      • SCM을 위한 ATP 모델링에 관한 연구

        최근 기업활동의 자재구매, 제조, 보관 및 운송, 유통/판매까지 포함한 공급체인 전체에 대해 통합관리가 중요한 과제로 부각되고 있다. 현대의 고객들은 제품이나 납기, 품질과 같은 부문에서 높은 서비스를 받고 싶어한다. 이에 따라 오늘 날의 대부분의 기업들은 고도의 기술을 요하는 정보시스템의 도입과, POS, Data Mining 등과 같은 기술들을 이용하고 고객의 요구사항들을 적시, 적소에서 파악하여 고객이 요구하는 상품과 서비스를 공급하기 위하여 최선의 노력을 다하고 있다. 최초의 공급자로부터 소비자까지 상품이 전달되는 과정 중에서 재고와 물류기용은 모든 비용의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 이에 대한 비용을 줄이려고 하는 것이 공급체인관리(SCM)의 기본적인 목적이라 하겠다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공급체인관리(SCM)에 대한 개념과 배경, 필요성 등을 정리하고 주요 SCM solution에서 제공하는 기능 및 사용된 방법론을 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 주문 접수 시 주문물량의 가능납기를 산정하기 위한 입력데이터, 고려요소, 연산절차 등을 포함한 ATP(Available to Promise) 모델을 제시한다.

        Chlorpromazine이 백서 해마에서 전기경련 충격에 의한 MAPK 타이로신 인산화에 미치는 영향

        Object : In order to examine the interaction mechanisms of electroconvulsive shock(ECS) and antipsychotic drug at the level of molecular biology, we observed the effect of chlorpromazine pre-treatment on the activation of mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) induced by electroconvulsive shock(ECS) in rat hippocampus Method : Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 2 groups. To the experimental group chlorpromazine(20㎎/㎏) was given intraperitoneally, and to the control distilled water was given instead. Thirty minutes later, ECS was given and the hippocampus was dissected out 2 minutes thereafter. Immunoblotting with antiphosphotyrosine antibody was carried out, and the signal intensity at 42kDa band was quantitized using densitometer. The obtained result was compared by student t-test between the experimental and the control group. The absolute amount of MAPK was measured by immunoblotting with anti-MAPK antibody. Result : The tyrosine phosphorylation of MAPK reached peak at 2 minutes after ECS. However, in the chlorpromazine pre-treated group, the peak level of MAPK tyrosine phosphorylation was significantly attenuated(t=-3.12, df=14, p=0.008) compared to the control. In contrast to this, the absolute amount of MAPK did not differ between the pretreated and the control group. Conclusion : Chlorpromazine attenuated the tyrosine phosphorylation of MAPK by ECS. This finding seems to be related to the fact that chlorpromazine pre-treatment changed the cfos expression by ECS in rat brain. Antipsychotic drug and ECS might interact at the level of MAPK signal transduction system, and this might explained the observed synergistic effect of two treatment modality.

      • Effect of Aspect Ratio on the Mixed Convection of Air in a Horizontal Cylindrical Annulus

        Effect of aspect ratio on the mixed convection of air in a horizontal concentric cylindrical annulus is investigated. There appear two eddies, one eddy or no eddy according to the Rayleigh and Reynolds numbers. Transition Reynolds number as functions of Rayleigh number and aspect ratio is calculated. As the relative gap spacing of an annulus is decreased, the transitional Reynolds number between one-eddy and no-eddy flows is increased for all Rayleigh numbers. However, no general trend is found for the transitional Reynolds number between two-eddy and one-eddy flows as a function of aspect ratio.

      • A Study of Transformational Relative Clause

        This thesis has been treated Relative clause in view of Transformation Grammar: it has been mainly analyzed inherent features or rules of deep structure in the relative clause, in order to explain the characteristics and reIationship of pronouns (who, which, etc.). Relative Clause is the usage for making sentence embedding. In making Sentence Embedding, there are many ways; Relatiue Clause, Noun Phrase Complement, Extraposition, "it" Deletion, Indirect Question, Verb Phrase Complement, and so on. But here is studied only relative clause. Noam Chomsky defined Sulf-embedding as "The phrase A is self-embedded in B if A is nested in B and, furthermore, A is a phrase of the same type as B. For example, it is "Who the boy who the students recognized pointed out." Especially in Self-dominance, Korean is mainly Left-recursiveness and English is mainly Right-recursiveness.

      • 중금속물질이 생쥐 신장사구체에 미치는 영향에 대한 미세구조 연구

        본 실험은 중금속물질이 섭취되었을 때 신장사구체의 미세구조적 변화를 알아보기 위하여 시행하였다. 실험동물로는 체중 25gm내외의 성숙한 마우스(IRC)를 사용하였는데 실험군은 염화제이수은(HgCl₂)을 2mg/kg, 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg씩, 중크롬산칼륨(K₂Cr₂O7)을 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg씩 피하주사하여 사용하였다. 각 실험군은 주사 후 6시간, 3일, 2주일에 희생시킨 후 신장조직을 떼어내어 2.5% glutaraldehyde- 1.5% paraformaldehyde혼합액(0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3)에 다시 고정한 다음, 1% osmium tetroxide(0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3)에 다시 고정하였다. 고정된 조직은 ethyl acohol과 acetone으로 탈수하여 araldite 혼합액에 포매하였으며 포매된 조직은 LKB-V Ultramicrotome으로 얇은 절편을 만들어 uranyl acetate와 lead citrate액으로 염색한 후 JEM 100CX-Ⅱ전자 현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 사구체기저막의 경우, 염화제이수은 투여군은 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg투여군에서, 중크롬산칼륨 투여군은 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg투여군에서 실험초기(6시간과 3일)에 사구체기저막의 전자밀도가 다소 불규칙하고 혹 모양의 물질이 기저막에 침착되었으나 2주일군에서 거의 정상군의 것에 비하여 별다른 변화를 볼 수 없었다. 2. 내피세포의 경우, 염화제이수은 투여군은 2mg/kg, 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg, 투여군에서, 중크롬산칼륨투여군은 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg투여군에서 실험초기( 6시간군과 3일 )에 내피세포 내에 공포와 myelin구조가 자주 관찰되었다. 3. 문어발세포의 경우, 염화제이수은 투여군은 2mg/kg, 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg 투여군에서, 중크롬산칼륨투여군은 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg 투여군에서 실험초기( 6시간군과 3일) 에 팽창된 과립형질내세망의 수조와 납작한 Golgi복합체 수조가 관찰되었다. 4. 혈관사이세포의 경우, 염화제수은 투여군은 2mg/kg, 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg 투여군에서, 중크롬산칼륨 투여군은 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg투여군에서 실험초기( 6시간군과 3일)에 기질내에 전자밀도가 높은 침착물이 관찰되었으며 혈관사이세포의 세포돌기가 내피세포 쪽으로 돌출되어 내피세포의 세포질판에 의해 둘러싸여 있는 모습이 자주 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 마우스가 일정량의 염화제이수은 또는 중크롬산칼륨을 한번 섭취하면 급성사구체신염의 형태학적 특징을 보이나 2주일정도가 지나면 사구체의 경우에는 거의 정상상태로 회복하며, 염화제이수은이 중크롬산칼륨에 비하여 사구체에 더 많은 손상을 준다고 생각된다. This experiment was performed to study the Ultrastructural changes of the renal glomerulus, induced by heavy metallic agents. Healthy adult mice weighing 25gm each were divided into normal an dexperimental grouops. Mercuric chloride(2mg/kg, 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg) or potassium bichromate(5mg/kg, 10mg/kg, 2-mg/kg) were injected subcutaneously to the animals. Animals were sacrificed at 6 hours, 3 days and 2 weeks following the injections. Pieces of tissues were taken from renal corticies, prefixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde- 1.5% paraformaldehyde(0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3), and followed by post-fixation with 1% osmium tetroxide(0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3) Fixed blocks were dehydrated with alcohols and acetone, embedded in araldite mixture, cut with LKB V-ultratome. The ultrathin sections stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate were observed with a JEM 100CX-II electron microscope. The results were as follow: 1. Glomerular basal laminae of the experimental groups showed some alterations, especially in the earlier stage-(6 hours and 3 days) of mercuric chloride-(5mg/kg. 10mg/kg) and potassium bichromate-(10mg/kg, 20mg/kg) treated groups. Irregularity of the electron density and accumulation of electron dense materials were observed. But morphological changes occurred in the basal laminae are generally recovered to normal appearance within 2 weeks. 2. In the glomerular endothelial cells of the mercuric chloride-(2mg/kg, 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg) and the potassium bichromate-(10mg/kg, 20mg/kg) treated groups. a large number of vacuoles and some myelin figures were observed frequently, especially in the earlier grous-(6 hours and 3 days). 3. In the podocytes of the mercuric chloirde-(2mg/kg, 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg) and potassium bichromate-(10mg/kg, 20mg/kg) treated groups. swollen cistern of rough endoplasmic reticulum and flattened cistern of the Golgi complexes were observed in the earlier groups-(6 hours and 3 days). 4. In the mesangial cell of the mercuric chloride-(5mg/kg, 10mg/kg) and potassium bichromate-(10mg/kg, 20mg/kg) treated groups. electron dense deposits were seen within the matrix and protruding cytoplasmic processes of the cells were surrounded by the cytoplasmic plates of the endothelial cells. From the above results. it was concluded that. the mercuric chloride or potassium bichromate induces acute glomerulonephritis on the mice, but ultrastructural changes occurred in the glomerulus after injection of the heavy metallic agents were recovered to normal appearance within 2 weeks. Mercuric chloride was more harmful on the renal glomerulus than potassium bichromte.

      • 연령에 따른 흰쥐 부신의 조직학적 및 면역조직화학적 관찰

        흰쥐 부신의 발생에 따른 형태적 변화를 보기 위하여 임신 20일령, 출생직후, 출생후 7일, 15일 및 30일에 각각 조직을 채취하여 조직학적으로 관찰하고, bovine Sp-1/chromogranin 항혈청을 이용하여 면역조직화학적으로 관찰하였던 바 조직학적으로 임신 20일령과 출생직후의 부신에서는 수질과 피질의 구분이 불명확하였으며, 크롬친성모세포가 단독 또는 집단으로 관찰되었다. 또한 출생후 7일령부터는 피질과 수질의 구분이 명확해졌으며 크롬친성모세포의 출현은 관찰되지 않았다. 한편 bCG 면역반응세포들은 임신 20일령의 흰쥐 부신에서는 면역반응세포가 관찰되지 않았으나, 출생직후부터 소수 관찰되었으며, 이후 이들 세포의 수는 일령에 따라 증가하였고, 출생후 7일령부터는 약한 면역반응 및 강한 면역반응을 나타내는 두 종류의 세포가 관찰되었다. The histological changes were investigated in the adrenal glands of developmental rats(20 days of gestation, at birth, 7 days, 15 days and 30 days after birth) and the immunohistochemical chages against to bovine Sp-1/ chromogranin antisera were studied. Histologically, the zone of cortex and medulla were nut apparent 20 days of gestation and at birth. In these ages, the undifferentiated cells so called "pheochromoblasts" were observed in the cortex tissue. From 7 days after birth, the zone of cortex and medulla were clearly appearent and no pheochromoblasts were observed in the cortical tissue. Immunohistochemically, no bCG-immunoreactive cells were observed in 20 days of gestation, but a few numbers of these cells were observed at birth, after that the numbers of these cells were increased with ages. From 7 days after birth, two types cells that dark and light immunoreactive cells were detected.

      • 농형호전자의 유효절삭조건에 관한 연구(2)

        This paper proposed on the effective cutting conditions of cage motor rotor by turning. If you want introduce automatic manufacturing system into the cutting process of cage motor rotor, the selections of effective cutting conditions are necessary. The cutting process of cage motor rotor requires the precision and the out of roundness of cage motor rotor. The surface roughness of cutting face, it is very important factor with effect on the magnetic flux density of cage motor rotor. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of cutting conditions. Upon adapting this results, we will improve the production rate in the cutting process of cage motor rotor. As a result, the selection of cutting conditions are important factors to production rate. And these are chosen by the investigations of cutting characters and surface roughness. The experimental result, showed that the increase of cutting speed caused the decrease of cutting force and the high surface integrity. The increase of feed rate and increase of depth of cut caused the increase of cutting force and surface roughness. Thus, the effective cutting conditions of cage motor rotor by turing are cutting speed 291m/min, feed rate 0.10mm/rev, depth of cut 0.05mm.

        韓茵蔯蒿湯이 알코올 투여로 유발된 흰쥐의 고지혈증과 간 손상의 예방에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : This study was performed to compare the effect of water extracts from Hanlnjinho-tang on hyperlipidemia and liver damage induced by alcohol. Methods : Except for the normal group, we fed rat on 25% alcohol for 55 days. And each extract was administrated for the same period. We measured the serum component in rat's blood, body weight and weight of liver. Results : 1. At first, we observed effects of Hanirijinho-tang on hyperlipidemia induced by alcohol. Hanirjinho-tang group showed significant decrease of total cholesterol and triglyceride in comparison with those of the control group. Haninjinho-tang group showed significant increase of HDL-cholesterol in comparison with those of the control group. Haninjinho-tang group didn't show significant increase of body weight in comparison with those of the control group in 4weeks and 8weeks. 2. At second, we observed effects of Haninjinho-tang on liver damage induced by alcohol. Haninjinho-tang group showed significant decrease of LDH, GOT in comparison with those of the control group. Haninjinho-tang group didn't show significant change of ALP, GPT in comparison with those of the control group. Haninjinho-tang group showed significant increase of liver weight in comparison with those of the control group. Conclusions : Reviewing these experimental results, it appears that water extracts from Haninjinho-tang have pharmaceutical efficacy on hyperlipidemia and liver damage induced by alcohol. Therefore further additional study should be conducted to elucidate in depth the pharmaceutical efficacy of these.

      • 줄눈 콘크리트포장의 우각부 하중 해석

        This study focused on the development of an alternative stress estimation procedure to instantly calculate the critical stresses bonded concrete pavement. Closed form analysis is commonly used to analyze pavement structures. This type of analysis assumes linear elastic material properties and static loading conditions. The well-known ILLI-SLAB finite element program was used for the analysis. Bonded concrete overlay analyzed the stress distribution, behavior and load carrying . capacity under track load is made evaluation standard of bonded concrete overlay. In the study, the following results were derived ; The properties of strength is that compress and 3-point bending strength of existing pavement is deteriorated with 184 ㎏/㎠, 59 kg/㎠ but compress and splitting tensile strength of overlay is satisfied with 465 ㎏/㎠, 45 kg/㎠. Load transfers is happen at adjacent slab by interlocking under track load. The stress distribution under interior, corner and edge load is described high loading position surrounding then loading position.

      • 삽접법을 이용한 기계접목 메카니즘 연구

        과채류의 재배에 있어서 접목은 작물의 안정적인 생산과 품질 향상을 위해 없어서는 안되는 기술이다. 그러나 지속적인 숙련 노동력의 감소와 농촌 인구 노령화 등으로 나타나는 노동력 부족 현상은 접목묘의 대량생산 공급에 어려움이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기계접목에 있어서 접목법이 간단하며 접합부자재가 불필요한 삽접법을 이용하는 기계접목 메카니즘 개발의 기초연구를 수행하였다. 트레이상의 육묘상태에서 자동으로 접목하기 위한 기계접목의 기초연구로써 1본씩 수동 공급하는 반자동 기계삽접의 메카니즘 개발에 관한 연구로서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 접합부자재를 사용하지 않고 대부분 과채류에 적용가능한 삽접 기계접목장치의 메카니즘을 구성하였다. 2. 오이를 접수로 하고 신토좌와 흑종을 대목으로 하는 기계접목시험에서 모두 98%의 접목성공율을 나타냈다. 3. 1본 수동 공급에 의한 기계접목 시스템을 10초 정도로 접목 성능은 저조하지만 기계접목 메카니즘의 가능성을 확인하였다. Grafting is an important skill for the stable supply and production of high quality. However, the shortage of skillful labor has become great difficulty for a mass production of grafting-seedling. In this study, a suitable mechanism for a grafting machine was developed. The following summarize the results of this study: 1. An insertion method was selected for mechanism of the grafting machine without bonding agent, clip, pin. This insertion-grafting method can be applicable to general vegetables and a mass production system. In addition to, this method is suitable for developing the grafting mechanism. 2. Growing point was removed while remaining both cotyledons on rootstock. The productivity of this system was five fold greater than the one of an experienced labor. 3. The rootstock processing was placed on left and scion processing unit was placed on right of the system, then processed rootstock and scion graft by rotating 180˚. 4. The efficiency tests on mechanical grafting rate showed 98%.
