      • 원위 대퇴골의 고립성 골연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골 육종 1례 보고

        연골육종은 비교적 서서히 자라며 늦게 전이하는 악성 연골 종양으로 알려져 있다. 골 연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골육종은 발생빈도는 드물며 타부위로의 전이가 적고 악성도가 낮은 경우가 많아 적합한 수술적 치료로서 좋은 예후를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 동국대학교 정형외과학 교실에서는 우측 대퇴골 원위부 골간단부에 생긴 고립성 골 연골종에서 이차적으로 발생한 연골육종을 치험한 바 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A case of Secondary Chondrosarcoma Arising from Solitary Osteochondroma of the Distal Femur Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, College of Medicine, DongGuk University Phil Hyun Chung M.D., Jung Su Hwang M.D., Suk Kang M.D., Yang Mln Kim M.D., Hyung Ho Oh M.D., Dong Ju Chae M.D., Jong Pil Kim M.D. Chondrpsarcoma is a malignant cartilage-forming tumor that grows slowly and metastasis of this tumor occurs in late stage. Secondary chondrosarcomas arising from a solitary osteocartilaginous exostosis are rare and those have a better prognosis than other chondrosarcomas, and they rarely metastasize. We present our experience with a case of secondary chondrpsarcoma arising in solitary osteochondroma of distal metaphysis of right femur with clinical details.

      • 유기농 자재의 시용이 토양의 이화학적 성질과 상추, 가지의 생육 및 체내성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microbial fertilizers on the application of organic farming materials in soil on growth and yields of leaf lettuce, eggplant. Three microbial fertilizers, Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM were used. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application organic arming materials, The amounts of pH, EC, P2O5 and O.M. treated all plot were few of change. 2. Change of soil microbial after application organic farming materials, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in N, P, K treated plot showed the increased tendency, to the contrary, The number of bacteria, actimycetes in Aika, kalen-gold and EMRO-EM treated plot showed the increased, The number of fungi showed the dicreased tendency 3. The application effects of Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM on the growth, yield and components of leaf lettuce and eggplant in comparison with chemical fertilizers plot was not a difference.

      • TNF-α 유전자형과 방광암과의 관계

        연구목적: TNF-α는 일부 종양의 종양화 과정과 관련이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 TNF-α 발현에 영향을 미치는 TNF-α 촉진자 -308 부위의 유전적 다형성이 방광암과 관련이 있는지 유무를 알고자 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법: 유전자 분석을 위하여 환자 113명 및 대조군 109명으로부터 혈액을 채취하여 genomic DNA를 분리한 후 PCR-RFLP 및 direct DNA sequencing을 통하여 TNF-α유전자의 다형성을 조사하여 방광암의 발생, 병기 및 분화도와 비교 검토하였다. 결과: TNF-α 촉진자 -308 부위의 유전형은 대조군에서는 GG형이 83.5%(90례 및 GA형이 16.5%(19례)로 관찰되었으며 AA형은 없었다. 환자군에서는 GG 형이 85.4%(97례), GA형 및 AA형은 각각 13.1%(15례)및 0.8%(1례)에서 관찰되었다. 두 군 모두에서 GG형이 가장 많이 나타났으며 다음으로 GA형을 보이고 AA형은 1례의 방광암 환자에서만 관찰되었다. -308부위의 경우도 두 군 사이에 유전자형의 차이는 없었다(p=0.259) 분화도별 분포를 보면 grade I이 20례, grade II가 49례, grade Ⅲ은 34례였고 병기별로 표재성인 경우가 90례였으며 침윤성은 14례였다. 분화도가 나빠질수록 GA형이 증가하였다(p=0.04). 그러나 병기와 TNF-α promoter -308부위의 유전자형 사이에는 유의한 상관 관계가 없었다(p=0.123). 결론: 방광암 환자의 혈액에서 GA genotype이 관찰되는 경우, 분화도가 나쁠 가능성이 매우 높기 때문에 좀 더 적극적인 치료와 세밀한 추적관찰을 함으로써 방광암으로 인한 사망과 암의 진행을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Purpose : Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) is involved in tumorigenesis of several cancers as an endogenous tumor promoter. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether genetic polymorphism of TNF-α promoter region (-308) was associated with human bladder tumor. Materials and Methods: The DNA from 113 and 109 respective blood samples of bladder tumor Patients and control group was analyzed by PCR-based restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and direct DNA sequencing methods to characterize the genetic polymorphism of -308 promoter region of the TNF-α gene in bladder tumor patients. We compared the association of bladder tumor with genetic Polymorphism of TNF-α promoter region(-308) in relation to the stage, grade, recurrence and progressio. Results : Eighty-six percents(97/113) of bladder tumor patients and 83.5% (90/109) of control group showed genotype GG at -308 region of TNF-α. Difference in genetic variations of TNF-α promoter (-308) did not exist between bladder tumor patients and control group(p=0.259). Tumor grade was significantly related to the GA genotype (p=0.04). The higher is the grade in bladder tumor, the more frequent was the GA genotype. Tumor stage, recurrence and progression were not significantly associated with genetic polymorphism of TNF-α promoter region (-308). Conclusion: The GA genotype of TNF-a promoter region (-308) had a significant impact on TNF-α production and was related to higher grade tumor compared to GG genotype. TNF-α serum levels in bladder tumor patients were significantly higher than controls. These data suggested that TNF-α might involve the tumorigenesis of the bladder rather than treatment or prevention of bladder tumor.

        원자력발전소 케이블관통부 충전시스템 평가용 소프트웨어 개발 Ⅰ

        본 논문은 원자력발전소 방화벽에 설치된 케이블관통부 충전시스템(CPFS: Cable Penetration Fire Stop)안에서 일어나는 동적 열전달 현상을 해석하기 위해 수행된 실험을 다루고 있다. Dow Coming사의 내화성 충전물에 대해서 내화실험이 수행되었으며, 본 실험을 통해 준비된 CPFS 시험체가 성능위주 시험방법인 ASTM I-81처 F-rating과 I-rating을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는지를 알아보았다. 그리고 여기서 얻어진 실험결과는 CPFS시스템 내화성능 평가용 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위해 사용되었다. CPFS 시스템 내에서의 열전도 현상은 주어진 초기조건과 경계조건하에서 Parabolic PDE(Partial differential equation)로 수식화 되었으며, 이렇게 수식화된 PDE는 다시 연속과완화법(SOR: Sequential over-relaxation)과 Galerkin 유한요소법(FEM: Finite element method)로 구성된 혼합알고리즘에 따라 풀 수 있었다. PDE을 풀기 위해 널리 사용되고 있는 상응소프트웨어 Femlab을 이용하여 방화시스템 내에서의 온도분포를 계산하여 3차원 그래픽으로 나타내었다. 특히 CPFS시스템 내에서의 시간의 경과에 따른 온도분포의 변화에 대한 실험과 수치해석을 병행함으로써 결과에 대한 신뢰성을 높일 수 있었다. In this work the dynamic heat transfer occurring in a cable penetration fire stop system built in the firewall of nuclear power plants is three-dimensionally investigated to develop a test-simulator that can be used to verify effectiveness of the sealants. Here was carried out an experiment to observe the heat transfer in the cable penetration fire stop system made of DOW CORNING products. The dynamic heat transfer occurring in the fire stop system is formulated in a parabolic partial differential equation subjected to a set of initial and boundary conditions. And it was modeled. simulated, and analyzed. The simulation results were illustrated in three-dimensional graphics and were compared with experimental data. Through the simulations, it was shown clearly that the temperature distribution was influenced very much by the number, position, and temperature of the cable streams. It also was found that the dynamic heat transfer through the cable streams was one of the most dominant factors, and the feature of heat conduction could be understood as an unsteady-state process. It is certain that these numerical results are useful for making a performance-based design for the cable penetration fire stop system.

      • 터널굴착시의 지반붕괴에 대한 사례분석

        Tunnel can defined as "The structure having an underground space that is made by aim and use in the underground" in a broad sense and "The consecutive space, the underground pathway, having an entrance and an exit. For instance, the specific sample of a tunnel are a general way and the tunnel of a rail road Tunnel has been made from long time ago. Therefore, the technique of excavation are incredibly developing, so we can excavate everywhere. However, a sufficient study about the basic theory for designing a tunnel isn't accomplished, because the technique of excavation is based on field experience, so, tunnel is called "undergone engineering. "Furthermore, it's definitely possible in the field of structural engineering to do quantitative analysis and design by using several formulas and programs and putting bearing capacity, condition of load and condition of pressure of soil into the formulas. However the side of choosing analytic tends to be qualitative analysis instead of quantitative analysis because of the difficulty of elucidation, even though it's certain that the shotcrete and rockbolt as a principal support are playing very important roles to make good stability of tunnel The load working on tunnel is changeable by the mature of various earth around a tunnel or shape and size of a tunnel, other factors that make a load on tunnel changeable are not only the dynamic nature of earth, but also geographical features, the method of excavation and so on. However, the tunnel must be made in spit of very complicated surroundings of earth around the tunnel. Finally, we already presented the examples of the collapse of the tunnel and searched a countermeasure by considering the' problems in this study, so we must develop the technique of the basic theory about designing, the tunnel by using the field experience.

        This study conducts the questionnaire with 320 employees who work in the construction field and head office of 80 construction companies which acquired ISO 9000 quality systems with a view to complement the problems from the application of ISO quality system to the construction industry. Acquirement of ISO certificate with the formal quality system or its formal post management adds to unnecessary tasks and will be a cause to deteriorate the progression of key projects on the business management. Therefore, when ISO 9000 quality systems is made in consideration of the scale, business capacity and customers' requirements and are suitable to the actual affairs and systematized system is established, execution quality will be improved and it will result in the decisive effects for construction field control.

        The gastrointestinal involvement in rheumatoid arthritis may be broad and includes many causes: drug induced colitis, colitis associated with infectious agents, vasculitis in gut, autoimmune disease located in gut. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic multisystemic disease of unknown cause. Although a number of mixed autoimmue disease exist, there were rare reports about Ulcerative colitis with Rheumatoid arthritis associated. We report one case of Rheumatoid arthritis patient who diagnosed as Ucerative colitis by colonoscopic and histologic finding with review of literature.

      • 초소형 비행체의 영상 전송을 위한 1GHz 대역 송신기의 특성해석

        Characteristics of an L-band transmitter and a receiver are examined which can be used for real time image transmission from micro-aerial vehicle(MAV) and/or autonomous vehicle system to the ground station. Transmitter power is sub-50 mWatts and uses 970 MHz carrier frequency for frequency modulation (FM) of real time NTSC image signal. Antenna shows pseudo-omnidirectional radiation pattern and excellent impedance matching characteristics at the operating frequency. Real time image transmission/ reception and image data compression using mpeg encoder are performed with notebook PC from a moving vehicle, which results in very encouraging image quality applicable to surveillance and observation using MAV.

      • 水盜作에서 親環境農業 定着을 위한 오리 및 왕우렁이 農法의 可能性 分析

        Concerns on use of excess amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide in current farming system turns both of the producer and consumer of agricultural products to an organic farming which use a less chemicals and more natural manure. Possibility Analysis of Pond-snail and Duck Faming for Environment-friendly Agriculture in paddy field. Depression effect of weed occurrence by pasture of 5kg of the Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) per 10a and the 7th day after transplanting. Optimum duck rasing density in rice paddy field was was 25~30 heads per 10a and ducks could be harvested three times in a year starting from 40 days after mature-seedling machine transplanting. The weed control rate of the duck raised paddy field was superior to the conventional agriculture. Yield per 10a of the duck raised and pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) farming was inferior to conventional agriculture. The earnings of The Duck and Pond-snail farming realize a profit. From these results, it seems that the Organic farming are usefel and pasture of the Duck, Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) for depression of the weed occurrence is effective as the environmental perservation farming.
