조기강도 개선제를 활용한 고성능 수축저감제의 성능 개선

콘크리트의 내구성 저하로 인한 균열의 보수 및 보강에 소요되는 비용은 콘크리트 구조물의 유지비용 증대로 연결되 어 균열발생 저감에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 특히, 전력공급용 시설인 전력구의 경우 지하 매설물이므로 보수 및 보강은 경제적으로 큰 부담이 된다. 그러므로 지하매설 전력구의 경우 효과적인 균열 저감 방안이 설계 초기단계부터 요구되어진다. 본 연구는 전력구용 저수축 콘크리트 제조를 위한 수축저감제 개발의 일환으로 수축저감제 사용 콘크리트의 초기 강도 개선 을 위해 TEA를 검토하였다. 검토결과, TEA를 수축저감제의 3% 사용할 경우 조기 강도가 크게 개선되었으며, 수축저감 효과 도 우수한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, TEA 3 %에 수축저감제 2.0 % 혼합하여 적용하였을 경우 압축강도 특성 및 건조수축 길이변화 실험결과에서 가장 우수한 것으로 나타나 수축저감제로서의 가능성을 확인하였다. 추후 수축저감제의 범용적인 적용성 검토를 위하여 수축저감제의 사용재료 변화 등에 대한 다양한 재료변수 요인 검토를 통하여 수축저감제의 성능 검토 가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Studies aimed at reducing the occurrence of cracks by the shrinkage of concrete are in demand because the repair and reinforcement for cracks caused by declining concrete durability costs the user to maintain the concrete structure. In particular, in underground power facilities for power transmission, the cost is a heavy burden to repair and reinforce. For this reason, underground power facilities demanded effective methods for crack reduction at the engineering design step. This study, as a part of the development of shrinkage reducing agent for low shrinkage concrete on underground power facilities, investigated TEA to complement the shrinkage reducing agent to improve the early strength of concrete. In the case of TEA 3% as a shrinkage reducing agent, the early strength was improved significantly, and the shrinkage reducing effect was excellent. In addition, TEA 3.0 % and the shrinkage reducing agent 2.0 % showed excellent shrinkage property and compressive strength. On the other hand, more study of shrinkage reducing materials, including performance reviews on the shrinkage reducing materials with variable factors and type of materials, will be needed to generalize these results.
초등학교 생활통지표 개선 방안 연구:미국의 사례를 중심으로

본 논문의 목적은 2000년대 이후 미국의 초등학교에서 보편화되고 있는 생활통지표 작성의 새로운 경향을 살펴보고, 우리나라의 초등학교 생활통지표의 개선을 위한 시사점을 탐색하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 미국 초등학교의 생활통지표를 분석하였고, 그 결과 2000년대 이후 미국에서는 기준 중심 생활통지표의 확대 및 생활통지표의 On-line화가 이루어지고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 경 향이 우리나라의 초등학교 생활통지표에 시사하는 점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활통지표 본연의 기능 회 복 및 강화를 위한 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 동일한 맥락 에서, 생활통지표의 On-line화 등을 통해 최종 결과만이 아닌 과정에 대한 정보를 제공하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 기준 중심 등급 기재 및 생활통지표의 도입을 고려해볼 필요가 있다. The purpose of the st udy is to examine t he current trend of the eleme ntary school’s repo rt ca rds in th e U.S. and to sugg est some measures to improve t hose of Korean elementary schools. For the p urpose of the study, the resear cher examined the eleme ntary sch ool’s report cards and finds two trends: expansio n of standard-based report c ards and On-line services. These findings suggest t hat Korean elementa ry schools should make an effor t to recover the schoo l report c ard’s original role s which are providing information s to and communicating with parents and motivating students. Second, Korean elementary schools try to pr ovide informations not only on the result but also the proces s of students’ acti vities to parents by On-line st udent report cards. Finally, to provi de more c orrect informatio ns on their children and to h elp parents to unders tand info rmations at the rep ort card, Korean elementary sc hools need to ado pt the standard-ba sed report card syst em.
잔골재 치환율별 저탄소 무기결합재를 사용한 PVA섬유 모르타르의 유동 및 강도특성

This study analyzed and compared the flowing and strength properties of mortar depending on the different fine aggregate replacement ratios and whether or not the mixing of PVA fiber was applied. blast furnace slag, red mud, and silica fume that are industrial by-products were used for the analysis. The findings showed that higher replacement level of fine aggregate increased air content while decreasing the table flow. In addition, in case of the compressive strength, Plain mortar and PVA fiber with the replacement ratios of 15% and 30%, respectively showed the greatest strength development.

The purpose of the study was to find problems and implications to make better of the teacher appraisal system in Korea. In these days, performance appraisal is regarded as a matter of course, and almost no one is indifferent to it. Also, performance appraisal become more and more important because staff management is an key point in success of organizational management and it provide basic information on staff management. Performance appraisal is done almost all organizations, whether they are formal or informal, and all members in the organization profit or loss by the appraisal. In schools, however, the effect of teacher appraisal is not limited to teachers. It is because that well-planned and performed appraisal system results in quality improvement in instruction, and it directly influence on parents and students, too. In spite of the importance of the appraisal system, there are many problems and negative perspectives on it in Korea. Namely, it is said that the system does not contribute to rational staff management and professional development of teachers. Based on teacher appraisal system in Texas and NBPTS in the U.S., the study described the teacher appraisal system in both country and analyzed the problems in appraisal system in Korea. The result suggests that there needs to be made changes in the purpose of the appraisal. In Korea, the appraisal system if focused on promotion and transfer of teachers, but to be a developmental appraisal, it should be emphasized on the other side of appraisal system, which give opportunities for teachers to make quality improvement and professional development. Second, currently the result of the teacher appraisal does not open to the public so that it results in many problems in schools, thus, the result should be open to the public to give them feedback and the opportunities for professional development and improving their instruction. Third, new criteria or standards should be made to be a objective and developmental appraisal which based on various criteria and opinions of teachers, not based on the subjectivity of an appraiser or unclear standards. Fourth, teacher appraisal system should be based on absolute evaluation, not relative evaluation which does not give informations on actual performance of teachers. Because absolute evaluation can give informations on actual performance of teachers, it may reduce the unnecessary competition and negative effects among teachers, and can give each teachers feedbacks on what is necessary to improve instruction or professional development, etc. Fifth, with the importance of the standards and criteria of the evaluation, the role of the appraiser is also important. Thus, with continuous training and efforts, appraisers should try to increase their ability and quality for effective appraisal.

The major goal of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the current Exclusive Physical Educator System(EPES) in elementary schools and to consider alternatives which improve the problems found in the course of actual enforcement. Results on perception for this system are analyzed from questionnaire survey made by 124 Homeroom Teachers(HT) and 132 Exclusive Physical Education Teachers(EPET) having secondary teacher`s certificate in elementary schools in Pusan. By all results of this research, most of HTs understand for EPETs` necessity in the respects that EPES can provide students for various physical experiences and reasonable management of Physical classes, and Physical subject is professional functional subject. While the EPETs have more positive understanding for current management of EYES, a great number of HTs have negative understanding for this. The reasons of negative answers by HTs are shortage of short-term teachers, HT`s avoidance for EPET, and shortage of total teachers, and the reasons by EPETs are poor physical environments, avoidance of HTs, and shortage of short-term teachers. Most of EPETs have charge of about 20 hours a week in 5th and 6th grades. A great number of EPETs have deep knowledge for the curriculum and have achieved learning goals efficiently compared with HTs. Also it is said that HTs have difficulty in textbook study and practical ability, and EPETs have difficulty in shortage of teaching materials and equipments for achievement of learning goals. It shows that HTs prefer to current system, whereas EPETs want to get elementary teacher`s certificate based on the EYES for their reasonable future course. Also EPETs answered that class responsible hour should be adjusted into 15 to 20 hours, and one teacher per four classes should be arranged in over 4th grade class. It is perceived reasonably that EPETs should be educated at Physical Education Department in National University of Education, and should be made up of current short-term teachers. Regarding with factors of efficiency reinforcement in EYES, HTs answered that allowance should be given to EPETs, and systematic matters such as education for special Physical teachers should be strengthened. In the other hands, EPETs pointed out more realistic problems for current Physical classes like teaching materials and security of facilities such as gymnasium.
