Carcinous pain is severe and continuous so difficult to alleviate. Western drugs give rise to reation such as anoresia, constipation, voniting, general weakness and dyspnea, And they cause tolerence. External treatment is a way to put a patch or rub a liquid on the skin. The patch and liquid are made from herb medicine. In china, they have a good effect of alleviating carcinous pain to make use of external treatment. Usually they use the medicine with effect of reprecussion(消腫)removing obstruction(散結), activating blood flow and removing blood stasis (活血化瘀)such like Borneloum(水片). Bufonis Venenum (蟾?), Aconiti Ciliane Tubber(草鳥), Arisaematis Rhizoma(南星), Asari herba cum Radice (細辛)etc. We can get the alleviating effect more quickly and prevent reaction through extermal treatment.

This study describes the synthesis and in vitro evaluation of 2-[3- (Cyclopenthloxy) 4-Methoxyphenyl] - Substituted-1-Isoindolinone derivatives substituted on benzene moiety of isoindoline ring for the inhibition of $TNF-{\alpha}$ production. From this study, we have found the 6-C position on isoindolinone ring is an optimal derivatization site. Among the compounds synthesized, 6-ammo-2-[3-(cyclopentyloxy)-4-methoxyphenyl]-1-isoindolinone (6) was the most potent in inhibitory activity of $TNF-{\alpha}$ production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.

This study describes the synthesis, in vitro evaluation and molecular modeling study of novel compounds for the inhibition of TNF-$\alpha$production, Among these compounds, 2-[3-(cyclopentyloxy)-4-methoxyphenyl]-1-isoindolinone (9) was selected as a lead compound and its pyridine derivative 10 was more potent in activity and safer than rolipram.

Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus Infection in a Monocotyledonous Weed (Eleusine indica)

Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) is one of the most important plant viruses belonging to the genus Begomovirus of the family Geminiviridae. To identify natural weed hosts that could act as reservoirs of TY- LCV, 100 samples were collected at a TYLCV-affected tomato farm in Iksan from 2013 to 2014. The sample weeds were identified as belonging to 40 species from 18 families. TYLCV was detected in 57 samples belonging to 28 species through polymerase chain reaction using root samples including five species (Eleusine indica, Digitaria ciliaris, Echinochloa crus-galli, Pani- cum dichotomiflorum, and Setaria faberi) from the fam- ily Poaceae. Whitefly Bemisia tabaci-mediated TYLCV transmission from TYLCV-infected E. indica plants to healthy tomatoes was confirmed, and inoculated to- matoes showed typical symptoms, such as leaf curling and yellowing. In addition, TYLCV was detected in leaf and root samples of E. indica plants inoculated by both whitefly-mediated transmission using TYLCV-virulif- erous whitefly and agro-inoculation using a TYLCV infectious clone. The majority of mastreviruses infect monocotyledonous plants, but there have also been re- ports of mastreviruses that can infect dicotyledonous plants, such as the chickpea chlorotic dwarf virus. No exception was reported among begomoviruses known as infecting dicots only. This is the first report of TY- LCV as a member of the genus Begomovirus infecting monocotyledonous plants.
CIGS 태양전지 제조를 위한 Cu-In-Ga 금속 전구체의 셀렌화 방법 연구

Cu(InGa)Se₂ (CIGS) 태양전지는 박막형 태양전지 중 가장 높은 에너지 변환 효율이 보고 되고 있다. CIGS 태양전지를 제조하는 방법은 3 단계 동시 증착법, 금속 전구체의 셀렌화 공정법, 전기 증착법 등이 있다. 이 중 금속 전구체의 셀렌화 공정법은 다른 제조 방법에 비해 대면적 생산에 유리하고, 비교적 공정 과정이 간단하다는 장점이 있다. 하지만 금속 전구체의 미세구조 및 제조 방법, 셀렌화 공정의 최적화에 대한 연구가 부족하다. 본 실험에서는 후면전극으로 사용되는 Mo 층이 증착된 소다회 유리(soda-lime glass)를 기판으로 사용하였다. Cu-In(4:6), Cu-Ga(6:4) 타겟을 DC 스퍼터링 시스템을 이용하여 금속 전구체를 증착하였다. 이 후 미국 Delawere 대학교의 IEC 연구소와 한국전자통신연구원 (ETRI)에서 금속 전구체의 셀렌화 공정을 진행하였다. 셀렌화 공정 전후의 금속 전구체의 결정 크기와 미세구조의 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 주사전자현미경 (SEM)과 X선 회절 분석기 (XRD)를 사용하였다. 센렌화 공정이 진행된 금속 전구체 위에 버퍼층으로 사용되는 CdS와 전면전극으로 사영되는 ZnO, ITO 층을 합성한 후 에너지 변환 효율을 측정하였다. 최고 효율은 9.7%로 관찰되었다.
