Hemophilia 환아의 관혈적 치과치료에 관한 증례보고

혈우병은 성염색체 열성 유전양식에 따라 유전되는 출혈성 질환으로서 응고인자의 결핍이나 결손에 의해 혈액응고 시간이 지연되게 된다. 과거에는 혈우병 환자의 치과치료시 과다출혈의 위험성 때문에 치과시술을 위해서는 입원하여 내과 전문의나 혈액 전문의가 출혈을 조절하도록 하여 치료하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 여겨졌으나, 최근의 혈액응고기전에 대한 이해와 의료기술 발전에 의해 출혈을 좀더 효과적으로 조절할 수 있게 되었다. 본과에 내원한 혈우병 B, 중증과 혈우병A, 중증에 해당하는 환아에서는 관혈적인 치과치료를 시행하여 각각의 과정 및 치료 원칙에 관하여 다음과 같이 보고하는 바이다. 1. 혈우병 환자의 치료시에는 반드시 환자의 내과, 소아과 또는 혈액 전문의와 상의하여 긴밀한 협조하에 치과 치료를 시행하도록 한다. 2. 환자의 치료방법은 환자의 전신상태와 협조도 및, 필요한 시술의 위험성 정도에 따라 결정하도록 한다. 3. 치과치료의 전과 후에 혈액응고인자의 투여 등으로 발생하는 불편과 합병증의 기회를 최소로 하기 위해 치료를 위한 내원 횟수를 가능한 한 줄여주는 것이 바람직하며, 치료시 에는 감염을 예방하고 지혈을 도울 수 있는 치료를 시행해야 한다. With the progress of medical treatment techniques of bleeding control, dental care of the patient with hemophilia has become more convenient. So many surgical treatments can be performed with out-patient. 2 cases of intraoral surgical treatment of children. one with hemophilia B, sever, the other with hemophilia A, severe. While the former was treated under general anesthesia, the latter was treated under local anaesthesia. There are principles: 1.When a patient with hemophilia need dental treatment, the dentist must consult to his physician, pediatrician, or hematologist before dental treatment. 2.When the dentist make a treatment plan, there should be consideration of the general condition, cooperation of the patient and risk of the treatment needed. 3. Minimize the number of times of coming for dental treatment so that reduce the times that need replacement therapy of coagulation factor. And during the treatment, dentist should care of infection and bleeding.
차량용 배기계의 맥동압력으로 인한 도출음과 방사음에 관한 실험적 연구

In exhaust system, internal pulsating pressure and shell vibration greatly affect the exhaust noise and the (surface) radiated noise. This noise is emitted from the tailpipe outlet and the muffler outer wall due to the pulsation of the exhaust gas pressure. This paper describes and analytical study of these characteristics as influenced by exhaust system structure. An exhaust system simulator was used for generating the pressure pulsation. The relationship between pulsating pressure and shell vibration was analyzed. The relationship between the exhaust noise and surface radiated noised was also analyzed.

본 순천향대학교 의과대학 정형외과학 교실에서는 2명의 환자에서 발견된 대퇴골두 골괴사와 함께 발생한 양측 슬관절 골괴사를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 대퇴골두 골괴사가 있는 환자에서 슬관절 동통을 호소하는 경우 연관통 등으로 여겨 간과하기 쉬우며, 대개 고관절의 통증으로 체중부하 보행이 어려운 경우가 많아 통증이 약하게 나타나기도 하기 때문에 관심을 가지고 슬관절 골괴사를 동반하는지 여부를 판단하여야 할 것이다. Osteonecrosis of the knee associated with osteonecrosis of the femoral head was very rare and reported cases were quite rare. We have experienced two cases of osteonecrosis of both knees associated with osteonecrosis of the femoral head. One is a 44-year-old man who had avascular necrosis of the righ femoral head and osteonecrosis of both knees, femoral condyle and metaphysis of proximal tibia. Another case is a 39-year-old man who had osteonecrosis of both femoral head and osteonecrosis of the both knees, medial condyles of both tibias. They were treated with total hip replacement arthroplasty for avascular necrosis of the femoral head and conservatively for osteonecrosis of the knee. If a person complains of pain in hip and knee simultaneously, we should pay attention and rule out osteonecrosis of the knee.
Microprosessor를 利用한 Phase-Shift 回路에 關한 硏究

In this paper, the Phase-Shift circuits using Op-Amp was realized by means of microprocessor, and then Phase-Shift range is expanded into O.5°∼179.2°, the errors are reduced, and Phase-Shift angle was able to select less than 1˚. The distortion of output waveforms are increased between 90˚ and 120˚ due to nonlinear characteristics of FET´s V_(GS), and input voltage is limitted less than 100mv.

In this paper, an ultra wideband(UWB) circular slot antenna fed by tapered microstrip line is presented. The designed antenna is composed of a tapered feed line, a circular slot and a circular patch. Important physical parameters concerned with the wideband characteristic are investigated and optimized. The operational bandwidth of the antenna is from 3.5 GHz to 13.8 GHz. The simulated and the measured data show good agreement each other.

This study proposes the analysis and evaluation method of time series ultrasonic signal using the chaotic feature extraction for degradation extent. Features extracted from time series data using the chaotic time series signal analyze quantitatively material degradation extent. For this purpose, analysis objective, in this study, is fractal dimension, lyapunov exponent and strange attractor on hyperspace. The lyapunov exponent is a measure of the rate at which nearby trajectories in phase space diverge. Chaotic trajectories have at least one positive lyapunov exponent. The fractal dimension appears as a metric space such as the phase space trajectory of a dynamical system. In experiment, fractal(correlation) dimensions and lyapunov exponents showed values of mean 3.837∼4.211 and 0.054∼0.078 in case of degradation material. The proposed chaotic feature extraction in this study can enhances ultrasonic pattern recognition results from degradation signals.
금속사출성형에 의한 중합금 소결체 부품 제조에 관한 연구

In this study we demonstrate that a small complex part of a tungsten-based heavy alloy (W-Ni-Cu) can be readily manufactured by utilizing the metal injection molding (MIM) technology. We use a simple thermoplastic binder system, containing low density polyethylene, paraffin wax, and stearic acid. To remove the organic binder from the molded part, we employ the solvent extraction and thermal debinding processes. Densification of debound parts is achieved by sintering in hydrogen atmosphere. The experimental results of the optimization of process variables to manufacture the heavy alloy part are described, with a brief discussion.
