우리나라 스톡옵션제도의 효율적 정립방안에 관한 연구

This study introduces definition, history, merit, demerit, types, economic theory about stock option and illustrates other nations cases and discusses the strategies for the efficient establishment of stock option in Korea. Government must strengthen the regulation to monitor mulfuntions of stock option and deregulate tight action plans. Firms must introduce several, flexible stock option plans, considering firm's characteristics and situations.

Losartan과 Amlodipine의 병용투여에 의한 고혈압 및 혈관재협착 보호효과

Abstract - To examine the protective effect of combination treatment of angiotensin II AT1-receptor blockers (ARBs) with Ca2+ channel blockers (CCBs) for high blood pressure and neointima hyperplasia, losartan and amlodipine were orally injected into telemetered-spontaneous hypertensive rats and vascular injury induced by cuff-inserted neointimal formation model in vivo. For the measurement of blood pressure, random orders of losartan 0, 4.79, 9.58 mg/kg/day, amlodipine 0, 0.48, 0.96 mg/kg/day, or higher/lower doses in combination were administered in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHRs; n=10). For the measurement of neointimal hyperplasia, 9.58 mg/kg/day of losartan or 0.96 mg/kg/day of amlodipine in alone or combination were given for 2 weeks to cuffed C57BL/6 mice (n=6). Our results suggest that the combination therapy of high doses of losartan and amlodipine are effective in lowering systolic blood pressure (SBP) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) as compared with monotherapy of each drug, but not in combined therapy of low doses of two drugs. In protection for vascular remodeling, the combination therapy of losartan with amlodipine synergistically decreased BrdU-positive cells in neointima and DNA synthesis in [3H]-thymidine incorporation by reducing cell proliferation. Therefore, present study implies that combination of losartan with amlodipine may be effective for the treatment of hypertension and vascular remodeling such as restenosis.

有鉤囊尾蟲症 診斷에 있어서 特異 抗原帶의 증명에 관한 硏究

Human cysticercosis caused by the larval stages of cestode Taenia solium is important public health problem in many of the developing countries including Korea. The application of computerized axial tomography has greatly assisted the diagnosis of neurocysticercosis. However many cases require serological examination for diagnostic confirmation. But there are some limiting factors in seroimmunological diagnosis for the detection of antibodies in serum or cerebrospinal fluid. One of the major problems is the non-specificity of the antigens which produce cross reaction with antibodies produced by the presence of other helminthic infections. Especially the sensitive tests such as ELISA are highly dependant on the purity of antigens used. To solve this problem many workers have tried to find species specific components of the antigens. Accordingly, the present studies were performed to determine the antigenic profile of the vesicular fluid and parenchymal antigens of metacestodes of Taenia solium based on SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting techniques. Analysis of human serum reactivities to these antigens gave the following results. 1. The SDS-PAGE of CyF₁ (vesicular fluid antigen) showed protein bands at the 116-200K, 106K, 91K, 63K, 21K and 2 faint bands at 97K, and 80K molecular weight region. Among them first 2 masses of bands were non-specific and the EITB patterns showed species specific reactive bands at the 91K, 63K, and 21K region. 2. The SDS-PAGE of CyL₁ (larval antigen) showed protein bands at the 116-200K, 106K, 91K, 80K, 63K, 43K, 31K, 21K, 14K and many faint bands. Among them, 3 bands at the region of 63K, 43K, and 14K showed species specific reactions. 3. The antibody produced by P. westermani, Sparganum and D. latum infected patients showed non-specific cross reaction with 116-200K, and 106K bands of CyF₁ and all bands of 80K, 116K and 116-200K bands of CyL₁. 4. The band at the region of 63K of both antigen showed strong positive reaction without interference and cross reaction of other helminthic infectons. Serum of nine Cysticercus infected patients examined showed positive reaction at the band of 63K without exception. The high species-specificity demonstrated by the present methods could be used to confirm serologically an infection by Taenia solium metacestodes.

This research is designed for conducing spreading effects of regional economy by analyzing Input-Output Model(i.e. production model, employment model, value model, and income model). These measures of spreading effects in regional economy were determined by precise analyses of feasibility and demands of public businesses. That would be effective and confident polices and supportive for long time in the regional ecinimy. One of the most effectibe analysis on the spreading effects of regional economy is draw up Input-Output Model(IOM). This article, based on 2000 IOM of Busan Area, is focused that how the turbulence level of final demands affected spreading effects of regional economy, such as industrial production, value added, employment, incom etc. Also there were included the analysis of economic analyses of spreading effects on the UEC in the Centum City businesses.

Objectives: To identify whether music therapy is effective for depression and quality of life (QOL) of patients with central nervous system (CNS) injury, using controlled comparison method. Methods: Twenty nine subjects with CNS injury assigned to one of the two groups, music therapy group (therapy group) or control group. Music therapy was applied to fifteen patients in the therapy group twice a week for 5 weeks (10 sessions) with daily physical and occupational therapy, while only physical and occupational therapy were applied to the control group routinely. Depression of all subjects was assessed by Beck depression inventory (BDI) and Hamiltonrating scale for depression (HRSD). QOL was measured with the use of the world health organization quality of life assessment instrument-brief (WHOQOL-BREF). Each evaluation was assessed at the beginning of this study and after 10 sessions’music therapy. Results: The mean BDI scores reduced in the two groups, but the differences were not significant. In the therapy group, the mean score of HRSD was reduced significantly after song psychotherapy for 5 weeks, from 7.6±5.6 to 3.5±4.1 (p<0.05), while it was not significantly reduced in the control group. The mean scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the therapy group were advanced in every domain. In the control group the mean score of social relationships domain was worsen after 5 weeks comparing the mean score at the beginning of this study. Conclusions : The music therapy relieves patients with CNS injury from depression, and it also seems to be able to improve QOL of them.

This study presents the concept of portfolio Insurance widely used in U.S.A & other developed countries as one of Investment management techniques, execution strategies and simulation results by using CPPI strategy - one of portfolio Insurance strategies Simulation results show that CPPI strategy makes not only the investment managers understand easily but also they easily apply the strategy to real situations. But in order to institutional investors apply this technigue effectively, they must analyze the variation and interest rate throughly and consider all real situations.

국제 기술이전 협상 모형에 대한 연구

지식산업사회의 가장 중요한 자산 중의 하나는 과학기술이고, 부가가치가 높은 기술집약적 기업의 경우 기술의 획득 능력이 그 기업의 주요 경쟁력이라 할 수 있다. 기술획득의 방법으로 자체개발. 공동개발. 외부로부터 이전등이 있는데, 본 연구에서는 국내 기업이 외국으로부터 기술도입에 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 국제기술거래시장이 기술제공자가 일방적인 힘의 우위에 있는 판매자시장이지만 국제 기술이전 협상과정에 대한 틀을 제시함으로써 기술도입자인 우리나라 기업의 협상성과를 향상시키는 방안을 모색하기위해 협상환경, 협상과정, 협상성과에 대한 가능한 연구모형을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 우선 기술이전 협상 개념과 조직간 관계에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴본 후. 연구모형을 제시함으로써 향후 국내기업의 기술도입 과정에 대한 전략적 접근 연구를 하기위한 기초를 제공한다.
