        Development of a Chest‑Belt‑Type Biosignal‑Monitoring Wearable Platform System

        The purpose of this study was to develop a wearable platform system that can detect and acquire a soldier’s biosignals (i.e., heart activity signal, respiration rate, etc.) in a nonrestrained, unconscious manner. These detected biosignals are transmitted to a processing device to analyze and monitor the soldier’s physical status. To achieve this, textile-based heart activity electrodes and a strain gauge sensor for the respiration signal measurement were developed, and their performances in detecting each signal were verifed. These sensors were embedded in a chest belt to design a wearable platform that can simultaneously measure heart activity and respiration signals. The sensor part of the chest belt has a dual layer structure to detect high-quality signals. Stretch fabric was used on the outer layer and a respiration sensor was attached to the belt. On the inside layer, a non-stretch fabric was used as the base fabric and a heart activity-sensing electrode, that is capable of taking measurements using a modifed lead-II heart activity signal induction method, was embroidered onto the fabric. Subjects were asked to wear the chest belt, and a biosignal processor module was attached to verify the system’s performance while simultaneously acquiring the heart activity and respiration signals. More specifcally, it was confrmed that the two signals were detected in a stable. It is expected that the biosignal-monitoring wearable platform system developed in this study will be able to efectively analyze and monitor soldiers’ biosignals.

        2014년 8월 5일부터 7일까지 경상남도 창녕군 일대에 위치한 대한민국 최대의 내륙 습지인 우포늪 일대를 한국거미연구회 회원(김주필, 예용택, 장지현, 오종화, 예성훈, 유혜성, 채준호, 김태우, 김민섭, 변진관, 성민규, 김지후, 김대희, 김녕, 이정준, 이형민 등 16명)들이 채집 조사한 결과 16과 48속 69종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of the Upo wetland from 5th August to 7th August, 2014. In the present paper 69 species of 48 genera belong to 16 families were identified. These specimens are deposited at the Joo-Pil Spider Museum, Namyangju-Si, Kyunggi-Do.

        2016년 8월 3일부터 5일까지 제주특별자치도 서귀포시 대정읍 마라도 일대를 한국거미연구회 하계 합동채집회에 김주필, 예용택, 최한석, 장지현, 예성훈, 김태우, 김대희, 지승환, 이형민, 이형진, 신정애, 허양미, 이영경, 최라미, 이윤정 등이 채집조사한 결과 15과, 39속, 45종의 거미류가 조사연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of the Mara Island in Jeju Island. In the present paper 45 species of 39 genera belong to 15 families were identified. These specimens are deposited at the Joo-Pil Spider Museum, Namyangju-Si, Kyunggi-Do.

      • 오원천의 식물플랑크톤 군집에 대한 연구

        We carried out a study on phytoplankton community at Owon stream, Jeollabukdo, Korea. The author have examined 83 taxa of the phytoplankton from researched area. These were composed of 5 classes, 11 orders, 21 families, 44 genera, 79 species, and 9 varieties. The composition of occurrence species were as follows: green algae are 48.2%, diatoms are 33.7%, blue green algae are 10.8% and etc(7.3%). Dominant species were Chlamydomonas angulosa, Pandorina morum, Coelastrum microporum, Scenedesmus quadricauda, Staurastrum gracile, Melosira varians, Me. italica, Synedra ulna, Sy. acus, Cocconeis placentula, and Cymbella tumida. The standing crops varied from 1,650cells/ℓ to 47,000cells/ℓ. Phytoplankton density of Owon stream were lower about 8.6 times to a 1,531 times than those of other lakes and rivers in Korea. So, to preserve the water quality in Owon stream we have to manage continuously on the nitrogen and phosphorus.

        식품영양학 전공자를 위한 인턴십 교육 프로그램 개선방안

        This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of current dietetic internship program. The survey sample was dietetic practitioners who were charged with a training for dietetic students. The questionnaire requested information about demographic information, experience of guidance for the dietetic student, self evaluation as trainer, fortification items in university education, and difficulties of the internship program. Data was analyzed using SAS for windows(version 6.12), Descriptive statistics were used such as means. standard deviations. frequency distribution and percentages. Comparison of mean differences was analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. Participants identified how effective the current internship program was. Result indicated that the effectiveness was not high(2.81), and under 29 years old age group, under 6 years work experience group. and contracted foodservice group had positive opinion of the program significantly. Under 29 years old age group, evaluated themselves as a good trainer. The results revealed that respondents wanted to be fortified the practical training courses in school curriculum.

        토지적성평가 개선방안에 관한 연구

        Concerning the national land management of Korea, the disordered development in Semi-agriculture and forestry area has been issued since 1990s. Due to the adoption of Semi-agriculture and forestry area system in 1994, and injudicious encroachments in suburb area, the efficient national land management system is facing to difficult problems. Therefore, the Korean government promoted "the reform of national land use plan" as a part of the synthetic counter-plan for preventing the disordered development of national land. The reform of national land use plan has three areas; preserve-management, product-management, plan-management. With these reasonable divided standards, Land Suitable Analysis is executing properly. In this study, we make definitions of Land Suitability Analysis and Land Classification based on previous researches in those areas. This study analyzes the purpose, the evaluation standard, the merits and demerits as well as grading classifications of L.S.A research in domestic, external area. Throughout this method, we point out problems in L.S.A along with solutions. This research suggests that L.S.A could be used as a practical use for the basic standard information of the city planning and land use planning.

        중학교 2학년 학생들의 활동과제 해결과정 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 활동과제를 해결하는 동안 학생들이 나타내는 수학적 사고와 수학적 창의성을 분석하여 활동과제를 활용한 수학 수업에 대한 교육적 시사점을 찾는 것이다. 중학교 2학년 남학생 2명,여학생 2명을 대상으로 매 차시 120분씩 총 8차시의 실험 수업을 진행하는 사례연구를 실시하였다. 실험 수업의 결과 활동과제는 학생틀에게 그 자체로 동기유발이 되었고,교사에게 의존하지 않으면서 자신의 특성과 수준에 맞는 자연스러운 사고를 경험하게 하여 학습자 중심의 수학 교육을 가능하게 한다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 그리고 학생들이 나타낸 수학적 사고와 수학적 창의성을 Polya의 문제해결과정 4단계에 따라 분석하여,활동과제를 활용한 수학수업에서 수학적 사고와 수학적 창의성을 향상시키기 위한 교수학적 제안점을 도출하였다. The purpose of this research is to provide the fundamental information about mathematics classes based on activism by analyzing mathematical thinking and mathematical creativity students display while solving tasks based on activism. A case study was conducted with two male middle school 2nd graders and two female middle school 2nd graders as subjects, and was composed of a total 8 experimental teaching sessions, each lasting 120 minutes. As result of analyzing mathematical thinking and mathematical creativity students display based on Polya's four Phase of problem solving process/ the type of mathematical thinking were intuitive insight, systematization of information, spatialization/ visualization, mathematical abstraction, inductive reasoning, deductive reasoning, generalization/application, reflective thinking and they were usually displayed collectively, but also independently. 8 types of mathematical thinking at the question understanding phase were displayed, 19 ones at the question understanding phase, 24 ons at the plan-execution phase, 9 ons at the reflection phase. The type of mathematical creativity were fluency, fluency, originality, ingenuity, and they were displayed collectively, but also independently. At the question understanding phase, the type of mathematical creativity were not displayed, 2 types of mathematical creativity at the plan-execution phase were displayed, 3 ones at the plan-execution phase, 4 ones at the reflection phase.

        Free sugars-Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose, Maltose-were isolated from white ginseng, red ginseng, and red ginseng concentrate by HPLC. The results for the content of sugar was as follows: in white ginseng, Sucrose(30.70ppm) > Maltose (7.45ppm) > Fructose(0.42ppm) > Glucose(0.22ppm), in red ginseng, Maltose(33.65ppm) > Sucrose(8.84ppm) > Fructose (0.81ppm) > Glucose(0.43ppm), and in red ginseng concentrate, Sucrose(14.12ppm) > Fructose(9.23ppm) > Maltose(6.86ppm) > Glucose(5.87ppm). Overall results suggest that, in the contents of sugar, monosaccharide(Glucose) is lowest and disaccharide(Sucrose, Maltose) is highest, in all of ginseng.
