental regulation. Since cost benefit analysis has many shortcomings, this paper tries to articulate those points and introduce many attempts trying to overcome them. With these understanding, this paper discuss the appropriate scope of judicial review with respect to cost benefit analysis carried out by an agency. Special attention has been given to Supreme Court of Korea`s Saemangeum ruling.

호메로스 문헌학의 위기 - 『오뒷세이아』에 대한 분석론과 구송시학에 대한 소고 -

본 논문은 『오뒷세이아』를 둘러싼 분석론과 구송시학의 주요 입장들을 텔레마키아를 중심으로 검토한 후 그 의의와 한계를 밝히는 작업이다. 초기 분석론은 현재의 『오뒷세이아』가 오뒷세우스의 귀향을 다룬 시와 텔레마키아의 결합이라고 주장하였고, 후기 분석론은 텔레마키아를 후대의 창작으로 보았다. 이후 구송시학이 등장하였으나, 이들의 주장과 태도는 분석론과 본질적으로 유사하였다. 특히 Lord의 핵심개념인 멀티폼(multiform)은 사실상 분석론자들이 상정했던 다중저자 가설과 별반 차이점이 없었고, Foley 역시 텔레마코스의 이야기와 오뒷세우스의 귀향이야기를 분리하려 애썼던 분석론자들의 파괴적인 독법을 답습하였다. 구술공연의 맥락을 강조하는 Nagy와 Martin 역시 현재 『오뒷세이아』의 텍스트의 가치를 폄하한다. 구송시론자들은 『오뒷세이아』의 예술적 단일성을 부인하였고, 분석론자들이 제기한 문제들을 낯선 용어로 덧씌워 재천명하고 있다. 더욱 심각한 것은 분석론과 구송시학이 공유해 온 맹목적인 자기확신과 교조적인 태도이다. 『오뒷세이아』읽기의 어려움 앞에서, 분석론과 구송시학은 서로 이름만 다른 같은 대답이었던 다중저자와 다중전통이라는 만능열쇠의 유혹을 뿌리치지 못하였다. 한편, 분석론과 구송시학의 문제점이 단일론의 정당성을 자동적으로 확보해주는 것은 아니다. 현재 호메로스 문헌학에서는 이 교착상황의 타개가 시급히 요구되고 있다. In this paper, I will show how analysts and oralists have labored under the deconstructive assumptions and prevented a proper understanding of the Odyssey. Kirchhoff and his students claimed that the Odyssey was not composed, but compiled. Some later analytical critics argued that the Telemachy was composed not as an independent poem, but as an expansion of the Urodyssee. Oral poetry theory has been generally regarded as the impetus to the demolition of the central tenets of the analytical school. But this is far from the truth. At least in understanding the Telemachy, many influential oralists have simply restated the analytical belief in their own terms. Lord’s notion of ‘multiformity’ seems to differ little from ‘multiple authorship’ of the analysts. Focusing only on the hero’s return story pattern, Foley widely neglects the entire story of Telemachus in the Odyssey. In this way, he follows the unproductive reading of early analysts who tried to separate Odysseus’ return and Telemachus’ story. Nagy and Martin who assert our Homeric texts are based on oral performance, share the analytical belief. Just as many analytic critics have evaluated our Odyssey as being of inferior quality in contrast to the hypothetical Urodyssee, they downplay the value of our inherited Homeric texts. Being confronted by the difficulty in understanding the Odyssey, both analytical critics and oralists succumbed to the temptation of a facile passe-partout, namely, multiple authorship or multiple tradition which are two different names for the same answer. Of course, the problem cannot be solved in such a mechanical way. However, the Unitarian school has not given decisive arguments on a deeper level. The argument over the Homeric Question is not closed and further exploration might prove illuminating or even necessary.

호메로스의 휴머니티 -『오뒷세이아』의 구혼자 살육을 중심으로-

본고의 목표는 구혼자들의 악행의 본질이, 영웅의 재산과 아내에 대한 그들의 탐욕에 있는 것이 아니라, 인간가치에 대한 전면적인 파괴라는 것을 보이는 것이다. 이해를 돕기 위해, 구혼자들과 많은 유사성을 보이는 폴뤼페모스와의 비교연구가 이루어질 것이다. 한편, 인간가치를 파괴하고, 신들처럼 살고자 하는 구혼자들의 욕구를 이해함으로써, 민담이나 기타 구송 귀향시에 등장하는 남편의 승리와는 근본적으로 다른, 오뒷세우스의 복수의 의미를 좀 더 깊은 차원에서 이해하고자 한다. 구혼자들은 이타카의 실질적인 지배자들로서, 신과 인간을 능멸하며, 인간의 행위를 지배하는 모든 규범들을 무시한다. 그들은 신들과 인간의 경계를 무시한 채, 마치 신들처럼 행세한다. 따라서, 오뒷세우스와 구혼자들의 전투는 인간조건과 인간의 삶을 두고 대립하는 자들의 대결로 파악할 수 있으며, 이는 양립할 수 없는 두 가치의 충돌이다. Homer portrays the crisis of Ithaca by disclosing the evil nature of the suitors. The discussion helps us to understand the quintessence of their evil deeds as a total destruction of human values, not a mere greed on the hero’s possessions and his wife. For a better understanding, it will be discussed through the comparison with Polyphemus who shares many similarities with the suitors. Once their goal is disclosed, we readers view a wider spectrum of the meaning of Odysseus’ revenge on them, which is fundamentally different from any other triumph of a long missing husband in traditional return songs. As de facto rulers of Ithaca (1.394), they ignore gods and men, neglecting all the rules that govern human conduct (1.405-12, 2. 85-128, 2.178- 207, 2.243-56). They blur the boundaries between men and gods. When the suitors are first introduced in the Telemachy, they behave as if they were gods, beyond human limits (1.159-60). They provoke divine anger (1.224-9). Beyond a mere matter of recovery of a throne or restoration of oikos, the confrontation between Odysseus and the suitors should be seen on a deeper level: this is a conflict between two incompatible sets of values, which cannot end unless one or the other party is exterminated.

파라핀으로 캡슐화된 PCM을 혼입한 시멘트 모르타르의 축열특성

This paper investigates the effect of amount of Paraffin-encapsulated phase change material (PCM) on the thermal energy storage of cement mortar for developing energy saving concrete. The PCM with melting point of 44℃ was used in this study. The added amounts of PCM in the cement mortar were 0, 10, 20 and 30% of cement weight. The results indicated that the heat storage properties of cement mortar was improved with increasing contents of PCM.

핸드볼경기의 승패예측을 위한 공격성과 경쟁불안 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of aggression and competitive state anxiety, and to discriminate what is the antecedent variable of outcome in handball game. The subjects for this study totalled 148 handball players. Aggression questionnaire(Byun, 1996; Noh, 1983; Hwang, 1963) and CSAI-2(Martens et al., 1990) were used and got Mean and Standard Deviation. The collected questionnaires were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. In addition, Discriminant Analysis was used for discriminating antecedent variable of game result. As a consequence, the following conclusion was drawn. First, violence in aggression was found to have a positive effect on state confidence. Second, aggression did not discriminate the outcome in handball game. Third, competitive state anxiety discriminated the result of a game as 59.7%.
